Good class. Prof. Wodziak explains things well if you don't understand. Most of the class is based on discussion, so make sure you come to class prepared. If you keep up with the work, you should do well.
He was great, at first I hated having to take the class but he makes you think. The class isn't hard but you have to read and write papers so I can't say it's totally easy...if you do the work, it is.....
i really dislike him as a professor. he makes comments that i disagree with and when i try to state my opinion he pretty much disregards it. conservatives beware. overwhelmingly liberal professor!
He's great! He's so cool and always let's us out early. A lot of reading but you can basically skim. No midterm or final, just papers for both. Reflexive paper (2 pages) due every week on readings but really easy to do!
Multiculturalism in Education: Awesome teacher, he's very understanding and very helpful. I learned a lot in his class. Grades were based on writing papers. So, there is some work, but he's not a tough grader.I highly recommend his class. He's liberal but his whole focus is for the students to think outside of the box.
He's an AWESOME teacher. You learn a great deal and at the same time enjoy his interesting lectures.
GREAT GREAT GREAT teacher. We had two books and we just talked the entire class about issues we wanted to talk about. He's young and super nice. You have to write five reflexive papers, two pages, on what you read. You don't even have to read and you get a good grade. Fun, easy class. I really enjoyed it!
Class went by SO fast and I actually didn't mind going which is rare. He's young, funny, and keeps class interesting. I would def. take him again.
He was a really great Professor, made the class interesting and was more class dicussions then lectures on interesting topics dealing with our society. No textbooks just 2 interesting novels that were regularly talked about during classtime, no texts just papers.
Professor Wodziak is awesome. All you have to do is come prepared and participate. He is young and super hot. I can't wait to take another one of his classes. The only con is that there are too many papers (although they are usually short)...I'm more of a multiple choice person. Learn with confidence, you can't go wrong with Professor Wodziak.
Wodziak is the man! He's huge on class discussions and there are weekly reaction papers based on readings so you'll have to do a little work, but if you come prepared to discuss class will go much faster. Not a hard grader on papers, either. Brings complex racial issues to life - you can tell he's passionate about what he teaches.
Wodziak is BADASS. Just do your work and you should do fine. If hes sees that your making an effort and actually gaining something from the class than you will get a good grade.
Wodziak is awesome and actually makes class fun! As long as you attend and participate you'll do fine. Take his classes!!!
100% recommended awesome teacher. Great teaching style and super-helpful. Just go to class and you'll pass, that's it.
TAKE HIM! he makes the class interesting and tries so hard to get everytone talking. he is very understanding and truly cares about his students. you only have to write 5 reflexive papers on the readings that only have to be 2 pages and he is a very easy grader. and then there is a take-home final and midterm that are so easy!
This guy is ridiculous. He comes into class and tries to be serious but always gets off topic and doesn't even know what the readings he assigned are about! He tries to offer his own opinions in an intellectual manner but fails miserably.
Very cool, very animated, I liked him a lot. Class discussions were good. He allowed people to speak and was very unbiased. I would take any class he was teaching.
One of my favorite professors!!! You need to read 3 interesting books, write 5 reflexive papers and take home midterm and final. But he is an easy grader. Most of the class is based on discussion. He made me think and view things from a different perspective.I learned a lot from his class.Take his classes!
Prof. Wodziak is great! His enthusiasm and interest for the topic made class fun. Discussion was a big portion of this class, and he made sure that every students' opinion was regarded and respected. I hope to take him again in the future!
Take him!!! He is by far the best professor I've taken at DePaul. He's GREAT!! To bad I'm a senior other wise I would take him again. He loves what he does which makes class so much more interesting! A+++
HE IS THE BEST!!! absolutely hilarious! pretty easy grader. assings a lot of reading, but you can get by without doing it. Always makes class lectures interesting by talking about his little dog named Muffin. he's also very informative. you will learn a lot from this guy! TAKE HIM!
Awesome professor and loves when people talk and give their opinions. I would definately take a class again with this professor, he's super chill and also is extremely smart. i would recommend this class.
took him twice. amazing professor. classes are based purely on discussion so be ready to talk. Weekly papers about the readings. Very passionate about his work. Listens to his students. Just so down to earth. I would totally recommend him!!!
Cool guy. He really knows his subject and is very passionate about it. Class is mostly discussion with some power point presentations by students. Handles his class discussions really well. I hope to have him in the future.
I've attended 3 Universities and am on my second bachelor's degree and I can honestly say Wodziak is the best prof I have ever had. He breeds empathy, confidence, and passion into his students - and that is absolutely priceless. Wodziak teaches leaders, not students. AMAZING.
GREAT professor! A must take! Easygoing, funny, and a very fair grader. Very personable and relates extremely well to the students. Knowledgeable and VERY passionate about the materials. 2-page weekly reflective paper on the readings, very easy and short presentation, 6-page midterm paper, and an easy final with many options to choose from.
He is a GREAT professor. The discussions are lively and he has a wonderful sense of humor. I plan on taking him again in the future.
One of the best professors I've ever had. I learned more in his class than I did in all my other classes combined in all the years I've been at DePaul.
Great guy, great teacher. Keeps things interesting and relevant and truly cares about the interest of his students. Definately take Mark if possible
I was DREADING this class when the quarter started and now it's the one I look forward to the most. Mark is SUCH an amazing person, he makes you REALLY THINK and question the world around you. He is so vibrant and full of life, class is SO entertaining and informative. No exams, just papers. Easy A, but life changing philosophy if you care to care
Mark is great. This is my 2nd time taking him and I enjoyed the social movements class. We had quite a few essays but they weren't difficult and he gave great feedback on all assignments. I missed more than 4 classes and he understood my circumstances and didn't fail me. Very knowledgeable as well. Take him! You'll learn and he's cool and fun!
Best teacher at DePaul. All around good guy. You will actually want to go to this class!O and its an easy A.
Wodziak is the man! I had absolutely no expectations coming into this class. He has completely changed the way I look at the world. Made this 3 hour class a breeze. Take him if you can!
He is by far the most inspirational teacher I have had. He truly loves what he teaches. Just stick with him through the class, and participate. If you do that, then the very few papers that you do write, will be very easy!
He is truly the most amazing teacher I have ever had in my life. Not only did he care about the subject, he also cared about his students. His homework assignments were actually fun to write and there are NO exams. The classes I actually look forward to and he is so fun and funny. I almost cried yesterday when the class was over!
He is amazing. He's HILARIOUS. Super knowledgeable. Understanding. Fun. His class wasn't super hard but it also wasn't a blow off class because his passion for what he teaches makes you really passionate about it as well. Definitely one of my favorites!!
Everything everyone else says is very true. He is a fantastic professor.
He's so amazing, hilarious. I wish I had more room in my schedule to take his classes. Just take him.
Mark is one of the best professors I've had at DePaul. He's always willing to help his students in every way possible. I would recommend him to anyone who's passionate about social movements. Very knowledgeable and funny professor.
Mark Wodziak is an AMAZING teacher. I learned so much from his social change class, it was my favorite class and I looked forward to attending. Rarely any homework, very fair grader. He is very brilliant and helpful, young and hip. He knows how to grab peoples attention and keep up laughing and learning. I recommend you take his class!
Mark is the best! I took him for Soc 101 & Soc 256, and he is seriously the funniest guy. He is super passionate and opened my eyes to a world of knowledge that I never knew existed. He's the reason I finally declared a SOC major. Seriously, even if you have no interest in Sociology, take Mark and I guarantee you will change your mind.
Hes so loud that i get a headache during every class. I dont like his humor and he is a very stingy person. Assigns too many readings and expects everyone to be on top of their assignments based on the syllabus without mentioning anything in class. Would not recommend
One of the most inspiring professors that I have had at DePaul. He genuinely cares about his students and is passionate about what he teaches. Mark is seriously making me think about majoring on Sociology and is making me rethink the way I view the world.
I took Mark's Immigrant Experiences class last year and it is one of those classes that really stick with you for the rest of your life. Mark really opened my eyes to the many issues that immigrants and the 2nd generation experience. Class is not difficult. You read 2 super interesting books and write a few short papers.
Mark has been one of my favorite professors at DePaul!! He is super energetic and knows his stuff! He does expect students to participate but his lectures are so interesting that it's hard not to. 3 reflexive papers, midterm & final paper. His class has really opened my eyes to racism in the U.S. TAKE HIM!!!! You won't regret it
I had a blast in Professor Wodziak's segregation class. We went on 3 really interesting field trips and learned a lot. He's a really fair grader and was there to help me even though I emailed him a lot Plus he's hilarious! Take him if you can.
Far and away one of my favorite professors that I've had at DePaul. Seems to make any discussion and lecture interesting, despite how dull it may be. He is very passionate, fun, and hilarious. Make sure you take him with what ever class it may be.
All around great guy and really funny. Class is fun and you can tell he cares about teaching. Gives more feedback than any teacher I've had at DePaul and that really helps with other assignments. Plus we get to talk about sports the entire class which is a big bonus. Highly recommended.
Cares a lot about his students. Definitely worth taking him as a professor.
I learned a ton from this class and it has changed my worldview in a number of ways. That being said, this class requires a lot of reading (by my count, in the summer session, 100 pages/week) that he quizzes you on, a lot of documentary watching, and a lot of writing based off these. If you want to open your mind a bit and work for the A, take him.
Mark is amazing. Anyone looking to fulfill their sociology learning domain (as I did) or looking to major in sociology should DEFINITELY take his class. He is so entertaining and fun, explains the material well, and even has time to give extensive feedback on papers regardless of the number of students in his class.
His personality can be a little overwhelming most of the time. But, he's a really easier grader and fun professor.I'd recommend him.
I don't think that I've ever laughed so hard in a class as I have in this one. What a fantastic professor! While there is a ton of reading you have to get through, it's pretty repetitive and easy to grasp. There are three 2 page reflections, one midterm test, and a final paper of your choosing (8-10 pgs). You won't be disappointed with this class!
Prof. Wodziak is a great professor. Very easy class. Assignments consist of a handful of papers (totaling 10 pages for the whole quarter), one exam, and 20 community service hours. Very energetic lectures and a high energy class. This is a very liberal class so conservatives beware. You will find yourselves having to bite your tongue several times
Professor Wodziak is one of my favorite professors that I have had at DePaul. He is loud, passionate, and ridiculously funny. You can tell that he definitely loves his job and cares for his students. There is an exam and a few papers, but the work is really manageable. I highly recommend taking him.
As someone not interested in history, Wodziak makes this class entertaining. There are lots of readings, but they're interesting. He's extremely caring for his students and he's hilarious. A couple very small papers and an exam and 20 service hours. take this class!!
He is the best professor I've ever had. He's so funny and just awesome. He's just the best
Mark Wodziak is a great professor. I took SOC105 online for summer first session. It was challenging as you basically did two weeks worth of regular quarter time in one week. As long as you do the work you'll do great. He doesn't try to be sneaky in his grading or work he gives. Very interesting class I might add. Def. take if you need a SOC class.
He is engaging and energetic throughout 3 hour night classes. Very little work, easy A. Beware if you don't have far-left perspectives, as he is very biased in that manner. Very interesting and relevant class.
This is a second time that I've had professor W. He's always entertaining and most importantly, he makes you think of the world in a different way. He is also a really fair grader so you know that he's not trying trick you in any way.
Great professor, kept the class interested and involved. Taught racial segregation in Chicago as an Explore Course, and I'm so happy I took that class. Hilarious teacher and doesn't give tests (only a final). Learned so much and became close with many kids in the class. Field trips are fun. Would definitely take another one of his classes. Gives EC
An amazing professor, I loved this class. He inspired me to minor in Sociology. Gives great examples and essays are easy. Test is surprisingly easy and he is an awesome grader with helpful feedback.
He is a great teacher, but he is loud and sounds sarcastic most of the time. He taught my Chicago Segregation class, which I learned a lot from. I do recommend him.
Professor Wodziak's education class is the best class that Ive taken at Depaul so far. He makes class super interesting by using a number of stories from his experiences researching elementary and high schools. He's also hilarious. Take him. You will learn a ton and class will fly by!
Mark is such a great professor. Definitely the best professor I have had at DePaul so far. He is super funny and I was never bored during his class. The content he gives us is interesting. It's a lot of reading but that's how every Explore class is so it's definitely worth it. TAKE HIM!!
Mark is the best teacher I've ever had at Depaul. I took SOC 101 as a three hour night class, and Mark made every class fun, interesting, and fly by. The papers are easy enough, the in class test was easy. I highly recommend taking Professor Wodziak.
Professor Wodziak is amazing! I learned a lot this quarter and would definitely take him again. The online class had weekly tests, papers every other week and discussion boards. We always got study guides for the week, no midterm but final paper and he was always super prompt with emails. Highly recommend teacher !
Funny guy and very knowledgeable in his subject. Made class fun but not a blowoff which is hard to do. Only minor complaint is that he is very biased to the left which isnt uncommon at this school but still. Another thing to note is we had a couple students with disabilities in my classes with him and he was great working with them. Recommend him.
Wodziak is a great professor. He made taking a 5 week summer course easy by clearly laying out what was to be done every week. Doesn't make you get the book and as long as you pay attention and do the work you should get an A.
I NEVER write reviews on here, because it's not my job (lol) but Wodziak is AWESOME. Took a three hour class once a week I hated it because it was 3 hours, and he took up ALL three hours but he was very entertaining. One of the best lecturers I have had to date, and he gave good feedback. Easy grader, got 100% on all 3 quizzes and the 2 essays.
For this class he was very organized and clear about what had to be done. We had a weekly quiz that he provided a study guide for and literally gave you the direction for answers. Then we had 3 response papers that needed to be 4 pages long and a final paper that was only 1200 words. The class was not time consuming at all because they were quick.
I took Mark for SOC 101. You can tell that he puts a lot of effort in the class. We had a good mix of lecture, discussion, group work. Not a difficult class but not a blow-off. 3 quizzes and 2 papers. i could tell that he really cares about his students doing well in class. He's really funny too
Mark is one of my favorite professors in the Soc department at DePaul. I took both Social Movements and a special topics class on school violence. Both great classes, both really discussion-based. If you show up and participate, and turn in the reflections, you're golden. Go to office hours and get to know Mark outside of class, it's worth it!
He is by far the best favorite professor Ive ever had. You can tell he really cares about the class and he genuinely enjoys what hes teaching. There were 3 take home quizzes and 2 papers. Participation matters but its based on your personal experiences with the topics which makes it enjoyable. I definitely recommend! :)
Prof. Wodziak was totally cool. He enjoyed staying after class to have real conversations with students regarding the topics discussed in class. He really wants you to participate in discussions and is very open to students expressing their own opinions; students even asked each other questions and got to learn more about one another. 10/10.
The best online course that I took. Super passionate about the subject. Everything was clearly laid out so that you know what is expected. Wodziak grades fair and there are no surprises. Responds to emails in minutes and gave me an extension when I needed it. Will take him again, hopefully in person.
The BEST online teacher I've had! He laid out all of the material on d2L clearly so you always knew what was due... he is definitely experienced with online teaching. The grading criteria was straightforward and he allowed extensions on assignments. I wish I could've taken this class in person just to meet the guy. The topic was Race and Ethnicity.
I highly suggest to take his online course! I took him for Explore Chicago: Chicago Segregation, and he makes you very interested and connected to the history of Chicago. You learn so much information about Chicago Neighborhoods, isolation, and so much more! And he is pretty hilarious too, would take again.
He's an awesome guy, the lectures were very engaging even though the class was long. He is also very lenient with extensions, at least with freshman for sure. I learned a lot on segregation in Chicago, the material was thorough. His lectures reinforce ideas from the readings and prove further detail. (His dog, Muffin, is adorable)
I took this online, async. He's great at teaching and very kind. Quickly responds to emails. Easy grader, put in effort but don't stress about this class, especially if you are decent at writing. I suggest skimming most of the readings, he goes over most of them in lecture anyway.
Professor Wodziak is one of my favorites at DePaul! He is so inspiring and his lectures are short but they teach you a lot. The grade is made up of discussion boards, short quizzes, and 3 papers. He gives you the answers for the quiz in his lectures and provides a study guide. He is not a tough grader and is always willing to help you!
I was nervous about this class at first b/c I dont know a ton about social movements, but Mark made it super interesting and very manageable. 3 essays about the textbook readings (1 is optional), weekly lecture videos, discussion posts, and quizzes (all info comes straight from his powerpoints). take this class, you won't regret it.
Def take this class! He's super chill & his lectures are kinda funny. HW is all opinionated, you just have to do the work. There's a discussion post & quiz due every week along with 2 short papers and a final paper. It's not bad at all, especially if you like to wait until the last minute.
As a senior, I took this class as an open elective to fill extra credits needed for graduation. This class ended up being so much more than the blowoff I'd expected. Prof. Wodziak is truly one of the most charismatic and kind professor's I've had in 4 years at DePaul. He makes you want to show up and engage in discussion, even with heavy topics.
Really great prof and an easy class as well! His class just consists of a weekly discussion post and quizzes, with 2 response papers for the past few weeks and a final paper. The work is not hard and you'll get to learn more, definitely take his class!
I took professor Wodziak for Segregation in Chicago and it was my favorite class! The lectures are very engaging and he shows how much he cares about it by the way he teaches. I always looked forward to going to this class. There were 3 papers (2 response papers, 1 final paper) then common hour assignments. Definitely take any of his classes !
Prof. Wodziak is a wonderful and caring professor. I would absolutely recommend him.
The class was fun to be in which is the highest praise I can give a teacher. I've already signed up for another of his classes next quarter.
This is my second course I have taken with this professor and he is by far the best professor I have ever had. He is very passionate about what he teaches. This class is a bit lecture heavy but I would call these lectures far from boring. If I had to recommend any professor/course to take, it would be him.
I took Professor Wodziak's SOC101 Async and it was incredibly easy and manageable. He summarizes all of his readings in powerpoints which makes the quizzes and discussions very easy. Interesting material that is fun to read and discuss! Would recommend his class for an easy A and straightforward work.
Classes were a mix of lectures and field trips, both interesting even if sociology isn't your thing. Very accommodating and gives detailed feedback on assignments. Very easy to get an A.
Took Immigrant Experiences in the summer and my third eye opened. Incredibly interesting & relevant stuff, if a little outdated ('90s). 1 quiz & discussion post every week, plus 2 response essays and a final paper. Response essays are intensive though, require lots of reading. As long as you can connect to the material in some way, you're set!
Attendance is recommended and as long as you're there and participate you will do well!
such a good professor with an obvious passion for teaching. it's a long class, but as long as you consistently show up, go to field excursions and read at least some parts of the books he assigns, you'll have an easy time completing assignments.
mark is bestie for life. as long as u engage with the material and participate and u will excel in the class. not having all the readings be free kinda sucks when zlib goes down but its ok
By far my favorite Prof I have ever had at DePaul. He is so passionate and cares so much about teaching students. Wodziak is down to earth, easy going, and so caring. I wish I could take all of my classes with him as my Professor. 3 essays a quarter with 1 final essay. Each essay is about 4-5 pages long. Lots of extra credit! He is super chill!!!
This is my second class with Mark and he is amazing! Your grade in Sociology of sport is based off of 4 papers and some participation. He gives amazing feedback and truly wants everyone to succeed!
Great professor but the final was like 7 pages. but overall super friendly and nice
Genuinely the best professor I have ever had, if you have the chance to take his class go for it.
Not too interested in sports but took this class because I heard great things about the professor. Amazing!!!
so easy. quizzes are the only thing that are a lil hard, sometimes. papers and final are graded very very easy. very easy class with not that much work. take him!
Took this class as a senior to finish off required courses. I am happy that I did because I learned a lot. Wodziak is kind and caring and makes sure students succeed in the course.
Mark is the best professor I've ever had. Not many assignments and super easy quizzes since we review them in class. He just wants you to interact with the material and isn't trying to bring you down with lots of assignments. I'm a quiet student but he makes class such a safe space that I was actually excited to participate. Take his class!!!
Such a slay. One of my favs @depaul. He actually cares about his students and wants them to pass. If you are having problems just go up to him. Gives really great feedback. 2 essays, a couple quizzes, and a final which was kinda long but doable. As long as you pay attention and take good notes, you should be good. TAKE HIS CLASS 100% RECOMMENED.
He is very caring and wants you to do well in the class! One of the most supportive professors I have ever had and he genuinely wants to get to know each student.
Mark is great; he is without a doubt one of the best professors I have ever had at DePaul. His lectures were great and never felt heavy or dull; he was incredibly engaging, and the subjects covered always kept me interested; it wasn't as though he talked nonstop for 1.5 hours. Due to this course and Mark, I am considering minoring in sociology.
Took SOC101 async and it was great! Prof Wodziak goes over the readings in his lectures which help you on the online quizzes. Weekly discussion posts along with two short essays about the readings. Final paper is about how you apply different sociological concepts to your life. Very laid-back and knowledgeable prof, I'll definitely take him for 105
Professor Wodziak knowledgeable and kind. He was always available when I had a question and he really wants you to succeed. The work is manageable, 2 short papers, 2 quizzes, and a final.
Professor Wodziak is literally one of the kindest & most caring professors I have gotten to take a class with this year. He is hilarious & engaging in class where we discuss the readings, but also gives great & very personal feedback where he makes it clear he really is reading everything submitted. If you see this, thank you Professor Wodziak!
Such an outstanding professor. He really cares about his students, and he is super flexible about due dates. He will ask the whole class when they want an assignment due and he will change the due date, especially if it is during midterms he will just move the whole thing to the next week and give you an additional week. Please take him if you can
Super nice and personable. Answers pretty fast via email and pretty good with D2L. Very flexible with late work and is very funny in online lectures. Took online version of the class, quizzes every week with a discussion board post. About three papers. Lots of reading
Dr. Wodziak is one of the funnest professors at DePaul. I wasn't interested in sports, but he made me greatly enjoy every lecture. He is a hilarious and charismatic person and I highly recommend his classes.
Genuinely the best professor I have had at DePaul. The class was so easy to participate in and he created such a comfortable environment for students. There are weekly readings, but they're very interesting and he doesn't quiz you on them. There are 2 papers and a couple of quizzes for assessments, but he makes sure you are VERY prepared.SUCH A KING
One of the best professors I've had so far! He does tend to yell but it's only because he is passionate about his job and wants us to learn. There are two papers and two quizzes but he goes over the questions in class before the quiz. He's very flexible with due dates and gives detailed feedback. He makes the class very fun and respectful.
Professor Wodziak is probably the best professor at DePaul. There's no homework and the tests are the easiest thing you'll probably ever do in your academic experience. I can't put into words how amazing he is. He is Mother!!
Dr. Wodziak is an amazing professor! Really cares about his students and does his very best to help students whenever they're lost with a topic. Dr. Wodziak wants his students to get an A in the course, and he does everything he can to do so. Work is very light, and take notes for upcoming quizzes.
I struggled to keep up with this class because it was only 5 weeks long. Professor Wodziak worked with me to help me do well. He even met with me on weekends. Great person, great human.
Possibly one of the best professors I will ever have. He is an amazing person all around and is dedicated to making sure his students thrive. Two papers and two quizzes are the only assignments that he guides you through and gives extended time on if needed. TAKE HIS COURSES EVEN IF YOU DON'T NEED TO! Mark is seriously amazing!
Such a great guy! I would love to take another one of his classes! One of the best professors at DePaul! He is very passionate about soc and genuinely wants you to succeed. He is super understanding and great about explaining soc theories and such!
Mark has so much passion for what he is teaching and it really shows during the lectures. He is incredibly funny and knowledgeable. His assignments consist of two quizzes , two papers, and a lot of classroom discussions. You really just have to pay attention to his lectures and you'll pass no problem.
Professor Wodziak is very passionate about what he is teaching, as well as the individual lives of each student. It was very fun being in his class although our 4 hour class ran long to about 5 hours multiple times.
I thoroughly enjoyed Mark's classes. Even if you're not planning to major or minor in sociology, I highly recommend taking his LSP111, SOC 101/105 for the SCBI, and SOC 256 for the HI requirement. His class is very engaging, and Mark definitely has passion in what he does, and I find that to be very valuable.
Professor Wodziak is a gem! Easy grading, no homework, and tests are a breeze. The lectures are engaging, and he's super flexible. I found Unstuckstudy really helpful for test prep too.
Such a good professor very nice, make sure to do your discussion posts and essays but I took him over the summer highly recommended very enthusiastic and funny in his lectures!
Was recommended him by a senior, and was NOT disappointed. Absolute amazing professor, genius of his topic, extremely knowledgeable and well read. Always willing to have conversations outside of class on the topics.
Professor Wodziak is amazing! His classes are engaging, relevant, and he makes complex topics easy to understand. He's fair with grading, genuinely cares about his students, and creates a supportive, inclusive environment. Easily one of the best professors at DePaul!
Mark was genuinely the best professor I've had. You can tell he loves what he does and most importantly that he really cares about his students. He makes lectures very lighthearted and fun and treats his students with a lot of respect. I 100% recommend that people take his classes.
Professor Wodziak makes his lectures entertaining! There isn't much work outside of class aside from several readings and two essays. These are kind of time consuming so plan ahead. Class participation is encouraged. Overall I would recommend this class!
Amazing Professor, and gives amazing lectures. While some things in the lecture are dated, I don't agree with everything. But overall, it's an amazing intro/GENED class. Great environment to be a part of, and I can't recommend it enough for students.
Professor Wodziak is the GOAT, he's clearly very knowledgeable and passionate about the subject and loves when students participate. Good grader and engages a lot with the students.
