great teacher. knows how to teach it because he's gone out and done it and the class projects are very beneficial. looking back, however, i wouldn't have bought the book because we basically picked it apart during lectures

its story time, but, if you dont want to own a business it might not be as interesting. hes really funny and entertaining.

Zweig's awesome, and he really knows what he's talking about. He's also the only teacher who can keep a 3 hour class interesting. His expertise isn't complicated or technical, in fact, a lot of it seems like common sense, but Zweig puts all the aspects of business in perspective and gives you a real idea of what the business world is be like.

its a three-hour class but it goes by pretty quickly. he talks a lot about his success as well as how much money he spends; it gets kind of annoying. either way, the class isnt too difficult. just pay attention in class.

The hardest part of this class is coming up with a good business idea, so have some ready when the semester begins. Other than that, the class is pretty easy, just go to class and put some effort into the project and you will get an A. If you ever considered starting your own business, take this class and talk to him about it, he'll help you.

He's very knowledgable so if you want to be an entrepreneur this is the class to take. The group project 30% of your grade. My group was horrible and made this a terrible experience. So make sure you're in a group with people who are not lazy!! Wathchout with Zweig he is VERY critical and blunt about what he says to you.

Zweig uses profanity and likes to talk about his own business ventures, but has a lot of knowledge to share. He has a lot of common sense ideas and a nice management style. Several nights Zweig chose to talk about his own ventures for 2.5 hours and then class content for the last .5 hour which was frustrating, but was interesting at times.

Zweig is a professor full only real world experience and success outside of a corporate office. You can learn a lot from this class if you just attend and keep up with the work.

Mark does cuss profusely but that is what makes the class so much fun. If you want someone who actually works in the "real world" and can teach as well, then this is the professor for you.

Literally, the best teacher for Entrep and Small Business Majors on campus. Friend, and a professor. Just do what your suppose to do, have fun, learn, go to class for a great grade, and your good to go. It's not a bunch of math or theory or textbook work, it is real hands on learning. Had him two semesters, 3 hour nights, and would do it all over.

Very personable and know what it takes to run a business. He's also one of those teachers that you can still talk to after you've finished the class.

If you get offended by this guy the first night, drop the class because he will be himself whether you like it or not. Definitely one of the best professors anywhere. This class is the equivalent of riding on the back of a unicorn down a snowy mountain while eating the laughs of children,it's that awesome. Prof. Zweig is no-citing-textbooks type of a professor, willing to share his experience of REAL business world. Two requirements to get a good grade in the course are to attend classes (especially lectures of invited guests such as CEOs or managers of local businesses)and pay attention to take-away messages. We've hardly used the textbook.

This is the only class I have every looked forward to going to! If you have ever even thought of running your own business you have to take Zweig's class. Not only is it interesting because he teaches from real world experiences but as long as you show up for class and put a little effort into the project you'll get an "A"

Professor Zweig is a really great teacher for this class. This class is not structured like typical classes, but he makes it works. His guest lecturers are great to hear from. There is a business consulting project. But he is lenient on the type of business you can consult and the presentations are pretty “fayettechill.” Also you’ll enjoy the final project :) and you don’t need to buy the book. Zweig is one of the most experienced local business leaders teaching at Fayetteville. Teaches a lot of things that just cant be written down in a book. He also has some pretty distinguished guest speakers that come and talk. Grades rely heavily on the group project but it's not really that difficult. He also has some pretty interesting stories

This is single-handedly the most motivational experience I have been a part of while in college. I came into the class with an open mind from the college of engineering and was only disappointed in the level of effort and enthusiasm the other classmates showed, but maybe that's my own standards. Two quizzes and group project are the only grades where you are graded on material, so go to class every week for this is a big part of your grade. Do this and you should get a good grade. Small Enterprise Management is one of the best classes I have taken at school. Mr. Zweig is great, he knows so much about small business and cares about teaching you.
