I took the online class and I think that it is the best option because it is the same thing essentially you just dont have to go to class and she has the lectures on black board. You can pass the class without the lectures. The assessments are busy work. She gives a lot of extra credit up front make sure to do it.

Took the hybrid course. There's a lot of work, but in doing it you learn the material so there's no need for a lot of extra study time. You do an online quiz and assessment every week. Even when I have asked for help, I have felt that I've been a burden. The hardest thing about this class are the assignments. I was really impressed by her. One thing I appreciated is that there was feedback on EVERY assignment I turned in. She even sent me a personal email praising me for keeping up on my work and doing a good job. This made me feel appreciated and wanted to keep going in her class. Would 100% reccommend.

Okay, I worked hard in this class and got an A, but Professor Graf is one of the worst professors. Not only was she extremely rude to me in an answer to a question, but she sent out an email asking students to give her a good rating on rate my professor. That is the only reason she has a 5/5. DO NOT take nutrition from her.
