It was a pleasurable experience to attend class. The interactions with students and self-teaching were vital to the class. Grading and weight of tests vs. homework was standard. (45%: 10%) the class was short, so there was no focus on vocabulary. That was considered to be self-taught. I recommend a short class to introduce a new language first.

Spanish 101 with Professora Arrona was a great learning experience. Don't be fooled though even if you know spanish this class can be difficult. Learning the proper terminology and usage can be tricky. However, Professora Arrona helps a lot with understanding. You will work in groups and you will be required to participate and share.

Took this class on saturdays from 8-2:00, was by far the best saturday class ive taken. Made 6 hours feel like 2 hours. Great teacher, very clear lectures, and very clear on what is going to be on test. There is alot of group work so it is good if you need help on working with others or to verify answers.

I took a Saturday class with Sr. Arrona and she really cares about the students in her class. She does a lot of group projects so its impossible to feel outcast-ed cause you'll eventually make a friend. Other than that the homework is online and you use the book throughout the semester. TRUUSST.

Profesora Arrona is really good at explaining the subject. The class/zooms consist of her explaining the lesson and then either sending everyone to breakout rooms to work in groups or practice as a class. About every other week homework is due a chapter at a time using McGraw Hill connect and tests are also taken on this. Its such an easy class!!!

Took this course online and it was not a hard class. The homework is somewhat a lot, but it is due every 2 weeks, so it does not feel heavy at the same time if you work on it on time. Participation matters and that is how we are graded. Other than that, she is helpful and if you have a hard time, you can meet with her on zoom and she will help you.

Professor Martha teaches in a smooth and detailed way so we can understand what we learn. Her class is very reliable and its once a week. I highly recommend this class to everyone.

Senora Arrona is an amazing teacher who makes sure you understand any lesson before you leave, she is very understanding and will make you feel confident in what your learning. She is very patient so don't be shy to ask for help. There is quite a bit of homework, but she gives us enough time to complete and to also do homework in class.

She is so helpful and kind, I took her for my General Ed for spanish 101 and this was the best class and best professor to be able to help me improve in my spanish and she was such a pleasure to work with. Her grading is easy and simple, nothing hard at all, you do group projects and you work with you're peers so it also helps working with people.

First of all, I loved this Spanish class. Yes, it was a lot of work but she gave out a lot of resources, and extra credit assignments, and was so reasonable about late work. I missed a week from being sick she reached out to me and gave me an extension. Its all online, gives u till the end of the week and i think its worth it.

Prof. Arrona is a really understanding, she only wants to see student succeed. As long as you do the homework and keep up with the corse in this class, you have no problem being successful. She offers opportunities to make up late work for partial credit. I can't stress enough that she only wants to see students be successful.
