This professor is great! Very interesting. Makes class worth going to. I enjoyed everything about this class. Tests were fairly easy. Multiple choice and a few short answer. Everything is on a study guide that is given out to prepare in plenty of time for the test. Very nice professor. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Would take any course she taught! A+++

If you attend her lectures, it is impossible to fail! The book is not needed because everything on the test is gone over in class on powerpoint. She answers any and all questions and does interesting activities. She does not post the slides so showing up to class is very important. I would DEF reccomend her. Loved the class.

Lifespan. She is a great teacher. Her papers are a pain but otherwise the class work is fun. And the tests are relatively easy if you study. Be to class on time and be proactive and class will be great.

Do not buy book. She likes to notes on power point, and her test are short answer and mulitple choice. The good thing is if your a bad test taker and a good writer it cancels out. She has equal amount of test and papers.

I Just finished taking her summer class! Wonderful teahcer! Funny and caring,and will go over things as many times as you need,uses wonderful examples so its easier to understand. Study your power point notes and you'll do great in the class! and always participate..which is easy because she makes the class feel welcomed.

A wonderful teacher. I took Lifespan Development on line. She is the most organized teacher. Her instructions and expectations were made clear and easy to understand. I would definitely take another class with this instructor.

All of her tests are based off of her powerpoint notes so don't buy the book. She could be a bit boring sometimes because all she did was lecture for an hour and 15 minutes. Her tests were easy if you studied the material and she graded the papers leniently.

Excellent teacher! I had her for Life Span Development, and everything was easy to learn. You don't need to buy the book, because she uses powerpoints for all of her notes and she gives off study guides. As long as you reviewed your notes, the tests are easy. Explained and expanded on everything she taught, as well as answered questions clearly.

toon ONLINE course. I did not use the book and passed with a B. Just log in and do the discussion board assignments. She is by far the MOST organized online instructor Ive ever had. She posts powerpoints that have all the info u need for the exams. And she responds to emails super quick. I recommend her.

Good teacher. She is very cut and dry and you know exactly what is expected of you. I took her intersession course. Great class, although she uses all of the time. I would definitely recommend her!

I have her this semester for 222 and 223 and she is by far the best professor I've had at any college. She is caring and goes above and beyond, her lectures are long but the information you learn is always interesting and she always finds a way to make it fun, as well as group activities, you can relate with your peers.hands done A+ for Dr.Lally!

Dr. Lally was the BEST teacher I've ever had! The exams we had throughout the semester were super easy, all you have to do is study off of your notes. So you MUST attened all classes. She showed some really good video clips. I learned so much more with her than with my intro to psych. She's fun and easy to talk to. Super friendly!

Great teacher! She knows what she is talking about. Her class isnt boring at all. Her test might be a little tricky but only if you didnt study. If you are stuck on a question in the test she will give you some hints. She is just very caring & always happy.

Always uses powerpoints and actually gives you time to take notes; doesn't rush through her lectures. The only time I used the textbook was for vocab assignments. Gives study guides. Practically no homework.

Really helpful and caring teacher! You do have to work hard for a good grade though and really need to study or tests. All this class is, is four test plus final and four essays. So you really need to do good in everything. Overall great teacher and really knows what she is talking about!

She's one of the best professors I've had. She always goes over upcoming important dates and any questions before the exam. Her paper assignments are not difficult. They were actually fun. By far my favorite teacher ever at clc. Such a fun and exciting class. Always take notes in class because that is what your exams will be one. Such a nice professor and always willing to help you in any way possible. You have to write long papers, but they're super easy, she provides all the questions for you to answer.

Very good professor. She makes sure you will succeed in the class, all you have to do is ask. There are like 4 papers and 4 tests, no final just the 4th test. She uses PP but she uses them in a way you will learn and not die of boredom. Great professor!

I had Dr. Lally for the Honors course (no textbook required for honors course). She's an amazing prof and person overall. Tests are manageable if you study. Do the readings, pay attention in class, and study; you will be fine. She is extremely open & understanding. She's passionate about her work and always willing to help you. She's incredible.

If you miss her lectures, make sure you see her outside of class. Her tests cover her lectures more than the book. She is more than willing to help if you need it.

Dr. Lally was a great teacher. I didn't like her the first week because she comes across as very hard core and old school, but after the first week I grew to love the class. The text book was provided online for free but I never opened it once. I received a B without studying, doing any of the hw, simply showing up to class and taking the tests.

I absolutely love Dr. Lally's class! She is very clear on what students need to know for the tests and what she wants in the 3 papers you have to write. Dr. Lally easily made the class that I was scared of most for my first semester my favorite class! She took a subject I wasn't interested in and made me love Psychology after just a couple classes. She's easy to talk to about anything and makes everything clear when she assigns the work. If her class is available to you don't miss the opportunity.

Such a fun and knowledgeable professor. Her class is really interesting and you don't get bored; plus she makes everyone feel super comfortable. She's really nice and feels like a total mom and is a pretty easy grader so long as you try your hardest. There are 3 papers and 5 exams; the papers are easy but the exams you definitely have to study for.

Dr Lallys class is one of my favorite classes. Ive been out of school for over 8 years now and I was very nervous about taking this class because people have always said how tough this class is. I got so lucky to have a great professor who cares about her class. She makes her classes interesting and is always engaging her students.

Dr. Lally was a wonderful instructor to have, there wasn't a day where I did not want to come to class. Her notes are very straightforward and she will always lend a helping hand. She makes it very difficult to not do well in her class. I highly suggest taking her class.

If you have the chance to, I would HIGHLY suggest taking one of her classes. She transmits information in a way that makes learning fun, and even difficult topics are better understood because of her teaching method. She makes everyone in the class super comfortable - despite hating public speaking, I'm not worried about the presentation at all.

This was my first online class so I was a bit nervous, but my second consecutive semester with Dr Lally and I just cant say enough of how an amazing instructor she is. Her lectures are very intriguing, and her tests are clear cut there will never be surprises what she teaches in class will be on the test. I would definitely recommend taking her!

Class-time has a very comfortable feel to it, however, so participating didn't feel scary. I took her Honors course, so the work was challenging, but if you put in the effort you can get the grades and learn a lot!

She's a really great teacher, though I was intimidated at first. While later in the semester I could take tests only studying my lecture notes and perusing the textbook in the disorders I was still confused on, the first few weeks were tough since it really required you to read the textbook. But don't buy it! She will give you a code. Never skip!

SHES AN AMAZING HUMAN BEING! She is the reason I was inspired to become a psychology major. You cannot leave CLC without taking a cold with her. I got the opportunity to be her researcher and she was the best mentor Ive ever had.

Dr. Lally was an incredibly teacher, as I had her for Honors Intro to Psychology. She was extremely well at connecting the material learned to real life, and great at giving feedback as soon as possible. Almost all of the heavy assignments were group projects, and the tests did cover all topics covered but after the first one, you get used to them.

Dr. Lally is always there for you when you need her. She makes sure you are doing well in your work and gives you many resources to write your papers. Her class was a bit loaded, but it was an honors class. I like how she lectures and I would take another psych class with her for sure. Make sure to review her powerpoints for the exams!

Dr. Lally is very knowledgeable in psychology. I took her for Brain and Behavior and really enjoyed the classes. She does many of activities to mix it up so honestly just show up for class because it's a good time. The exams are not very easy, but they are over everything you do in class so make sure you pay attention!

Dr. Martha Lally was an amazing instructor, I took it over the summer and it was alot of reading but she provides the etextbook which I printed because I need to physically read and highlight important information. I enjoyed how the class interacted weekly with discussions but the paper write was intense 8 page paper nonetheless I did amazing.

Lally was a great professor. I would say you should take her class it's and easy pass if you do all the work. She gives back amazing feedback to your discussion post each week. If you do the work it is a easy pass for her class. Amazing lecture and a lot of reading from the textbook. But it isn't hard at all. Would take her again if I had to!

Professor Lally was an amazing teacher. I learned so much from her and she was very interactive with students which made the class more interesting. She was very thorough with requirements and always offered help. Not too many assignments but they were ones that enhanced learning the material and she always left comments on assignments as well.

I have taken two of Dr. Lally's psychology classes, intro & abnormal psychology. She is always available & wants to see her students succeed. One of the papers that we had to do for this class was a movie review on a mental disorder and it was engaging. Another assignment is an APA style paper, which i've never done, but she guides you through it.

She is really helpful and available even after class. She is really good at explaining stuff thoroughly as well.

Great teacher, she makes her expectations very clear and provides many case studies during class, along with other in class activities. It made the class more interesting than other zoom courses I have taken. She grades everything quickly and always gives feedback on papers. One of the best prof at CLC by far! Take her class, you won't regret it!

Absolutely amazing prof. Provides study guides for exams, there are no quizzes. I took her Honors PSY 101 and she def works with her students to make sure they understand the material. Lectures aren't boring, will not drop you if you miss class, but it WILL affect your grade. She's super sweet and always worries about her students in a good way :)

Dr. Lally is the best CLC professor I've had! I've had her for 2 different classes; lifespan development and abnormal. She explains really well and in depth. The way she teaches is extremely engaging, and she gives great feedback on papers. In Zoom class, she does prefer people to have their camera on, but other than that, she's great even online.

I took Lally twice, she is very lecture heavy, you will write a few papers and take a few tests. She is probably the most difficult professor I've had, but she is extremely helpful, friendly, and always available. Her classes are a little more challenging but they will provide you with a lot of information and prepare you for the future.

Dr. Lally was a great professor. Grading is clear in the syllabus. She is super helpful and responds to emails very quickly. She provides in-depth feedback as well. In her modules, she has numerous videos and resources to support learning. Added bonus - the textbook is written by her AND free!

Her lectures are amazing there is a mixture of her talking, class discussions, little papers to do, videos & more I was always engaged its hard not to be in her class
