Professor Essenburg really pushes DePaul kids to be better and more competitive in the financial services industry. Professor Essenburg is the best finance professor at DePaul. Banking and Credit Analysis was a tough course with difficult credit models -- but I learned more in it than all my previous finance classes combined. There's no room for flexibility, making it hard to balance with other commitments. If you're looking to actually learn or grow, this class isn't for you. Avoid it if you can.
