Don't be fooled. This class with Heesacker is NOT an easy A. You have to work your butt off for a decent grade. There are only 3 exams, and some extra credits that you have to attend class in order to get them. The text is usable but the reader(primary sources) is a grade killer. Very tedious class. Guaranteed you will end up reading two textbooks (that he requires in class) COVER-to-COVER and there's no other choice b/c his M.C exams are based strictly on all readings. however, he gives out xtra cred. and if you read, exams are more than manageable. He has a funny sense of humor so his personality helps.

Heesacker was an awesome guy. He had a lotof enthusiasm and knowledge for the subject. His powerpoints cover the material, but very broadly so be sure to read the chapters for the tests.
