She makes class so fun! She would always tell funny stories, and you could talk about ANYTHING in her class, she loved everybody in the class, and would always be nice to me, even when i didn't turn stuff in.

A little (ok, more than a little) on the crazy side, but she makes sure you learn the material and is very approachable if you need help. Just make sure you pay attention because she doesn't like repeating instructions (only material).

Lots of papers, but she is VERY FAIR. Pay attention and follow specific guidelines that are clearly explained and you'll get an easy A.

One of my favourite professors I've had. She's EXTEREMELY enthusiastic about what she teaches and her peppiness will definitely wake you up in the morning. She's very kind and compassionate towards her students. I HIGHLY reccommend her.

Best psych teacher ever! She is wonderful, and obviously loves what she does! She is deffinetly great at her job!

If you're expecting her to spoon feed you the information, then you probably don't want to take her. You get back as much as you put in. If you read the chapter before her lectures, then you will understand what she is talking about. There are no tricks to her tests, but you must be a critical reader or you will miss the information.

Reading and understanding the book is a must, because she doesn't lecture. All you do in class is discuss the stuff (student participation), group work, or watch old boring videos. Test taken on Blackboard. Study guides provided, test questions come from them. Grades papers easily and fair. A bit loud and maybe strange at times, but overall nice.

Mrs. C is the best!! She is verry easy.. just be nice too her and she will be the best to u! awesome! however, she doesnt spoon feed.. no lecture outlines etc.. but her tests are open book take home (online,etc).. even the midterm was an openbook,take home,online sorta thing. take her!

Her lectures are high energy, and she is funny and a really nice person. Her tests are open book, and do at home on the web. Her lectures don't relate very well to the tests, but they are interesting. You will never be bored in her class. She does seem to be pretty slow on the grading. Overall, a good teacher.

I disagree with some of the coments. This teacher truely loves what she does, and is hot for her age!! Back off! She is self confident in herself, and her teaching style. She likes anyone who gives half a chance and does the work and shows up for class. Slackers is what she dislikes. She is extremely clear in all expectations! Loved her!!

If you like psychology and want to really learn it, take a different prof. If you want to discuss ideas and parts of psychology, take Conti. She is energetic, knows her stuff, and is fun. But the class is unstructured, and with all the psych classes I have taken, I learned the least here. She has favorite students but overall is nice to everyone.

I really enjoyed her class. She kept my attention she wasn't dull and boring. I found her class to be really interesting and refreshing.Make sure to read over the chapters she does have the tendency to get annoyed when u don't. As for her grading system it was hard to keep track of.

Amazing teacher! She is fing hilarious and so easy. You don't have to read or study much, but there are some projects. She will help you with anything if you just ask. And by help, I mean pretty much tell you EXACTLY what you need to do to get an "A".

Mrs. Conti was awesome. I thought this class was going to be horribly difficult but as long as you come to class and pay moderate attention, you can easily get an A. Mrs. Conti made class fun and interesting. Nice lady. She would always remember me and say hello and would sometimes try to play ultimate frisbee with us in the parking lot.

she makes you want to come to class and learn, but you have to want to too. read the chapters & you're going to be fine. shes helpful, very nice & energetic! we all know an 8AM class sucks, but she made me want to go! no doubt you will enjoy her class!

Mrs. Conti is one of the best teachers at JJC! I learned so much in her class, she is inspiring. She does expect you to do your homework. As long as you do, no problems. If you don't want to read your text book don't take this class. You can tell by the people's comments who don't like her. I'm sure they didn't do their homework.

Great teacher! Easy to talk to & she'll work with you if you don't understand something. Class participation is required, and yes, you must read the text book. Attendance is taken by in class writing essays. Quizzes are timed & given online, which is great because it's open book & multiple chances are given if you aren't happy w/your grade.

Very fun teacher. I really enjoyed coming to class. She doesn't teach from the textbook in class, but all of the tests online are directly from the textbook, so you have to read the chapters or the tests will be difficult. All of the tests online are open until the end of the semester, so don't put them off until the last minute.

Mrs. Conti is honestly the best teacher I have ever had. She makes learning about Psych so much fun, and I always looked forward to her class. In 101 we used Aplia for homework and angel for tests and in 215 just angel. Do your work (dont wait till last min!), pay attention, and participate and you will have a great time in both these classes!

Mrs. Conti is a great teacher, I didn't have much interest in psych before taking her. All her test are on the internet so they're open book. She likes to say open bottle. If you put even a little bit of work in you should do well in her class, just participate in class discussions.
