Had her my first semester. By far the greatest professor. She gets so into the topic and even though it's boring she makes it interesting. Her tests are everything from the notes so study and you will get an A. Don't bother buying the textbook we never used it

You can guarantee an A if you attend class and take all the notes. The material you learn in class is directly related to all of her tests. Excellent professor!

She knows how to teach a class. Very clear about what will be on the test. If you pay attention during class and take notes there is no possible way you will fail. There aren't any curveballs on her tests; it's very basic. Her lectures are somewhat entertaining and she just seems like a nice person in general. Clear and concise.

Very fair professor. Show up and take notes and you are guaranteed an A. No homework or any outside work (Don't get the textbook, even though the first day of class she says we'll use it, we never once did). Very nice lady. Tests have extra credit questions too

Really knows how to teach. 3 tests and a final, all from the notes. She basically tells you whats on the test. No homework ever, and she is so sweet to all her students. Highly recommend

Best Professor! If you have the chance definitely take her. I took Employment Law, don't remember the course number. The class was really interesting and she is very helpful. Grading criteria are clear and it is easy to get an A if you try. I always liked going to class and learned a lot! Don't miss this chance!

Professor Clifford might be the best professor I've ever had! She is super nice and explains the material in a way that all can understand. She also makes a dry material come to life because you can tell how passionate she is about law when she lectures. Tests are easy if you just study all the terms she tells you to study. EASY A!! Awesome!

I LOVE professor Clifford. I took her for Business Law 1 and I would definitely take her again. Her tests are extremely fair. Not only that, but she also has a review session the class before the test. Make sure you don't miss that class, because she literally goes over what's exactly going to be on the test and what's not. She's very helpful too.

Professor Clifford is a sweetheart. She wants and expects her students to do well. There are a lot of notes in the class. Copy them, they are on the examination! Attendance is mandatory! Finally, Professor Clifford has time outside of class to help you if you are struggling or have a question.

I had her for several different law classes on campus. She is my favorite professor that I've ever had. She doesn't give too much work and makes the material interesting and easy to understand. If only every professor was as great as her..

My heart beats out of its chest for this women. she is the textbook example of what a good instructor should be. Passionate, inspiring, compassionate, and professional. Her test are strictly based from her notes, she does a review prior to exams, and purchase of textbook not necessary. Just photocopy case studies she assigns from the library!

She is great! I haven't had a good experience at this school but I actually looked forward to this class. She is caring and intelligent and explains the material very well. I purchased the textbook but you really only need it to read the cases other than that notes taken in class will be sufficient for exams.

Best professor ive had so far. She is so caring and has so much passion for what she teaches. lots of hand written notes on the board but they're amazing, make sense, and are organized. Review class before each exam and practically gives you the answers. If she taught any other class besides BUS202 i would so take it. TAKE HER

BEST TEACHER! This class can have dull material, but she is so passionate about it that it makes it fun and easy to go to class. She has a 5 rating for a reason. You wont regret it. She is very helpful outside the classroom as well. Lots of notes, but lots of extra credit and the tests are not hard. ALL multiple choice, and a few free answers.

Prof. Clifford clearly loves her course and makes each chapter relevant in one way or another. She isn't a professor who creates PowerPoints and reads right off them, she knows her topic perfectly and will connect each chapter to the real world. Had an extremely clear grading criteria, each exam was very fair, and you should know if you review.

She talks a lot and you have to write down everything she says but she is the nicest lady in the world. She really cares about her students getting a good grade and makes sure u really understand what you are learning. Only 2 hw assignments that are so easy and about 3-4 tests that she reviews for the class before

Professor Clifford teaches what you need to know for her exams. Each review is thorough and she restates(word for word) key points you will see on the exam. She is enthusiastic during each lecture. She is a very fair grader. If you want an easy "A" and an enjoyable law class(yep, I said enjoyable), then take Professor Clifford.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. She is so passionate about teaching and her students. Just pay attention, take your notes, and perhaps record her review session and you will receive a good grade. I like that she writes her notes on the board because it helps you memorize the material and when the test comes studying is a breeze. No trick questions on exams.

Professor Clifford is the absolute BEST and super sweet! If you want to pass her class, show up to every class and take ALL notes because those exact notes will be on the test which is multiple choice. She does test reviews and she always gives examples/cases to help you remember the info. Also make sure to make a friend just incase you miss class

Pofessor Clifford is probably the best professor I've had at Farmingdale. Get ready to take tons of notes but she literally tells you what is going to be on the test and gives you the discussion questions from the test before hand. Took her 3 semesters in a row. If I could I would have taken her again.

I've taken Employment Law and Business Organizational Law with professor Clifford and she is the BEST. She the chairperson of Legal Studies and a former attorney that provides great feedback for Pre-law students and anyone interested in law. She's supportive, understanding, respected, and she does everything to help students understand the material

Professor Clifford is a great teacher who genuinely tries to help every student. She doesnt give lots of work and her assignments are typically easy. I have taken her for 2 classes now and would 100% take again.

She is a wonderful professor was very nice. I love how much energy she puts into her lectures. All tests multiple-choice, based on PowerPoint notes. Only had 2 homework assignments the whole semester. Didn't use the textbook much, I'd say you can do without it since she posts photos of textbook pages most of the time. Also she records the lectures.

Professor Clifford is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. Cares about her students doing well and is always eager to help. 1 writing assignment, 1 presentation, 3 exams (M/C and S/A). The course was very enjoyable and reviews before each exam. Textbook was not necessary because she prints out all the case law and uploads it to blackboard.

I took Professor Clifford for BUS202 as well as BUS352 and BUS406. Shes the BEST Professor. You only have 3 tests and 2 homeworks. Her class is very easy to pass as long as you take notes. Shes very caring about her students and wants everyone to do well. If u take BUS202 and want easy business electives take 352 and 406 they are the same as 202

Hands down one of the nicest, sweetest best professors out there. She is such a great teacher I wish I could give her a million stars. She truly puts a lot of effort into making her students succeed. I could write a 20-page paper on how great of a teacher she is.

There's a million reasons I could give on why you should take one of Prof Clifford's courses. Her lectures are conversational and easy to follow. There's little to no homework-- aside from reading case law. Exams are easy and non-cumulative. She also gives opportunity for extra credit. 100% would take another one of her classes.

I can't say enough about Professor Clifford. She is so sweet and understanding,and is always available. There was no HW for this class just test and case studies readings.Take lots of notes this will help for the exams she lets us use open notes. Also the cases she chose were interesting and sparked plenty of conversations amongst peers. Good luck!

My favorite professor at farmingdale. I have taken her for 3 classes already. She is the sweetest women ever, she truly cares for her students. Her lectures are amazing and teaches it so you understand it. She makes law classes easy. Take her you won't regret it.

She is soooo nice and very understanding. 3rd time taking her bc she's that good. Clear and informative slides. one verbal case study presentation, very easy and she basically takes over the talking. 3-4 in person tests about 30ish questions each. no hw, no textbook.

A very nice and humble person. She explains all material so vividly and makes connections to current events. The course can be difficult but she is willing to help all students succeed in her class. Little to no HW or quizzes, and exams carry the burden of our grades. Even outside of class, she is an amazing person to have a conversation with.

Mary Clifford has to be one of my favorite professors at the school of business. Law isn't my favorite subject but her passion for what she teaches makes class bearable. Extremely sweet woman who makes her students very comfortable. Provided readings we needed in class. Reasonable exams, adapts to her students despite not being tech savvy.

Great teacher. Light class, and you can tell she really cares about her students success. About 4-6 tests including the midterm and final. (All online) She is available outside of class and offers extra credit at the end of the semester if you need a boost on your grade.

nice teacher, gives good lectures and caring. only downside is she gives pop quizzes but they are like 4 questions and they are about the case studies, and if you miss a day which had a pop quiz she lets you take it when your back which is nice. overall a really nice teacher i would def take her or Prof Lupinacci for business classes.

She's very nice and the workload is light. No homework aside from reading short cases, just tests and a few very easy pop quizzes based on assigned case readings. Very knowledgable and passionate for what she talks about. I highly reccomend.
