Really hard. The exams were impactful and confusing. There is too many questions on this test. 100 questions on exams and 50 questions on the labs tests. Took really long is more of a guessing game then a simple multiple choice test.

Get ready to endlessly reading. It takes 3 hours to dissect and distinguish the rocks. Super duper hard as hell. What a nightmare. I wish this professor understands to give extra credit. Professor never communicated with me when I tried to contact her multiple times in email & on student Canvas. There were a lot of mistakes she made. First mistake was that she did not have Zoom meetings for her class. Second mistake is that she did not offer redo or late work. Do not recommend her at all. No make ups and no communication from her.

Labs, tests, quizzes, and exams have nothing to do with her study guide or power point lecture notes she hands out. Do not recommend her at all. Beware: This class is self-taught. Learn all on your own because she does not teach at all. All exams and tests are 50 multiple choices. Since the labs are combined with the class, there is a 50 multiple choice test every single week & a 50 multiple choice exam every 2 weeks. There are 16 weeks in total, meaning that there are 16 tests & 8 exams.

Overloaded exams & tests are extremely hard. No extra credit. Worst professor ever. No flexibility and lots & lots of testing. Online and in-person classes were both awful & worst than other professors. Take a different professor because this is not an easy A class. Spend 9 hours on one exam. There are 8 exams in total, each 50-60 multiple choices.

The class was honestly frustrating for me. I took her science class & it was super difficult to begin with. There were a lot of exams, quizzes, & tests that I needed to complete. Honestly, being in her class made me considered committing suicide. For me, as a student in her science class right now, it was really stressful & gave me depression.

The problem was that the geology labs were overwhelmingly based off guesses, in order to identify the rock. It straight up felt like just plain guessing, taking risks, and gambling to try to get the answer right. It was very wrong and off-putting to say the least. Overall, it felt like a punch in the gut and a slap in the face. Dug a big huge hole.

Exams were very contradicting, hysterical, diabolical, and hypocritical.

Did not explain how the tests functions. There were no meetings or online for office hours. Took forever to respond. Hopeless!
