I took her for Comp II online and she was awesome about responding to emails and as long as you do her assignments, you will get an easy A! There is a discussion board posting every week and a short 1 paragraph response to readings you do. And two major papers that are super easy!

She is one of the most loving, caring, and helpful professors at TCC. She does everything in her will to help out students. Take her, you will not regret it!

Mrs Lonsbury is the best. Even though it was a 4 weeks course I found excitement in the poems and plays. All you have to do is stay on top of things do your work and you will get a good grade I like her. She gives a printed preview for the last test. If I were you I would take her. Her teaching style is reachable.

I took her online. SHe was very helpful and knowledgeable. She allowed you to make up work and did not red line your papers.

I took this class online. I enjoyed it. She gave you freedom. She was very encouraging and complimentary of your work. She wasn't as much technical as motivating to capture your thoughts and opinions of the literature. I would recommend her!!

I love her class and wish I could take her for ENGL 1302. We constantly laugh and she laughs right along with us. Very willing to help with your assignments and strict due dates do not exist with her; very lenient about when to turn things in, just go and talk to her. The in-class assignments are just participation grades. Easy A in her class

Easiest class ever! She keeps it simple, the work is a breeze. I don't think I have taken a class as easiest as this one. My final grade was a 99/100! Her class does require the book but I rarely used it as you can search for the readings online. Highly recommended!

VERY easy teacher. her class was very simple, you never have homework unless its a paper. she will help you if you need it. she grades very easy, i made a 100 on all my essays. you do need the book to read stories in class. definitely recommend her to anyone!!

She was a very fun, sweet teacher! She wants to see each person succeed. Loved her class and will be taking her again for next English class! If you didn't have the book she had copies from the text to help you complete assignment. Highly reccomend!

You could not get a better online English class. Clear, easy, helpful. She even offered to change a grade for me if I emailed her a correct quiz answer, and that's not what I was even looking for. Best teacher I've had yet. I'm currently making a 98 in the class. My hope is restored in professors.

Professor Lousbury is AWESOME-understanding, fair, and helpful! I just completed American Literature( which I dropped THREE times with other instructors) and received an A(: I can assure you that if you try your Best, you will receive no less than a B grade, in any of her courses. They're very doable! (I actually enjoyed her course.)

I took her class and towards the end I didn't even try due to family circumstances and work. Made a A+ and the work was easy. quiz every week only 5 questions and a few essays. Book is not required just look up online. If you fail this class its either cause you didn't' put any effort in what so ever. Great professor, responds quickly& very polite

She grades by points. I took the summer course @ NW. Super easy. Instructions are crystal clear. You might struggle if you have zero computer knowledge. If you frequently use MS Word and PPT, this class will be a breeze. No book, just slideshows. Primarily a workshop class. Lectures are straight to the point. Do your work, and you will get an A.

Took English 1302 as an online course in Spring 2015. Instructor is very well organized and completely clear on coursework and expectations. Essay writing wasn't horrible and reading wasn't over saturating. If you do the work and do it on time you will get an A.

OMG, I took this class onling for summer. If you have a job, kids and don't have the free time to read 3 stories a day, take chapter quiz and the discussion board which you must reply to another student,due almost every day. Then think again about taking this class online. Teacher seems really nice, but too many work for me. Couldn't keep up.

I loved Liz (she asks you to address her that)! This class was really easy, and she's not a tough grader at all. You do have to read a lot, but if you can, Shmoop has a lot of the stories, poems, and plays where you can read the summaries and get the gist of it. Tests are easy, but it takes her forever to grade assignments.

Liz is the best! I've taken her twice, for English 1301 and a Maymester Technical writing 2301. Super great class for both. Grading criteria is plain and simple. Go to class and do the work, and you will get a high A. She has flexible deadlines, and is very helpful and there for you if you need it. 10/10 great professor.

Great class from start to finish. Liz is amazingly organized, assignments are clear and concise, no busy work, assignments (100 wds), db's: 1 post 2 replies (100 wds), 3 papers (500 - 1000 wds), short quizzes, and 20 question final. She picks great writings and lots of freedom to pick what interests you. Would definitely take her again!

I took English 1301 online, and it was one of the best classes I have ever taken. It's very easy as long as you get your work done, and Lounsbury gives good feedback and responds to messages quickly. She is also very nice and will accept late work if you email her.

Liz is an amazing professor and person out of the classroom. Her class is very easy and relaxing compared to all the other courses many students are taking. You will write 5 essays but the prompts are easy and she will help as much as she can. I like her and plan on taking her again next semester!

This class is so easy! I wish Liz taught all my classes! You have two super easy assignments due on blackboard every Sunday. The first couple weeks all we did was watch movies and analyze them. Her class is so easy, and laid back. You do need the book, you're missing out if you don't take her! Also look under Liz Lounsbury for ratings. TAKE HER!

There is a lot of work to do in this class but it's all easy. Read from text book and write comments on discussion board/comment on another post /1 paragraph assignment and a quiz for each lesson. We had 3 essays which are graded easily. An easy A if you do all of the work. Usually completed each lesson on first day it opened.

she goes by Liz, she a lovely older lady and help you if you are stuck with an assignments, her class is not hard at all, do all the hw, show up to class and you be good. the Hw is not hard at all. i passed with an A+, English is not my first language. i took her in the maysmester. no book needed, no quizzes and final is very simple. good luck :)

I took the class online, the 8 week course. It was very easy because the way that each unit is presented. as long as you read you can easily pass the class with flying colors. she is a great teacher and I highly recommend taking her if you have the chance.

Took her for the 2nd Summer semester. it was a pretty easy class, lots of busy work. each assignment had a quiz, discussion board and assignment (which was pretty much a second discussion board) also 3 Essays. Would take again!

I had this teacher for ENGL 1301 and ENGL 2311 and she is great. The ENGL 2311 course was a wintermester for me, and she is the perfect teacher for any minimesters. Everything is a participation grade and she has no real deadlines except for the week before the last day.

I took her class and it was honestly the easiest class ever. I loved it. Due dates weren't mandatory, just had to do everything by the end of the semester. You watch lots of videos, I usually took my laptop into class and wrote the essays during her class. The essays we did were surprisingly not boring and she's really helpful.

Just take her. Shes awesome youll love her.

Easy A. You might be able to go without getting the book and looking up the poems and stories online. I had it, just easier to access and also to make sure I had the right one. Work was due every Sunday. Not a big work load.

This is relatively the easiest class i have taken in my life. you should definitely take her. you would get an A trust me.

Taking wintermester 2018. The class is super easy. She grades leniently and makes material easy to learn. Doesnt require attendance but youll lose points. and doesnt lecture all class. My only gripe with this class is that its basically an online class yet we have to come to class. It literally can all be done in your bed. Overall worth taking!

Every week there was an assignment to turn in, as long as you read you will pass. Easy A! I took her 1302 online for fall, as long as you turn in all the assignments and read was she is requesting you will pass with an A.

TAKE THIS INSTRUCTOR!! It was truly one of the easiest classes I've ever taken. There is a lot of homework, but it's all due at the end of the semester so you can do it at your own pace. She is super nice and ready to help whenever you need it. She is clear on what she expects in class. Her lectures are quick and she gives time in class to do work.

Professor Lounsbury was a great composition class! Even though I wrote a lot of papers, I still found it relatively easy to complete and meet deadlines. She provided great lectures and materials online for students to easily study and reference. She provided little feedback for me, but I just accepted that she is easy grader.

Professor Lounsbury is one of my favorite teachers. She is so kind and so understandable. Grades your papers so generously and doesn't take too much off if they're a day or two late. Such an easy course, always accessible and will even provide her cell and allow video calls if you can't reach her via email. TAKE HER, such an easy A!!!

Mrs. Lounsbury is very sweet. She is one of the best teachers I had throughout my college career. We were given 3 essays throughout the semester, along with a few assignments in class and out since it was blended. If you're looking for a good Comp teacher I would HIGHLY suggest taking her, a plus if its blended. 11/10 would recommend.

No multiple choices, easy essays and few discussion boards. Bought the textbk but didn't use it much except for citing. Best professor so far and easy grader. Take her! I You only have one major final compare and contrast essay for the final exam. I took her class online and it was an easy breeze

She is so sweet, a very lenient grader, and an all around amazing teacher. I took her may-mester which is a 2 week class, and I never felt stressed out that I had too much work to do. She leaves all assignments open until the last day of class, and even lets you redo assignments as you please. TAKE HER!

Prof Lounsbury is so sweet!! She does daily writings that are literally the easiest thing and weekly lessons that can get done in an hour at most. There are 3 essays and a few discussion boards. She is so easy!! Don't skip because daily writings are only given in class and count for attendance.

She is amazing, I loved how she took the time to give you feedback every time we turned something in. She allows late work but she gives ample time to work on it (one week). We had few DB, one big project and other small journal entries. Highly highly recommend her, it was an easy A if you are taking other online classes as well.

Professor Lounsbury provides great notes and powerpoints with lessons in improving your writing skills from structuring essays properly to citing sources correctly. She also provides wonderful feedback to correct certain writing mistakes. Highly recommended in taking her course(s) as she is quite intuitive in helping students write better.
