She is good, very easy but not really learn a lot of thing in this class because she skit a lot of chapters in the book. And she spend a lot of time to do the interview assignment.

easy A. she's an excellent teacher that won't waste your time with any busywork.

She an okay professor, an easy A if you just do the things she ask for. Don't worry her things are easy enough to do without breaking a sweat. No much homework but you must do certain projects to ace her class, like the presentation on business related.

Took her for an online Business Communications course. Easy A. Make sure you log on often, participate in the discussion board, and hand in her one-page assignments on time and you will be fine. Midterm and Final are easy. She makes business communication fun.

Prof. Padula is great!! She is straight forward and to the point..She's easy as long as you do her work..She gives alot of quizes and exams but she tells you exactly what it's going to be on so as long as you study..it's a breeze..I can't stress enough how much extra credit points you can earn in her class..

Ok Guys !! This is the deal. She is an average professor. She is not hard. She gave the class a lot of extra points for participating. The only thing that might be on the negative side is the fact that you have to make a presentation in front of a class of like 40 to 60 students. But it is easier than you think. I believe is an easy A.

Padula's style of teaching should be the standard. Easy A yes, but she makes sure you understand the lessons by requiring an outline of each chapter. Participate in class! It will boost your grade. Tests are multiple choice only. Excellent teacher.

she is nice and her class is easy to get A if you pay attention, because she give you many chances to get the extra credits, there are about 3 texts in her class, if you read the book, you could be fine. even though your grade of the test is low, you still could use the extra credits to improve your final grade. one speech, it is easy, don't worry

Dr. Padula is a wonderful professor with a big heart and in today's society they're a few people like her left. She is very forward and clear with her teaching method, basicaly she knows her stuff. There's not much for me to say about her either, except she is sweet and one of the best. All we have to do is complete a few homework assignments and do a couple of presentations-Both business-related. It's easy. Tests are easy too. I wish there were more professors like her at BMCC.

She is one of the nicest professors at BMCC. This class was a breeze, and to make it even better she discuss the paper in class a week before the exam which makes it very easy. If you fail this class it is definitely your fault.

I had her weekly. I'd STRONGLY recommend that option. Every week a paper was assigned and was to be presented to class the following week. In doing so, that was an easy 100. Do the math. About 15 weeks. 15 100's. Tests and quizzes are online. PLENTY of extra credit. Can't wait to take her again for BUS150.

I've grown and learned so much from taking this class. I am highly interested in taking more classes in business. The assignments really affected my outside life for the better. I also learned how to do my first power point. awesome class.

It seem some people didnt like Dr. Padula's teaching style but I for did and clearly understood what it was. Your grade was either yours to get or yours to lose. I like her a lot and planning to take her again. I think she is a great professor and we all should be so lucky to have her

If you want an useful lecture, I recommend you to not to take this, but for easy A, definitely take this class. Mostly, she ask you to do bit of homework which barely takes 5 minutes. But trust me, if you do what she ask you to do before deadline you'll get A no matter what happens

She's an easy A I didn't learn much in her class. Most of my class didn't remember to do their assignments. If your lazy take this class you'll do well. You have to do a lot of presentations but they're simple and most of the homework is online.

I love Professor Padula. She has been at BMCC over 39 years, so she knew how to care her students and gave valuable advice for student future major, college, or career pursuit. Also, the class was not hard. There are some online assignments and quizzes, and three presentations (do it and pass). By the way, participation matters, and don't be late.

She is so sweet she can be hard on you when needed but it's tough love. Lots of charisma she gives self reflected personality assignments as essays and 2 presentations one you do alone the other is group. Show up do the work you will get a good grade. Class meets once a week she was my favorite she cares for her students.

Prof Padula is possibly the easiest BUS professor out there. She gives online homework which is due weekly. (If you're smart then you could find the answers online). If I am being totally honest, she's slightly disrespectful at times. But, in my classes, she helped students out with different classes and personality type tests. It was enjoyable!

This is my first semester, but this feels like the easiest course I will ever take already. Just show up, do the online quizzes (which are take-home quizzes by the way), and do the presentations and you will get an A. I'm not done with her course yet, but my mid-term grade is an A. She's extremely caring & smart, but her class feels too easy.

Easiest class I've taken. Textbook and tests are through online program, it basically gives you the answers. I love her as a person & she loved me, however she has favorites for sure. We had pop quizzes only because our class "didn't behave." 4 short presentations including a business interview. She wants to help you with your future career. Easy A

(Spring 2020) Professor Padula was an excellent teacher during my semester, the majority of our work was on Parsons (online hw site) and Facebook (extra credit, check-in stuff). I had a lot of fun in this class, the content was easy, and Professor Padula was available for any questions regarding homework, extra credit, and our future classes.

She gave us easy quizzes every week and a career essay assignment which counted as our final. She is very supportive, I would recommend her to any students.

She always responded, especially in the beginning when I was having trouble with the textbook. I loved having her and as long as you do the work on time, you should have no problem. She gave assignments weeks in advance so you always have plenty of time. She would even engage in the discussion boards prompting you to think about your career goals.

Class was very easy. She was very accessible outside of class. She answers very quickly. Assignments weren't difficult. I would take another course with her if available.

Dr. Paula is a gem in the business department. Her grading criteria is very simple, one assignment due on Wednesday and the other due on Sunday. Just need to purchase the McGraw hill book to complete the assignments. Her discussion boards will teach you new things about yourself, and help you find your dream career.
