She is awesome... She is a little crazy, but that's what makes the class so much more interesting. She loves what she does, and it shows! Highly recommend.

loves her job, very nice, very helpful, shes kind of a scatter brain but its cool. her tests are different from the curriculum. multiple choice but it seems like theres two right answers on every question, i got a B in her class

VERY ENTHUSIASTIC! Hard test, and study guides are awful. Extremely nice lady and will try to make sure you understand the material, her door is always open. If you take he prepare to make love to your book your'e gonna have to.

Dr. Snow is awesome. I love her! She thinks she is so funny and makes all sorts of crazy weather jokes. Her class is awesome, she will make you laugh. She is a really cool person. Definitely take her class if you can. AWESOME! Take her husband, Dr. Snow, too.

Pretty good teacher. Shes really enthusiastic and you can tell she likes to teach. I usualy zone out or go on the computer and just study a night or two before the tests.... still manage to get a low A. Her tests aren't that easy so you have to study, but overall a painless class.

Good teacher overall. Tests are hard but if you study you should be able to get a A or a B. She is always willing to help any student if they have any problems. I would recommend her if you want to learn about all of the factors of weather. Good Teacher!

This class is easy and with virtually no work. There are three tests (including the final). Study for the tests, and that's it. Dr. Snow is friendly and gives a little bit of extra credit (like 2 or 4 points for a test). It is boring though and her jokes are corny. She's nice so just deal with it.

Dr. Snow was my best teacher for last semester! She tells these corny jokes that hardly anyone gets; I think they're funny though... Her tests are hard so study, but if you have a question, she is always there to help. Overall, an excellent teacher and get her husband for WX352 if you can.

This class is simple...JUST SHOW UP! She hands out extra credit for participation. You are lectured everyday, yes..somewhat boring, but it makes for no work. You have no homework, ever! Just read the chapters a day or so before the test and your set.

Snow rocks nuff said. I love the class simple yet still interesting I wonder how she does it.

Geography. Tests were very hard, but she goes out of her way to make sure you absorb the info. This course involved a lot of independent reading. There are homework assignments due periodically. Interesting course though, good lower-level elective to take.

Was my best class. Now I know how weather works Met II here I come.

One of the bests teachers at riddle. Very helpful and makes the class enjoyable. Attend class, take notes, and study a little and you are guaranteed atleast a B.

The class was not as easy as I thought it would be. Study her power points and you should do fine. She is a good teacher and walks you through everything. All in all she was a great teacher who I would take again.

Got a C and that was a gift. Shes a really cool teacher and probably easy if you do what she says. A B was possible if i had busted my butt. Take her because theres no work except reading

She's a bit corny, but after I slacked off Hard core and still got a B both times I'd definetly take her anyday of any of the other met professors. If you're a wx buff you'll love it. I hated the fact that she wanted us to Memorize the WX on the 3s scree

This lady is crazy. Her mannerisms and voice inflections are very distracting even though she says she does it to keep us awake and alert. I dont really like her method of teaching, she just reads from powerpoints. If you study them, you should be fine.

she's one of the best teachers ive had I heard her husbands pritty good too; As long as you READ the boook you'll get a 100%; the only thing that kills people is that she gives a test after every 4 - 5 chapters and if your behind you will have a hard time catching up; If you want a good teacher take her or her husband their the best.

So easy. I mean like at least 5 bonus points per test just for coming to class. She explains things clearly and makes them easy. She's crazy so class is pretty funny but overall you learn what you need to and she doesn't waste time with BS. She cancells class a lot too (at least 6 times throughout semester), but she tells you beforehand.

Very sweet lady and loves her students; she see's you doing bad and would break her back to help you, We need more teachers like her. As long as you read you will pass the test. Does a good job at trying to make the class as fun as possible; I would recommend her to anyone, I've never heard not one complain about her. Thanks ERAU for Ms. Snow :)

AWESOME person, GREAT teacher. She totally pwns all those band-wagon patriots / neocons / Bush. She's very open minded and has a very global view. In a sense, she's a hippie. But a very cool hippie who makes class enjoyable. Very nice, very approachable, cares about students, and curves often.

Hilarious teacher. Hippie at heart. Completely wonderful woman. Her tests are multiple choice. 90% from the notes (which are all posted online), 10% from the book. No homework. Class is fun to attend. Tests aren't hard if you know the notes.

Great teacher, nice lady. I think I would have had more fun in her class if there weren't about 60 people in it. They fill her class to the brim. Other than that though there's no homework so if you do bad on the tests you're screwed. The notes are all posted online though so it isn't that hard as long as you spend the time on it.

i don't know what everyone is talking about. i though this class was really hard. she only gives you 3 exams, so if you don't do well, your sc***ed. there is no hw to boost your grade, and her lectures are really boring. i heard here husband is pretty good though.

Amazing teacher. Makes coming to class fun. A little on the quirky side, but that's part of her charm. If you come to class, shut up and pay attention you'll do great. Tests are fairly easy, review the slides and you'll be fine.

Mary snow has a wild personality which makes her a fun professor to be taught by. She will happily take time to explain anything misunderstood. Hardest part is the test, only homework is to study. No quizzes but come to all the classes for bonus points on the tests.

She is a fun professor who has a great knowledge of the material. This helps her explain everything very clearly and in detail. The course is challenging but she makes it easier and truley care that you understand the material. She's a good professor.

Really tough class, but awesome professor! I was never bored in class. You have to study hard for the tests but she's a fair teacher. Really nice and loves being there.

Her tests were hard because they were wordy and tricky. She was very enthusiastic and fun. Sometimes she would give out bonus points for attendence. Otherwise her grade was just calculated on the four tests.

Professor Snow is one of the wackiest teachers you'll ever have. Her "SHUTUP" comments never get old. Attendance isn't required but I definitely recommend it. The tests are very challenging but not impossible. Read the chapters, do the online textbook reviews, and go to class. She gives bonus points for the tests only for the people in class!

Loved her class. The only bright spot in my week. Makes weather (hard stuff) lectures fun and gives all the notes needed to make an A or B. Study and read the book no-brainer.

If you don't take a Snow for weather you will miss all the fun. The only way to go is with a Snow. Best at Riddle.

Shes crazy! Loves to crack jokes. If you talk to her and ask questions she'll like you. Exercises are easy but the tests are kinda hard (low average on the first test). If you do alright on the tests and go to every class, you'll do fine in her class. Overall shes a great person and a good teacher, but READ the book!

She will talk about Global Warming just about everyday and the tests are sometimes random detail. But overall if you just study the handouts, workbook, and slideshows you will have no trouble getting an 'A'.

Totally cool prof. You will learn a lot in this class(and her other classes), but it takes work. The more you put into the class, the more you'll get out. I have a a much better understanding of weather and how the Earth works in general. She is generous with extra credit points if you go to class, and she curves really hard tests.

She is a very difficult prof. You really need to work hard to get a good grade, but she does curve the tests!

Totally cool!!! made me declare my minor as weather.. Took two classes with her just because she makes everything interesting.. And exams?? I have never studied for more than 1 hour for every exam and that too I studied just before the exams. Still never got a grade below B. Don't miss any class and u r probably looking at a lot of bonus points!!!

Everything is powerpoint, very little interesting in class demonstrations. I think the WX department as a whole might need to restructure to make the classes more fun. she likes students who show up, pay attention, and participate in class.

Excellent class/ professor. She knows what she is teaching. Terrific! Crystal clear information. She really helps and makes you feel comfortable participating. Just the best class I took by far!

Outstanding professor. When I see her I see the same enthusiasm as Ms. Frizzle had in "The Magic School Bus". Always helping even when students never say a real "thanks". Definitely take M. Snow and her classes!

I like her. She's a little extreme about the global warming thing, but she knows her stuff about weather and is enthusiastic about it 100% of the time. She has an interesting sense of humor, but it's kind of funny when she says things like "Cool Beans!"

Great teacher, she knows her stuff. Use her study guide, and study her power-points and you will get an A in the class. Has an interesting sense of humor, and really pushes the global warming.

If she really cared about the "environment", like she claims, she should stop advocating aviation and boycott aviation and Embry Riddle, but no she gets her paycheck from there, duh. Aviation is very much responsible for global warming. She has the word hypocrite written all over her. I hope the students are smart enough to see this.

Test questions all come straight off the powerpoint. Study the slides before each test and this class is an easy A. Also gives extra credit for bringing textbook into class (otherwise useless to have).

She has four tests each a quarter of your final grade. NO FINAL EXAM!! Gives extra credit up to four points for each test you take just show up to class and you'll get the extra credit. Tests are strictly off the powerpoint slides. No homework except reading.

Good teacher and extremely helpful. However, she will impose her beliefs and opinions upon you. Just be prepared to sit through speeches about global warming and how humans are destroying the planet.

she is a decent teacher. all you have to do is ask questions if you dont understand something and she will explain it or at least try too. her tests are not cumulative and study the power points is key to getting an A in her class. also she likes to enforce her syllabus so make sure you read it.

Professor Snow is dynamic and funny. She does her best to wake you up! No hw but 4 exams on 4-5 chapters each but no finals plus you get extra credit for attending on days there's movies (yes we watched about 3 movies and it was inspirational) Attendance is 10% so that can boost you final grade in a pinch!

She's ok. Not the best professor. Not the worst. Her lectures are heavy but she does her best to keep everyone engaged. She changes her pitch and stuff. You'll be fine if you take her. Not hard to pass. Just make sure to study well for each test.

Ms. Snow is a great professor. She is very straight forward. Her course is very simple, just 4 exams and no homework or anything else. You get bonus points for attendance so make sure to attend class. If you study well for 3-4 hours for each exam, you will get an A for the class.

The exams are solely based on content covered in the lecture slides that are also posted online, so textbook use isn't exactly mandatory, though recommended for a thorough understanding. As a person, she's quite humorous and incorporates it into her lectures.
