He is very knowledgeable about foreign policy.I think he said he went to Harvard.He is also very funny.dont be scared about his crazy foreign name,it is easy to understand what he says.his tests are easy and right off the notes/review sheet.i took his 3hr monday night class,time went by pretty quick and he let us out early lots.take him if u can.

Brilliant professor. Post-doctorate at Harvard I think? Clear, concise, very funny and witty. I'm a freshman and he taught in a senior level class I took. He didn't dumb anything down, but he made it easy for me to understand. I think he was by far my best teacher.

This class is hard. Only 15% of all his students make A's. He doesn't keep attendance but most of the questions from the test come from the lectures. This class was really interesting!! Dr. K is hilarious and makes class very interesting. This is the only class I never skipped this semester. Do the readings and you'll be fine - he will answer any questions. If you participate in class, your grades will definitely reflect that.

Dr. K is funny! He has tenure but it just means he can say what he wants in class and cant be fired. I would definitely take a class from him again! If you do the readings and PAY ATTENTION in class you'll be fine. I had a 3 hour night course and never once fell asleep.If you participate you get bonus points so watch the news for current events.

Go to class make an A. 3 test, he gives study guides, and they are short multiple choice test, I'd save the money and not get the book, just go to class and you'll get bonus points. He's a funny guy and lectures aren't bad. He does cuss a lot in my opinion least favorite part of class. Slight accent but I'm a southern and he's easy to understand.

Great professor! I enjoyed his class. He is really funny, and also very helpful. Can be hard to follow at times. Midterm and final were short multiple choice tests that he gives study guides for. Don't bother getting a book, I wasted money on mine. Attend class or you will fail! Over all his class was easy to follow and a whole lot of fun!

GIVES LOTS OF EXTRA CREDIT JUST FOR GOING TO CLASS. I had a C and with the extra credit it boosted me to an A but with the final exam in i got a B in the class. Kinda funny he jokes a lot but also can go off topic a lot too. Exams arent too long and the first two are based of lectures but the final does have questions from the book.

He is an AMAZING professor, tests are so easy and he also gives study guides along with his lectures a few days before test day. I highly recommend Dr. K! He makes lectures interesting and makes you want to listen to what he has to say. He cracks jokes and makes class fun. Show up and get extra credit some days. His tests are straight out of his lectures. If you listen and write notes, you're golden! Would definitely recommend him.

Makes his lectures very interesting, it's not the usual teacher that has a monotone voice and makes you go to sleep. Grade based on a 100 point system (30 points for 2 tests, 40 points for final) with the chance to get bonus points for class participation. His accent isn't a big deal, but you might occasionally not understand something he says.

Enjoyed everyday of class! He is really funny and his lectures are really interesting. He gives out a lot of extra credit all the time. Everyone should pass his class because everything that is on your notes is on the test. He really cares about the subject he teaches. If I were you I wouldn't buy the textbook because we never used it.

Honestly, if you show up to class, you should make an A in the class. He lets you know specifically what will be on the test. At the start of the semester, he was funny and gave clear lectures from the power point. Eventually, the jokes got tired and kind of annoying and his lectures weren't as good. A lot of the people who complain are people who are lazy and what their good grade handed to them and think its a blowoff class. If you go to class, take good notes, and study BOTH notes and study guide, you'll be alright. Seriously, people complained he made a test shorter.

He's my favorite professor! I didnt know crap about POLS going into his class but after taking the course I want to switch my major. He's really funny and makes a lot of jokes... if you're easily offended about race and other stuff then don't take the class. His lectures are amazing and he'll tell you whats on the test, along with a review.

He is a fantastic professor! There is zero homework! He only has 3 grades though. 2-30 question tests and a 40 question final exam (Each point counting towards your overall average.) If you're in class, you'll make an A. If you don't go to class then you deserve to fail. Haha I wish he taught 2306 or I'd take him again!

His exams are based off what he says in his lectures. He tells you EXACTLY what to study for the tests. The lectures he gives are great because he makes them fun! Professor K was amazing during my fall semester. He is so funny and I learned so much. He gives out tons of extra credit, only 4 exams but drops the lowest. Don't rely on his powerpoints that he posts because they're confusing so just show up to class. Exams are so easy.

Take this professor! He is by far the best professor I have had at SHSU. However, keep in mind he only has 4 major grades for the class (3 exams, 1 final) GOING TO CLASS MATTERS! Taken in the summer with only 4 grades. 3 test and 1 essay. 1 test was identifying places on a map and the other 2 were questions from lectures and readings, written responses only. Essay was 1,000 words long and we were provided several different topics. He's a little unorganized BUT it's a fairly easy course, you won't regret taking him!

I took Poli Sci classes from Dr. Kazemzadeh back when he taught at Utah Valley University. I enjoyed him sooo much that I took multiple classes from him. I recommend him to anyone wanting to take International Relations or any Political Science class.

Professor K is one of those professors you think that is strict and awful but its a complete 180! He makes the class enjoyable and fun by cracking jokes and making sure everyone has a good time as well as relate to the younger generation! Dr. K is definitely my favorite professor I've had at Sam so far. He is so funny and gives extra credit for answering questions or sometimes being in class. The class before exams, he tells you what to look over and it is very helpful. Exams are 20 questions most of the time, and there are never in class assignments or homework. 100% take him!!!!

Mr. K was by far my favorite professor last semester he was always in a good mood and giving students funny nicknames including calling me Cincinnati we do only have three tests in this course but overall if you study the tests are easy and he will be super funny he gives extra credit for showing up when the class is empty on certain days

Only grades are the 4 test but he literally says everything in class and puts in straight on the test, I would definitely take this class especially if you get bored with the subject, very hard to fail, literally go to class take notes or record then study and get an A, he only gives like 15 question each test do all I have to say is easy easy easy

Dr. K is one of the greatest professors I have ever had! He doesn't take attendance, but everything you'll need for a test is in his lectures, so if you do miss, see if someone can record for you. He has a lot of extra point opportunities. Only 4 exams, and they only cover up to the last exam, so no cumulative. He's and a pleasure to learn from.

Very easy professor, took him for middle eastern politics and international relations. You gotta go to the lectures though since there is no supplemental readings/notes on the lecture other than the textbook. Otherwise, this class was a breeze.

Dr. K is the most laid back prof I've had. No assignments, only gives 4 tests, all of which are super easy as long as you pay a decent bit of attention during lectures. Goes over concepts several times and explains them very in depth. Gives extra credit just for answering questions. Very nice and down to earth guy, legitimately funny af too.
