Her tests and final exam are pretty hard in this course. Need a lot of good work to get an A.
I HATE HER! In class we solve easy problems, but on the tests she gives very tricky ones that are impossible to solve. Never admits her mistakes. Almost never helps with assignments. Marks hard. Doesn't like being critisized.
She is very stubborn. Never explain clearly the requirements of our assignments, but other teachers of the same course did explain. It leads to unfairness to her students. But she doesn't care even her students reflect this fact to her.
She is an excellent Management Accounting 2 (MA2) teacher. Knows her material, and expects students to do their assigned readings etc., and is helpful if you have shown you have done your work. Her tests are hard, but this is a post-grad program more is
"are you wit me?" no! we're not! she always says that, hard to understand, and god is she boring. Id say not to take her, but the other profs arent any better
Never take statistic with her. She is not patient and does not explain more difficult questions clearly considering the difficulty of this subject.
She is not boring, she will make you work hard, to ensure you learn. Yes she marks hard, but isn't life hard? Besides if her tests were easy the CGA wouldn't accept them. Get with the programme. "Are you with me?"

She doesn't even know the material she theachs. Never take Statistic with her, because you will forget whatever you now from your prior study.She makes you totaly comfused.
If you like math and want to hate it forever,take her,Good choice!She is the worst math teacher I have ever seen.It is not impossible to get a good mark from her but you have to study yourself and just do her assignments.

oh my god i dont know what to say. she is one of the worst professor at Seneca i think. she failed me. i was doing really well when we had Floyd but once she came everything went wrong i couldnt understand a thing what she was saying.
We learned quite a lot from her. We were able to get that personal attention and do well. Using past CGA papers is your best bet for studing her exams.
she needs to learn how to speak clear English.
She is an excellent teacher.If you are majoring in accounting because you are INTERESTED in it, then get her as your teacher.She is really nice and that helps ease the pressure off this already tough course.Dont expect to get a good mark if you dont do your work.

talking too fast...can't understand her English...no explanation about the concept, just reading the slides...hard to get high mark.
The only thing that I can say about this teacher is that I am very disappointed that she is a teacher. She is extremely difficult to understand and very unhelpful. If you get this teacher, drop the course and find another teacher.

Very nice lady. Hard to keep up with her thoughts since they are all over the place. She will however try to help you the best she can, you just need to ask for it.
She doesn't know anything about accounting beyond what is on her sheet. When you ask her a question, she just uses terrible English so that she doesn't have to answer it. She grades based on how much she likes you, rather than on merit. You need a B+ in this class to continue in the program. Go elsewhere because she is a liability to your grades.
Acctually she is a nice person. She is helpful and know what she is teaching. But she doesnot give high marks.

Get out if you can she is the worse teacher in the world. Got a C+ in her class when I have gotta almost all A's in every other course and I work in finance.
She really wants to make you to undestand. Very good teacher. if you want to learn accounting go there.

I took acc220 during the summer time, two teachers who were teaching were sucks..and I failed the acc220. Then, i chosen Jaffery as my prof this semester, i had learned a lot from her. She is nice compared to other acc220 prof. Trust me!
She's a good teacher and will help if your stuck. She wants class interaction though, and will ask questions learned from previous day

all students in my class do not like her.......i do not her accounting.....but she teaches the math terrible..i do not wanna see her never ever..hard to image how she can be teacher for so long time??? homework are much....the calss is bording and useless...make you even more comfused.
here's another intermediate accounting professor who should have been kicked to the curb a while ago.. she doesn't think before she speaks and plays favourites.. a student who managed to fail all tests before exams managed to scrape an A.

I didn't like her.Goes throuh the material very fast. The only good thing is that she tries to do a lot of problems in class, which is very helpful. But hard marker..
Two things I want to mention. One is when she taught QMN222, her students didn't do well, and then she raised the marks. When she teaches FIN401 this semester.She did the same because only few students finished the mid-term test. I think She either doesn't know how to teach or make papers, and she enjoys to see students suffering.
I had her for my acc415, she bell curved the marks, so I end up with a B and promise never ever take this prof again. Unfortunately, she was the only prof teaching FIN401 so I had to take her again and I'm stressing out again. The hw that we did in class wasn't on the mid term at all. She just sucks...
If you enjoy suffering, take her class. If you don't, get away from her class forever.
Word of Advice: If you want to PASS this class, make sure you DO NOT have this Professor. I repeat, if you have this Professor, make sure you SWITCH classes!
she is not good professor. she is a hard marker. she makes course more difficult for u.she know how to each.
Attend class and do all the work and u should be fine. Don;t look for after class help or her to wait for ppl to understand she'll move on. She's alright, could explain things better.
Great Teacher, you get use to the accent after the 1st two weeks :) Easy marker, explanes the material well lots of example questions for tests!
Realy hard to understand tax when there is no book and the teacher speaks with an accent. She is an easy marker and nice lady but specificaly for tax, find some one else if you can!
terrible teacher. ACC425 is hard, but Masuma made it 1000x harder than it needed to be. She tells students one thing of what will be on review and puts completely the oposite on the test

the final is going to be way diffrent to watch she teaches. make sure you ask to see her in her office as much as possible,also make sure you do your aplia's. Make sure you do well in the midterm. I went into the test with 54% and I passed. I left alot of the final and still made it. also she movies through the matrial fast.she is a easy marker
nice as a person, down to earth nice outside of class, but as professor, very hard to understand her, isn't always on topic. Work hard, she may give sympathy. ZERO tolerance for lazies

The worst teacher ever. She doesn't explain the concept wasted lots of time on simple calculation. What she taught in her class was all different from other classes. You will be walking into exams with suprises....
She confuses students a lot. Not a good marker at all. She teaches a lot and go through everything very fast. If u miss 1 class u r far behind. Whatever she teaches, u will b tested on something different! "NO"

Worst teacher ever! Her teaching schedule and content is totally different from the chapters, so it is difficult for me to catch up her by reading the book. She uses an old version book, which makes me not find the exact page of textbook in her lecture material! (Then why do I buy a new book?!) Keep away from her class!!
