He is one of the greatest professors that I have ever had. I highly recommend him. I had fun in his class and I learned a lot too.

he is an awesome prof!! he allows us to debate the material rather than listening to him lecture. his reviews for tests are VERY straight forward and he's helpful if you have any questions. he really forces you to participate in the class adn group work. i highly recommend him!

Dont take his class! He gives waaay too much work unnecessarily. He also grades papers on his opinion of how well the student can write. In other words a "good" writer will be graded harder than a "weaker" one. I'm not making this up, he said so himself in class. Just avoid his class and get the easy A with another teacher...you won't regret it

I loved his class! Almost everyday there's group work so other than tests there really isn't anything individually done. I would highly reccomend his class.

HE IS AWESOME! He makes it really easy to get a good grade, if you show up, and are willing to look over his study guides you will ace the tests. Beware though, if he finds out that you are scared of something or something makes you cry, he WILL use it against you in front of the class. He doesn't really lecture, he has conversations with the class

He did an experiment this past semester where we didn't take any tests. He's a nice man, just a tad too eccentric of a teaching style. And if he makes your groups teach the class textbook chapters, run.

This is the best professor I have had! His classes are fairly easy as long as you don't expect a cakewalk. Most of the assigned work is given to you at the begining of the semester so you have plenty of time to do it. I would highly recomend taking his class - It is very interesting and easy!

Prof. Diggs is a GREAT teacher. He gave us options and let our class choose what kind of work we were going to do for the semester. He makes the subject very interesting and gets the entire class involved in discussions.

Took his intro to Pysch class it was one of the funnest classes i've been in. He made pyschology really interesting and would get into discussion about any topic you wanted to as long as it related loosley to pyschology. Class was pretty easy if you study a little bit and do the lab/paper.I waited till the last day to do lab/paper and I got a97.5

Great professor! Go to class take notes, Do the test review and major paper and I don't know how you couldn't get an A. There is a test about every 2 weeks. The test review tells you exactly what to know. Major paper due at the end of the course. Didn't have to do tons of reading. Would strongly recommend this professor

I really enjoyed this online class. He is really good at communicating and clarifying assignments. He wants his students to do well and allows plenty of opportunity to do so. You can make an A but you have to put in the time to EARN the A. Read the book, start the final paper early and do the extra credit; you'll do great.

Took it on-line/summer&it was too much to learn in one month.Very knowledgeable with Psychology.Very solid on his(ontime)rules with,14 Quizzes,3papers!Last paper,you must write 3500words,quoting10-15times.Quizzes can be retake again but it doesn't make any different.Do good on those quizzes!An A,you'll get.I stared out badly,&I ended up with a D :(

AMAZING TEACHER! Greatest teacher I'd've ever had. You'll want to go to class. Tests aren't too hard, and he has really good review sheets. He is crazy helpful, and is always willing to email you and help you out. Even got an encouraging email. Book is really only needed for the final paper, but is useful for tests.

I LOVED HIS CLASS!! I took his class online in the summer. You can retake the quizzes to bring up your grade. He is super helpful and sent me a few very encouraging emails. I really enjoyed his class and will definitely take another one of his classes!!!

Professor Diggs is hands down my favorite professor I have EVER had! I took general, life-span, and abnormal psych with him. I now want to major in psychology because of him! I never wanted to miss a class, his teaching methods are amazing, and his test reviews are helpful! He is a very forward person though and will not tolerate any BS, love it!

Professor Diggs is one of the best professors i have had. I took his online summer pysc class. He posts a full calender and explanation of what is expected and due by each date. He even sends reminders throughout the course of upcoming homework and quizzes that are due in the upcoming week. Easy A!

Mr. Diggs is a great professor. His assignments have you on your toes and always thinking. Even though I received a D in his class I felt like it was well earned. I have a hard time studying for test but the assignments got me on track and he really knows his work. Great job!

Professor Diggs is awesome! His lectures are easy to follow, make it VERY easy to take notes. Hybrid class included class attendance and online assignments. This included 1 2000 minimum word paper, 2 exams, 5 quizzes, online communications with students, and other online writing assignments for a total potential 1000 points (100%). Professor Diggs is fair. He is not out to fail students. Missing class can cost a letter grade so attend.

Hard work and reading the book pays off in this class. He is really clear on what he expects of the students and even gives extra credit each week! You also have chances to retake quizzes online and boost your average scores. If you don't get an A or B in this course it's due to your own laziness. I learned a lot. Super easy course, if you attempt the work it's an easy A

Prof Diggs starts the class off with what his expectations are, so don't say you didn't know what was expected. This class is broken up into 5 modules 3 weeks long. Each module has a discussion board post, answering 2 questions and 1 exam. There is a paper based on a book of your choice (he gives you a suggestion list). Put in the work, get an A

Tests are extremely hard but able to repeat (he averages your scores). He has a paper final that was pretty easy as long as you read the book. He's really nice and easy to contact. I left knowing the material.

He is awesome. if you dont understand, he will explain and help. you will have to read and pay attention but as long as you show up and follow hs directions he is super easy to understand. i will be taing moe classes from him. he is never rude and loves to teach

Ok- so I took a hybrid class. We met once a week and would be given online homework the other day! Semester isn't over yet- hoping for an A. BUT he's a really cool teacher! Made the class interesting and made you WANT to learn. I never fell asleep in his class. Go to class! Take notes! Do Homework! You'll get an A! Does NOT accept late work.

Lots of reading but the material is all exceptionally interesting. It is a great book and if you stick with it, you will do well! A very relaxed and friendly teacher that is fair in all assignments.

He was very responsive of questions. He was very clear of his grading processes. If you missed more than 3 classes, he drops you a letter grade. The lectures completely cover the assignment due that night.

I took 2 online express courses with Professor Diggs, if you do not read the book you will not pass. PSYC 1300 - 2 chances on quizzes, a few written essays and extra credit. 2301 - 3 chances on quizzes and a bit more writing. He is very available to you and gives very clear directive as to what he wants. I highly recommend!

excellent professor, really cares about student's success. loves human sexuality, will bring it into a lot of lectures. ridiculously fast grader, and gives great feedback. hybrid class has only online tests and quizzes, open book. final was optional. major grade is a personal analysis paper (research alt. if wanted) NEED BOOK to cite in this paper.

I absolutely loved having Diggs as a professor. He was always fast at answering questions or giving back grades. I learned so much during the human sexuality course and I am currently on a wait list to take him for another psych class. He is very clear in everything he is wanting. There is a lot of work in the class but I HIGHLY recommend him!

Prof Diggs is great. You take one quiz per week for the most part over each chapter. He offers a lot of extra credit so take advantage of that! He's quick to respond to any questions and the 2000 word essay (mine ended up being 4000) was actually fun to write. Would definitely take him again.

Prof Diggs is great. From day one, I knew what to expect after I gave the syllabus a serious read. All the deadlines are laid out, you get 3 attempts at all the quizzes, the final paper is long but very much doable, and he responds to emails in a timely manner. If you read the book, you'll get an easy A. I took the class over 8wks, lots of reading.

I took life span class with professor Diggs, very helpful professor, always response to emails in a timely manner (less than 24 hrs).

I took the 3 weeks course. There was a ton to read, even during the weekends 2 chapters per day. But I really enjoyed the feedback from the professor, learned a kit!

Professor Diggs is the best Psych Professor. I had another Psych professor that was awful which made me withdraw the class. Theres mostly quizzes in this class and lots of extra credit opportunities. There is an essay at the end of the semester which should be easy if you have the textbook, I got an A.

He is so kind and helpful to all of us. Take his class you will learn alot in it. OMG the best professor.

Absolutely a stellar Professor! He is passionate about what he teaches and it comes through in every interaction. He clearly lays out his expectations and grading policies, which are there to help you succeed. If you submit something in a timely manner, he will grade it quickly. If you are struggling and email him, he will give prompt feedback.

Professor Diggs was a great teacher, the first few chapters made me feel like this class was going to be difficult-thankfully I was wrong! you get 3 attempts on each quiz and there is a final essay you work on the last half of the semester. He gives a lot of extra credit opportunities, pace your reading of the chapters as some are very long.

This professor was great! Gives you plenty of time to meet the deadlines and requirements and provides many tools and resources to help you succeed and do your best. It may seem like a lot of first, but pacing yourself week by week will reduce that stress level. Would 100% take his class again.

I like Matthew Diggs, because he is super clear about what he teaches in Psychology 2301 and was able to ask him for how he rated my paper. I recommend that you to take him for EDUC 1300: Learning Framework, you will not regret taking him as a professor when it comes to taking his classes.

He is probably the most helpful professor ever. Anytime I had a question through email, he answered quickly and thoroughly. He kind of has a weird grading scale/rubric, but he will remind you of it several times so you have the opportunity to do good on every assignment. Pay attention to his announcements and do the extra credit that he offers.

Very great professor! I took his express course so there were about 5 quizzes to complete each week. Along with some discussions. He offers extra credit opportunities so take advantage of them. There is a final paper at the end of the class which you can submit early to receive feedback from him. I would highly recommend Professor Diggs!

Professor Diggs was amazing, there was so much that I loved about his class, he is kind and caring, assignments must be submitted on time NO EXCEPTIONS. But he is funny, has a great personality! There is a lot to read; the course is fun! All grading criteria is very clear! Assignments include discussions, quizzes, assignments, and the final paper!

He is a good professor, has clear grading style, will state he wants a minimum for the assignments but will expect beyond. Do not do the bare minimum. Has lots of extra credit opportunity. I made a good grade.
