Best class ever!! Such a great professor.. took the class over winter term, so I thought it was going to be very intense.. def not. The class was so interesting, I never found him boring to listen to even after 4 hours of lecture. Def take him if you can! :)

Matt is the coolest teacher ever!!!!!! I learned alot in his class and he kept things interesting (even when i was hungover). He is extremely understanding and really easy to talk to about issues concerning class. i loved this professor. every professor shoud be like him.

I LOVE HIS CLASS. HE MAKES CLASS EXCITING AND HE REALLY KNOWS HIS MATERIAL. I HAD HIM PREVIOUSLY FOR PSY 111 AND THAT CLASS WAS FUN AND I TOOK THIS COURSE ON-LINE, WHICH WAS FUN AS WELL. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.

Best Psych professor ever. Laid back, intelligent, informative, funny, and wise beyond his years. A Lakers fan! (He's from CA). His entire class consists of powerpoint notes that his tests virtually mirror. 80% tests, 20% attendance. Can't beat that!

very laid back, funny teacher... he does everything by powerpoint presentations and gives out packets so you dont have to take much side notes... his tests are only 50 questions long, covers on average three chapters at a time... and he holds a study session which is very helpful to prepare you for the test

I took Mr Yeazels 2006 winter course for Developmental pysch. He was extremely helpful and interested in what everyone in our class had to say. He also was very understanding with grading because it was a two week course. I reccommend anyone to take any of his courses. He is EXTREMELY HELPFUL!!!

Mr. Yeazel is the best psych teacher you could ever have. He gives you packets of the power point presentation he shows in class so you can follow along and you don't have to take much notes. He's funny and very laid back. He holds study sesions the weekend before his tests and goes through each question of the test. I had him for intro and chil

The best professor ever. Very clear with the material. Holds study groups before every test and he tells you exactly what to study for test. He is very understanding and willing to work with you, but at the same time you have to give him respect as well. This is my 2nd time taking it and I have a strong A in the class. He is the best for the class.

Words cannot describe how great of a teacher Matt Yeazel is. He's funny, laid back, understandable, clear, helpful, interesting. He's everything a student would want in a teacher. His fiance' is so so lucky to have him!!!

Very easy teacher, basically tells you everything that will be on the test. I didn't like him tho. He acts like he's teaching kindergarteners and tho he was late almost every day if a student was he got mad cause it broke his concentration and minor disruptions are something he has to learn to deal with. Also encouraged rambling stupid stories

I look his psych 111 class and he was awesome! Very helpful and understanding. I then took his online class for 211 and he was just great. You'll pass his class if you do the work, and communicate with him. AND GO TO THE STUDY SESSIONS!

Had him for a lot of my psych credits. He's an amazing teacher. Go to study sessions and don't be stupid enough to use your cell phone in class, it gets on his nerves, and it's really disrespectful and you'll look like an ass. He also has great stories that help you understand conditions especially in abnormal. He rocks and is hilarious.

He is a great teacher that focuses more on the class learning than giving a lot of Homework. Basicly no homework, and 3 relatively easy projects, that take some research but easy to follow. As long as you go to his 4 study sessions for tests he gives you every answer, if you attend class and study sessions easy A. No stress means easier to learn

Psych of men was a great class that consisted of awesome discussions. Apply yourself in class and apply and this can be very enlightening.

Absolutely the best Prof. I have ever had. I have moved on to CCBC and still haven't found a Prof. that can match his teaching. He is a big Lakers fan so talk NBA and get him going, its a riot! If you fail this class it is because you didn't show up. Go to the study sessions! It pays off! I got an A

An outstanding educator, and obviously an all around good guy. Funny! GENIUS. I am a better student for having taken his class. Valuable study sessions, extra credit, prints his notes so you don't need to. He encourages, but doesn't "force" participation. You can eat/drink in class if you need to. No 'agenda,' actual interest in your perspective.

I took this online, He will not hold your hand. Do what is asked and you cannot fail. He is a liberal grader. DO NOT MISS study sessions fr middy or final or you WILL fail the class. Show up to these sessions and master material provided ad you will get an A in the class. Best Psych prof on campus. Already signed up for another of his classes.

Greatest professor I have ever had! I have been in 3 of his classes and have learned a lot. He expects you to attend all classes bc it is rewarded at the end of the semester. Fair grading and as long as you attend study sessions, the tests will be a piece of cake! TAKE HIS CLASS!

Great guy! Extremely nice and down to earth. Doesn't use the text book. Sends out study guide before tests so don't waste money on the book.

Took this course Online. Wow it was easy. He gives out study guides which are exactly like the tests. Super easy with grades, will most likely boost your grade if you are a few points away from the next letter grade. GPA booster for sure. Although, i never met him, i bet he is really cool and nice in person.

Focuses on discussions in class. Uses power points sometimes. Doesn't use the book and passes out study guide a few days prior to test. Tested on 75% of things mot taught in class. Book doesn't seem to help either.

Tests directly off the study guide. We get out of class early every day, extensions on tests, etc. I never touched the textbook and got an A+. Fave prof at AACC!

This man is amazing as a professor and just in general! His class is beyond easy! Tests are based off study guides and he is really laid back with other small assignments. Lecture is always a blast to go to! I wish I could take another class with him.

Matt is an awesome, easy-going teacher. He definitely makes class interesting and entertaining. When you have tests and paper due, he's very flexible and will do whatever you need to make up assignments or extend deadlines. He's awesome.

Very nice guy, took this as an accelerated winter course and didn't really struggle at all with it. 14 days long, 14 quizzes, 2 test, 2 papers. Straight forward and graded fairly. I would recommend this guy.

Professor Yeazel is a true friend and a great teacher. He teaches everything you need to know to pass the course, as well as being a true friend and mentor to those in his classes. Once you take a class with Yeazel, you feel as though you are part of a family, and you make a great friend in the class. He has been my favorite teacher of all time.

Great Professor Awesome guy had a bad semester and still ended up with an A he even gives a ton of extra credit to those who really need it or are just never in class. He can get off of topic very easy but he gives study guides for all your test so its not like you have to worry about the test are pretty easy also Great teacher and mentor as well!

Matt was a fun professor. His lectures aren't the most in depth but it wasn't a class where depth was necessary. I would definitely take him again. The tests are probably the easiest tests I have taken in my educational career. Only bad thing is he tends to be slightly disorganized and isn't great at returning emails.

He was great. We were given extra credit for the simplest things. Like one time he was 5min late to class and he gave us 5 extra cred points on a test because he was late! he was humorous, and gave great lectures

One of the only professors that actually cares about his students and how they are doing. I've taken two of his classes and hope that if he has any more my major will let me take them. 10/10 would recommend.
