He is such an easy A..most of his lecture is powerpoints and the study guides are exactly whats on the tests..just study and you will breeze by with an A. He sends out a study guide for quizzes and he reviews before practicals, but the practical exams are still very hard. Would take his class again!

Had him for A&P Lab. He is truly the best A&P professor at PBSC. Very helpful and basically tells you what is going to be on the quiz/practical and what not to worry about. Study guides are sent out before any quiz's and what is on the guide is what is on the quiz. Loved him!

I took this class as a dual enrollment student. One of the easiest classes I have taken. Textbook and attendance are NOT mandatory. I took this class for Summer C. I only show up on test days and still recieve A's. He gives out study guides before the test which are basically the answers to the test. Highly recommend him!!! Very funny too.

Awesome professor I recommend anyone to take him. He's very smart and helpful the negative feedback is probably from the students who never attended class and never took notes. He breaks everything down and you're able to understand everything clearly. It's either you choose to learn or not it really depends if you not him!

I am taking him right now for the Summer B term. Since it is Summer lecture is 3 hours and 45 minutes however he is a terrific professor who wants his students to learn. 2 Quizzes 2 exams. I got a B on the 1st quiz an A on the 2nd. I failed the midterm but got a B on the final finished the class with a C. He is a Great professor and provides the tools to succeed if you fail its 100% your own fault. Dont underestimate the midterm like I did though. I definitely recommend him Excellent Professor

Prof. Kachlany is AMAZING! A&P are one of the toughest subjects in college, but not when you take Prof.K. Study everything on the study guide and you should have no reason not to pass. Not saying it was easy. There is a lot of information to study, but he gives you more than enough time to study! I will be taking him again for A&P 2!!

Great teacher. Must take... The study guide is exactly worded like the quiz (multiple choice) and covers all material... you need this to pass the quiz. Making fill in the blank flash cards is a good way to copy & study the study guide. For midterm & finals (not multiple choice) take pictures of the models and systems that are in the class.

Very clear on what he expects. He doesn't want to trick you, study well and make sure you take advantage of the extra cred he offers & do well for the quizzes. I just took the 6 wk course and did well. Make sure you give yourself ample time to understand not memorize the models for the midterm & practical. He gives you the opportunity for an A!!

Prof. Kachlany is amazing, but not v. interested in teaching Micro Lab. The outlines were not his, but the dept's. and nothing like the ones he writes himself. They're difficult to study as they are disorganized. The course is not difficult. He teaches from pwrpnts. You do labs every week. Not graded on labs. 2 Quizzes. Mid-term and Final. No book.

Prof. K. is GREAT! There is a lot of memorization for this class regardless of who the professor is b/c the dept. sets up the mid-term and final. Start memorizing bones immediately for the mid-term. Then start memorizing muscles and nerves daily. A lot is tested. His study guides are great and he gives you a very good idea of what's tested.

This prof. gives you the lecture notes so don't worry about buying the textbook. The exam reviews (which are already done) is exactly whats on the test. Lots of extra credit. Nice teacher. I got an A no problem.

Quizzes straight from the study guides (multiple choice). SPELLING COUNTS ON THE MIDTERM/FINAL. NOT AN EASY A if you do not study. I suggest not to take this with micro. & lab because the midterm and final are 1 day apart. Not fan of his teaching style but he is there to help if you have any questions and will even make videos for exam review.

If you have a chance to take this professor, DO NOT HESITATE. I have had him, for BSC2085L, BSC2086L, and MCB2010L. It's easy to pick up his lecture style, do not hesitate to ask questions because he's very easy going and is willing to make you understand. In almost all Labs there are two quizzes, a midterm, and final. study guides + extra credit!!

I took A&P1 lecture 6-9pm once a week. This was rough because its just a boring lecture. Kachlany lets you know whats important if you stay focused during lecture. There is a total of 4 grades in the class(2 quizzes, midterm exam, and the final) This class was not easy you have to study and put in the work, but he gives you all the study material you'll need, and he does reviews before the midterm and final. Took him over the summer, I learned a lot and you will too.

Seriously the best professor I've ever taken. Going into A&P 1, I was so scared because I knew nothing on the topic. But with Kachlany, he sends you all of his powerpoint and study guides( on blackboard). The tests are literally the study guides. He is quick with grading. He is a total sweet heart. If you don't study you will fail, this is the only class in PBSC I had to study for. Graded by 2 quizzes, midterm and final. If you study you'll get an easy A, if you don't you'll get an easy F. Class was enjoyable with this professor, he is awesome but it basically is a self taught class in the end, great guy though!!!!!

I took him for both A&P1 and now A&P2. Great professor Instead of only studying the study guides, he changed it to needing to know all of his powerpoints(as before just more) for the tests. Its more work but still an easy class cause he goes through everything & wont put anything extra on the test that he didnt teach. Super smart guy & super nice!

He is not a bad person, but if we want to talk about the way he teaches, he is not the right teacher. In my class we were the 24 students, after the partial exam, we were only 11. Very sad, some students who were there were very good students.

Looooove Prof. Kachlany. Such a sweet guy & he genuinely wants his students to pass. He gives more in depth explanations the concepts he teaches. Downsides would be at first the class is boring & he doesnt let you leave early. Other than that, awesome class. Would take again.

He is a great professor! The subject is difficult, but he is very caring and provides you with all the information you need. If you put in the work (you will need a lot of studying time), you will definitely pass. There are 2 quizzes, a midterm, and a final. Quizzes are multiple choice but the midterm and final are not a paper exam. I recommend him

Prof K is seriously the BEST! He is on the quiet side and his lectures can be a little boring because he is a little monotone but he gives study guides for the 2 quizzes and 2 exams (4 tests make up your grade for this class) that are spot on! as long as you study what he gives you, you will do fine. He's so sweet and nice, I loved him!!!

One of the best professors I have ever had. Not trying to trick you. Gives great chapter outlines/study guide. He is gives you time to write down powerpoint. Very clear on tests. 10/10 would take him again.

TAKE HIM! Lectures can get a little boring just because he has a naturally monotone voice but discussions clear and to the point. AMAZING STUDY GUIDES, his notes are exactly what you are tested on. He will also take time before/after class to discuss with you any topics you're confused on. You can tell he wants his students to do well in his class!

Professor Kachlany is super nice and he is very caring, he was a great professor and he has a great sense of humor. His lectures are a little boring but if you try really hard and pay attention you will start to understand. You have to study A LOT on your own in order to pass but i would take him again.

To pass his class with an A: you really need to study for the midterm and final- dont wait until the end to study- spelling counts, its fairly easy to achieve but if you flunk the midterm from the beginning you wont have many points left to recover it. Out of 300 pts. Hes really chill, easy going, wont ever pick on you.

Hands down best professor I have had , he gives extra credit and study guides, anatomy is not a easy subject but he makes everything so clear and easy. I took him last semester for Bsc2085 with lab and now taking him for bsc2086, definitely taking him next semester for microbiology! Definitely recommend Professor Kachlany sweetest professor ever.

He was decent, monotone but he was very clear about what to expect on the upcoming quizzes, midterm and final, the packets for the final and midterm were very thick but once you stay consistent and study, even get tutoring like you should, you will absolutely be prepared, dont procrastinate and you will be all set.

His tests are just like his study guides (except the standardized tests). Prepare to read and to spend hrs in the lab studying!

Professor Kachlany is a great Professor. He is very organized and breaks down everything that you need to study. Anatomy lab is a tough class, but he gives you great reviews and tells you exactly what you have to study for in the midterm and final exams. Just study all the notes and you will pass.

I took professor Kachlany for a&p 1 lecture/lab and got As in both. Hes amazing and really sweet! He gives study guides for every test/quiz that match up perfectly to the actual test/quiz. His powerpoints are long, but he wont have you write down/go over everything in them. He also has multiple extra credit opportunities. TAKE HIM!!!

Prof. Kachlany is honestly the most chill and understanding professor I've ever had. TAKE HIM!!!!! He has pre - recorded lectures, so class isn't long. Most of the time it doesn't even last 20 min. He gives extra credit! Just use the study guide for the tests. No actual hw assignments besides watching the lecture videos. His grades are only tests

There's 2 quizzes, and 2 tests (midterm and final). He gives many extra credit opportunities. He assigns lecture videos. Just watch and study those and you'll pass. The lab is about memorization. Don't procrastinate though! But he's honestly the best you could take for this class

AP2085 was the best experience.... he makes sure that you understand his answers.... dont be shy ask him.... he has a good material in his class, also he gives extra credit activities... you manage your time so make sure that the readings are ready before for his class , so you can clarify your doubts ...

I was nervous to take a summer course that was only 6 weeks, Professor Kachlany was amazing and went over everything. He was clear in his grading and expectations and was easy to access outside of class. He answered any questions and made his lectures and study guides match the test so you weren't thrown curve balls when it came to taking them.

I took this professor for Anatomy I Lab. For an express class this professor made it very manageable. He gives study guides for all quizzes and exams, and is very clear on what to expect on tests. He also offered extra credit assigments that were a great way to review and practice the material. If you put in the time and effort, you will pass.

Professor Kachlany is amazing. You will be tested on exactly what he said he will test you on. Make use of the study guides for any quiz or test, take advantage of every extra credit if you can, in case you don't do too well. Most importantly STUDY!!! So if you can take his class (based on your schedule), I definitely recommend him.

He makes a hard subject so easy. Super knowledgable. Helps make sure everyone passes. DO THE EXTRA CREDIT-even if you are doing good, it helps so much. Dropped lowest test grade. Study guides, has models to visually learn anatomy. Took him lab and lecture-highly recommend him. I am taking him again for A&P 2. Lots of resources given for studying.

I would recommend anyone to this teacher. He is fair in grading and doesn't make his tests or quizzes hard. And F.Y.I the "key" to passing his tests are all in the study guide. I repeat, to get an easy A or B USE THE STUDY GUIDE. It's your bestfriend.

As long as you study using the study guide, you are set to pass. But if you think you can just listen to the lecture and pass, this is not the class. Definitely study he doesn't make the tests hard at all. His voice is monotone but you can understand everything he says. Goodluck!

I took him for both a&p 1 lab and 2 and I got an A in both. He sets his students up for success, very easy to get an A. He provides study guides. He reviews the materials that will be on the quizzes, midterm, and final very thoroughly. You have to STUDY, use the study guide, Hes a really caring, will answer any questions you may have. Organized.

One of my favorite college courses to date. I really enjoyed going to class, despite being 8:00am and 30 mins away from me. I learned a great deal. The professor is really cool, has an awesome temperament, creates a really conducive learning environment, and provides extra credit:) I will recommend taking him!

TAKE HIM IF YOUR GOING INTO ANYTHING IN THE MEDICAL FLEID. His study guide is your test, he gives you every single resource you will need to study. Do his extra credit also, even if you have a prefect score you dont know what will happen. Listen to what he teacher in class and if you miss anything he has pre recorded videos you can go back on

Great class! It was very easy to learn everything this semester. I also signed up to take him for A&PII next semester! Each week, there is a quiz, discussion post, and a few homework lessons. No midterm or final! Very easy, and I feel like I learned a lot!

Professor K is a good choice if you don't want a class that's too demanding. The workload is easy, no mid-term or final for a&p 1 (online), and there's just a few assignments a week. I also took him for a&p 1 lab, which was just as easy. Gives good resources and study guides for the practicals.

Professor is the best professor for any science course you would take. I had him twice online and in person, he's the best. 4 exams, no hws, no book needed, he literally tells you what to study bfr the exams.A LOT of extra credits at the end of semester, don't miss class.

I was recommended to take Professor Kachlany by a friend and I am glad I did! He gives you a study guide and literally everything that is on the study guide is on the test/quiz! Just listen and make flashcards and study.

This class was very easy, every week we had 3-4 easy assignments due on my mathlab. Also, a quiz and a discussion due on canvas. We had no midterms or final exams, so the workload was quite light. In my opinion, you should take Professor Kachlany's anatomy and physiology course.

Professor Kachlany is a great professor! There is not much homework but the homework that is given is very clear on instructions and very easy to follow. He provides feedback and will provide extra if you ask. He is very fast at responding to emails and grading assignments which is very helpful. There is no midterm or final.

Easy and enjoyable class. There were a couple assignments on mymathlab each week, a discussion, and a quiz. Highly recommend this professor if you want to learn but not be bombarded with assignments.

Professor Kachlanys Anatomy class was one of the best classes. He is very respected and his classes fill up right away, the study guides help a lot for quizzes/tests. I would recommend him to anyone that needs anatomy classes

If you don't take this teacher I don't know what you're doing , he is the best and I am taking him now and there is 2 quiz a midterm and a final , he will give you a guide for all test study the guide boom A and also he gives many extra credit , so difficult not to pass the class with at least a B minus , no words just take him right now , love you

Currently taking him for lab&lecture. His express in person lab isn't bad, but he is kind of monotone. He is very nice. Somewhat attractive. Knowledgeable. He tells us exactly what we need to know for exams. If you fail, you did not study.

Professor K's class is straightforward - just follow his study guide and you're set. His lectures can be dry, but Unstuckstudy really helped me prepare alongside the provided resources.

If you're nervous to take anatomy, take this professor!! There is no way to fail this class unless you just don't try. He tells us everything we need to know for quizzes and exams and literally does a mock exam the week before so we know exactly what we'll see. Just come to class, pay attention, and study his guides and you will get an A.

Professor Kachlany is very nice and responsive outside of class. There are 2 tests and 2 quizzes. There is a study guide for each but it does not narrow the content down by much. Be prepared to study, study, study. It is doable and you can pass but you must put in the effort. He does offer 1/2 a letter grades worth of extra credit ontop of test EC!

This class was amazing. I passed on my first try and make sure you keep on top of the work because it is a lot of work and make sure that you turn it on time because he will fail you if you do not.

I have taken him for A&P 1 as well for the lab and His lectures are great on explaining. He so chill and kind great professor. In-class activities really help connect with his lectures & everything he goes over will be in the exam. Pay attention and you're good. Lots of extra credit when participating in the practices in class. Definitely recommend
