Easy class, good teacher. Can get a little boring but it's still an easy class.
I like him, I think he is cool!!! his exams are easy, just need to memorize the powerpoint slides. One group project (hard). Overall he is good, I didn't like marketing before i take him, now i really do like marketing...
Fairly easy class. Can get a little boring ecspecially towards the end of the semester. But very helpful is you ask. Cool guy.
6 short 25 question quizes from ppt.and lecture, curved, drops the lowest score. Group project 20 pg marketing plan worth 1/3 grade. Easy B, but the grp project bites.
he deducted points on the group project when he didn't have enough time to review with the group while he did for every other group
NO midterms, NO Final...just 6 quizzes, fairly easy, I just studied the ppt slides an hour before class and passed the course with a B. No need to buy the book. Everyone is saying the group project is hard, I dunno about that, I actually enjoyed it. Definently recommend this professor.

He is a very good teacher. He is very intelligent and relays the information to us in a straight forward manner. You only have 6 quizzes and a group paper. As long as you follow his guidlines for the paper and have a lot of support you will get an A. You do have to study a bit for quizzes.
He's very animated. If you just read the 4 measly chapters for each test, you will get an easy, easy A. His tests are straight from the book and don't try to confuse.
Dr. Lancellotti is professional, interesting and fun. If you pay attention to lectures and study off the power points you will do just fine. I would re-take him if possible.
He is the worst teacher ever. If you fail the group paper, you pretty much fail the class. He even told the class it is rare that he gives a C. Meaning no one ever gets an A or B on the group paper and it is really hard to get a C on the paper. DONT TAKE HIM. More than half the class fails.
Study Power Point slides for quizzes(6)...they're straight foward 100 pts each...he droppes the lowest, so do well and you dont have to take the last one....you don't need the book,he keeps the class interesting and he's animated... definately would take him again if he taught another class
boring class. Paper is killer and brings everyones grade down because it is worth a lot. It a 20pg group project.
Ok he is really hot, but thats about it. He is willing to help, but at the last min. Like people said, its 6 quises, no midterms or final, but there is this huge 20pg paper that he is not so cleare about how to do....
6 quizes, drops lowest quiz. His grading is very tough, especially on the group presentation and participation points. He expects you to jump up and down everyday to get a high score for his participation points. He says he will curve at the end but really doesnt, he basis the "curve" on the average total score of the class.
His quizzes are based on the lecture. Make sure you do well on the term paper and the presentation.
in order to succeed in his class you must first attend to all his lectures, start on his 20pg report early, do participate actively, and be sure to take his 6 short quizes. you will do good in his class if you follow these four things. good professor, i highly recommend
You need only study his powerpoint presentations for the exams but you have to pass that dam 20pg paper. Make sure you get started early or forget it!!!!
Worst professor at CSUF Period! enough said...
First of all Mr. Lancelotti is awesome. Some people rated him bad; they are probably the same people that doesn't pull their own weight during group projects. His 20 page project is easy if you start it early when he assigns it. I got an A- in his class and i'm a C avg student. His quizes are straight from the power point lectures...it's cake!
Lancellotti is a very cool professor. He requires a lot from you. This was my major field of study so I liked his paper assignment as I learned more about marketing. Very good marketing professor. If you want someone easy don't take him but if you want a fair professor that teaches the subject the best take him. Speek up in class
I think he gives you too much work, like you have to do indivisual project, Group project, 4 exams, a reaserch with another professor, plus he wants you to be very detailed on the essay part of his exam questions. if you work i dont recommend you tke his class...
Way to much work, Particpation points are a joke since its almost impossible to get full points (and I raised my hand 3-5 times per class), tests can be too subjective since a quarter of the points are essay, he grades really tough on the research paper (average grade D+), and for the group project you dont get to choose your group :(
He is one of the best professors at CSUF. Yes, he IS tough and challenges your thoughts - that's the whole purpose of being here. I truly enjoyed his class and actually like that he requires the participation - it's much more interesting. Advice - participate and study his PP slides. Ask yourself - are you in school to learn or just get out?
This Professor will make you earn your grade. Exams are challeging, but not impossible. If you study and don't wait until the last minute you will be fine. I wasn't doing too good in his class, but after the paper & group presentation it brought my grade up to a B. Try to speak up in class so he knows who you are, participation is important.
Way too much work. Exams are tricky but appropriate for an upper division class. Overall good professor
As long as you take good notes during the lectures, you'll do fine on the tests. One individual and one group project, which are pretty simple as long as you put in some effort. Don't need the book... just study PP slides. He's an awesome professor!
He is not difficult! You just have to pay attention (I found him interesting) and reveiw pp slides before every test. Understand whats on the slides, show up to classes, and participate (very important) and you will do great. Do not buy the book... waste of time (I purchased the prev edition for $8 & it was perfect). great class, highly recommend!!
This semester there was 5 group writing assignments. Groups=4-5 people. Tests=multiple choice, few fill-in and 1 essay. Grading system=unusual. Overall=good professor
4 tests were simple at first. Study the powerpoints, and you can probably get away with a C. Grading system is not clear at all - for the group paper assignments, he just writes comments, but doesn't explain why he gives a lower grade. Take him if you are fine with not knowing how he grades AT ALL.
awesome teacher and i enjoyed going to class! but worst grader. participation is impossible and when he grades papers-does not explain grade. doesnt even really tell you what he expects. but you do not need the book at all!! study power points really well!!! overall not a bad class!
Amazing Professor. If you are one of those people that usually do better than the rest of the students in the class professor Lancellotti is for you. Extremely helpful and clear, and his tests are very easy. grading system isn't hard to figure out if you have a brain. enjoy!
Great professor! He explains concepts clearly and keeps class entertaining. The projects are totally manageable and give you a crash course in concept application - namely, in-depth interviewing techniques and ad evaluation. Take him!
The material is easy, the class and his style of teaching is hard. Long and boring lectures. The group project is the Killer. Not a class if you are looking for an A.
If you are looking for fun class with no intention of passing, then take him. He is good guy, but HARD TEACHER. With multiple choice, test includes ESSAY questions. 50 question and 165pts. So miss one and you can miss up to 10pts. Make sure you get an A on all the tests, cause the group project will bring your grade down from A to a C or D.
Very nice, funny, and entertaining professor. Material is easy to understand. No need to buy the book. Tests questions are straight from PowerPoint and lecture. Group project is the only downfall to this class. Groups have to write a series of mini essays. If you have a good group, then no problem. Otherwise it will be a challenge.
I cannot believe I took him for this class, it was a terrible mistake. Participation is worth 10% of the grade and it's ridiculously hard to earn all the points. I never could figure out some of the ways he was able to bring our grades down, especially for the class project. His exams are unfair and will leave you scratching your head.
The professor is a really nice guy. However, I really do not like the group assignment whatsoever. I don't mind doing group assignments if I get a good group. The group he put me in were slackers. He grades the group projects very hard. I feel his tests are not too bad. You don't need to buy a text book. Exams based on power point and lectures.
I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM ANY OF HIS CLASSES.
This Prof knows his stuff like he invented Marketing. CRYSTAL clear explanations, VERY entertaining, but holy crap are the exams/paper hard. You need to remember everything on the ppt slides, and the paper assignment is ambiguous. make sure you talk to the prof about the paper (in extreme detail), and RAISE your hand to participate! VERY IMPORTANT
This class was definitely a challenge. The tests are hard and there are no study guides. Make sure you come to class everyday and participate for those participation points. He is a hard grader on the paper regardless if you follow his instructions. He knows his stuff and expects the same. Not an easy A, B or C class. Sucking up will help.
He's clear on the subject and knows what he is teaching. However, that stupid group project was what killed my grade and now I have to take the class again.

I was lucky my group got an A on the big project (with minimum effort!) lol So because of that i passed. Exams were kinda difficult and you need to participate in class. Lectures are sometimes interesting, but helpful. Hes a nice professor but I hated the class.
The guy talks and talks and talks and talks...get the point? So boring.
Dont take him!!! He requires you to attend class and participate which and if you don't you totally ruined your grade.. the lame class projects totally kill your grade... exams are difficult.. he's a cool guy but he over does it with his grading. he needs to understand not all students will major in marketing.
What a bunch of cry babies. Got a B+ in here and studied for maybe 1 hour before each test, killed the essay, and did good on the group presentation. Just sit in your seat and listen to the guy.. it's not even boring. Wah wah wah. I give him the thumbs up!
If you don't attend 90% of your classes, don't sign up for this class. If you can make it almost every day, participate, and take all the group projects seriously, Take this class. The syllabus is very clear about his grading and student requirements. Overall I give the Professor a C-
dont take him at any cost, he is very hard. group project will kill you..take him only if u will work ur ass off in this class, otherwise dont take him..
He is a great professor with lots of real world experience. He kept the class interesting and made the class enjoyable with his sense of humor. The group projects were fun, but his grading was pretty hard. The exams were straight from the ppt. His examples in class and manadatory participation helped me remember the concepts.
omg..so hard. tests r hard and PROJECT IS A KILLER. if you fail the project, u will fail the class, Guaranteed !! my friend had an "A" in the class, he failed the project, his final grade = "C". BEWARE OF THIS GUY. He will test you extremely hard..
nice guy but HORRIBLE classes!! he grades way too hard on projects and tests are more confusing than needed. if you take him you do NOT need the book. take good notes and pay attention. he is intense about participation..so go to class and participate alot, sadly you still wont get full points. avoid if possible.
It was his first time teaching this course, so a little unclear about the projects. The tests were straight from the powerpoint, and some of the questions were tricky. He will curve in the end. Remember to participate in class. It's not hard to pass the class, but you have to work hard to get an A.
He was great! Super nice and funny. Heavy on the group projects, but those are all quite easy, and he posts all lectures online. I loved the class discussions, and he's very fair and open to everything we all had to say. 3 exams, all semi-difficult, but if you do well on the projects, you're golden. Was my favorite class of the semester.
Of all the business teachers I have taken at CSUF, this is one the best professors I have ever taken. His lectures are crystal clear and his tests are straight foward and based off his lectures. Participation is a huge part of your grade. DO NOT BUY THE BOOK! Save your money.
Long and detailed classes. Lots of class discussion. A pretty good teacher. 3 tests - 4 group projects.
His English is great, what he wants from you isn't. A lot of people would go up to him and ask about their project and he said that's great, but I guess that just means its a C. Nothing in this class is "optional."
He is a very nice guy, but he does not respond to emails very well and his tests are hard. Thank goodness I did well with 2 out of the 3 tests.Tests straight from PPT. He is a really tough grader. I don't recommend him if you are looking to take an easy class, because this class isn't. Overall, for me, this was a stressful class.
If you followed directions and paid attention, this class is quite easy. Unfortunately, most people don't bother to pay attention to his lectures, then complain about how hard he is. His questions are straight from his lectures. He's very clear about what he wants from the group project. Overall he's a brilliant guy, knows the topic inside out.
Tests are from the ppt. so no need to be worried about what will be on the test. The group projects are tough but if you follow directions to a T you will do fine. He is a funny guy who tries to make the class entertaining. You dont need to waste money on the book since he teaches from the ppt. so save yourself some money.
Never uses the book. 3 non-cumulative exams based directly off PPT. Memorize all the info on the PPT & you'll do well. Grades tough on group projects (2). Other than than, a good speaker, encourages participation, slides for each Ch. are short- no info. overload. Take him.
Took this course in the large lecture hall setting. Never used the book, the info on the ppts differs from it anyway. 3 tests & 2 group projects. He is a very tough grader on the projects, but the class is curved. Tests are not too difficult as long as you memorize the slides. Moderately challenging, but I recommend it.
3 tests, 2 group projects. He does encourage participation as it is part of the final grade. His lectures are very informative. He made a hard class rather easy and fun to learn.
I attended class everyday. He never takes role..just come to class with the printed powerpoint slides. Expect to attend class till the last minute. YOU WILL NOT BE NEEDING THE BOOK. It was a waste of money..His test are doable, I wouldn't say it's easy or hard...I'm an average A-B student, I ended up getting a B in the class.. :(
Make sure you do all your parp papers and do well on your projects the exams were hard his last one was pretty easy listen to him when he has examples during his lectures cause it will most likely be on the exam personally i wouldnt take him again 3 exams and a make up final if you missed an exam his exams were not easy study his power points and e
His tests are super hard. 1 big group project broken into 4 parts. Lectures often run long. With all that said though, i'd take this professor again in a heart beat! Really funny, interesting, and all around good caring professor.
Not going to class and just reviewing his PP isnt NOT going to help you in this class because he goes into so much depth in each topic! Tests are pretty challenging. Studying is a MUST! Do all the papers and get the easy points because every point counts. DONT BUY BOOK!!!
His group project is such a stupid idea. It will lower your grade if you get a bad group. Usually, you will because it is 10 people project. There are always some ass in your group. Don't take him, if you hate the group thing!
There is no HW, which is nice. You do not need the book either. I will mention that his exams are pretty hard and they are all based off of his lectures.
His tests are pretty straight forward provided you pay attention in class. He lectures very clearly and loudly, probably one of the best I've taken. Heavily encourages participation for points, grades very tough on projects, and curves final grade a bit. He makes marketing very interesting to people with maybe low interest coming in.
Nice guy. Funny too. I wasn't expecting much of the class so took it during summer, but I actually enjoyed it. No HW. Didn't need textbook. Just listen in class and study your notes and PPT slides. 3 multiple choice exams. He grades hard on project and expects A LOT of participation, but not too bad. Good class. Fair curve. I recommend him!
BUSY WORK. two group projects that are a pain in the rear. Huge class so you get grouped with a lot of strangers and somehow have to make a decent project. TOUGH grader on the project. tests are based directly off ppt. DONT need the book. Not a bad class, funny teacher.
First test was pretty tricky. Feedback for everything was very poor, so if you get a bad grade on something good luck finding out why. Not a bad guy though. Going to get a good grade and didn't have to do too much work, just group projects.
Poor communication. expectations high compared to what he delivers to students. No use of book, must take notes, all subjective discussions.article analyses don't help you in any ways to learn anything.he does not go over them in class, thus you never know how to write a better analysis next time!!!he also talk too much that discourages us to talk
Good professor. Must take notes in class to do well on the exams. Don't need the textbook. One group project and u must follow the instructions. Exams are okay if u attend class regularily and take good notes. You must participate in class discussions regularily to get participation points so speak up.
Fabulous teacher! He knows his stuff. Does not follow the book (do not buy it), seriously! His lectures/powerpoints are amazing. I would hardly call them lectures, more like discussions. He wants students to interact with him and he does a great job explaining the material. BE SURE TO TAKE GREAT NOTES! He makes his own tests, directly from lecture!
He's well prepared and really knows his stuff. He will use the entire class period (often run longer) to lecture. The content is relevant and interesting and you can expect to learn from it. The most difficult thing is his grading. He grades hard on the presentations and exam. No study guide for exams, you must know all slides. No book. Expect a C.
Professor was funny and knowledgeable but dragged the class on too long and spent to much time explaining very simple concepts. It made me dose off and lose interest. I got a low C(avg)on both midterm and Final and still ended up with a B+ in the class. Participation is huge in this class and may mean diff between A and C so participate for an A.
Professor Lancellotti is a good teacher who conveys the material well. Don't buy the book, you won't use it. Go to class and take good notes. Unfortunately a lot of his class is based on the projects and he is a BRUTAL grader. Got 2 A's and a B on the exams and got a B- in the class because he gave my group a D on a project I thought was a sure A
Just buy the code for the textbook because you barely use the book. All his tests are based on the powerpoints so you are good. Group projects are a pain because they are worth more than the test (100 and 290 points respectively). Projects are assigned groups so good luck on that.
One word? Heart Throb! He is an amazing professor. His classes are so interesting. Marketing will become a part of your life after his class. Very interactive class. He looks good ;) He is extremely brilliant and there for you. Very clear grading criteria. Attending his class was an amazing experience. I LOVE HIM! Would definitely take him again!
Prof. Lancellotti is a great instructor. He explains the concepts really well. I took his class during the summer, his class involves students participation. Our class consisted of only 2 exams (290 points each), a research paper (300 points)and of course participation (120 points). Even if you are not MKTG major, you should take him.
Avoid him
He is cool and funny but it is hard to pass his class, 3 exams, 3 pop quizzes, 2 projects which he grades them very hard and LATE, our group did ok but we got two Cs with different team members. exams are relatively hard and super CONFUSING. he grades so late so you don't know where you are standing in class. My suggestion? Don't take him.
Would not recommend! I feel like this class would have been a lot easier to just take it in person
I am thankful for passing this course, but I feel this was a class that should not have been as difficult as it turned out to be. The tests are almost NOTHING we talk about in class. I felt like the prof made them very vague and loosely based on the material. That is the single biggest problem I have with this class.
Such a bad teacher. Most unavailable, vague class I've ever had the displeasure of sitting through. It's an INTRO to marketing class and the way he presents the tests and grades are totally ambiguous. Good luck ever getting feedback or getting ahold of him. Terrible professor. Be warned.
For an intro class he made it harder than it needed to be. Did not make himself available outside of class and never responded to emails. DOES NOT give study guides, so basically on your own and hope for the best. His test questions are vague and rarely similar to material covered in class/online videos. AVOID HIM!
This is my second attempt with this professor. I needed to improve my grade for my major. The format isn't that hard if you know what to do. It can be vague and that's what killed me the first time around. I suggest making PowerPoints directly from the lecture videos and "download transcripts" of them. Study those, and you'll do fine.
3 exams, 2 group projects, 1 individual project, and 10 forum posts make up most of your grade. Professor Lancelotti is a tough grader and does take a while getting back results for projects and tests. Tests can be tough, but study off the videos on cengage and you should do fine. Attendance not mandatory, didn't really use the book either.
Lancelloti is a cool guy but his class will kill you in either of the following; you fail the exams, you fail the projects, or you fail both. He makes his class tough for an intro class and it seemed like over half the class was worried about failing throughout the semester. The curve might save you like it did for me. Avoid his class though.
The class has a lot of group project and the exams are content intensive. Just come to class, pay attention, do your work, and you'll be fine.
He gives out pop quizzes at random so prepare by watching the videos before class and taking notes. The exams were very confusing, I got 2 D'S and 1 B. He grades the group projects pretty harsh and he chooses your group for you, so you're out of luck if you get flakey people in your group. Luckily the curve bumped my final grade up a letter grade.
He doesnt give study guides and that sucks because the tests are very specific to sections of each chapter. The group work is hard but he grades fair. I honestly think its too much work for an entry level marketing class. Attendance isnt mandatory and hes willing to help if you need it.
I took an intro to marketing class with lancellotti..... hardest intro class EVER. The class is comprised by a few individual assignments, two group projects (he chooses your groups), 3 exams. Not a boring lecturer, BUT NONE OF IT IS ON THE EXAM! he merely introduces topics vaguely in class, u have to learning on your own. no study guide either.
I don't know why he has such a low rating. One of my favorite professors so far, amazing lectures and simple assignments. Really interesting class if you pay attention and take notes. 10/10 would recommend. Really reassured me I chose the correct major, marketing.
He is an Okay teacher, he greats pretty hard in all the projects so be prepared and take it serious. I find his tests to be VERY HARD! i actually study and still barely passed and one of them I actually failed. The quizzes are usually pretty easy, all based off the videos. For tests its not just Word and definition he puts it into examples, BEWARE!
Great professor I dont know why he has such a low rating. There are 2 group project and grades kinda hard but as long as you follow the instruction you should be good. His exam are super easy, just watch the videos and take good notes. Class is not mandatory and basically useless since his exams are based off videos and not lectures. Take him!
I honestly enjoyed his class. His lectures are interesting but not mandatory. I liked him but the group projects RUINED MY GRADE. I got B's on all the exams and A's on the quizzes but basically failed both group projects because I had a terrible group. All we have left is the final and I worried I won't pass. He is such a hard grader beware.
I am not sure if he knows that he assigned our groups? Why grade so harsh when you got randomly assigned? This class is a joke... We also paid for the stimulation and we're getting graded on it??? I'm so confused. Lectured don't need to be attended because literally its the videos on cengage for the exams and quizzes...
This teacher is a joke. The two group projects throughout the semester are randomly assigned and he'll grade them unreasonably hard. Not sure why this guy even teaches this class given that all the content needed to pass the exams and quizzes is based off of online videos. Will be receiving a B instead of an A in this class bc of the group projects
Pretty cool guy! I didn't go to class much. I focused mainly on watching the videos for pop quizzes and took notes on that. I don't really recommend doing that but I still got a B+. The class is pretty straightforward. Take notes, study them and you'll be fine. Very informational based. 2 group projects. Class wasn't too bad overall.
I took Professor Lancelotti for an online course and he's a really hard grader that doesn't supply feedback for a grade unless you ask. Lots of lecture videos to watch and a weekly forum to participate in. 2 projects - 1 video and 1 paper. Quizzes make up a majority of the final, so make sure you use the results as a study guide!
Don't take if you have better options. Alot of the material he throws at you and expects you to remember is as if you are an expert. The test and quizzes he barely gives you 1 minute per question. You barely have time to think about the question. If you mess up on the quizzes or test especially, you practically will fail the class.
Took the class online. The quizzes were only open from 5pm to 1am. I work nights in a restaurant to put myself through school. Professor didn't care that the quiz schedule didn't work for me. Very unaccommodating and provided little to no assignment feedback. 10/10 don't recommend, even with rice.
Laziest professor in Mihaylo college, DONT TAKE HIM, you might as well teach the entire class to yourself, every single assignment is from an outside source so he doesnt have to teach at all, his few lectures are word for word what you teach yourself in hw, long tests, 2 group projects, class is a waste of time
Easily the worst teacher I've had in my career in education. Lectures go on tangents so I stopped going, the entire class is based on a website video lecture thing, group projects are randomly picked and graded heavily, and finally, the tests are making sure you remembered every single letter of the videos in the lectures. DO NOT TAKE!!!
If you want a professor that does not teach anything, and you have to learn everything yourself, he is the one for you! A lot of students agree he is one of the laziest and worst professors on campus, have fun.
how i got an A: knock out your discussion posts early in the week. post your own and respond to a classmate. -watch the assigned weekly lectures on time and write down the entire lecture (or print) & take detailed notes as you watch his voiceover. this will get you a good grade on the quizzes. for the final, study the quizzes. paper is an easy B.
You have to self-study and depend on the video lectures to pass the class. Group projects and Marketing Stimulation is graded harsh and no feedback on yet your group and you got that score. He takes a while to reply to you, and the lecture doesn't help with the exam. If you are a marketing major, avoided him since he is really lazy!
Get ready to teach yourself material. In class lectures are very broad in nature and you have to watch online videos he assigns to understand material better. Tests reflect online videos, not his lectures. Marketing simulation is also somewhat hard to get a good grade on since you're competing against a computer. Curves overall grade though.
Hardest exam I've ever taken. First one had an average of 60% with a high of 80% lol. Avoid at all costs.
He is a very nice professor. He is there for his students if they asked. He has a lot of marketing experience which helps him teach his course. The slides were perfect to follow along with. Study them and you will pass the exams easily. There are 2 papers and the exams and 4 quizzes. Study and you will pass.
I took the online class and as long as you listen to the lectures you will find all the info needed for the quizzes. You dont need the book. His lectures are very informative. Make sure you post your discussion board posts and respond to a classmates. Youll have a group assignment and paper. Nothing complicated. Study the quizzes for the final.
Professor Lancellotti is ok. Want a class you can not take as seriously? This is the one. Weekly group in-class assignments he can be somewhat harsh grading on and also annoying how he doesn't post the instructions until the end of class on Canvas and not beginning. Online HW videos are easy, but lectures are very broad; did not listen as much
You won't really learn from his lectures since the Power points he uses are around 1 or 2 slides per class. Make sure you're cool with the partners he assigns you with since every week you guys will be working on group assignments. The class is not too hard but that easy as well.
His quizzes are alright but never expect to get a good grade on your assignments or on the discussion posts as no matter how hard you work, he won't give you full points. On top of that, he does not offer any extra credit assignments. Very condescending but good thing is it is a module based class so you wont get to interact with him as much.
Pretty chill guy. I never showed up for class and passed it. Tests, homework, group work, etc. was all online so barely anyone showed up to class. He even ended up curving at the end of the semester when it wasn't really needed considering majority of people passed the class. I would recommend him, but there are better options. Not a bad choice tho
Professor Lancellotti is a great teacher. I enjoyed his summer class. It was clear what was required for the course and he made lots of sense. Most of the class was pretty laid back and he isn't strict by any means. He didn't want to use online proctoring services which I really appreciated due to it making me feel nervous in the past.
This is for MKTG 485. Exams are random groups and you get a few days to work on them. Very easy, This is my 3rd class with him and would HIGHLY recommend him. If you want a lenient class take this elective. Mostly group work for the whole semester but he gives clear instructions that are easy to follow. Attendance is mandatory on guest speakers.
Decent elective and learned a lot but professor is strict on grading and participation. Wish there had been an option for online
SAVE YOUR TIME and DO NOT take this professor. Doesn't care about his students that need to pass the class.
He is a solid professor, not the best, but not the worst. Lots of group work, so if you don't have a good group, it will be hard—no exams and quizzes, weekly projects, and other little assignments to help your grade. He is a good choice, out minimal effort and you can pass the class.
Pretty easy class, mostly group work and only 4 quizzes. If you attend class and read lectures in canvas, you'll be fine. He does talk a lot in class but the content isn't hard to understand.
Avoid this professor - they don't seem to care much about students passing. Try using unstuckstudy and other study resources to get through this class if you must take it.
Only quizzes no exams, discussions, one simulation done throughout the semester, and group projects. Very straightforward. He does give feedback on assignments.
Don't rely on Canvas calendars and to-do list to see what's due. Discussions are often due at 5 PM instead of 11:59 PM so this professor isn't for those who have work. Lectures and such are organized and easy to digest with study programs like Quizlet. Quizzes were straightforward. You just need to understand the content and not memorize it.
