Great prof. Really cares about studens. Will help you with class materials and out of class advice about class choices.
What ever you do in her class, DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT use the word AFOREMENTIONED, or any variables of such word. She hates this particular word, even though I have seen the bloody word on numerous occasions in different cases. The aforementioned professor seems to discriminate against this word...why???
Honest feedback: very intelligent and well-prepared; fairly clear slides; condescending at times; ridiculous expectations that are not even listed on the course syllabus (e.g. justifying absences); and, final exam was completely unrealistic within a 2-hour window, even for a law school exam. In retrospect, I would not recommend this Professor.
Little quiet... sit close
The professor has unreal expectations from students. When students do not participate to her liking she will walk out of class and stop teaching while still expecting you to know the material the way she has it in her head. Incredibly condescending. Not helpful when answering questions. I made a huge mistake taking the class with her.
This prof created a very difficult and uncomfortable learning environment. Participation was demanded but not a rewarding experience to participate. As a poster below said, if no one answered a question she would refuse to teach and simple leave. The atmosphere in this class was tense, hostile and not conducive to learning.
Condescending. Unhelpful. Quirky. If you like these, take her classes.
She can come off being distant at first, but she can be really nice and helpful. Always be on time or she will comment on it! She expects a lot but will help you if you talk to her. She is very well prepared for her classes.
Very unhelpful. Treat's law students as if they're children. Extremely condescending and fails to appropriately address questions raised in class. Creates a very uncomfortable learning environment. Generally speaking, the law faculty at UOttawa is second to none; however, I have not been impressed with Prof. Mallet.
Prof Mallet was unbelievably condescending. Downright rude at times. Her course is structured to evaluate instead of to help you learn the methods and materials pertinent to legal research. I can't say don't take this class with her because it is a requirement and only taught by her (this year at least). Good luck....
Horrible, condescending, uncomfortable learning environment, she evaluates more than she teaches. Worst prof at the school
She is a wealth of knowledge and has detail-orientation. I really enjoy her class. Many cannot appreciate that she is a huge asset to the University.
Yes she is a hard ass, but it's kinda like boot camp for legal research - you'll appreciate later. Alas, that is her only educational virtue, since she was
Professor Mallet is one of the most dedicated, clear and well organized professors I've ever had. She has expectations for her students, which I think gives her some bad ratings, but she is fair. Her deadpan/sarcastic humour is great.
PRO: 1) Slides are detailed and clear, 2) class material is organized, 3) prof obviously put a lot of effort into being prepared. CON: 1) Unfriendly and condescending(though nicer during private office hours), 2) has unrealistic expectations on students who are just learning the material 3) extremely uptight to the point of being impersonable.
Prof. Mallet can be a little rough around the edges but one on one she is absolutely amazing! Legal Research is probably the most useful course we take in first year and her no nonsense attitude and fear she instilled in me was just what I needed. The comments on the assignments however are brutal, you need tough skin to read them!
May seem cold and impersonable, but she's much more approachable on a one-on-one basis. She can be a tough marker and expects a lot from her students, but the legal writing and research skills are invaluable once you start working at a firm. Treat this course seriously. It's probably the most useful one in law school.
Fantastic professor. Thorough and to the the point. Has high expectations for her students, but will give you all the tools you need to succeed.
Felt uncomfortable asking questions both during class and during office hours due to her unapproachable, condescending and impatient personality. Slides are useful for her assignments, but she lacks actual teaching skills.
Worst professor I have ever had in my entire university career. Avoid at all costs.
Not very approachable or friendly, very strict lecturing style.
Prof Mallet was an amazing Legal Research prof! I had her last year and seriously loved her lectures. She made legal research very understandable and really taught you all the skills you need as a summer student at a firm. She is very intelligent and professional. She is also hilarious. Her assignments in tutorial helped me grasp legal research.
The Good: _____________ -Genuinely cares about her students and their learning -Willing to take time to meet with you one-on-one The Bad: _____________ -Very sensitive -Condescending and rude -Sometimes makes fun of students in class -Paranoid about laptop use in class -Takes herself very seriously
Enjoyed Mallet's con law more than legal research. Very clear expectations, lectures well laid out. Can come across a bit abrasive but is more than willing to help in office hours, if you've done the work. That said, little patience for slackers. But if you pay attention and do the readings, you're golden. Don't expect to be spoon fed the answers.
I had her for both con law & research. I found her very grating in the research portion & not very friendly - rude in fact. In Con Law I was releaved to see her lighten up a bit and make (sarcastic) jokes. Her con law teaching style was very clear and straight forward. Her exam was long and tough, but i still did well because i followed the outline
Legal Research - Pretty dry stuff and pretty tough prof. She has high expectations and pays close attention to the smallest details. Frustrating when you're in it... pays dividends later. For tutorial assignments, review the previous lecture's slidesnotes the night before and you'll be good! KNOW THE MCGILL GUIDE!
Excellent professor. Organized, professional, leaves no stones unturned, and very clear. She has high expectations, but only because she cares about her students and wants them to succeed in and beyond law school. If you think she's too "tough" or "unfriendly," you may be in the wrong profession; suck it up, you're in a professional school now.
Those good comments are probably written by herself; avoid her at all cost. Not helpful; Withholding information; no clear instruction; mark people down; distance herself from students; punish certain poli. inclinations; constipated at all times.
don't know if she is sarcastic funny or just generally mean. Emails are full of attitude. Sarcastic remarks throughout the paper. Also mean in person. Impatient with questions, doesnt want to help students and asks them to leave asap. Students dont do well because the class is not taught well. I learned everything in tutorials. Unclear evaluation
Mallet comes off as intimidating. I think this is because she is so well prepared and seriously knows her material. However, don't let this fool you she is very supportive of your learning and wants you to succeed, you just have to do your work. She's pretty welcoming and funny when you go see her during office hours.
Professor Mallet is very odd. I try to be very courteous and professional with her, but she is very terse and even rude. I think that, despite her intelligence, she over-reads people and situations, and projects her own state of mind onto other people. I've had brilliant profs before - but none who turn smarts into the Dolores Umbridge show.
She's tough but fair and really just wanted her students to engage with the material she's covering. Very supportive of Indigenous learners. Solid prof.
Does she know her material? Sure. Did I do fine in the class? Yeah I did well. But she is the most rude, disrespectful, full of herself professor you will ever have. Not approachable at all. Emails are full if attitude. Makes you feel like a piece of .... Its too bad uOttawa has this professor, would be much better without.
Do as you are told and you will be fine. Self-quizzes help with tutorials and for the papers, make sure your citations follow the McGill guide and her examples in class. Not the nicest Professor but she gives clear guidelines.
It's not impossible to do well if you pay attention to what she really wants. However, she is not a pleasant professor to have. She is very cold. You must be very meticulous because every misplaced comma will cost you.
Legal research prof. Extremely presentable and prepared but very condescending and curt with students. Wrote nasty and personal attacks all over students' term assignments. Wanted students to send agendas for small, informal office meetings. Clearly has some personality issues which is sad because students do not recognize mental health issues.
Prof. Mallet has high expectations. She's detail-oriented and expects you to pay attention to her lectures. Many people are intimidated by her because she can come off as cold. She's actually a very good professor with a teaching style some just don't like.
Excellent teacher. Know your stuff, cold and you'll get the grade you expect. If you don't know something she'll determine this on her exam (it's incredible well constructed if you have a chance to analyze) She's personable in that she treats you like a real human being, and not a mark or a course credit. She takes your potential seriously.
She is a prof that is very hard to please; chose a topic from her own expertise and ask 1L students to write a paper on it without actually teaching anything or giving hints (she even make you guess names of pertinent cases); clearly she has a very fixed and rigid rubric when it comes to grading and Every Discrepancy will cost you greatly.
Yes, Prof. Mallet is tough. She is, however, very good. You will learn how to do legal research perfectly well if you are capable of following instructions. You will do well if you apply what she teaches you to the letter. I find her very approachable outside of class but others people may not. One of the most useful classes in first year.
She is effective and hilarious (in a certain way). But she showed very little tolerance of different opinion especially when it comes to policy questions.
As 1Ls are under such a steep learning curve, her legal research class and grading of footnote spacing is down right terrifying. It's also the best writing feedback you get in the degree and the only class that prepares you for in firm expectations. Take her often to improve your writing. She is suprisingly approachable outside class time.
Some people think her lectures are dry. But that is actually understandable since she teaches more than 5 sessions of legal research a week. She certainly cares about her students as you can tell from the mythological assignments and the rather uncanny marks given. She also prepare you with sarcasm. Cherry on the top: she is the only one.
The most useful course I've taken in law school. Full stop. The tutorial assignments, in particular, prepared me well for articling where rush jobs, and rush research jobs, are very often required of articling students.
This lady is scary. Most of her students are afraid to cough in her class because she will call you out for it. Not approachable. She is the only prof who teaches legal research for first years so you can't avoid her! Make sure you are early for class, do the readings, don't talk, don't smile, don't appear happy. Do this and you will survive!
She begins every question or problem with a reminder that it is not her fault that you dont understand she has given you all the information you need. Last class she wouldnt even allow students to finish their questions before answering. Its not only students to are afraid of standing up to this prof but the institution as well.
Needs a clinical intervention. Rude, rage-filled, spite-filled, paranoid, vague in her expectations. Too bad, because this is one of the most important courses that you will take in law school.
Possesses marvellous ability to make instructional failures the students' fault. While arguably knowledgeable, is unprepared to interact with students and doesn't understand how respectful classroom interaction should occur. Impossible to avoid, so save your sanity and just keep your head down and try not to get noticed.
Has made the most unprofessional and unhelpful comments in class, in her office, on papers, and in emails I've ever heard or seen from a professor. Stated that it was not her job to help outside the class. Knows her subject, but simply points to her slides and reads quickly. Tests are based on minutiae, not substance. Could not believe my eyes.
This course had very arbitrary grading criteria. The tests were on oddly specific and obscure info; had to find articles based on generic info. Likes to keep info close to the vest regarding exam. Only course where name was required on papers and tests. Overall abysmal experience but you can't escape her first year reqd class.
Full, detailed PowerPoint. Duller detailed mumbled observations about how to look things up on the internet. Won't clarify points. Then tests about the details. Rude to students.
"Don't talk, don't smile, don't appear happy". Don't even breathe if you can avoid it. Worst Prof ever.
First year required course that is only 1 credit but feels like the work of 12. Prof barks questions and criticises students for leaving class to go to bathroom. Exam was a joke. Librarians teach legal research much better and with less sarcasm. You can't avoid her-but be prepared for abuse.
It pains me to see how many people are turned off by Prof Mallet's high standards. You will have to take a class with Professor Mallet at uOttawa. Be prepared for her to seem mean, but the information is practical, invaluable, and clear. She is a great lecturer and wants you to succeed. If you can handle her aggressive front, you will like her.
Unavoidable class. U of O admin fully aware of the quality of this prof. Honestly, you'll get better instruction from Quicklaw and Westlaw reps so sign up for the sessions when they come. No way around her, so be ready to suffer. Really likes google.
Prof Mallet is organized and well prepared for lectures. Presents you with all the material you need in a detailed and accessible way. If you mess up, it really is on you. Detail-oriented be careful with your footnotes and take detailed notes in preparation for the LR exam. ConLaw lectures are thorough. Knowledgeable an takes her job seriously.
Could be a helpful class with a different prof. Advice? Disclose little about yourself. Be careful if you are access student-you will be called in to explain *why*. As mentioned, go to the reps' sessions-it'll help you a lot. Pay a proof reader- it'll save your sanity, and your grade. She is the ONLY teacher for LR in 1L. :(
"Don't smile, don't breathe and sit still" is the most accurate thing I've seen on here. When parliament created s. 12 of the charter to protect citizens from cruel and unusual treatment I imagine they had Professor Mallet on a power point (probably an overhead projector) as inspiration. She is brilliant and that is undeniable but lacks ppl skills.
Prof Mallet has a scary front but she is incredibly fair and gives everyone the tools they need to succeed. If you are willing to work hard, you can learn a lot from her and be graded accordingly. She works hard to ensure that she tests everyone appropriately which is certainly not an easy task.
Had hoped for more from this class. Prof seems knowledgeable, but unable to properly organize the pedagogy to benefit students. You are better served by being prepared for learning minutae instead of expecting to come away with practical skills. Classroom experience is substandard:I won't be taking a class from this prof again.
Harsh and rude in class. Makes it hard to absorb anything in class you're all so scared. Tests and assignments assessed on details only. Basically, memory work, not research. Too bad because it could be good with a different prof.
Covered some useful stuff, but I don't get why this wasn't just part of another course, or just online. Plus, we could have skipped spending time with the rudest professor in Ottawa law. Kind of outstanding on the disrespect-o-meter and completely unexpected in a professional school.
Course is not too difficult, my grade in her class is actually decent so I don't have an bias for her. MM is the most disrespectful professor I have encountered. Unbelievably low emotional intelligence - based on the way she treats students. Most of my classmates are scared of her. I learned most of the content by studying her slides on my own.
Pointless class where you memorize her slides. Does not cover "legal research" -- covers legal research databases. Ridiculous tests. Get rid of this class; make it part of our small group course where it would be applied & useful. Rude & disrespectful person. Memorize; keep head down. Students are scared of her. Mandatory class only taught by her.
A water of time. You learn more from reps. Memorise her slides and DON'T THINK FOR YOURSELF. Try not to stand out. Don't bother going to dean-they are aware of issues. Just survive this and move on.
It is extremely unfortunate that this professor is A. impossible to avoid in law school and B. still allowed to teach. I have completed a BA and MA already; in all my years as a student I have never encountered such a rude, derisive, power-tripping professor. She takes delight in tanking people's GPAs. I obtained high grades in all other classes.
Rude, only helpful in a good mood. Came to her with a question that she did not have the answer for, instead of trying to answer the question, she criticized me for thinking outside of what she was lecturing us to think. Made a huge mistake in my grading on the first assignment. Final exam was random and had nothing to do with legal research. Avoid
I really enjoyed her class. She has a very dry wit and a deadpan delivery, which I can only assume is lost on most of the other posters here. She'll call you out if you're rude. A lot of readings in Con. I found her approachable and reasonable. I think insecure people are scared of her.
Perfect prof if you're looking to reduce your GPA. Insecure and terrified of people with more education. Supremely gifted at creating a classroom that is not conducive to learning. Loves to have her ego stroked, so advice is to suck up hard (and often). You can't escape her, so learn to drink now.
It took me two months to be able to rate this prof because I was so disappointed in the quality. I expected more from UOTTAWA as a social justice school than allowing this kind of "professionalism". Though I got a good grade, I could never recommend this prof in good conscience to anyone. She is simply incapable of reasonable classroom conduct.
She is literally the worst professor I have ever had. Her attitude is beyond despicable. She would make such rude comments to students that I would just sit there and think that I was in some kind of sitcom. It looks really bad on the University to have such a deplorable professor.
Unapproachable. Tough grader. Snaps at you if you try asking questions. Good luck to all.
Mallet is a UO right of passage. Easily one of the BEST teachers. High expectations for her students, but this is law school. Her lessons are invaluable. Pay attention, quit your moaning, and go through the Mallet trial by fire and be better for it.
Awful.
Very unapproachable aura. Never has an academic assignment actually given me anxiety until this class. Use the McGill guide as if your life depended on it. Also, DO NOT BE LATE FOR THIS CLASS. DO. NOT. BE. LATE. The only solace is that its rite of passage for every 1L, so at least you're not in this alone. You'll get through it!
Horrible teacher. Mean. Not accessible. Extremely bitter, who knows why. Avoid at all costs.
Professor Mallet is incredibly knowledgable in legal research, but creates an environment that is NOT conducive to learning it. Students are scared to ask for clarification or to see her in her office because of her ability to belittle students. It is such a shame that she is good at what she does but is not fit to teach it.
Unfit to teach; interrupts and belittles students after baiting them to participate. Demands respect from students but shows zero respect in return. Constantly goes on political rants and is not tolerant of dissenting views. Exams were glorified academic hazing.
how did she get to teach
I'm a "mature student", I have endured a variety of criticism in my life but this professor, while very knowledgeable; is a TERRIBLE instructor. Yes, she is witty sometimes, and I have nothing against a strict professor. But this professor simply has no ability to teach whatsoever. You have to take legal research with her; avoid otherwise.
Awful teacher. She creates a terrible teaching environment. Makes you feel nervous to ask her questions. Avoid at all costs.
Insults you for making a mistake. Insults you when you are unsure of an answer. Makes it clear that she does not want to help students during her office hours. Insults you both in lecture and in her office hours. Poor at explaining her material. Try to study in groups, her lecture slides are important but her explanations are weak.
How to do well in Mallet's class. For legal research: She wants you to write a concise paper with lots of reference to the cases. Explain why, relates case law. For Con Law: The exam is going to be one analysis, and the other two essays. Could be something she spoke about in class. Ours was remedies, and about 2A differences. one native isssue.
Professor Mallet is very knowledgeable but she is not a very good professor as she's not caring towards her students. She is very dry and not approachable.
Shes really rude. She thinks herself very much above her students and treats them poorly. Not an approachable person/teacher whatsoever. I really dont have much positive to say about this prof.
Professor Mallet's Principles of Legal Research class is a class that you will consistently rely and reflect on throughout your time in law school and your career. I already cannot count how many times I've silently thanked her for the skills she develops and fosters within that class. Hands down one of the most passionate teachers in the faculty
This is by far one of the most important classes you will take in law school. The skills you should be learning in this class are essential to employers . Unfortunately, you won't learn much from this class and she will constantly blame students and tell them they should have learnt everything on their own.
Every lecture is given in a frail monotone, like she's disinterested but also about to cry. She's rude and unforgiving. I think she sees herself like the professor in Whiplash, putting high amounts of pressure on her students to get results. It would be nice then if the person applying this pressure wasn't so prone to mistakes
Honest review: this class is one of the most important skills for the practice of law. Unfortunately, it is taught by one of the worst professors to have graced the faculty. There is an air of entitlement that surrounds her. If you succeed with a snobby, monotonous, teaching style, this is the class for you. She's unavoidable so good luck.
I still loathe this woman.
This course is so overrated. If you know how to google, use a library database, and navigate a website, it won't be very eye-opening. Unlike some students, I never myself flipping through my old notes when I'm doing legal research. Follow the assignment instructions closely, quadruple-check your citations, and hope for the best. Rite of passage.
She's just... mean. The subject is vital and she does a fine job teaching it. Grading is tough but the curve ensures everyone gets by. So why does Prof Mallet teach like she hates students, hates teaching, and hates the legal profession? One of the great uOttawa law mysteries.
Just... mean. She seems to see herself as a rite of passage for law school, but just makes students scared. Not conducive to actually learning anything
The worst. She is rude, her behaviour is unacceptable. Every year, the course evaluation of her classes get the lowest rate, and again here she is: next year teaching 5 courses!! Why someone who doesn't enjoy teaching at all has this position at the uOttawa? Why is she teaching 5 courses at the uOttawa while others have only one or two courses?
Prof Mallet definitely has a reputation. My advice: come prepared and don't take anything personally. What you learn in this class is fairly easy to understand but very useful.
Do not be scared of her, she is actually very nice. I managed to bump up my grade by two letters from midterms. She is VERY clear with what she wants. Do not use assumptions or bs her, shell figure it out. She is just trying to help you so you actually know what youre doing when you have a big fancy job.
Unapproachable, serious to a fault, and perpetually annoyed, Prof Mallet is the least helpful and caring professor I've ever had. I'm genuinely confused why she chooses to teach given her seemingly unrestrained irritation at even showing up. Creates a terrible learning environment. :(
Professor Mallet's course content is rather easy to understand and engage with. Readings were very light. However, she is by far the toughest marker of any Professor I have had in my post-secondary education. She will dock significant marks for trivial mistakes & has incredibly high expectations of 1Ls. She's unavoidable, just keep your head down.
She is one of the rudest people I have encountered thus far in my academic career. She regularly makes students cry, feel extremely poorly about their intellect and makes them discouraged to continue in law school. She marks extremely hard and offers little feedback other than personal attacks. She has not aided in most students learning.
By far the worst professor I have ever encountered in my academic career. She regularly calls people out in class, is extremely unapproachable, and excepts professionalism from students without doing so herself. She clearly hates teaching, so I'm not sure why she still does it. Just come to class prepared and find a good partner for projects.
one of the rudest people that I have encountered in my academic career. Angry and disrespects students.. makes them feel worthless and like nothing. Sees herself as the rite of passage in law school. Deletes slides after posting them. Will leave out slides if some students didnt do it. I am forever haunted by her shaky monotone voice. have fun!
Awful. Always sounds very shaky and nervous.
Worst professor I've ever had and clearly we've had to have gone through A LOT of them to be here. The only thing she hates more than her students and job is her life. The one poor student that has ever tried to engage in her class got told to use common sense. Read instructions CAREFULLY they're cryptic af and we've had to redo them 100 times.
This is the worst professor I have ever had. It is shameful that the Faculty does not intervene. She seems to hate teaching, hate her students, and clearly thinks that students are lazy. She will delete slides or refuse to post them if she merely THINKS people aren't doing work. Unhelpful, unapproachable, confusing assignments, tough marker!
Extremely harsh grader. It's a pity that she is the only one teaching a mandatory class. I have never disliked a professor more than Ms. Mallet in my life.
The law faculty's decision to keep her around is beyond me. When a majority of the 1L class of 300+ students does poorly on an assignment, it's a reflection of the prof's capabilities to teach, not the students. Her 'feedback' on the assignments is just straight up criticism and insults. She's an equally awful person as she is a professor.
No way Prof. Mallet contacted the vice dean to complain about our writing quality bruh. Ur telling me the entire 1L class of 300+ ppl was taught by you and the quality of our work is THAT awful? Doesn't that say smth about the prof, not the students? Mallet self-reported to the vice dean. How is she an educator? Nah she's the grim reaper.
Professor Mallet is by far the most unprofessional person I have ever encountered in my academic career. She seems to be unaware that it is possible to give feedback without inserting unnecessarily rude and snarky comments. She also lacks empathy and basic socialization skills. Although she is a teacher, I will not be learning anything from her.
She sent out a mass email to the 300+ ppl in 1L with the subject line "grades and whatnot" for the sole purpose of berating and bullying us. If you're concerned about the quality of writing from 300+ students then do a better job teaching and give us CONSTRUCTIVE feedback so we can improve. WILDLY UNPROFESSIONAL. uottawa should be ashamed.
Professor Mallet is not very kind to her students. Rather than providing constructive feedback, her feedback on assignments involves only insults and criticism. She is quite confrontational when you ask for help, making her extremely unapproachable. While I respect that she is very organized, her communication with students could be a lot better.
mocked the 1L class by suggesting they reference her for summer jobs after failing or nearly failing them for a major assignment. this school should embarrassed that mallet is apart of their faculty, she is the most unprofessional professor I have come across and I have had a lot of awful professors.
She is a harsh professor but a lot of these reviews are exaggerating. I think a lot of people don't like her because she is not as kind as other professors and don't spoon feed the material. You have to put in the effort yourself and actually pay attention to the lectures. Her course material is very important but it's not easily digestable.
In my 6 years in uni, she is by far and way the worst professor I've ever had. Shes a terrible prof and an even worse human being. Extremely unprofessional, rude and loves to belittle students when they answer questions but gets mad when people don't answer. Her feedback is just a collection of insults, even when you do well.
Excellent professor. But be aware that she is tough. She gives the tough kind of love. Most of the reviews here were probably penned by kids who have never worked in a corporate setting. Good luck to you all when you enter private practice.
Pay attention to how she is articulating the steps in her research demos. If you write down exactly what she is saying, and then change it into your own words for your research log on term papers it will save you. Also follow the exact steps she does in class for your paper and you will be more successful (she just wants stuff done her way).
As Legal Foundations is a required course, there is very little you can do to avoid her. Just suck it up and fall in line, do what she says and you'll be OK. She's very procedural and overall just comes off as unapproachable. Very dry responses in class, through e-mails and during office hours. Don't show off more than you know, she'll humble you.
Professor Mallet is not someone you will forget easily. Her standards are exacting, her expectations are rigorous, and her grading is meticulous. After both CML 1101 and CML 3174, I can honestly say that Professor Mallet has had the biggest impact on my career in BigLaw. The strategies she teaches are relevant to practice and I use them daily.
She is unnecessarily power tripping. She is also unethical when she is challenged. She gave me a low grade and when I challenged her, she attempted to intimidate me with a plagiarism accusation. Behaviour like this is unacceptable & scary
Professor Mallet is the human embodiment of a Canada goose. Unapproachable, intimidating and just outright unpleasant to be around. I hope the university can replace her, or AT LEAST add the option of an alternative Professor for a mandatory class. It's incomprehensible that we're just stuck with Mallet and have no other option .
Mallet's class is challenging, but engaging if you put in the work. Her teaching style is strict, but useful skills are gained. unstuckstudy helped me study efficiently for her exams.
