Really nice teacher; taking clear, organized notes & attendance is important in getting a good grade. Two group debates on the positions of certain philosophers, weekly discussion questions for homework that is based off that week's reading, outline for final essay and the essay itself, & midterm/final. There's a weekly writing assignment but she is a tough grader if you miss the point or don't understand the concept fully she will mark your work down. That being said if you go to tutoring this class will be easier.

I consider myself to be an enthusiastic learner, and was excited to learn more about philosophy, but this class completely ruined any interest I had in exploring the topic any further.
