Do not take BCIS with her. She doesnt show up, and gives hard tests. Her lectures are really pointless.
She is always late or may not even show up without prior notice. The test are not out of the book impossible don't take it with her
these other ratings ARE right....she's late a lot and her tests are hard BUT she curves the hell out of them. her lectures ARE pointless but her class is EASY...i barely studied, bombed the tests and still made an A
This was her first semester here, she was late a LOT. lectures/subject seems pointless. BIG troubles with turning in assignments to grader. IMPOSSIBLE tests, but she did give HUGE curves. this class seemed unnecessary but is mandatory for most majors. she is passionate about the subject but doesn't really help students to understand it very well.
Horrible Teacher. Very unorganized and not interesting in coming to classes on time. Test are impossible and no review is given. Worst teacher on campus !!! Always late and never helpful.
Useless, useless, useless. Other comments about not showing up, so sense to lectures, impossible tests are accurate. She might as well ask how many hairs are on your neighbor's ass. Read the book, do the homework, and find the test bank questions, you'll be fine, but she is freaking horrible.
she's late to class everyday and when she shows up reads the slides off the website to you. going to class is pointless just read the slides, tests are extremely hard. she gets off topic talking about her son and ebay A LOT. grades slower than any other teacher ive had. do not take her no matter what, by far the worst teacher i've ever had.
Coming to class was pointless, she was normally 15-30 mins late, just reads off the slides. She talks about her son and her old i.t. jobs. SHe takes awhile to post test grades and is not helpful when emailed. She tells you to e-mail her ta.
Awesome teacher if you hate going To class and can do the work on your own. Does Ted to Get off track easy but makes what class time she does teach fun
Questions that are asked on the assessments and tests do not contain the information within the book. How the hell else are we supposed to know the material if it's not even in the book....She is not clear on instructions with assignments. It's like you have to wing the class.
Can do the work on your own - go to class just to figure out the time things are due.
She is an awful teacher. You don't have to go to class. But she gives you soo much homework and quizzes and they are all graded online so she has no idea what you are going through to get them completed. OH and you also get a 1000 question review for each test. and if you have a question about the review, she can't even answer them.
First of all, EVERY BCIS class has the exact same amount of homework. She gives plenty of time to do it & doesn't take attendence but will have very simple quizzes as participation grades in class to encourage you to attend. If you attend class & work the test reviews, there's no reason you shouldn't get an A. She's very sweet, smart, & helpful!
Like someone else said every BCIS 3610 has the same work. Show up, write down the due date, and just do the work. It can't get much easier than this. If you at least try you should get an A. This professor is actually too nice. She bent over backwards for people who were lazy and expected not to have to do any work or turn it in on time!
Great professor. Just show up to class and do your threads and weekly assignments and you will be good. MS office hw is pretty easy. Communicate with your group on a regular basis for the case study b/c its a 10 slide ppt and 15 pg paper that is due at the end of the semester and you dont want to rush at the end.
Absolutely no point in going to class except for the quiz points. Seriously this class was SO boring and I never learned anything when I was there. Homework is easy, tests are impossible but she curves at least. I would try to take another teacher if I were you.
Professor White is a nice lady, she has a sense of humor and tries to get people interested in the subject, but the class is pretty boring. Go to class, she has clicker quizzes at least once a week for attendnce points. Exam questions are from the test bank so there is a review for every chp.If you can memorize the reviews you'll get an A.
3 exams (drops lowest),about 20 quizzes and 9 assignments with microsoft project/access programs. ~300 question reviews for exams-MEMORIZE THESE QUESTIONS. Quizzes=easy A's, Assignments=easy A's, Tests=relatively easy A's.Semester=A She is very helpful and very smart, listen to her. Don't throw your paper at her the first day, you go up front.
This teacher is absolutely terrible. She knows a lot about her field but overall she is not very smart and does not care about her students at all. She is nice, yes, but she is only interested in herself. Easy grade, terrible selfish person. All I can say is yuck.
Class is VERY boring, but you must go for clicker credit. Very easy class, online quizzes are easy, Access assignments are easy, and she gives a test bank (about 300 questions) and only chooses 80. Have to memorize all 300.
Does clicker quizzes twice during class. Isn't clear about grade requirements. She has 30 points allotted to "instructor's option", and is never clear about what those are. Gives you the test questions to study.
easy class. clicker points. just like 2610.
TAKE THIS PROFESSOR! Class is boring, but worth it! Exams are given from a lengthy test bank, but it's worth it to do the questions because she repeats them verbatim. Clicker points for attendance help your grade, optional final. Dr. White is almost too nice.
If you are taking the course for an easy grade, no problem. If you expect to actually learn anything at all, avoid her like the plague. Fairly sure that there are enough other sections of this course to find someone that will teach you something. Does very little "real" teaching and usually just goes off topic for a large chunk of class.
This should be an online class. but extremely easy if you do your homework. test are confusing though since she just reads from the power points as a study guide.
This is the stupidest teacher I have ever met. Speaks like shes from the hood, total trash. She told me she used to do drugs, lol. UNT ITDS department is a joke. Mary Jones is the dean of the department, head in the sand.
She is a terrible professor. She was rude, late to class, and so unhelpful. She was so unorganized that her test dates and due dates were wrong on the syllabus and then blamed us for not knowing. Spends too much time trying to be funny. She is so rude and this class was a joke. Try to get any other professor.
She's one of those teachers who is great as a person, but not really as a teacher. She's pretty decent, but lectures are long... I respect her because she ALWAYS relates the lessons to current events and what really matters to students. She's also open-minded to any improvements and cares about her students! But teaching wise.. meh...
only have to go to first 2 classes
This class was a lay up. Easy assignments, easy exams, easy Easy EASY. A good chunk of your grade is clicker participation points so you have to go to class unfortunately. Lectures are very long and painfully boring, but hey its an easy A.
This course is very manageable. The lectures are boring and a struggle to get through. There are random group assignments so it's important to show up to class. Very easy A.
Lectures are brutal, but she gives clicker quizzes so try to stay the whole time. Access assignments are easy, quizzes are easy, and group projects are easy. Be prepared to study for the exams though. 80 multiple choice questions online and she does NOT give out a test bank anymore unless you can find it from a fratty. Overall, easy class!
She kind of just talks. I took this in a three hour lecture and at the end of every class i would wonder what she expected us to get out of the lecture. She talks in circles and makes corny jokes. If you go to class and participate a little there is no way you won't pass. She gives extra credit like crazy. She curves test and the class average.
The class itself, exams and assignments, are not too difficult, but participation is weighted pretty heavily in the grading strucutre. There's a lot of group work and clicker points, so despite class time being utterly worthless, you need to go. Ms. White herself is a nice lady, but she rambles and rambles about nothing much.
This is a easy class, but you have learn it on your own. You do not learn things in class. Go to class only because participation points.
The teacher only reads the powerpoints, to pass this class you will need to go to the textbook. Going to class is only good for extra credit, which is super helpful. The tests are really hard and reviews don't do much to prepare you. Again, read the book. Optional final replaces lowest test grade, class isn't tough but you have to work for an A
I loved Professor White as a person; she was funny and very genuine. A a professor though, she lacked a bit. She would read straight off the textbook PowerPoints then give us 70+ question tests covering every detail found in the text. The study guides she gives help a little but not enough to ensure a good grade unless a lot of extra effort goes in
She does not grade anything until weeks later and it's very stressful. The tests are insanely hard considering the study guide she gives is not related to the test. Wish I could have had another professor.
Nice lady who can be funny sometimes. Don't bother looking at the review, it won't help you for the test at all. You have to teach yourself with everything. For group projects, just completing it will get you full credit. Can find the answers for the quizzes online. No rubric for the access assignments, she forgot to post them for my class.
Professor White makes her lectures entertaining, she is hilarious! There are 3 exams and 1 optional final, 3 projects, and tons of opportunity for extra credit. The exams are straight out of the text book but are hard. Pay attention to every detail in the book because odds are it will be on the exam.
Great professor, super easy class if you're into technology and have taken a Microsoft Access course or you're a quick software learner. Read the textbook and take notes during class. Also, get to know your teammates!
Easy A. She'll give you the answers to 10-20 test questions in her lectures, so show up for all the lectures. Don't expect to learn anything about the software. I don't think she even knows how to use it. All she covers is concepts that you'll never use in the future, like the date of the first text message ever sent. Waste of my time.
Professor White is a great person! She is so friendly and funny. Unfortunately, her class sucks. It is very disorganized and you learn NOTHING from lectures. The study guides are not useful. Read the spiral bound textbook--that's where the tests come from. DONT SKIP CLASS! tons of group work points given in class and they do make a difference.
Professor White is awesome, she does do reef polling so if you get those points then you should be good. IF YOU GO TO CLASS YOU WILL ACE THE TESTS!
easiest A. do homework, show up most days, read book, and you should come out with an A. lectures are OK and prof is really nice. I got an average 85% on all my exams and was there for most in class stuff and did all homework and finished with a 95% average. Once again, easy A.
Professor White was one of the most unorganized professors I've had while attending UNT. Her lectures were boring an non informative the majority of the class she was trying to figure out what she was even going to do for the day. The one thing to even go to class for would be the clicker quizzes tests aren't heavily weighted so do all hw!
hardly ever understand what she says in class, she has a tendency to talk about her son and family instead of the actual lecture and sometimes she acts like she's from the hood. nearly half the class failed the first exam so she curved everyone up to an A. just do your work and you'll be fine
doesn't teach clearly in class, often gets off topic and talks about her son, lots of homework assignments. Even if you fail an exam she'll likely bump you up to an A
Mrs White was the worst professor I ever took in my life ! It makes no sense why I came to class and she only spoke about her son and eletronical applicances. Never was on topic never taught us anything, and we had test on material she never taught . If you have any common sense you will not take this class!
Makes her lectures interesting. Includes a lot of current news in her slides. There are big assignments on dreamweaver, powerpoint, and excel which take a while to do. Before each exam she has you do group projects to make a mini-review for the test. She was a great teacher overall.
One of the worst at UNT. I don't care about learning anything but I never miss class, take notes and read the book. She began the semester by lecturing, then got less as time went. I emailed and she responded a/b a diff. class. I know more about her son than BCIS. She never lectures and the exams were so hard! I got my grade because of extra credit
WORST! If you want to know about her son and what technology her personal life possess then take this class. Don't take this class if you want to learn anything that will be on exams. She also does online weeks where you don't show up and you have a ton of book work. She never lectures and doesn't care at all. I got my grade because of extra credit
Want an easy class without learning much? This is it. Excel homework is long and can be tough. You can go to tutoring and they can help you. Tests are like the quizzes. Extra credit. Group work. Not THAT bad of a class I mean when we actually had class. Online week assignments not hard but time consuming.
Tests are very detailed so you will need the book and actually read the chapters. Access assignments are doable but some chapters will make you pull your hair out. MIS quizzes are easy. Go to class just to do the iClicker quizzes because that is weighted heavily. Group proj. are pretty much a completion grade. Other than that, she just rambles.
This class is really easy if you show up and read the material. The professor always has a positive attitude and does her best to answer students' questions.
Bad communication. Out of class assignments are vague and not explained well. First day of class she tells us she's decided to do a new curriculum where class will meet a total of 4 times over the semester and the rest will be online. Created significant amount of extra work as instead of attending a lecture she creates online assignments.
REGRET taking her. hands down the WORST prof i've ever had. If there's an issue and it's brought it up, she's EXTREMELY rude to her students- and believe me there is constantly issues. Course is ridiculously easy- should be an easy A, but most of the class ends up with C's, as her test/ grading system tend to screw you over. AVOID HER AT ALL COSTS!
Melody White shouldn't even be considered a teacher, she canceled 80% of our classes and claimed it was a "hybrid" class. On the days we did have class, she did next to nothing to prepare us for the homework assignments or exams (which are the majority of the class grade). This class was basically entirely self taught. I was really disappointed.
Professor White was by far the worst professor I have ever had. This was a hybrid class, we only saw White 4 times. She gives you 1-3 essays EVERY week. She doesn't teach you at all, she just talks about her son & is very unorganized. Online access assignments are really hard & you have to figure it out yourself, bc she didn't teach u the material.
A lot of projects and group projects. Also, there is a bunch of homework. Tests aren't bad though.
She makes the class as easy as possible. You only have to attend class 4 times throughout the semester, everything else is done online. Because of this, she does weekly assignments and as long as you turn something in, you'll get full credit. Her test banks are posted word for word on Quizlet so definitely use those. Do the work and you'll be fine.
Only 4 in-class lectures the whole semester. She's a lazy teacher who gives you constant busy work. Homework is extremely tedious but easy. There are 3 exams which are easy to study for using quizlet. I recommend taking her only because the class itself was an easy A. Her teaching or lack thereof, leaves a lot to be desired...
If I could leave a 0 as a rating I would. By far the worst professor I have ever had. She didn't teach us about BCIS most of the time. She mostly just talked about her son and smart technology in her house. The tests and quizzes were over material that was never taught. There are weekly papers that aren't relevant to the course material.
I don't know why she is allowed to be a professor. She mostly just talks about her son during lectures. She decided to make it a hybrid class with only 4 lectures and weekly papers. The papers have nothing to do with the course material. She is also extremely lazy. Grades can take a while to be put in.
Tests are important, making up approximately 36% of your grade. There is a lot of busy work that isnt necessary.
Easy class. Professor understanding, and realizes we can cover more ground without having to got to class every week. Practical professor.
She made the class hybrid without telling the Unt department. We had 5 classes total throughout the semester not including the 3 test days as sage. When you do go to class she talks about her son and then lets class out. Get ready to teach yourself for the test. The access assignments arent hard if you have the book!
I took a once a week programming night class with her. The first half of class was lecture(boring no offense), second half is lab(HW time). For the tests: free response is exactly like the review, but the MC section is WAY HARDER than the review, so beware! Overall she seems like a nice person, just not a great professor. Do the HW & study for MC!
she should not have that many students in her class. she has no time to take care of anything.
Took this fall 2018 and it was hybrid. The class portion was useless because all she did was talk about her son. FYI, her study guides are useless, as they do not help with exams AT ALL. Study the book and pay attention to the quizzes and you'll be fine.
Professor White is probably the laziest teacher I've ever had in my life. She made the class a hybrid so you only meet 5-6 times throughout the semester. When you do meet, she talks about her son Trey and then releases you. The class is super easy and might as well be a fully online class. 3exams, a lot of group assignments.
Professor White has her class set up as a hybrid class. Its very easy and although the material is boring she really tries to make it more bearable by talking to you about her life or sharing stories that has to do with the material. She allows cheat sheets for the exams and as long as you read its easy to do well. Plus lots of HW grades!
She swears by the test reviews that are never like the actual exam. You can use the reviews as the material not to study, since none of it will be on the actual exam. She seems like a nice person, and shell just talk about her kid during class, but will not prepare you for the exams at all.
This is a easy A if you do the work. Its a hybrid class so you only have class 4 or 5 times. Lots of homework thats easily manageable, plus group assignments. Ignore the bad reviews if you understand youll be teaching yourself youll enjoy the class. If you cant learn that way choose another class. Impossible to fail this class.
Easy class you just have to do the work. Homework or group project every week. 3 exams and discussion board. Professor White is not that bad as the other reviews say.
TAKE HER ONLINE - if you can. I took her for BCIS 3630 in person and it was very slow bc she would always talk about her kid. I took her 4670 online and it was very easy and straightforward. All the content was available on the first day and the content was easy enough to power through, didn't need the access code past the trial period.
Made it a blended class without notifying the department. Doesn't teach anything the days where we actually meet. Expects us to know the material for tests. Terrible.
Class should be called Joshua Information Systems because all she talks about is her kid. Does not go over much material, tells you to read about 230 pages of material for the test and gives no review. Youre pretty much doing this class on your own with no help. Would not recommend to someone who learns from lectures
Just go somewhere else. This ain't it. I'm taking multiple high-level finance classes and this is the one I'm most worried about. She doesn't teach anything in class, tries to be funny but is just annoying. No test review and we all had to basically guess where the questions were coming from. You need 2 different textbooks, there are 40+ online hws
Listen to this post. I'm an average student who does pretty well, this class is not an online course but it might as well be, you'll have to get two access codes for two separate HW assign. She does not explain well at all and isn't interested in helping you with your questions about the homework. PLUS she has more than 6+ HW all due the same day!
DO NOT TAKE HER!!!! It's as simple as that. Read the other posts you'll see why.
I quickly learned that going to class in her course was useless because she just regurgitates the textbook chapters, while still managing to go off topic like all of the other posts say. If you get her as a professor, expect to teach yourself for the next 3-4 months. However, she does keep you informed with extra credit/other things through email.
I would really recommend Professor White. This is my first semester to the university and BCIS 2610 is my core requirement. Professor White does the lecture really well with the slides but she always pops up talking about her son in the lecture which is also interesting. Classes will be boring some days. Assignments and quizzes are partially heavy.
Another that I liked (sort of) as a person, but not a teacher. Syllabus was very unclear, dates were for another section and never fixed, and lectures were draining and just a regurgitation of the textbook. Overall, this course felt like a bunch of random trivia. The MS access assignments are auto graded but usually give you unfair grades.
Very chill prof. Excel modules are sometimes tedious, but try and get each set done as early as possible. Waiting until the last minute in this class isn't the way to go. She does sometimes give out exam answers and change class scheduling in lectures, so it's just good to show up. Pretty easy A if you put in at least a little bit of effort.
Access projects were nothing like what we learned so expect to research how to do it. Exams were the based on questions from quizzes given, you'll make a B+ on exams at best. Makes assignments due / available at start of class time which is weird and annoying.
A lot of the access homework are not like the projects, but that is due to Cengage's inability to match modules, not Professor White. There are only 3 tests, all easy. She is a very nice person, but lectures get a little boring. She tries her best to keep everyone interested, and genuinely cares about her students. I would take her class again!
I honestly didnt learn anything. First week she decided to make the class hybrid we met maybe 3 times after that before covid occurred (once a week class). You dont really learn anything but its an easy A if you put in minimal effort. If youre looking for something to boost your GPA this is the class youre looking for.
Professor White is big on group work. You will see lots of group projects and discussion posts. However, most of the work you will do for this class will be done independently. In class, White talks a LOT and refers to her son quite often.
The class itself was super easy, but there was a lot of confusion for a lot of people. The professor occasionally tried to explain things but not well. I wouldnt want to be taking an advanced class with this level of dedication. Maybe there were just too many people sending messages.
Signed up for her class only for her to changed to asynchronous only. Does not reply quick and doesn't help students when they confuse. Don't take her class. Take anyone else BUT HER. Embarrassment of a class. She is very nice but teaching wise, she does a poor job and her students struggle most of the time. Get ready to have a ton of homework.
Professor White is a solid instructor to take for this class. Assignments include Access SAM Training and Projects, Chapter Quizzes, few discussion posts, one group project, and three exams (no final). I would definitely recommend getting your assignments done and get ahead because its easy to fall behind. Overall, 6.5/10. (ONLINE CLASS.)
As long as you do the assignments and spread them out evenly throughout the semester, her class is really easy and not stressful. It starts to get stressful if you put your assignments off and do them last minute. As long as you read the chapters, take good notes, and remember the questions on the quizzes, the exact same questions are on the finals
I only showed up to three of her optional lectures because she just read of a PowerPoint I can read, so I didnt find her lectures very helpful. It feels like an online course, so if youre into having a robot professor, take from prof white! You MUST pave the assignments and be self motivated so you dont get overwhelmed at the end of the course
Worst teacher/professor Ive ever had. Doesnt actually reach anything. Homework has absolutely nothing to do with the exams. Study material is non existent. Study Quizlets online to pass the exams, dont bother with the textbook you wont pass. Professor is rude, no respect for her students, short in emails wont help or give extra credit. AVOID.
Dr. White was fine, the exams are really just directly from the powerpoints and book, so really this class could be taught by anybody. You get extra credit just for doing your homework on time, and the Excel training portions are easy. Follow the videos and book notes step by step.
Not sure why there are so many negative reviews about Professor White! She has clear grading criteria and manageable assignments. Exams & quizzes come straight from PowerPoint lectures/book & she allows notes during exams. Excel trainings are pretty straightforward and Prof White offers optional lab for help with excel modules if needed. 10/10
This class should have been an easy A for me but because I didn't pay attention to instructions that I could use my notes on the Tests I got a C. The teacher is pretty cool and her classes are actually fun to attend. She makes time to help students during her labs. I definitely recommend her.
This professor gets off topic often. She talks about things outside of class and it can be hard to concentrate on what the lecture is about I wouldn't recommend this professor at all, she isn't focused.
Professor White is actually very nice and funny during her lectures. Of course shell do the occasional joke but its what makes her class fun. You can earn good grades on exams since the answers are on quizlet and she lets you have a piece of paper of notes front&back. Final Exam is optional and if you take it, you can have 3pg notes. Awesome prof
TAKE A CHANCE ON PROF WHITE! don't listen to the negative reviews! She will help you if you truly want to learn or have questions about excel. This course is more of a self-taught course but the assignments are self-explanatory. I was hesitant in taking her as well but if you're a disciplined student you'll be fine I promise!
She's okay. She gives lecture in class that isn't really needed. For example, we had excel assignments that were a huge part of the grade and she doesn't help or teach us about that. It comes with instructions so she expects us to read them and do them by ourselves. The test was good and Quizlet was a huge helper in studying for them.
Dr. White is a solid instructor for this course. If you space everything out evenly this class is a breeze. Take good notes and you'll do well on the quizzes and Exams. Excel Trainings are easy 100s. If you have trouble with Excel projects, show up to lab and she WILL help you. You can use 1 page of notes per exam and 3 on the the final
This professor is not bad. You will barely come in contact with her unless you need to email her. Trainings & projects are annoying but easy. Exams easy. just do the work & dont complain. Group project is also required & was pretty annoying but this class was so easy ignore any bad comments.
Overall this class wasn't too bad. The main issue was random assignments being posted with sometimes less than a week to do them. We tried communicating that we would appreciate more notice. Basically, the response was that the syllabus said there would be other assignments worth a certain percentage of our grade.
everything is on Quizlet, excel weights heavy and you don't get a certificate at the end, module projects don't align with module training, books cost $120 doesn't extend deadlines, and lecture is not needed at all it is all regurgitated from the book powerpoints,I'm paying all this money for an embarrassment of a class. I learned little to nothing
She does not care about her students. Tough to get in touch with and very vague with her response.
Easy class and she's a pretty cool person who just wants her students to pass
White is an amazing, understanding, and funny professor. She made herself available and allowed students to leave after the lecture. Come to class for some of the exact answers on the exam (she'll tell you it will be on the exam). Exam is a little hard due to all the material.
Professor White is a nice personality that needs to improve structure in regards to communication with students. Course isn't difficult, but highly recommend working with other students because you'll get minimal resources for guidance outside lecture. Very unstructured for a senior-level course.
Not good with responding to emails. There were assignments not in canvas that she never told the class about, nor were they rlly mentioned on the syllabus, so I received zeros for it. A lot of students did. Also she didn't help at all on projects, we were just told to "trust our gut" and said that she has faith in us... Would not recommend at all.
Bcis4720. You get very little help on assignments when you run into trouble you do not know how to fix by yourself. Very little help with assignments. Will leave right after class when students line up to ask questions. Unless you are an experienced programmer with strong foundational knowledge in coding, get ready to struggle.
Professor White's BCIS2610 class can be a bit of a mixed bag. The lectures aren't always super relevant, but if you read the textbook and use tools like Quizlet and Unstuck AI, you can definitely do well. Stay on top of the Excel projects and you'll be golden.
Professor was nice but refused to answer emails. She would do tutorials for the projects about a month and a half before it was due then never go over it again and there would be 0 help afterwards. TA didnt know how to grade and would give 0s on the projects for their own mistakes to majority of the class.
This professor is not a good responder to emails. The tests are way too hard compared to the quizzes and test reviews questions. You would need to read the book entirely to pass this class because the powerpoint does not cover the test questions asking specific questions. By far the worst professor I've had who is lazy and doesn't lecture one bit.
Emails? She won't answer. Remind? She won't answer. Office hours? Can't find her. She refuses to curve grades after multiple low averages, and she does not lecture. The quizzes are all copy and pasted from elsewhere as half of the time, the formatting is inconsistent. There is so much more but the characters are limited here. Please find better.
Terrible Class. Even worse professor. Class structure is disorganized with projects and assignments lacking clarity. She never responds to emails. Doesn't lecture. TA does everything. Provides useless study guides. Tests are 10x harder than they need to be. Will change instructions to assignments 30 mins before its due. DO NOT TAKE.
Online class and there was no communication/instruction for the semester. When tried to communicate it usually ends with nothing or a very rude/passive-aggressive comments. Old instructions to Tableau that don't apply to today's updates. Syllabus doesn't match with the content, with a quiz and a mind-numbing discussion post on PackBack weekly.
Do not take this professor. This is the first time I have had to leave a bad review because she was careless. I studied so much for the exams, and they were always completely different from the reviews. So many students had to complain for her to make the final open note. She does not respond to emails, btw, and you will not hear from her at all.
This class was extremely disorganized. The professor is nonexistent. She did not care enough to put any effort into the class. My favorite part was her 0.05% extra credit for two 20 minute UNT surveys. If you want a good grade, you will have to read the textbook and MEMORIZE it. Don't take if possible, way better professors out there.
Absolutely the worst instructor I have ever had. DO NOT TAKE HER FOR ANY CLASS. She does not know her material. She does not respond quickly to questions (a week later), and half the time, she gives you the wrong answer. You are 100% on your own to complete the assignments. Everyone I talk to has had the same experience.
Absolutely horrible and makes so many excuses to not to meet up when you have an issue.
