i think she is smart, beautiful, good looking, well qualified, gorgeous, and attractive.

I will say something about her besides how she looks: she is the most interesting teacher I have ever had. She made the material more interesting than it already was to me. She has a passion for the subject and loves to teach it, which in my mind always makes the best teacher.

Good-After visiting multiple classes, I can say her teaching style is highly adaptive. She is enthusiastic about the material w/out being unstructured. Very open to new ideas/discussions. Good w/ helping individual students! You can tell that she loves teaching - in my opinion she will go quite far!

Other than her obvious physical appeal, she teaches directly from the book, doesn't stray unless inspired by class interaction. Fun, young, and overall interesting person. Even a crappy winter session is enjoyable with her! I reccommend her for inner-session & semester!

Melody is a GREAT teacher. She agreed to add me to her class halfway through the semester because of a problem I was having with another teacher. I find it easy to follow her lectures and she's very well educated in her subject. Highly recommended.

Melody is an awesome professor- she's fun to listen to and very much a real person. Honestly, I hardly did the reading, but I paid attention in class. Just be careful, because she'll purposely cover test material if nobody shows up.

Such a good teacher never wanted to take another Anth class after gingerich. hes sux but she is definately a good addition to butte. Everyday is a good day in her class. teaches really well and definately has a passion for what she does. id have to say it rubs off on the students.

The best teacher ever. She's very clear and gets you interested in the subject whether you like it or not - but in a good way. Always well prepared and very enthusiastic about anthropology. You'll love this class!

She is such a wonderful teacher, and it is obvious to her students that she loves what she does. Because she loves what she teaches, she inspires the students to become interested in the subject. Good teacher, one of the best at butte. you learn a lot in the class but in a way it makes it easy to learn, very cool. her tests are a breeze. She is also very hot; I wouldn't mind staying after class with her!

I'm in graduate school now, but looking back on my time at Butte College, Melody was the best professor that I had.

Well, what can I say. i first walked in her class looked at her and thougt 'SUPER HOT". Then she started teaching, and after about a week or two I thought "super intellegent" seriously, she is a good teacher. I have alot of respect for her, and has always been really nice to me, and taught a sometimes bland subject and made it apealing.

I took two of her classes and wasnt interested in this subject at all until I sat through her lectures...! she is an amazing teacher and has a way of teaching that engages everyone. She doesnt take attendance and still the class is filled everyday!

One of the best instructors at Butte! If you have to take anth2, do yourself a favor and make sure you get Melody so you don't get stuck with an old retired anthropologist who doesn't know how to teach. Melody utilizes a thing called modern technology and actually knows how to engage students from diverse learning styles.

Yeager is wonderful! Great Sense of humor. She explains and presents her material very well and is great with engaging the class and answering questions.

Taking notes is important to help answer her study guides for midterms and finals. I would absolutely recommend taking one of her classes. It's an easy class that gives you different perspective of people in the world.

Uses power points for lecture. It's important to show up because if you miss a couple days you can get lost. She's really a great teacher!

my best teacher to date. straight forward, no surprises. come to class take notes and get a good grade. i can not say enough good about this teacher. i have had many bad teachers it was nice to get a good one that appears to care about the students.

Melody is by far one of my favorite teachers at ever at Butte! You can tell she's passionate about anthropology and teaching. Her lectures are easy to follow and simple, what she has on the board is what will be on the tests. If you need to take an anthropology class be sure to get in hers!

Melody is AMAZING! She really cares about how her students feel and does everything she can to help you pass. Her lectures are clear and to the point; she does a great job answering student's questions and is extremely kind. She tries to use some humor to keep class light because some of the material can be dense. Definitely recommend her!

Melody is the best! Lectures are super easy to follow and she makes them fun. Make sure to turn in all quick writes and show up for lab days, they're worth 50-100 points so missing 1 qill hurt your grade. Tests are super easy, questions straight from the powerpoints, and if you show up for the review class you'll pass with an A no problem.

Melody is definitely in my top 5 professor that I have ever had. She is the sweetest person ever and I absolutely loved her class! She made Anthro so fun! Her class consisted of a few quick writes (easy points), 3 tests, and a few fun labs. I can't wait to take another one of her classes in the Spring! Take her!!!

Melody is very sweet and caring. She is clear in her grading criteria and requirements, which are VERY reasonable. She offers a ton of extra credit, and does a thorough review of every test the class before.

This was my second attempt for ANTH 2, and my experience was completely opposite of my first attempt. She was very straightforward about how her class was going to go. doesn't expect you to get a book, and teaches you the class off of her lecture slides which she has put together after talking to her colleagues at Chico State. Very fun class!

Her classes are taught primarily through lecture but she often will post the power points online later in case you miss a day. The textbook isn't needed.

Professor Yeager is a very sweet and understanding person. Her due dates were extremely flexible, and the information we learned was always very interesting. The only drawback to this class was that the Professor waited until the end of the semester to grade assignments (other than the automatically graded quizzes). Highly recommend.

Melody's class was so much fun. I needed the class for my general ed and I am so glad I took it with her. Her class was so easy and very interesting. I learned so much from her and I wish I could take another semester with her. There was not a lot of work, there were a lot of notes and lecture days. For each exam we got a study page and no quizzes.
