Aparicio/Donovan (what's his real name?) is really lame. Not a bad guy, just an ineffectual teacher. Nice is not a good substitute for being boring, which he is. I got a B, which was fair but I think I would've done better if he wasn't so busy trying to indoctrinate us with leftism. His presence is best described as simpering. Take someone else.

This is a great Critical Thinking teacher. He's created an amazing web site. I wouldn't say it's a hard class, but you have to stay on top of things. But if you just do the practice examples and ask questions when you're confused you'll do well. Don't wait til the last minute to do the work. It makes you think and shouldn't be done quickly.

At first I was frustrated. He never said exactly what he wanted. He'd go on about learning skills and not memorizing ideas. It seemed unclear and I got frustrated. But eventually I got it. Very easy class. The online homework takes maybe 20 minutes per week. The reading isn't really required at all if you go to the lectures and take notes.
