Although Prof. Baker is definitely one of the favorite teachers among students that take psychology on GPC, he is not the best, but is not the worst either. He is strict and expects all of his students to do their assigned reading. But, if you always keep up with the weekly material, you should have no reason to get less than an A.

In short, I feel lucky I came across him as an instructor. To my definition, he is worthy of respect and truly a professional in his career. He actually cares about his students, but he also believes everyone can do better. Also, keep in mind that even though he's a psychology professor, he's not perfect and actively tries to develop his classroom.

The class can be overwhelming during midterms and finals as there is huge study guide to fill out, but if you finish the study guide and create flashcards out of it in Quizlet and get Quizlet plus as their certain study methods behind pay wall, then you can study fairly affectively. follow the paper criteria exactly and you get easy A.

I loved the textbook in this class & thoroughly enjoyed the way Dr. Baker set up his online class. There were a few hiccups, but I worked them out. Read, participate, complete your Quizzes & Exams on time & u will be fine. He set up participation like a social media forum n since I love to chat, I was all for that.

Pretty easy class, just do the assigned readings since that's worth about half your grade. There's also several quizzes and a few exams, but they're easy enough if you do the reading. In particular, the exams are great in that they test your knowledge of the material without testing how well you can memorize everything. Overall great professor.
