Refuses to meet with students. Falls into that 85% of self absorbed, elitist, self centered professors that love to hear themselves talk while they read from a power point. The first day he said he runs the class professionally like a job, but I have never been to a job where you can't communicate with people.

Probably one of the worst teachers I have ever had in my life. His lectures are purely subjective, so if you don't think at his level of experience or have his same opinion your in trouble.

You need a large group to get anywhere near a decent grade on his HW. Gather up some friends and work together! HW is multiple choice, multiple answer, and you never know how many answers... As long as you have a group you will do fine! No chance if you're on your own, you will probably fail miserably. Cappone is a cool guy, lectures are cool.

Very poor communication skills, his highly unclear with what he wants or where you are in the class. Misuses blackboard, somethings count, others don't. Really goes out of the way to have students assume, not know, whats going on. Will send out email about something and then won't do it or won't follow up. I would avoid.

Without my group I never would have passed this class on my own. On the homework and final you can have multiple answers but you don't know if there is supposed to be 1-5. I'm so thankful I passed.

I do not recommend at all. He's a mktg genius but his teaching method is horrible. You MUST do hw in a group to even pass but he never tells you what you get wrong so you don't know what to study. You don't need to get the book. TAKE ANOTHER PROFESSOR.

I liked the class but the final is REALLY hard. The assignments are not hard if you do them in a group and the paper is really easy. He is a good teacher, but doesnt really prepare you for the final. But, overall if you pay attention you will get an A or B in the class

Prof. Capone taught an excellent instructor led course that gave me a chance to work with a local business to build a Salesforce Customer Relationship Management system. I gained real world hands on experience. Prof Capone helped me improve my resume with technical experience and helped me get accepted into grad school and increased my job offers.

Most amazing teacher ever. He is guest professor at PPU in Hebron. We learn from him more about business and marketing than in 2 years. Many good examples help us understand. We laugh at some reviews from lazy American students. To succeed in business, you have to think like a business person. Capone make us think like a global business person.
