He is AWESOME! The best math teacher anyone could possibly have. You get to use notes on tests, including the final. Very good about taking questions in class. He is very helpful.

Great teacher,genius. EXTREEMLY animated,funny, exitable,weird. I'm on the edge of my seat all class just watching him. I just got a 95 on my last test, and I took precalculus twice without evn getting a B. If you work hard, you'll succeed. Highly recommended

I wasn't sure about the guy before taking his class but he turned out to be my favorite math teacher. Very easy going with lots of dry humor that is far beyond your typical paid comic. He is a very down to earth and sincere which makes you want ot learn. High regards and respect from this student.

This guy is the best math teacher i have ever had. he actually teaches, likes the material and his tests are on exactly what he says they will be. in the two classes i took from him he either lets your homework count as a test grade or you can not do any homework and just have your test grades be your grade... so great for those who hate homework.

if you hate math & have trouble, this teacher is for you! he is so funny and really keeps you interested which definitely helps you learn better.I'm the worst math student and I got a B! He never makes you feel stupid and encourages you when you ask questions.He even relates math problems to his real-life experiences which is weird but it works!

He is the best math teacher at in the department at both campuses. Very helpful and quite entertaining. the test are very relative to the homework and quizzes so no shananagins with him.

Goob ended up being one of my favorite teachers. He is hilarious! Class is fun. He is very helpful, and the homework and tests are exactly what he tells you prior to when its due.

This instructor makes statitistics fun and is interesting to listen too, even though he is a bit of a scatterbrain. He lets students use one page of notes on his tests. Famous reply to a student's somewhat complex question, "The answer is beyond the scope of the class and is covered in a second semester statistics class."

he was a wild one, but loved him. his teaching was all over the place....but he is such a funny guy, you will enjoy this class. i can't believe i am the first one to give this guy a chili pepper! i thought he was adorable!!

I took him for summer school. Had him at 7:30 in the morning! I thought this class was going to be hard to get through but it wasn't bad. He is a fun guy and really nice! Take him if you can!

Took this guy for a 5 unit 27 so i ahd him everyday, at first i just saw him as a case of perhaps ADD; but once u take his whole class it comes out nicely. He really wants everyone to have a good grade and will compinsate to achieve this, a little random but a crack up to have, enjoyed having some fun everyday.

Great teacher! Had him for math 155 and I loved the class. He's such a funny teacher! His test are not bad at all. He does give out lots of hand outs that are great for studing. He's always willing to answer any questions you have about homework and your grade. Bug him about using notes on the test and he will let you use them!!!!

Stat is a very easy course. This guy is hilarious and cracks everyone up every class. He makes a two hour class go by really fast. Good class to take.

Eurgubian is FUNNY....you will laugh in class (but mostly at him)! I liked him alot, but he basically has no rules except no gum popping. You can show up to his class only for the tests and still pass. He is very relaxed & allows second chances to make up incorrect test problems. He is very approachable and good explaining problems one on one.

I took Stat and 155 at the same time from him over the summer. 5 hours every day with him, and they flew by! Very entertaining teacher, fun, smart person. all around good guy!

Very good teacher for statistics. Gives you every chance to pass the class. Extra credit, drops your lowest test score, notes, etc... Take this guy, don't really even have to do the homework.

A true teacher. Statistics is difficult and boring as it is...he made it interesting. Test are challenging but fair. Very funny...keeps a boring topic interesting with humor. A pleasure! If you think that you will have difficulty with the subject then he is the instructor for you. Work hard and you will be rewarded. Quizzes are key!

I've had Eurgubian as a teacher and I really enjoyed him. He made the class intresting and fun. He's always willing to help his students! He gives out extra credit and if he makes any mistakes in class or on his work sheets he will give you extra credit. He's a funny teacher and you just have to learn to enjoy his sense of humor.

He tends to be a bit disorganized, but he is a very good teacher. I would recommend everybody take Michael's class whenever you can... on second thought... don't take his class... save me a seat. :)

Was a difficult class, but he makes it easy for the student. Even if you are struggling he will help you. Also he is an interesting person. He always has interesting stories and has funny dry humor.

Great teacher, willing to make appts around your schedule when you need help. Always makes grades available so you know where you stand. Fair grading policy, all around a great teacher with excellent class structure. I would strongly recommend him to anyone.

You will definitely laugh in his class for he's just so...funny in a very unique way. He tries hard to give you chances to bring up your grade. He is a generous instructor, overall. His class wasn't challeging though. Go see him often and you will be fine. If math is your major, you should consider taking another instructor; if not..ENJOY!!

This guy was my 7th grade math teacher and his teaching made me love math! He was great back in the 70's.

He can be hard to follow at times, especially if math is not your thing, but he cares about his work and students and will help you if you need. His tests are straight forward and he allows notes. What more can you ask for?

I did not like how much time he spent talking about nonsense(his personal life,politics,etc) when he could have focused more time on stats. This class is very hard, i fell a little behind on homework after the 1st test and I couldnt get caught up. Use the tutoring center and his office hours

Fun... for a math class. He has a weird sense of humor, and it's not always clear what is due when, but he'll take late work without marking you down. Great math teacher though, very clear, and helpful. He tells you exactly what will be on the test, not that much homework, offers extra credit, if the grades are low he'll do something to get them up

Michael is a great teacher. Though his lectures are packed with lots of information, he keeps it light by throwing in jokes. He truly wants students to succeed and he gives you every opportunity to get extra credit and maybe even re-take an exam question you bombed. I highly recommend him if you struggle with Math.

I heard that statistics was pretty hard, but when I took it from this guy, it was easy! You have to pay attention in class and do the homwework and quizzes, if you do these you'll be set. If you can do all of the quizzes easily, the final will be a piece of cake. I definately recommend this guy if you're taking statistics, he keeps you laughing and makes the class fun. Oh, and no snapping gum in his class, he'll kick you out haha

Best teacher ever! I will ONLY take Goob for my math classes! He is funny and I love his teaching style. Easy test and final. Helps you prepare for them with the quizzes. Allows you to use them on the tests. Awesome teacher! I highly recommend!!

Not only does he love statistics, but he loves making this class as easy as possible for those who don't. He makes cheat sheets for you for exams, and accepts late homework for full credit if you do extra problems. He can be a little scatterbrained, but his sense of humor makes up for it. Will do everything he can to help you learn!

Take Eurgubian and you won't regret it! Best math teacher I've ever had. He knows what he's talking about, he has a passion for it and he is hilarious! You will not only learn a lot but you will have fun while doing it!

Eurgubian is very funny and smart. His teaching style isn't always easy to follow especially early in the morning but he gives quizzes that aren't actually graded, you do them together in class, and they are very close to the test. Nightly homework can replace a bad test score.

Great professor! For years math has been my weakness, but I actually enjoyed stats with Eurgubian. He explains things very well, and goes over lots of examples. He is funny too, which makes class fun and enjoyable. Posts in-class practice problem solutions online. If you pay attention in class and study, you'll get a good grade! Take him!

Excellent instructor, Highly! recommended, and funny. He makes the subject enjoyable. Clear explanations, reviews examples (quizzes), helpful tip, alternate formulas (easier), in-class practice problems have solutions posted online. He's very fair in grading. Homework can replace lowest test score. Notes and tip sheets allowed on exams.

I took Stats w him over Summer. He is pretty hilarious in a dark east coast sarcastic way. He is a real college teacher, doesn't baby you like you are in high school, ask for your hallpass or grade you down for absences. Memorize the Model problems & you will pass the tests, for they are exactly what the test are made with. I got a B and hate math

Goob is really funny. He's sarcastic and eccentric, and still manages to be great at teaching math.

Eurgubian is one of the best professors I've had, and is hilarious yet straight to the point during lessons. He always offers help, is available in the tutorial center before class, and has "quizzes" that aren't graded which work as study guides for his tests. His grading method works really well, and doesn't leave me stressed. Overall thumbs up!

Eurgubian is not only a good teacher, but hilarious as well. You'll never be bored taking a class with him, and the homework assignments aren't awful (and they're also optional). Really thankful I got Eurgubian for math because he really does want you to pass, and makes sure there's extra credit so you can raise your grade. HIGHLY recommend.

Best teacher I have ever had. If you show up and put effort in there is no way you wont pass and getting an A is easy as long as you do the homework and study. Best teacher. I dropped stats in High school and in this class Got an A. If you dont take this class your missing out

Stats was enjoyable with goob. Hes unorganized, but hes also quirky and witty. I didnt do any homework and passed easily. Make good notes for the test! The first two tests are difficult but dont give up, the second two are way easier. He really cares about his students so if youre struggling see him for help.

Michael's class was fairly easy if one could keep to the equally easy homework and do average study for his tests as he allowed notes while taking them. He is very funny while lecturing. On the flip side, he is ver unorganized and made me come back to check on assignments winch he graded and already handed back because he forgot to put them in.

Michael is nice and caring guy. Every class he mostly lectures. All of the Sample Quizzes which are more like worksheets (done in class) are just like the problems on the tests. He tells you what problems will be on it and homework is optional. I had to get a lot of outside help to understand some of the concepts. But he always offers office hours.

The Goob was a fantastic stats teacher. As someone who was nervous about having to take a math class after putting it off for so long, I felt comfortable and encouraged in the classroom. Practice the sample quizzes, do the homework to cover yourself in case your test average is low, and you should be fine. Reach out to him and he will happily help.

Great statistics professor! Although it was tough to achieve an A in this class, if you pay attention to lectures and study, it is doable. He incorporates humor into all lectures and he is more than happy to help and answer any questions during class or during office hours. Homework is optional and there are 4 exams total. Loved this class!

Michael is probably my favorite math teacher I have ever had. He is really funny and explains material in a very clear, concise way. There are tests on each chapter covered and a final, so no midterm exam. He gives homework but grades for completion more than correctness. Overall a really great, caring teacher, I had a lot of fun taking his class.

He provides sample quizzes, which are really helpful in preparing for exams. You just need to pay attention & complete your quizzes to do well in his class.
