This class is easy. You just need to pay attention in class and be on time. Stupid quizzes five minute beginning of class quizzes kept me from getting an A, I think (got an A-). The tests are mad easy compared to some of the bio classes (bio203/310 for example). You just have to have good notes to study. Study figures from textbook/handouts.

Michael is a great professor, he has some problem with his english but it can be overcome. He was always willing to help and he sparked my interest in the field of GE. Because of him, I want to be a professor like him and work in GE. Every BME or BIO majors should take it if they are into GE.I got a B in the class because the curve was really high.

He is a very energetic and concerned professor. Generally a very approachable person. However his assignments are graded very holistically, there is no set rubric. Also he is very resistant to using technology, does not present lectures on blackboard, so prepare to take notes and read the book to do well, this is not necessarily a bad thing.

Excellent lectures. Grades on exams/projects tend to have an "X factor." He can generally verify whether something was done well, but seems to have a hard time telling us in advance what will be considered acceptable and what exactly will be considered unacceptable. Visit office hours regularly if you want to remove the element of surprise.

Great professor. Loved him when he taught BME304, and he secured his place as my favorite professor during BME402. He is very passionate about the topics he teaches and goes into detail and tries to clarify everything he can. Highly reccomend taking any of his classes however, he does grade harshly. Pay attention and take notes and you'll be fine

Professor Hadjiargyrou is awesome. 402 is structured very similarly to 304 in terms of material that is taught and assignments and exams given. He is very enthusiastic and helpful when you are confused about the material. It is essential that you work very diligently, as the material is not easy. I highly recommend Prof. Hadjiargyrou. He's great.
