He is amazing! He definitely speaks what's on his mind so don't take things personally but I prefer to have a professor who is real & down to Earth. His class is super easy just listen to his lectures & take notes. He is very entertaining and hilarious! He can certainly open your mind to the world in a way you've never seen it before.

Wonderful professor. My favorite so far. He is hilarious and down to earth. He says what is on his mind. Attendance isn't mandatory but come to class because that's where you will get the notes for his 3 tests. No powerpoints. Take good notes. Read the books. Do the presentation. And you will pass. Would definitely take him again.

This professor is one of my favorites, but he isn't for everyone. He expects you to have everything done to the best of your ability. No excuses. He also speaks his mind and isn't afraid to hurt anyone's feelings (which is why I liked him so much). I've found that a lot of my classmates don't like him because of that, though. I LOVED his class.

My favorite professor at Armstrong. He is hilarious and his lectures are interesting. You'll learn a lot. He's really knowledgeable about his subject. Easy A as long as you come to class. There are only two exams, a paper, and a presentation. Presentation isn't as hard as it sounds. He's the reason that I became a history minor. Don't buy textbook.

He doesn't know how to work power-point so everything is just said. He doesn't write anything down, you just have to come to class and listen to what he is saying. You have 3 tests, a presentation over a book (with a group) and then a paper. He is not afraid to speak his mind and hurt anyone's feeling. Sometimes funny, other times not so much.

The class itself was not bad. Dr. Hall does a great job conveying the material to students through lecture. He does, however, assign a group project over historical fiction novels in which you cannot choose your group mates. This project ultimately dropped my grade as I was unlucky enough to be paired up with students that didn't read the book.

Thought this class was going to be an easy A, I was wrong! You only have 2 tests, a group presentation, and a paper. 3 grades total. The tests are very tricky, and the presentation is awful when you get stuck with people who don't want to do anything. Easy class to pass (if you show up to lecture, and pay attention), not an easy A.

I'll assume he does his other classes similar to the Latin America classes. You have three exams, a presentation, and an essay - that's all the grade. Each day is a lecture, and while attendance isn't mandatory, you'll have trouble keeping up with the notes if you missed half of a country's lecture for that unit.

Not a very caring, understanding, or accommodating professor. If it's late, even by a second, too bad. Also, it doesn't matter what kind of good, reasonable, or legit excuse you have, he won't care.
