Horrible teacher. He immediately disrespected me and personally insulted me before I had a chance to speak to him on the first day. Good luck if you take the class.

Great teacher! You only have four papers and he gives plenty of time to talk about it and brainstorm ideas before turning in an outline. Then, he makes you schedule conferences where he goes over the paper with you and tells you exactly what you need to improve on. Seriously great teacher and easy A.

This is a litterature class so get ready to read. A lot of reading and weekly discussion on the material. 2 exams and 2 essays, which is easy if you read the texts but you must read the texts and not spark notes. The essay is harshly graded and he is very anal about grammar, so make sure you write perfect english....

The most important thing to make sure you do is every single assignment, missing one can hinder you bringing you down a grade letter. The semester I was in he split us into groups of four and even if you participate early and no one else does you will get an F. So make sure you do every last assignment possible. There is no second chances or extra.
