This is my favorite professor. Before this, I had never taken psychology before and he made it easy to understand. The class it based off of the book that is required, but Michael knows his stuff, and conversations get really in-depth so you get a clear understanding of the topic. He's straight forward and you always know what he expects from you.

He is wonderful! Seriously, if We could take his class again, every single person is his class would! Best professor ever, really chill, funny, and helpful. 2 essays the entire semester, the textbook is mandatory for the online tests. The 20 question test is due every Sunday, given 40 minutes. No mid-term or final. Very fun class, overall!!!!!!!!!

And he is very inspiring. His encouragement and cool way of involving students in the discussions really makes him stand out as a great teacher!

Honestly great class. 2 big papers and quiz every week. Lectures are not boring and are helpful when taking the weekly quiz. I still recommend reading the chapter each week in order to get the trick questions. He is a great and interesting teacher. I actually enjoyed going to this class.

My favorite class and professor in the semester. The atmosphere in the room was always fun and hilarious. He really wants us to do well and will help us with anything. He knows what he is talking about and doesn't make you feel stupid if you don't know the answer. Recommended professor 1010.

Oh my gosh for my first class I lucked out! He is the most amazing teacher I have ever had! So inspirational and funny and just full of personality. He is understanding of our daily struggles and will help you with your work or if need be he'll give you more time. I couldn't have asked for a better person to my teacher and mentor!

He is an awesome teacher who encourages his students to question and analyze. Not only is the information he teaches interesting but he spends time discussing it. He challenges students to question the material and to form their own opinions. Just TAKE THE CLASS!

Mr M was an AWESOME professor! I took him in Spring 2015 and he was very helpful, funny, and all around a pretty splendid professor. I highly recommend you take him! In the semester, we had a quiz every week, and only 3 papers. If you go to class (which you'll need to cause he grades on attendance) and listen to the lectures, you'll pass.

Best Professor EVER!! Very informative, caring, helpful, knowledgeable. His class could be 8 hrs long and he would make it feel like 1 hr. I have taken 2 classes from him so far and would take them again!!! He doesn't make you feel like his class is your entire life and he will work with you when life happens. Hard on APA format, dont use templates

I have taken this professor in two classes and learned so much. He is even willing to meet with the students before and after class. He loves what he does and cares about each of his students. I highly recommend this professor and feel that he needs to teach more psychology courses.

Literally the BEST professor I've ever taken. Keeps your attention, enjoys feedback, HILARIOUS, and overall great! You have a quiz every week based on the chapter, but that's it. No midterm or final. Wish I could have taken him for PSY 241 :( HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Hands down the best Psych professor I have ever had. I would have loved to have taken all of my psych classes with him. He's passionate, his lectures are interesting. There are weekly quizzes, but they're not too difficult if you are engaged in the class. Most of all, he cares about all of his students and is always there to help. Take him!

He's so great. He really sees the best in people. He'll help you out when you need it, and he makes it easy to ask for help-- he's really accessible and approachable. In Abnormal Psych, we did two case study assignments, and that was the most fun I've had writing papers. He's tough on APA format-- he worked at the writing center for like 6 years.

Great professor. Weekly quizzes and 2 papers. Crazy about APA format buy manageable. Only downside was that he grades on attendance.

Michael is seriously an angel! Such a great professor who genuinely cares about his students, his class has been something I always looked forward to. Gives great lectures and interesting topics and group discussions. He really grabs your attention and his class is not very difficult because he creates a fun and helpful atmosphere!

Hes super cool and its a fun class. He talks a lot but its all about the class. Doesnt have finals/midterms. One quiz a week, open book, for each chapter and 3 total papers. Does grade attendance, doesnt require the book, but it helps with quizzes. Pretty easy class, very interesting if youre into psychology. Would definitely recommend.

He is so chill. He is very understanding. He does a lot of lectures about the chapter, so make sure to attend. He offers extra credit and explains his grading criteria. He gives good feedback, is caring. All you work is online, and you have weekly quizzes. Participation is one of your biggest grades along with the three papers due.

Michael is a very nice and very funny guy. He understands what he teaches, and understands that he is teaching a 101 course. No exams, but weekly online quizzes. You will have to read 2 books, but the selection he provides are all very interesting. The class itself is very enjoyable because he makes it fun. Highly recommend!

From day 1 he was an exceptional teacher, he was literally turning heads within the first 5 minutes. Attendance is mandatory. Quizzes due every week & 3 papers due in APA format. Extra credit. Not worth buying the book new. You can see he loves psychology and teaching. Very lenient with late work. He's super chill, you'll want to take him again!

The best professor for psychology hands down! He makes sure you understand the material and is always willing to help. Participation is key, as a class we openly discuss a lot of topics & attendance is graded. He offers E.C. & the curriculum is based off 2 PSY book analyses, a theme paper for the final, & chapter quizzes from the book. (Easy A)

The class is super easy, the teacher is super understanding just let him know what's up and he'll let stuff slide. He cares about his students and their mental health. You don't really need the book, he has powerpoints in class and lectures a lot. You take an online quiz every week and there are 3 papers, super easy and an amazing teacher 12/10

The class was easy, just do the little bit of work required of you, show you care and you'll do great. This class was an easy A but more importantly, the teacher was out of this world. He knows his stuff and cares about all his students and his lectures are really interesting if you even remotely like psychology. Book isn't really needed.

He gave me $20 to write a good review. Just kidding, maybe. He's funny and good at making students feel at ease. There is a weekly at-home quiz, 3 writing assignments, and no semester/final tests. I would recommend buying the textbook, there are a few questions on the quizzes that will refer to the book. However, you can pass without it.

From day one, he cared about the students more than himself. When the Vegas shooting happened, he did not move on until he knew all of his students were okay. He is so understanding and doesn't move on until everyone understands the material. The only grades are weekly online quizzes, one project, and attendance. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

He is honestly one of the best professors I've taken at CSN. He truly cares about his students passing and he will do what ever it takes for his students to succeed. Grades consist of attendance, a group or individual 2 page paper, and online quizzes. For the online quizzes he gives unlimited chances.

This professor is awesome. He makes a difficult subject easy and digestible. One weekly online quiz with unlimited attempts, one 2 page consumer claim report and attendance.

Prof. Intinarelli's class was usually the highlight of my week. His lectures are super entertaining, and he really encourages class discussion. He's really down to earth and will always help if you ask for it. There's no tests, just weekly online quizzes on the chapter and 3 papers. Unless you're easily offended, I recommend his class.

This guy is the absolute best! He genuinely cares about his student's well being! This class is an easy A as long as you apply yourself! You can retake the quizzes an unlimited amount of times! No exams or finals, just the weekly online quizzes and 3 essays that require critical thinking! but his material is interesting and you will WANT to learn!

This dude is a real gem. Extremely eccentric yet down to earth. Grades based on 2 extremely fun essays and about 15-16 online quizzes. I didn't even need to use the book. You'd best take him as your professor, it's an unforgettable experience.

You need to take Professor Intinarelli. I took his class this fall and he has been by far the best teacher I have ever had throughout all my years through school. His lectures are hilarious and he is passionate and caring about his subject. He assigns minimal work, however the assignments and books you read are very meaningful.

Mike is THE best teacher I have ever had! The class consists of 3 papers and showing up to class. He is so kind and was always making sure that we were okay. I wish I could take him for every class! Don't miss out on taking his class!

When I took this class again , I was experienced that psychology was very confusing due to I have a professor just like : Here is the point , are you understand and next . But Michael is different , he makes his lecture very clear in order to understand easier . Plus , he is super hillarious

Ive been out of school for almost 8 years. I wanted to take it easy my first semester back, so I took this class, and let me tell you.. I DO NOT REGRET IT! Michael is an amazing teacher, his lectures are so funny and inspiring, and he gives great feedback! Theres a chapter summary due every week, and two book commentary. No quizzes or HW!!

This professor would always make the effort to ask us how we are doing, which is always really appreciated. His class is always a good time and he truly cares about his students. He is rooting for us as much as we are rooting for us. He is a good supporter and always willing to help, it is just nice to know that there are professors like that.

He's honestly one of the greatest teachers I've ever had pleasure of being in the same room as. He made me actually want to get my ass out of bed and get to my classes, I loved this class so much. He made everything so much more fun to actually listen to and learn about. I would 100% take this class all over again.

Took him for my research methods class and I definitely would recommend him! His assignments are easy, lets you leave class early and cancels class often, as long as you show up and do all the assignments you'll do great. I took a 4wk class, read the whole textbook but he was great. I learned a lot and enjoyed the class. Gave videos and powerpoints that helped with quizzes with textbook info as well. All quizzes were open book and made up a big portion of the grade. He was an easy grader. Work on the Final Essay all semester and take it to a tutor to get 100%!

Easy class. There was no specific meeting time, no mid-term. There are 3 main papers: two book commentaries and one psychological themes paper but I don't think he even reads the papers. Every week there was a quiz on the chapter of the book. Easy to talk to, even gave his students his phone number! Highly recommend

Best professor EVER!!!! This is one of the most and most enriching courses I have ever taken. It is interesting, engaging, and life-changing! There is a quiz every week with endless attempts, 2 book reports (The books are short and amazing!), and a fun term paper. He always answers emails and offers assistance and guidance. All together great!

Michael has been the absolute best professor I've had and this was easily my favorite class. I would take his class again in a heartbeat. His lectures are fun, engaging, and very informational and real-world. He runs a very open-minded and accepting class. Papers were easy, books were amazing and inspirational, and I learned a lot and had fun.

This is 1 of the best professors out there. If you don't attend his lectures live, they can be slightly unrelated 2 the assignment 4 the week but you can find great info 4 each asgnmnt in the book or online! Didn't buy the book. Only 1 3-paragraph response per week to a simple question(s), 1 research paper, & 15 questions as the final. TAKE HIM!

This was by far the best professor I've had at CSN and this will be my second year attending. He is hilarious, laid back, understanding, and always willing to answer any question you ask in or outside of class. Professor I. is one of a kind! He is a super cool professor and one can tell that he loves his students. He is not a tough grader at all but it is not recommended to not give your best when doing assignments. Lastly, there is no midterm or final for his class. He is one of the best professors I have ever had so far.

It is rare to find a Professor like him. Very cool and nice guy. Great discussions and fun class. Do all the essays and quizzes and you can get an easy A. Quizzes every week in canvas which is open notes, no time limit and can retake as many as you want. There are 2 major essays and a theme paper for the whole semester.

Sadistics (Named by Prof Intinarelli) is a very very hard course, regardless of the professor you take the class with. That said, this professor breaks everything down in an easy-to-understand way and will do anything he can to help. The class consists of about 12 quizzes and a consumer report paper. If you dont choose him, you will be missing out.

Professor Intinarelli is honestly amazing, I loved taking his class and wished I could take more that he taught. He makes his lectures fun and engaging. He is very clear on what work you will have, how to complete it, and grades easily. There is some, but it is not overwhelming or too difficult.

Professor Intinarelli is super awesome and punk. You can tell he's passionate about what he does and cares about his students individually. I took both his 101 and 102 class, and most of it is discussion based, which I personally really enjoy. There are just some papers, and a weekly journal.

I wish I could take his class a hundred times over! He's so passionate about what he teaches and really allows you to make connections through the writing assignments. The class environment is something I would always look forward to! The assignments are simple yet important for your understanding and kind of fun too!
