Excellent course, filled in a lot of gaps in the knolege I've obtained previously, and it was nice to discover the differences between MSO2007 and 2010.

If you are not interested in furhter knowledge of the internet of computer functions, this class may be rather dull. The text book is full of information but hard to process if you are not interested. Once you get into it, it flys by.

This was a fairly simple class. All the work is done straight from the book. I didn't need much help with it but when I did Mr. Jacobazzi's responses were easy to understand and always helpful. I'm not particularly comfortable approaching my teachers but he was easy to get along with and ask questions.

I felt the class helped me to understand the computer basics. I had some experience with excel and access but I learned a lot that I didn't know. I enjoyed the power point and Desktop Publishing section, which I didn't know before. I had never used these programs in the past. I enjoyed the class and found it helpful

The only problem I had with this class was the text. There were a lot of grammatical errors and instructons were not always clear.

Mike Jacobazzi, is a very smart person with the computers. I also had him as an instructor for an English class, and i feel that i did learn from the English class, and I do think he is a great instructor for the school.

I would suggest learning of Onenote first, as it seemed ironic to have it at the back of the book.

The book walks you through all the steps which is very helpful and if you get stuck the teacher is always right there to help you through the step.

The class was fairly easy. The book had some errors in it but as soon as you told Mike he would help you out on fixing it. Its a quite class easy to work in. If you have questions just raise your hand and you will have help. I liked the class wouldnt take it again because I hate computers but it was easy.

Mike was a great instructor. Any time I had a question, his answers were always clear and simple enough for me to understand. I didn't have a whole lot of interest in learning Microsoft Office before this course, but as I worded through it I became interested and the skills I learned will benifit me in my neer future.

Mike has a very calm way of imparting his knowledge to his students. I have learned how to use the features of microsoft because of the way he requires students to think and work through the functions of the programs.

This was a nice class, i learned a lot out of it that i did not know about computers and other things. The teacher ws really nice and helpfull.

This class had its own challenges, but I'll be leaving with more knowledge then when i came in and for that im proud. All of the teachers including the sub was knowledgable in the systems and books we all used, and very helpful in figureing out a speed bumb i had at any given moment.

The class was a good refresher in some areas and totally new in others. The instructor was always avalible to help if I got stuck. The really good note is that he did not "Do" things for you when you did not understand. He would hint to you what you should do or slowly guide you to the answers. It helped to learn and remember the system & answers.

I learned a lot. It is a very well put together and organized class. I highly recommend it over this class at WSU. I know because I started taking it there and dropped the class. They use an old book and the teacher at WSU didn't give a rip about the students.

I've always had trouble communicating with teachers in the past, especially when I attended the WSU. But this guy was easy to speak with and when I did require assistance, even the mundane stupid type, he came through. So, one of, possibly the, best professor I've ever had.

The class was more than what I had expected. I learned a lot about myself and what I had miss out on by not finishing my education after high school. I am very grateful for the nonjudgmental way the class is handled, although I wish that come of my fellow students could find their inside voices, as not all of us want to hear their conversation.

The only complaint I have is that it should be remembered that there are still some people who are dumb to changes in teaching methods do to technology; I was dumbfounded when I found out that I needed to go on line to complete assignments in the classroom itself. I could have never imagined such. The last time I attended College was in 1985.

Mike was always available to help with any questions or problems. He is very interactive and helps you understand the answer to the problem - doesn't just do it for you. I took four courses under his direction and was able to get through them with a better understanding that I feel I can take to the workplace and use effectively.

Dr. Mike was very helpful through the entire course. He can remember everything about a chapter or assignment without having to consult a book or a file, and he can help you easily identify where you're struggling. I've really enjoyed being in his class and would love to attend another class he is teaching.

I am far from being a computer savvy person, to say the least. Having Dr. Mike Jacobazzi to help me was an absolute pleasure. He is very easy to talk too, patient, understanding, and just an all-around nice guy. Learning computer programs can be intimidating, but with the right professor anything is possible and fun too.

assignments have some easy some hard ., definitely read the book and pay attention to all your steps because for me it got confusing when i would try to rush thinking i could do it without reading.. whenever i had questions or got ahead of myself Mike always knew right where i had skipped within seconds he knows his stuff and is def. there to help

I wasn't very adept at computers. I'm still not very good, but this class, and Mike, helped me improve my computer skills. I'm definitely better off after taking this class. The book will be a great reference in the future as well.
