Pretty cool guy! Last semester was his first teaching so he seemed kinda nervous at the beginning, but towards the end of the term he really lighted up and relaxed. Pretty cool guy.. definitely knew his stuff!..and kinda hot, in a nerdy way :0

He goes by a point system.. 40 points total for quiz's... 30 points maximum for exams... if you exceed your quiz points he counts as extra credit.

Great Professor I took him for critcal thinking and he was great I thought it was going to be a hard tough boring course but it was great he makes the class fun and interesting and makes sure everyone in the class understands the material GREAT PROFESSOR TAKE HIM!!!

Good teacher makes the class interesting. Took him for critical thinking. you dont need a book he posts the notes. tests aren't hard you just need to study. overall good class.

I will agree with the postings. This professor did make class interesting being that this information will probably will never be used again for most of us. I must add, I did think I was strange for thinking he was hot, but I have changed my opinion. He's a cool guy.

Great professor!!! He is very funny and entertaining. You won't get bored. He makes sure you get the material and class participation is a plus, he really loves it. If you are thinking of taking a Critical Thinking class, it should be with this prof.

He is such a great professor one of the best i have had, his test are super easy if you just understand the material. he is very helful and really explains things in order for you to understand them..i got an A and i would totally take him again if i could

He is an amazing professor and all around person. He explains everything really well and makes all of his lectures really fun. There are daily assignments but they are a total breeze. If you run through the material before the tests you will totally pass. I had tons of fun in this class. I highly recommend it!

Class is easy. i say its mandatory because he gives quizzes and at the end of the semester if you do them all and do well you will earn extra credit. Presents interesting concepts. Tests are simple just look over notes provided.

I can't believe someone said he was horrible! He is an awesome professor! This subject sucks, but he explains the material very well and if you have questions, he will gladly help out. He goes over the material enough for a student to understand the subj. His tests are easy if you pay attention in class. Gives points for attendance. No book! :)

Very interesting class! He even showed us a Simpsons episode one day and we analyzed it with what we were learning. He posts notes on WebCT. Don't miss class though! He goes over things better than he writes them on his notes. Doesn't hurt that he's good-looking too. Take him! He isn't an ass like other Philosophy professors w/ego problems.

Professors like these are a rare find, he actually teaches well and makes the subject interesting. I actually enjoyed coming to class. His tests are easy and he gives you relevant reviews, so just study those and you will do good on the tests. He gives daily assignments, which are easy. Critical thinking is a life skill many don't possess.

He is really nice and helpful! He tries to make it fun and keep things interesting. Attendance is mandatory since we do a lot of in class assignments. The tests were challenging but he does give a review. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Jaworski is an amazing professor and does justice to such a great course (Critical Thinking). The daily assignments are reviewed by him in the end and is just a means to take attendance (which is not required but will be helpful). Reviews are handed out which help tremendously on exams. HIGHLY recommend him.

He gives 4 exams, ea. are 20% of your grade, an essay, attendance is not mandatory, but he gives you extra credit (idk how that works)cause he gave me a B & I always went. He is real nice though! I never payed attention in class, yet studied everything before & managed to get good grades! I recommend to take him.

This subject is torture. He did help explain things if anyone did not understand. He is a cool guy.

I took Critical Thinking and the class was easy. There are 4 exams, class work, and one essay. Attendance is not technically mandatory but it might as well be since he gives easy classwork each day that is 15%. There are notes on BB and no book needed. The material might get kind of confusing but don't study only the night before and you'll be ok.

It was an easy class and not boring (he tries to be cool which is funny at least). You don't have to buy a text book since he gives you notes online. There are four exams and an essay and an assignment for each day but no curves (which is ok bc it's not hard). I got an A; I just wished he wouldn't give assignments bc I never like going to class.

Great guy, good teacher, not so good class. The topics are sometimes very confusing, try to work in groups that want to work. He can be very helpful, and class attendance isn't mandatory but it's better to go because he givesily grades and assignments.

Mr.Jaworski is one of the best professors I've taken. He's really funny and laid back. There are four exams and one paper. He does not require a textbook. He also gives assignments about every other day, but he doesn't grade them. As long as you turn it in, you're good. Overall, I'd recommend anyone to take his class!:)

He is a wonderful professor. Makes sure every student understands the material. As long as you pay attention in class, he will make it easy for you. I got an A easily by attending and taking notes. He will explain it if you don't understand and allows you to make up tests if you miss.

great teacher ! class is not mandatory but if you miss less than 3 days, he gives you extra credit. class is alot of lecture. he does all the assignments with you and you turn them in for attendance, not graded. tests are OK. he helps you if you need help & he's very funny. highly recommended.

Cool teacher,very helpful and really organized with grading. I sort of slacked off but still got a B, easy A if you put a bit of effort. 4 quizzes, 1 essay and extra credit if you show up everyday.

Awesome. Take him. Now. Or Fluffy will come after you. Seriously, he explains everything using Fluffy the Cat which makes it really easy to understand, but entertaining as well. He doesn't require a text book which makes the class cheap, and you only need to review for an occasional easy test, and write a really easy paper at the end. Take him.

Super easy class, if you attend class you get extra credit and his lectures are pretty interesting. Took him over the summer and he gave us test review packets that had the same types of questions on the actual test. For the end of class as a final we had to write a super easy essay that you can practically do in class.

He is a really awesome professor. He is willing to help you during his office hours and after class. He has three tests, the second one is usually the hardest, but nonetheless he teaches everything you need to know, you don't need the textbook just your notes. Take him,and you will enjoy the class!

Easy course if you do well in the test and in the presentation. The test is easy, but he is really mean during the presentation. Try to present early because he is extremely mean with the teams that present at the end of the semester. by the way,this class is REALLY BORINGGGGG! Be prepare to take a nap

Super easy class! took it in the summer with him as the teacher. There were three tests and the final was an essay which was basically just a paragraph. And you got to work on it in class. If you approach him for help, he will help you. He is very helpful and funny!

Took him summer of 2012, he was a great teacher. Really cared about his students. His tests were super easy if you attended his lectures. He made sure everything was clear and easy to understand. He gave extra credit for attending class. Had 1 essay project at the end that was very easy and a total of 4 or 3 tests. His lectures were interesting.

Dr. Jaworski is very passionate about philosophy and he transmits that passion in every lecture. There is only one test (midterm), a group project and a final paper. You will get an A as long as you understand the class, which you really need for the 7 page final essay which takes the place of the final.

This man right here. This man might seem weird but he is a cool person. His class is mainly about ethical theories. I took him for ethics for engineers. One midterm exam, one presentation, one final paper 5-7 pages and some other assignment which is super easy. Easy class overall. Take him!

He's really not as bad as everyone here says he is - this class was an easy A. Just show up, listen to him lecture, and you're good. He never assigns any homework - the only things he does assign are 1 midterm, 1 presentation, and 1 final essay. He's a pretty fun guy and he's not tough at all.

Took this class in summer, I basically slept through all his online lectures then re watched all his zoom lectures before the midterm and almost got a B we also had a group project that I barely helped out on and we got a decent grade, for the final paper I wrote it 2 hours before it was due I thought I might not pass but got a B in the class

If you are reading the reviews and thinking ohhh this might be a bad professor, well let me tell you that he is a really great professor. You will have one midterm which i enjoyed taking . Then you will have a presentation to make with a team of four. finally, you will right a paper that have to be 6 to 8 pages long over the presentation you made.

So you might be wondering, why does Jaworski have such a low score? Well, if you happen to scroll down, we can see that during Fall 2017, he was spammed with a large number of negative reviews. It is clear that a lot of these reviews came from a single person. All in all, Jaworski was a great professor that I'd highly recommend.

I took the summer class, which is a packed 4-week cram of a subject. In that short time, Professor Jaworski got me interested in ethics. Not only that but with his easy tests and interesting group project, his class was amazing. I know people say that his class was boring, but that was not my experience at all.

the beginning of his class was a bit confusing bc there wasn't any actual assignments until 2.5 months into the semester. i had him asynchronous but he posted his lectures, he is VERY knowledgeable and passionate about his teachings if u listen. the only grades are the presentation, midterm, final, and some other responses. he gives extra credit

Dr. Jaworski did a good job in teaching this class. He explained what was expected and the material well. We were graded on a midterm exam, one group presentation, four responses to other's group presentation, and a final 6-8 paged essay. It's a simple class and I enjoyed learning the material.

It's simple. If you put in effort, talk to the professor, ask him for help, and do all your work, you can get an A. This class is graded on a handful of things so you should do them with the maximum amount of effort. Make sure to talk to him before turning something in, he will give feedback and it will help you. He is a strict grader, but not bad.

Professor Jaworski runs a structured class, but if you put in the work, you can excel. unstuck study was a game-changer for my study prep, complementing the textbook and lectures. While strict, he provides valuable feedback.

Tough grader but is very understandable and has extra credit before the semester is over.
