He clearly has a passion for mathematics, which makes the class easier and more interesting. There's a good bit of homework, and all coursework is done online, which means partial credit isn't really possible on tests, which was the one downside, I'd say. Overall great professor though, and always willing to help!

He's a great professor, and he clearly outlines what you need to know for each test and quiz. I received nothing below a 96 because I did all of my homework and took notes everyday. Dr. Klipper is an excellent professor who is willing to work with his students not only to achieve clarity, but to provoke interest in mathematics. He encourages abstraction by adding problems not just in the text that apply to future endeavors one is sure to encounter again in mathematics. Work hard, and you wont be disappointed.

Dr. Klipper is a good professor. He genuinely knows what he is talking about. I had to take Math 1113 because my credits didn't transfer, and I expected it to be just a filler class. But Dr. Klipper's approach taught me more about math than I thought I would learn. He does give a lot of homework with ALEKS and Pre-class worksheets.

While Klipper does help understand the material, he does not hesitate to make you feel bad for not understanding it. Every time that I hd to ask a question, it made me genuinely afraid because of his consistent humiliation of those that had valid questions. I eventually stopped asking questions and just figured it out on my own.

Dr Klipper is a great professor! He cares maybe a bit too much on concepts, wording, notation, and will mark you even if you got the correct answer. Other than that he's a great professor. Everyone says he's mean and hard to reach out too, but just don't ask stupid or really broad questions and you're golden.

He cursed at a classmate in class once. Incredibly condescending, especially towards women. If you ask a question, you'll be ridiculed for not knowing the answer. Some say he is neurodivergent to excuse his behavior, but I am neurodivergent and manage to not be a jerk every day. Several classmates cried after exams. Take anyone else for 3200.

sometimes bad reviews r people who r upset with their grade. i aced this class & still am writing a bad review. i just graduated. the stories i have from class are appalling. he is judgmental, rude, & easily angered. it was so bad that i kept this review in the drafts for *years* waiting to post it after graduation. do with that info what u will.

great professor! flipped classroom, graded on ALEKS, pre-class work, quizzes, four exams. does not take attendance, but if you miss multiple classes he will notice. he is very blunt & will call you out. he allows quiz retakes and test corrections for one problem. he also has a zoom option if you can't physically be there but DON'T rely on it.
