Excellent professor very helpful. Often provides practice test very similar to actual test. A+
has accent, kinda threw me off. hate math and science profs with accent. always avoid. needs to explain while doing problems on board, cut back on joking and off wall comments/offensive. tricky, be careful, does not always keep word...
Excellent math professor. Best I've ever had.
Absolutely horrible. This person should not be teaching. Cut back on the offensive joking, students don't deserve it. DO NOT TAKE ANY CLASS WITH THIS SO-CALLED "PROFESSOR"
I'm in Calculus now and to date Mr. Michael Lee has been the best math professor I've ever had. I don't know what these other jerks are talking about. He olny has a slight acsent, and is by no means offensive.
He is a very very good math professor, all the test is make by homework, so if you did the homework, you know how to do the test
He should have taken speech classes before started teaching in college. The guy does not know how to teach math. You may get an A from the class but you won't learn anything.
Excellent professor, VERY helpful, provides practice test very similar to actual test.
Not a very good teacher...If you have to take math with him....rethink your options (heavy accent). Arbitrary grading among his students!!
Yeah, he has an accent, so what? If you want to laugh in the class and get easy A, then just shut up take him!!!
u get E-Z "A" cuz he just gives the same problems from the homework! U will suffer when u get to UCLA/ USC cuz u didnot learn anything! just memorize and spit out! no test of critical/analytical skills get hurt in long run!
good teacher!
he's a great teacher, hella funny, explains well, will practically gives u the answers to the word problems. it's very simple to get an A in his class,do his hw n understand it,if u dont understand he'll go over it,pay attention, take good notes,u'll be fine
Excellent professor. Gives practice test almost identical to actual test. Easy to pass if you do your homework. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED if you care about math.
its a easy class. he does have an accent some of the terms you could not understand them. if you just care to passed the class without learning take him.
Love this professor
Good, hope him to give us all A!!!
Not fair!
really not fair to everybody.
Sarcastic but funny. Teaches ok.
I liked him because he had a sarcastic attitide. But then again he got annoyed if I asked too many questions. I could tell.
I didnt think I was going to like this guy on the 1st day but its funny hearing him speak. My BF loves hearing my imitate him! He even says some funny stuff. Overall pretty cool guy. He tries to come off as a hard prof., but as long as you do the HW the tests are not bad...but the FINAL was killer
Took Mr. Lee for Winter session....He offers a lot of credit for doing classwork....God, I hated it but learned to appreciate it as the claswork and the HW combined made up about 30% of your final grade. I think this is what helped hand me the A in the class. Hes a cool guy and youll be entertained
it was interesting and he was funny
for the class,it still easy, but for the person, hes a piece of shXt!
Ridiculously annoying. Doesn't care about his students at all, but an easy A if you follow closely to the class. If you want to learn, then you're in the wrong place.
He's a good teacher. He tired of failing everyone, so he tries anything to make it easier for you to pass.Just make sure you try and show a little effort and try to make every class and he'll notice. Although its a very hard class, hes a great teacher, funny to.
Language barrior is a problem. Goes beyond the scope of the textbook in lectures and tests. Grades on a curve.

i agree he is weird. sometimes he is funny and nice. sometimes he is angry and weird. but he is a good people. math 245 is a hard class. he wants you to know all. and his boss doesn't like him so that he always in trouble. but he is such a good one. i got an A from it. he let you do the test example and test you exactly the same.who give you that?
all i can say is, he sucks, not only wasting time, but he doesn't know how to teach, everytime he reach a problem, he'll ask us to solve it and tell him the steps; he would also say that"you guys should know this by now, and I don't want to do the problem for you guys, go do it yourself"
The worst teacher I have had in ELAC. He doesn't explain the material at all, he just thinks you should know it. I have not learned a thing from him.
air head knows alot but can not explain it clearly
HORRIBLE TEACHER !!!!!!!!!
took this course online. i was afraid i wouldn't pass...teacher seems intimidating or not helpful...but he passed me all because i passed the final...did poorly on the midterms...if you do your homework and you do the weekly quizes you should still be able to pass. ok teacher not bad at all
had him for calc 1 and C++ programming and he isn't too good. when he explains he sometimes strays off of the section (going to more advance topics). He also explains it way too fast and not clear enough. On the programming class (173) - it was so bad that he made the final the final grade. - try to avoid.
He seems intimidating but is willing to help out. If you pay attention and do the pre test you are sure to pass the class.
If you know, you knowl, just pay attention and dont slack off. Sometimes I just wanted to quit but I had to show him I was not stupid.. He gets mad if you ask a question, and if you do ask your stupid!Pay attention and you'll pass! Nevertheless I passed with a B. I learned a lot.
Mr. Lee was very understanding & willing to help out the students. I recommend that you get a tutor at the lab and you will pass with an A, as I did. He goes over test material prior to the test so you can't get it wrong.
Difficult to understand. But fairly easy, take home quizzez and final review hand out was given to review for final.
Went pretty fast during lectures and would get upset if you asked question or/and didn't understand. He seem like he expected you to understand what he was talking about. It might seem hard but at the end I guess it was pretty easy. I guess he just expects you to reeaaaaaaaaalllly study which I did. i went to math tutoring almost every other day
Mr.Lee is a genius teacher. He mixes his funny personality with learning. His class is not easy, but he supports the underdog, so work hard! Overall, he's cool.
Gets upset quickly. Can't stop smoking. If you survie the class to the end, even if you fail the class he will give you at least a "B." Ask real question and try to download the programding program for free from online to your computer. Good Luck!Suck it up, and you'll survive.
I PAssed hiS class even though at times i did horrible in his tests. whoever passed the final with a good grade even if you were failing he gave you the chance to pass it. liked his teaching. not easy but way better than a lot of teachers :-)
He teach pretty fast but that make me more interesting. Totally, he is a great teacher.
there is no clarity in his method of teaching . . . always in a hurry to leave . . . does not help students when they ask questions. . . lazy teacher. VERY MOODY and not courteous to students.
He's an ok teacher...he's always in hurry to leave..doesn't explain problems well. When you don't do well in his test, you'll know because he'll give you a bad look or after grading your paper, he'll slam your paper on his desk. He sometimes goes off topic, and talks about his personal life. I hated doing his CW, but helped for his test...
he was a horrible teacher. he did not explain things well. just threw up a few examples. he was moody and rude to students. DO NOT TAKE HIM.
dont take him...he's a bad teacher, doesn't teach well, gives very few examples and won't explain it. he expects all students to understand the problem without him explaining. its a waste of time!
Horrible teacher. He's inpatient & has no tolerance if you don't understand. He assumes becuase you ask question on problems that are easy for him, you didn't study. If you are going to take an online class and he's teaching it, don't take it. Doesn't make sure the class understands the material. Never taking him again.
Horrible teacher, like the posts below are saying, he doesnt care for his students and doest seem to care if you become lost. He always wants to leave early and when you ask him a question and he tries to explain it, he thinks that becuase he told you once, that all of a sudden you have to get it. BS teacher. AVOIDDDD
For our classes he taught Math260 and Math241. He went really really fast and his test were hard. He doesn't count points for homework, only test and quiz. Overall though, I think he was a good teacher, he made it challenging for me, and I learned a lot
Took him for precal during fall 2008. He goes very very fast. His goal was to finish the entire book. I was taking trig at the same time, he covered both the Algebra II, trig, and precal sections of the book. If you want to take him, make sure you're prepared. He does try to help students by dropping the lowest test score and giving some extra cred
i love Mr.LEE!! he's an awsome professor! i took him for math 112 and i passed it and now im taking math125 with him. he cracks me up! he is funny and makes the class interesting. i understand the material well.go to him and he will help you. if you want to get an "A" in his class just pay attention and do your hw. the test will be easy if u do so.
Well he is a good math teacher but he is alittle hard if u don't like math. For those who like math could pass his class. The test are his he leaves a practice test before the test and it's easy.
He doesn't care much for his students or the class at all. He expects you to understand the material once he has explained it. AVOID! A warning for any student who decides to take him, DO NOT ASK HIM FOR HELP. HE WILL THROW A FIT AND YELL AT YOU.
he can be mean sometimes when u dont understand something, u need to know your math really well because he goes really fast. not a lot of homework but his tests are hard, and he does drop your lowest test score
he is a very very good teacher, he wants to pass everyone. all the tests are easy,i love him.
Took his online course. Compared to other professors, Lee isn't so bad. Tests are basically made out of the homework problems, so doing homework yields a decent test grade. Don't take if you don't like doing a fair amount of homework, though. Otherwise, fairly easy A.
His class is ok but sometimes he doesnt explain everything and i need to go to you tube to find a full explanation. But overall i think he is a good teacher. He can sometimes be funny and sometimes hints on what problems might be on the test. But if i really wanted to learn i probably wouldnt take him again. Maybe if i just need to get an A.
He is a good professor. His online class is the easiest ever. The online homework walks you right through it. It basically holds your hand, multiple choice and unlimited chances if you're wrong. What else can we ask for?!
He is a great professor, really nice and care for the students. He's extremely helpful for the homework. He explains very well for this course.
He is a good teacher. He understands his students. Thanks, Mr. LEE.
Not a good teacher, He is very negative and treats students like they are kids.
I just took him for math 125 winter session at elac. I did all my homework and studied the practice tests and got an A. He took questions directly from the practice tests and put them on the tests. If you study you'll do fine!
He is a great professor!Very clear! Knows how to keep students engaged and teaches the material to his best ability and definatly prepares you!
AVOID! he doesnt explain very well and uses powerpoints for everything! goes way too fast and if you dont understand a concept he gets mad when you ask him to explain better. AVOID!
Wow, what can i say about his class. He is too generous at the end of the semester, but can put up a tough front at the beginning of the semester, but become chill at the end. His class will leave you speechless at the end, but gives you practice test, and does not collect hw. Whole grade is bases on just Test!!! Period!!!
Good teacher, sometimes cant understand what he says but good teacher and you will learn
Taking for summer and he doesn't email me back ever and way too much expected. He gives practice questions for 3 chapters which are exams and each has about 6-16 pages of questions plus homework. Usually I have gotten about 20 problems too practice and then exam, but you can't even make it through the practice because it's too much...
The man always finishes whatever he is writing on the board with "come on you guys are supposed to know this." Obviously, people take a class to learn the material. If it's review for you, why didn't you place on a higher math class? If you ask questions he's likely to point at the board. If you have the choice take your class with someone else.
Everyone complains about stupid things his accent is there but that makes his words better selected and therefore more accurate. He teaches very well i havnt had him long but he's become a favorite already
so far i think hes pretty respectable. he really wants us to pass calc 3 so he gives us many chances to get good grades. this class is not easy but it is durable with him.
Hard teacher at first (chapters 2-4) but overall he is a great teacher. Makes it easy to understand the material and during the test he provides the formulas.
good teacher, test is some kind of tricky, test is base on the homework, If you have time to do all the home work , you will be good
almost one or two test each week. The test is so hard, average score is really low in my class. hard B!
If you study well on his practice review. you will get A surely...
Not very hard, if you study his practice test. Homework and class work count in the overall grade a make a huge differece if your test scores are not that high. He is somewhat nice and wants students to pass his class. He likes students that study and give effort in passing his class.
He's very funny when he throws tantrums but he does is for a reason! Pay attention do homework. He don't even check word just that you tried. If you try you'll pass! Study the practice quiz! And he says "haaayaaaahhhhh" really funny.
Math was always a difficult subject. I took Mr. Lee online which was very intimidating at first until I learned you get practice quizes. There's about 100+ questions on practice quiz and he chooses 20 so it's nothing new to you!
This was a Winter Session Class so there was ALOT of information being covered. Tests are his "practice tests" with different numbers. MAKE SURE you do good on the homework on mymathlab. MAKES A BIG DIFFERENCE and do your classwork. The Final was tough but to "pass" the class, the overall was 50% average for the four sections. hw,cw,final, tests
Best Teacher Ive even had! Answers questions and makes everything crystal clear! His tests are extremely easy! He gives out the test questions during class. I took his class as a freshmen in highschool and was exttemely pleased. Eventhough the class was rushed, he mad it so that everyone understood the material, or at least tried to .
He is the best teacher in the world! If you take his class online, he spoils you. He gives you practice questions for every quiz and exam and just changes the numbers or sometimes he keeps the same exact problems. This class was so easy, I never felt so spoiled in my life. He sometimes even gives you the practice problems already solved!!!
His teachings are bad, he skips steps every time. He wants to send the students to a good 4 yr uni, but the ideas that he uses are terrible.
He wants us to transfer to a 4yr, but his ideas are stupid as hell. His questions on test and practice are really vague so it is really hard to understand the problem. He skips steps on his lectures instead of teaching us step by step and loses some of us in the process of solving the problem. I would never recommend this professor to anyone at all
Any professor that teaches solely through the textbook and uses that dreaded Math XL software should be outlawed from teaching. Period. It's not helpful that he goes over the steps at rapid pace and doesn't pause for anyone confused.
Great teacher! I took this class during the summer session. I went into the class expecting to come out with a C, because of the way I passed it in HS, but I got a B! I believe the MathLab is of great help after he introduces you to the material.. Go to class, use the mathlab to it's full extent and you won't have a problem passing! TAKE HIS CLASS!
intimidating: He has a really bad temperament, he really makes you think about the problem outside the box and his test are hard and long for 1 hour. He doesn't explain much of the material and relies on the text book for given examples. non creative. He goes really fast on the material and think twice when asking a question, hence his temperament.
really good and give many chances to get A
He also tends to teach all over the place. He assignes homework and uploads a practice test online. To help you study. Definitely not an easy class nor professor
Unless you are good in math, take this professor who gives you exams (solves few problems in practice exams at a rapid pace) and do the horrific math lab homework situation. You learn on your own, so don't take that pressure on yourself if you had an option to take in person. Professor Lee is strict and unfriendly if you are concerned about passing
Mr. Lee was was tough professor. He's very set on how his over all class grades look rather then the grades of each student individually.
Professor Lee is an easy one. I read many comments in this rate my professor before taking him. Those were not good comments but i had no choices anymore,so i finally took him. However, he did not make me upset. If you are an international student from an asian country, take him because you can absolutely get A due to what you learnt in math in highschool. If you are an american, u should pay attention on lecture because he oftens tell us what he will give on the test. Moreover, 90-100% of the test is based on homework and practice test, it means you can get A if you do your work. At the beginning, in syllabus he just dropped one lowest chapter test, but he also dropped one mid chapter test utimately. He wants us to transfer to a good university, so if you get A in the final test, he also up one grade of your current grade. What an easy professor ever ! Give a lot of chances to get A.
Prof. lee is a very nice professor, he comes off strong initially. I am not going to say his class is easy because it isn't. But he is very straight forward, you know exactly what Is going to be on tests and quizzes. But here is the catch, most of what is on the test and quizzes is very difficult... he also drops the lowest test and quiz grade
I have taken Lee for Math 115 and now for 125. My favorite math professor. He is very funny and super lenient. No need for a textbook, you purchase MATHXL (Math 115) MyMathLab (Math 125), so you save close to $100! Drops lowest test score, all homework done online. Please don't take him for granted and study.
i took professor lee for the spring, and overall hes a not a easy teacher but hes not bad. he checked ur tests after you finish your test, so u can correct ur test. the test is same from the test review sheet. but not ez. he might be mean in the class but he really care about his students. i got like a 89 , but he still gave me a b....
He made the students who asked questions feel dumb and expected you to learn his way of doing math. When someone asked him to teach us his way of doing math he said "short-term classes are not for lecture. If you want lecture, I teach this class in the fall and winter. Mornings only."
spring17. very clear on the lectures, gives u a few problems after lecture, if u get it right u can leave early. for quizzes he checks & gives u a chance to correct 1 time. no midterm. have to do hw online if u want to pass. hw was very helpful because if u missed lecture when u do the homework it gives u ex on how 2 solve the problems etc
Not a good teacher, he doesn't explain how you get form one step to the other but jet in enough he expects the students to show all the work on the exams and if not he takes off points. And a lot of homework that doesn't even help
Not the best teacher don't take him for any math
Doesn't have the passion to teach, in addition he made you do a lot of homework that do not even help nor gave credit for it
Professor Lee relies on mymathlab, he clearly does not have a passion to teach. I do not understand why he doesn't bother explaining how he got the answer. He expects you to know everything and becomes frustrated when you ask questions. If you're a math teacher you should learn how to patient with students.
Professor Lee is an alright professor if you don't have any more options. He might get frustrated at times but that's because he really wants to make sure that his students are learning and remember what they learn for life. Lots of homework on MyMathLab. Spent a good amount of my semester working on his homework.
I would say Mr lee is a very good teacher. He engages with his students and obviously knows what he is talking about. He sometimes can get a bit ahead of himself, but regaurdless I would recommend his class and take another course with him. Although his initial tough exterior may say otherwise, he does care about his students.
At first glance professor Lee may seem to have a tough exterior but as the class progressed you were to see he really cares about his students success. One of the best things is that he is always available during his office hours he is extremely approachable and open for any question. lectures kind of quickly makes good jokes I would take him again
Doesn't allow you to take a test if you missed homework effectively docking your final grade by a full letter, displays all students homework scores on the projector in-front of everyone and publicly calls out those who missed it. afterwards he makes those students write on the back of the test that they promise to do the homework.
Worst professor I have ever had. Don't take his classes unless you're ready to be yelled at & disrespected. Lee has a horrible way of explaining things, if you ask a question his answers will not help. Raises his voice over and over again, each time getting louder. Why continue teaching when you're going to be angry the entire class time! Horrible.
Excellent professor! Very clear explanation. A lot of homework but he will extends the due dates if you ask. Always post practice tests on his website and the tests are almost identical as the practice test. This was second time I took this course, but I got an A. Do the homework and studty the practice test. You'll get an A.
Excellent calculus professor. precise and clear explanation. He drops lowest test. Go to his office hour. He will explain well. I was afraid taking calculus but he made it easy. Do the practice tests posted on his website. Actual tests are very similar or same sometimes. Take his class. You'll get an A.
I like this professor. I took him for M125-online. He always posts practice test online and the tests are same. Take his class. You'll the class.
Homework was just to study
Professor Lee is an amazing professor, he genuinely wants everybody to succeed and is very passionate about his job, he makes sure to explain everything very well, To the point that youre confident to take an exam. I highly recommend taking his class. You wont regret it! :)
he screamed at me he is a terrible teacher but its hard not to like him i think it's because his just old
I did not take him at ELAC, took him at Rio Hondo for calculus 2. He is unorganized, temperamental and condescending at times. During lectures he can get erratic and start yelling to the class demanding a answer to the problem. Often gets tripped up during lectures and correct himself frequently. Regular grader, tests and homework are regular.
Prof. Lee is not for everyone. When we started the class the room was full and after 2 weeks there were only 21 of us left. then the online transition happened and there were only 15 of us left in his class. all homework and exams are in the mymathlab. this is the only down side of his class. his lectures and exams are easy to understand.
professor Lee is a kind of teacher that cares a lot for his students he gives very good advice about to pursue a professional career. His lectures are very well explained and understandable. Attendance is a must if not he will drop you after three missing classes.
He is a bad professor. Condescending, rude, and not good at teaching. He yells at his students for mistakes he has made when doing examples, he yells when you ask a simple question, then complains when nobody asks him questions. His lectures are pretty much him reading the book to you while yelling so if that is for you take him.
In a span of 5 weeks, I learned what was needed for Cal 2. His class consists of class work worth 40% that is due each day, HW 20%, chapter tests 20% and the final 20%. Attendance is mandatory ! Respond to his questions because he will yell if you don't answer yes or no. Homework is completed thru cengage
Winter 2021, COVID still on the rise. Decided to take this course in the winter to finish the second physics course in the 3 part series. BEST DECISION EVER, Professor Lee is amazing, explains topics section by section in detail, helps visualize w/examples from the text book. Must buy Cengage Access, for homework and exams. Roll call on the dot!
This is the best math professor I have encountered at ELAC, I learned a lot from his course. He taught patiently, he also previews sample questions before the final and exam, A++++ professor.
I took Professor Lee in the winter session. His reviews seem to bad but I think that is an over reaction. He is not a bad professor, however you will need some time to study on your own to fully grasp the ideas that calc 2 offers. For a 5-week course, i definitely learned a lot from him. Class had a lot of hw, but it prepares you for the exams.
Professor Lee gives a large amount of class work and homework. It is quite challenging and tough to keep up with, however he does this with the best intentions in mind. Don't let his tough character intimidate you, he's a pleasure to work with and accommodates his students!
I took professor Lee during the winter session and it was tough. His leactures rarely hard to understand. If i am ever confused, he will not hesitate to explain the subject to me. His goal is to help students and he truly cares about everyone passing the class. He is a good teacher.
I was a bit hesitant to take Prof. Lee during the winter session based on the reviews. I don't regret taking him. He was strict and tough the first week but it was only to make sure we would be willing to put in the effort. His lectures were clear and will move on only after no one has further questions. He will review HW problems. HW is online.
Not good with tech. On zoom almost never reads chat. Role call at the beginning of each class. Class covers easy math concepts. Had to buy MathXL as was an online class, which cost $60. He's trying his best.
Lectures are very confusing and the math problem examples he performs are not even explained. He just writes it down and solves it for you, so if you want to actually learn mathematical concepts then Professor Lee may not be for you. Also, he assigns a program that is paid and he assigns a ton of lessons on there that you have to complete.
You use the Pearson My Lab for the majority of homework and exams. The textbook is good use at first but then youll rely very heavily on your calculator, not the equations used in the book. I bought the TI-84 and it solved every problem for me easily. He goes over the homework after lecture so you know how to do it. Ask questions and hell help
He's a good professor and will answer any questions you have. He explains a concept multiple times if you need to, he does lag through canvas but overall I had a good experience. There is a lot of hw through MyMathLab so I suggest to make a schedule for yourself
The entire class is learning how to do problems with calculators. No mid-term. Open note tests. Lectures are handouts done in class that you can use for the chapter tests. Homework and classwork are easy 100%. He makes you laugh and is very understanding. 3 absences are a drop (FYI). Missing one day is missing one or 2 sections of calculator steps.
Honestly was easy, really helpful would give us answers to tests all the time. Did classwork together and would get full credit because he would help us. Not a difficult class .
This is the class for people who can see something once and be able to do it themselves. Lectures are handouts that you do together that then you can use as notes for the tests. $50 Pearson site for homework and you can keep trying every problem until you get 100%. Tells funny stories to regain our attention. If you show up and work you'll pass.
He understands the material well and cracks jokes during lectures. If you are a student that needs step by step instructions, this probably isn't the class for you. The professor will solve problems in front of class and then leave you to work on classwork which he grades. Unlimited attempts on homework problems. You will need to pay to use Pearson
Professor Lee was a good but average teacher. He expected us to be there, and could drop you after missing 3 lectures. He would throw in little jokes in the middle of lectures which made things a bit more interesting. He does get picky with little details sometimes. He at times would do the whole worksheet with us, or would let us work in groups.
will make you feel dumb if you don't understand something. Can be very rude too when you ask something or when no one says anything. He also has an accent so can be a little hard to understand especially the way he words things when explaining. Only take if you are a fast learner
DO NOT TAKE ONLINE!!! He teaches very fast and explains little to nothing. After every lecture, you have classwork that covers exactly what you went over (in person you keep trying until you get it correct so it's an automatic 100%). Homework is long and repetitive. In-person I'm sure it's manageable but online not so much. DOESN'T REPLY TO EMAILS!
Unless you're a fast learner or are really good in trig then take his class. In the hw, you can get a pretty decent grade but it takes a long time. Tests are pretty similar to hw so if you do well in hw then you can do well in the test. Classwork is 2-4 problems which seems easy but it's not since he's really picky with grading.
Rude(will pick on students and get mad when you don't know the answer), has an accent so harder to understand, and doesn't correctly teach the subjects. lengthy homework.
He gets mad when you do not respond in 2 seconds. He does not care about students well being and just say to study for a long period of time. I have to drop out of this during the summer because he makes it even worse in the summer by yelling. I will not recommend this professor unless you could take the challenge from him and getting yelled at.
Professor Lee had a good way of teaching math that just made sense. I'm glad I took his class.
This professor makes inappropriate comments and threatens to drop students every single class. He yells and does not slow down when showing the examples to problems. He is a strict grader on exams which are worth the majority of the class grade. Our class size went from 40 to 8 students. If you struggle with math I do not recommend.
Don't take worst for teaching doesn't even make any sense with what is doing. he get's upset easily and will complain about the students. won't ever take again
Yes. I will tell my friends to take this course. The professor is excellent.
The professor can be demanding, but if you stay engaged and utilize resources like Unstuckstudy, you can succeed. Consistent effort is key in this challenging but manageable course.
He is a fantastic professor! I took this class for the summer. It was challenging, but Professor Lee is good at teaching. Although he gave us a lot of homework, it was not difficult. I am glad that I took his class.
Not Proffesional at all. Often mocks students and uses different voices to pick on students. Does not take time to correct just tells you that you are wrong and does not offer assistance. Gave every student below 57% for a chapter test and did not tell any of us a single question that we got incorrect. Tells us we all will fail instead of helping..
The solutions that he gives are wrong when you input them into WebAssign. It is terrible. How are we supposed to learn something when it is being taught wrong? He also does not give you an extension on work, even if he made a mistake and didn't put it in the calendar. Overall terrible experience.
HORRIBLE! Always felt harassed and threatened by him. He focuses more on trying to catch people cheating than teaching the class, mocks students, tells us were gonna fail. If u dont use the exact equation he taught, u got the answer right, u showed step by step work, u dont show any work? Ur cheating and used chat gpt. idk how he has good reviews.
I was looking forward to this challenge but I will not be disrespected or berated for not knowing the material. Do NOT take him, Professor Lee should just retire
Would not take this professor again. I immediately felt disrespected and threatened by him. He is not patient and gets annoyed if we ask for another example, then complains that we don't get the material right. This leads to him saying we won't pass his class if we don't follow his teaching, and sometimes his teachings aren't right.
A very passionate professor and he is someone that would like to see his students succeed however he gets frustrated if students are not meeting his expectations and often acts in an aggressive manner. However he is also very skeptical of students cheating. This class is like a double edged sword nonetheless it is a passable course.
He's an awesome professor
