At first he seems like a great prof. but realised that he's a flake! Kicks students out for being late but then shows up more than 30 mins late for our midterm then was late everyday after that! What a hypocrite! He doesn't hand back any work and is never available to see how he graded you for anything! Serious FLAKE!
What a gearbox. Trys to impress with his education and pretty much talks down to his students. Doesn't let students enter if late by 5 min but then will show up 30 min late multiple times. Also, doesn't allow cellphones to go off during presentations then his will go off. Material isnt too bad if you can get over having a prof with a huge ego
What a jerk!!! Very egotistical and not available for help if you ask for it. Unreliable and does not provides any means of communication on blackboard for students, even though directions are often unclear.
His arrogance comes from great expertise. He definetly knows what he's talkin about! Unlike other profs who talk about general topics, he gets very detailed about everything in Canadian Exporting. And students who complain bout his policies: whay don't you just try following them for once? They're there for a reason
When lecturing he's not too bad, hypocritical, but not too bad. One on one, he's a ****. Talks to you like you're an idiot, and you should be glad he's even bothering to talk to you. Totally conceited, not very helpful, and there's no online assistance for his class. Try find a different prof if you can.
D Trump Complex, thinks he is all that. You do learn but he is incredibly rude. If you are late, dont bother going. Very condesending.
He is the biggest jacka** who is extremely rude. He thinks hes the king of the world and someone should tell him to go back to engineering where he belongs and stay in his damn field because he doesn't belong at RyeHigh as a Professor. There's one thing about being a professor but another to be an a**hole towards the students.
he's not that bad. Easy tests. It all depends whether he likes you or not; so it's all about his first impression of you. Just make sure you get on his good side, and u'll never have trouble. P.S. on group projects, know what you're talking about. he hates BS opinions.

Demanding. However, I definitely learned a lot. Because of the two classes I have taken with him, I have developed strong business writing skills; which are still serving me well.
Loved the prof! Honestly, he IS very arrogant, but if your serious with him, pay attention and READ the material, some affection towards you is guaranteed. Otherwise ur screwed. The final project is hard as hell, but you'll learn more than you will in the rest of the courses combined. Be detailed, HE KNOWS EVERYTHING!!! :)
Took Intro to Bus. online, it's an easy course already. Mike responds to all emails quickly, and gives us our IMS results on time. Tests/Exams are fair.
Worst professor ever, do not take any course with this guy. Does not help at all, he does not teach well and has a terrible personality. Absolutely terrible, the worst ever.
He cares, he's great and he is really knowledgeable about international business.Best Prof I have ever had.
Amazing guy! You actually learn something about the real world, not just some textbook theories. Very interesting classes. Demanding, but fair. Loved him!
Manjuris is the most open open minded professor I have met in the school of business thus far. He gives the entrepreneurship program credibility and Ryerson University in totality. Take this course and not only will you learn a lot you will also have fun...Manjuris is awesome and you can tell his colleagues are jealous of that.
A smart prof but limited teaching skills and an oxymoron to the material.Personality does not promote a learning environment.Hes never approachable. If he's going to kick you out of class for being late then its his duty to include that in course outline.but ofcourse its not there coz he's not actually allowed to. Switch to get your money's worth.
Excellent
Worst prof. He has the right idea of being practical. But he is unclear with assignment instructions. In fact he'll downright print instructions and expect the opposite. Changes his mind and makes you feel stupid about it. He has mistakes on his test and never admits it. Don't ever argue with him. He thinks he knows everything! Cannot test student
worst prof in north america, maybe even world wide. He has no clue about anything but he talks as if he's an expert in every subject. He tells you to study 6 chapters for a midterm but 93% of the test is based on class notes given during 1 lecture, the other 7% covers the 6 chapters. Then he laughs and acts surprised when the average is below 60
Thinks he's the centre of the universe. Insecure about himself, therefore he should NOT be teaching others. Gives unclearest instructions, and grades however he wants. If you like to feel miserable take his classes ( ibs 600, ent 725..) he is usually wrong about opinions, and he never takes other opinions to be right...hope you get the idea.....
I took this course online. Mr. Manjuris was clear on what his availability was and grading of the course, though was mostly uninvolved with the weekly homework/discussions and it felt as if you were bothering him if you asked questions. Overall, it's an easy course and perfect for online study, just don't expect him to hold your hand.
Class is short, book useless, concentrates more on class notes, discussions and activities. Doesn't give much instuctions or notice for his assignments, hard marker. overall an okay class, you learn some stuff.
the prof seemed wonderful, almost an angel during the first 2 classes, on the 3rd class the devil was born and hes true colours came out. Hes rude, inconsiderate, thinks he's GOD and no ones opinion is good enough. He makes u feel like u are 2 feet tall by making you feel very stupid, cuz he constantly puts you down. He makes up assignments and giv
This guy is brutal. Cocky, arrogant and not a good prof. He makes everything up, I am not sure if he has any actual experience.
Take NOTES!! All his tests are based on in class stuff. Take notes using a laptop if you have one, even on the smallest details. Get previous tests, they are similar, but he changes small words here and there that make all the difference on the answer. Don't bother with the textbook.
I have taken him for 3 classes already and let me tell you this guy is AMAZING! The only reason people dislike him is because he's arrogant, but thats only because he literally knows everything. Reports are long and have to be detailed, but do it and you're fine. Leaves you with so much real life knowledge that you'd want to take him again!
I agree with the person who wrote that within the first two classes everything seemed great. He was enthusiastic, but very quickly this changes as you begin to realize that he is unapproachable with any questions. Classmates I have spoken with are afraid to even talk to him and my own experiences confirm this. I would never take his class again!
I enjoyed the lectures and overall experience. The only request is to be less dictatorial as to the attendance. (It'a a choice of the student.)Be simplier and it will attract more people
disgusting to look at, disgusting to listen to, disgusting to talk to, just an all around disgusting person
Energetic, intelligent, fair marker, rude & authoritative professor. Although you pay for your education, if you're late for his class and test, you're dismissed.
SSSsssssss....sssssss. This guys is the worst prof ever. Avoid at all cost. This is canada, sss..sss.s.so teach like ure in Canada.
The worst teacher ever possible. I pay for the class and he kicks you out if you're late. Who does this retard think he is. Especially since he thinks he knows it all.
avoid this teacher especially for an online course.
Tests are very tricky for multiple choice, and the assignment is very meticulous. If you work hard on the major project, you will be rewarded. Lectures are pretty interesting too.
wasn't helpfull at all
try to avoid him, specially in online course...it was a nightmare
Is he a professor? I really doubt it!!! WE wasted 4 weeks to get the online course URL etc. He even don't give any response to our emails if those questions he had no answer. I believe I will failed for sure in the final. If I saw this site before, I would avoid this nightmare course (online)
Waste of time, very unhelpful prof. I took his course in Fall 2007 and i am making it my duty to warn students. This is how bad he is. He is biased, racial and you learn nothing from him. He says to be specific but he is quite the opposite. Take any other prof if u can!
He is one of the smartest profs around and i learned alot from him but hes not the best kind of guy out there. He never listens, he always interrupts u, hes not friendly, and hes very strict so its important to meet deadlines on time. Best of luck!
take it only if you have the previous tests... he thinks he knows everything... he is quite smart but yet very disturbing
Prof is very hard on his students. If you can handle him and get him to like you you have nothin to worry about but if he does not like watch out cause he will let you know. I didnt have to much of a problem withthis course. If you are presenting for him make sure you know everything about the subject cause he will grill you if you dont. G.Luck!!
Terrible
Energetic and interesting, with passion for his job.Very strict towards classroom behaviour.Doesn't use Blackboard so you have to go to class every time.Average workload and easiness but very unclear about assignments and expectations. No chanse for any help provided by him and doesn't like answering questions.
some of his "facts" in class are actually incorrect after a bit of research. rude.not really helpful. some topics were interesting.strict, treats students like they are kids
horrible prof. does not care about students. stopped posting on the course website.
rude! unclear!hard marker!
Possibly the worst prof at Ryerson. I'm sure he knows his stuff but he cannot teach. He goes over his slides really fast, doesn't use BB, some of the things covered in class aren't in the textbook but are tested. It takes him 2 weeks to announce MT results on a test that was 100% scantron. Very sketchy in terms of marking. Avoid if you can!
Possibly the worst prof I've encountered. Shows little respect for students and often exhibits verbally abusive behaviour. Insecurity regarding his credentials (no PHD) evidenced by his criticism of profs with superior credentials. He is knowledgeable but his quirky and childish behaviour results in a poor learning experience.
Horrible Teacher!!!! If you are taking his online course be prepared as for a course load of more then 1 course. I did all my readings and even participated in the optional online textbook learning. This was the worst mark I have ever achieved in my all of my educational history. AVOID THIS TEACHER!! I wish I did my research prior to this course
I honestly do not know why Mike has such a bad rating. I look forward to this class every week! He doesnt teach right out of the book, you need to read on your own to do well but the tests are multi choice and if you read you will get a good grade. His lectures are engaging and interesting. I see nothing wrong no cell phones in class. have respect.
If you have critical thinking skills and are aware of the real world outside of university theory, his classes are simple and use full.
People that bash Mike just can't or won't make the cut in the real world. Manjuris is an amazing professor. His strict demeanour in class precipitates into a professional learning environment and to be honest, I got maximum value out of my dollar spent. I actually LEARNED in this class. I picked up a skill or two that I will use in the real world.
Very smart prof. Definitely knows what he is talking about. This is a difficult course and it is crucial that you attend lectures because there are 4 tests (3 worth 20%, 1 worth 15%) that are mostly based on lecture material. He doesnt use BlackBoard so make good notes. Major project at the end. It is difficult to do well unless you know your stuff
Manjuris is a consultant himself so his lectures are extremely interesting and current since he knows what he is talking about!! Dont bother reading the book for the midterm.. I only read the chapter summaries and focused on my notes and got 85% on the midterm. Alot of work near the end. A heck load of cases and big presentation at the end
He has extensive knowledge in the field and therefore lotsa wisdon to pass on to those interested in learning. If you're looking for an easy A this is not the class for u coz u gota work ur butt off!! BUT u end up learning from his experiences!!He is very straight up in your face and can b intimidating. Easy mid-term, take home exam and 4 cases
Great professor! Lectures were very interesting and current. Tests were fair, would definitely recommend him!
Easy tests, need to read the text book. Lectures are mainly about current issues not what is actually tested on from the textbook.
Honestly he is probably the smartest prof I've had and also teaches very well in a sense that you learn a lot. His classes arent too easy but if you pay attention and do the work you can get a good mark. Trust me he is much better lately than a few years back.
i have taken 70 professors from 2007 (including George Brown and Ryerson ).Guys if you want to live then please please don't take this professor.he is an ****.he is 54, divorce ,makes fun of every1, i saw students crying, is rude, is a torture to life, controlling, worst prof ever had, even if someone is prepared best for presentation wil insult u
he discriminates students- in our group meeting with him,he said years ago there were Christians and white at Ryerson but now it is diverse and that is good-well one side he discriminated and on the other side he covered.people who are unsuccessful in their personal lives try to get hold of people outside, he is one of them.plz avoid him
Looks at the world like a Black and white picture. He thinks that his opinion is always fact, even if you have evidence to support your point. Also, he doesn't teach the class; he gets students to teach the whole class through presentations. Canceled all of his scheduled lectures at the end.
The worst prof ever. Avoid, avoid. He has no idea about what he is talking about. He mismatches historical facts, gets events out of order and draws ridiculous conclusions. Treats students horribly, saw students crying. Does not teach the class, the class teaches itself through presentations. He will go out of his way kill your presentation.
never take any of his courses, does not know how to teach, super rude, does not respect anyone, I do not know how he became a prof. all what I learned in this course is from the online book. I learned one thing from him though "how to be rude to people"
He is a very intelligent man. As a professor however he lacks the essential skills. He is not patient or caring. He expects things done right the first time and rarely gives second chances. You will have to work hard in his courses and even then he will not reward you the way other profs would. Beware his courses are not easy in any sense.
I learned a lot but be ready to work like you have never worked before for a decent mark. He makes it clear what he wants and then its sink or swim. For the debate I suggest working on it as soon as possible.
ENT725 is a screwed up course, yes I got a decent mark, but you have to work really hard for assignments with little grades(presentation) and barely at all for assignments with relatively larger grades. Course material is light, you prob wouldn't gain much from the txtbook-read his slides. Also Mr M expects to you answer your own questions too much
Excellent prof. You learn a lot from the course! Go to his lectures and participate!
Worst Prof at Ryerson. You can study all you want, participate all you want, but it is impossible to do well on the tests. He tests you on things he never even talks about in class and is not in any of the readings! He talks down to you and is unapproachable. He is a rude person. DONT TAKE A CLASS WITH HIM
This prof chooses favourites and takes off 2 hours into a 3 hour lecture to run his business on the side. Not approachable. Tries to "drive the point home" by creating "real life" scenarios. He's full of himself. In every one of his examples he seems to be the centre of attention. Midterms = Ace-able. Final exam = fail.
Manjuris provided the most miserable learning experience of my life. I have never come across a more disrespectful, arrogant, and useless professor in my 4 years of University. He provides zero guidelines for any course requirements and his lectures consist of pointless banter and personal anecdotes that make himself out to be king of the world.
This was an amazing class! As long as your phone is off and you do what he asks of you, you will be fine! Each class was extremely interesting and it is mandatory to be there, the tests have content from the lectures. An inspiring and entertaining prof!
Mike Manjuris is one of the best profs teaching at Ryerson. He is the only prof that truly challenges you and makes you work for an A. I respect his teaching methods, and those who dislike him are usually those who don't listen to what he asks of you. Great class, just be prepared to do a lot of work!
THIS MAN IS A LEGEND, realistically the hardest professor I have ever had at Ryerson and makes you earn your marks. Throughout the course he puts each member of the group under scrutinizing pressure, however your knowledge, confidence in your answers, and the "effort you input is a direct reflection of your mark." No cellphones, dont enter class late
He is a great prof. You just have to know how he is, give him respect and attention and youll learn a lot from him. If you want to sit at the back lost in your own world on facebook then he might not be for you... he would easily stop the lecture and address your cell or laptop use.
Confusing in terms of what he expects from assignments. Frustrating because answers to questions posed each week change, so it was hard to understand what he wanted from assignments. Prepare to do a lot of work for an O.K mark. Did okay in the class, but will never take this professor again.
Awesome prof, he is tough but you will learn a lot. Pay close attention to what he says in the early weeks of his course, pay attention to his feedback, take notes and dont argue with him when he is giving you feedback.
Not happy with this prof. Took his online distance ed course - Judging by his previous high ratings I bet he's much better in class. Online he's short, totally uninvolved, sends emails too late, does not clarify major issues like mix ups in course material and chapter readings. Midterm nitpicks with irrelevant textbook details. Disappointing.
He comes off as a complete jerk, but you just have to understand that he genuinely cares about his students. He doesn't want anyone getting easy A's, but he'll help students who are truly interested in doing well. During meetings with Manjuris, look confident and give short, simple answers. You'll benefit from that!
Not recommended - assigns a ton of work and then takes forever to mark - going into final exam he had not marked anything submitted except the midterm (which was scantron and still took 2 weeks to mark) - very frustrating - also chooses very nit picky/obscure questions for tests and provides no review - seems to not like giving out high marks
I took this course online, horrible experience. Not once did we receive any single feedback on homework. He had no idea our team mate dropped the class and was not in our team the entire time, he gave no outline on what was on the mid term, or the final exam, he gave us the wrong chapters to read base on the previous book, and the test ..pff...
The worst professor I've ever had! I worked my tail off in this course, and got a C. Unapproachable, arrogant and rude. Does not even listen to his students and is very full of himself. I get being tough on students, and making them work hard. However, there is a fine line between being tough and disrespectful he has crossed it. AVOID!
good class, knowledgable, current, relevant, punctual, focused
Despite the bad reputation that students give Manjuris, he is a very intelligent prof. He isn't giving away marks he makes you earn them but is more than willing to give an A to those who do the work. That being said, listen CAREFULLY to what he is expecting of you and you can definitely achieve a decent mark.
Pay attention to his instructions and you will do fine. He's one of the most knowledgeable profs at ryerson. He comes off scary at first but once you look past his intimidating behavior hes not so bad. He tries to mock real-world interactions through very harsh professional demeanor but i personally liked it. PICK YOUR GROUPS WISELY!!!
Honestly, one of the best profs I've had. He comes off as very intimidating but he just likes to "scare" you to earn respect. He's VERY clear with what he wants in the report, don't do anything more or less than he asks and you'll ace this course! Very FAIR markers!
Manjuris seems to be really hard and rude. Honestly I was at the point to drop the course because he was so intimidating and rude to me at the first group meeting with him. But after finishing the course, my thoughts about him changed..He was not so bad after all. I kind of missed the course and simulation.
Hard prof but gives you a real reality check. Really makes you work for your grade but helps you along the way with very detailed information. As long as you attend class and do some readings you will do well
like the others have said, he's strict and harsh at times, but he's VERY SPECIFIC with what he wants, and doesn't hand out marks without you working (extremely) hard for it. fair marker.
harsh, rude, snobby, enjoys putting people down, i would recommend taking the course online or taking it with a different prof id possible, WORST PROF i ever studied under
Avoid Manduris.. He is rude, arrogant his midterms he tries and trick you by throwing in questions from absolutely everything, no review or guidance and a really hard marker.. The final project worth 40% he introduced 3 weeks before the semester ended and ended up being the size of a thesis.. Doesnt put up his slides
Manjuris is tough as nails. Strict rules to his assignments no less than 15 pages with dozens of citations. He most probably uses these for his own business. Tests are hard/medium questions come from split second discussions in class but if he sees that the questions that are from the books are not being answered properly he will add more of those.
AVOID THIS PROF!! He is very knowledgeable, but at the same time can be very arrogant. He introduced a 15 min. page term paper 3 WEEKS before the semester was over. He also has very strict rules that doesn't make sense to anyone but himself. He doesn't post lecture slides until the week before a test. If you're looking for a decent mark, AVOID!
easily the most uncooperative teacher ive had. he loves to put people on the spot in class and belittle you. whenever you ask him a question he is no help. he wants his assignments super specific but never gives you enough info on the assignment to do so. he'll kick you out of class for the dumbest reason e.g. 5 mins late, have your phone out
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I wish I saw the other comments before I registered in this course. He is probably the worst teacher I have ever had in my university career and I have been in school for a very long time. He introduced a 40% paper 3 weeks before the class was over with the most absurd rules. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
Do not take this as a PR course.
Rude, arrogant, unhelpful, and sarcastic! Puts down students who do not have correct answers and removes at least one person from every lecture! Avoid, avoid, AVOID! Take a night class is you need to, but DO NOT ENTER THIS MAN'S CLASS! Has NO respect for young people.
very knowledgeable, relevant and uses a lot of current examples that come from the real world. has equally high expectations. lots of discussion in class. you have to follow the course lectures (all testable), follow current issues and THINK! does not give marks for free. probably the best course and most relevant prof I had at ryerson.
For those who are complaining about him being rude or whatever, suck it up. This is what real business going to be like!! Michael is by far the most knowledgeable professor i have ever had at Ryerson. It hard to get a good mark if you put your heart into this course. It's a capstone course, don't expect it to be easy.
Manjuris is very knowledgeable, engages students, prepares you for the real world and expects you to put effort into your work. This course was difficult, it was like having a part time job and required you to put in a lot of time into it. Many students tend to make it more complicated than it is but after a few rounds you get the hang of it.
Manjuris got me hooked on geopolitical issues (stuff i ordinarily dont care for). You cant be in his class and not listen bcoz you would be setting yourself up to fail his test plus he is clear and precise with his explanations so you understand. His tests are based on what he says, an A is possible if you follow his instructions (details matter)
He's not as bad as some people say, but do not underestimate this guy. know your stuff and you will be fine.
While taking Manjuris's GMS850 class, I realized that he's a nice guy and he truly wants his students to learn and understand. Sure, he can be tough, but not just to be tough, he wants you to get a feel of what it would be like in a real life situation. I learned a lot. Work hard and respect him, and he will respect you!
No doubt about it - Manjuris is tough. He's also very clear on what he expects. If you come prepared and ask the right questions, he will guide you. He's fair. Just don't expect him to do the work for you. To people complaining about being kicked out for being late/having phone out? Easy fix. Be punctual and put down your phone for a few hours.
The prof is great. For me it was a pleasure seating 3 hours in his class. You learn so many things that will be helpful in the other GMS classes. Prof gives many examples and the information and knowledge that you get from his classes is amazing. He is tough but as long as you are respectful, do the work, for me he is the best prof at Ryerson.
For all you global management majors. Get ready for this class. It is more tough than any other course and expect greater group times outside of class. Clear cut and specific but tough.
Best prof at ryerson. If you think he is rude you simply dont understand him. Go to class, write down every thing he says - his tests are 99% lecture material. If he says what he had for dinner last night write it down. Dont use ur computer in class and dont speak. Look and listen to him he will make ur degree mean something. learned so much luvhim
He's a double edged sword. He's extremely smart and teaches you about things that you will no doubt use in the real world. He also is very rude and condescending to students. Pay the utmost attention in class and write down everything he says. Be prepared for very high expectations for the group project. He will push you to your limits.
For GMS 692 he tested on mostly on country reports than actual lecture slides. For GMS 850 the system we have to use is HORRIBLE and expensive. 3 weeks on in class lectures and the rest of the time its schedule group meetings. Says he is tough because thats how people are in the workplace, but he behaviour would have got him fired.
The fact that ryerson kept him so long is so questionable. Gave vague instructions for the project. When you ask him for help, he will put you down. Test are tricky, will put random concepts he discussed for a quick second. Key to doing well in this class is starting the project really early and paying attention in class.
Prof. Manjuris is one of the smartest individuals I've ever met and even though I respect him very much, I was not able to adapt to his evaluation methods. His type of questions on exams do not reflect your capability/knowledge of the course material while ANYTHING and EVERYTHING can be asked. Finally, start the group project DAY 1, trust me.
It's beyond me how the university has kept an unhelpful, rude, condescending person like Michael Manjuris in a teaching role. Stay away from him for your own good; he's like a dementor from Harry Potter, sucks your soul right out of you as we swoops by.
Professor Manjuris is a tough prof but I truly believe that he does it to allow his students to evolve and is the only one that best prepares us for life after university. Yes, his 'role play' may seem very offensive but that's because you either don't pay attention or disrupt the class. Come in with an open mind, do the work and you'll be fine.
Manjuris is by far the most knowledge and relevant prof at ryerson. He may seem tough at first but he just wants to prepare you for the real world. Make sure you get a good group for this project as it is very heavy and time consuming,
I had taken GMS692 online, I found the professor fair. He answered emails quickly and did his best to answer. He marked fairly however, the tests are too broad and most info is from searching the internet and not from module work. Presentation assignment was not hard, just make sure for the final to start right on time and make a thorough outline
This class is easy to get an A in if you do EXACTLY what he says. No less, no more (don't be extra). ALWAYS relate your measures of success to your strategy, ALWAYS talk about how you're going to improve your measures, and ALWAYS use proper terms (Financial tactic, HR tactic, etc). Mike is a great prof and treats you like an adult. DOES NOT baby!
This man is by far the worst professor at Ryerson. Very rude and unapproachable, try to ask him a question and he will cut you off before you're done talking. He keeps saying that what he's doing is "roleplaying", but no, he's just a naturally condescending person. Gives vague instructions on the group project yet has very high expectations.
Very professional, knowledgable, and passionable. He makes great connections within the material and has a strategic approach to the relevant issues today. If you attend his classes, show interest, and follow the instructions carefully you will get an "A."
Mike's a tough guy but he tells you everything you need to know. He's very specific with what he wants in his assignments down to formatting but as long as you have everything you'll be fine. He can be condescending at times but if you listen to what he says you have no reason to not do well
Mike is tough but fair. He is clear in his instructions: you must attend class to do well with him. He expects you to know the material. If you show you're interested and learn the material, you will find yourself with an A. If you skip class and complain upon return, you won't be getting sympathy. No textbook, but substantial online material.
Mr. Manjuris is really a love him or hate him kind of professor. I've learned a lot from his classes and I believe he tries to prepare you for the real-world in GMS850. Yeah, when he roleplays he can be quite rude but too many people forget it's just a roleplay to prepare you. Do the work, pay attention and you'll find he's a great teacher.
Worst Professor in Ryerson, He will ruin your semester, he will pick some students in the middle of the presentation, and will insult in front of the whole class. Whole semester he will talk about one topic, but in Final it will be totally different. He will kick you out of the class for touching phone, laptop and if u r 5 minutes late.
One of the best professor I ever had at Ryerson. For those complaining about getting kicked out because you touch your phone or being late, GOOD FOR HIM THAT HE DOES THAT. If you think that a professor calling you out in front of the class is an insult, you are going to get a hard awakening in the real world. Mr. Manjuris was outstanding!!
The course is based on team work. The role plays are heavily weighted on how much time you spend with you group preparing as a team. Don't be intimidated by the professor, because he's wonderful, and will prepare you for what he wants SPECIFICALLY. Follow his instructions and you will do very will in the course.
As a professor, I think he is overall good professor. He make's you really earn your marks. GMS850 requires a lot of group work, and he can tell who does all the work in the group. He's a tough professor, only expects great from 3rd / 4th year students. I've had him twice prof, he is knowledgeable and experience in his field
I thought that the ratings on this website were a little harsh. He is quick with responding to e-mails, but the quizzes had absolutely nothing to do with the lecture slides or online content. I do understand that he wants us to read outside of the textbook, but that generality doesn't work. could have received an A if it the material were relevant.
This professor quizzes you on material barely covered in the textbook and it seems as though some of his questions are related to something he would have mentioned in class- not applicable when taking this course online!
He is an awesome prof. If you follow his instructions and go to class, you will do well in the course. His lectures are inspirational, he is one of the most prepared human being on earth, and he cares about students growth. Loved taking GMS692 with him!
Micheal is an amazing Prof if you can get past his "role playing". He acts like a bit of an ass and will put you on the spot, so make sure you know your stuff. He is very clear and well prepared for lectures. Little to no slides! so make sure you pay attention or you're bound to miss vital information. Slackers don't do so well, you were warned
This guy is one of the realest profs at Ryerson. Just show up do your work and be prepared and you won't do bad in his course.
Amazing prof who cares for his students. Skipping class or failing to meet with group members will result in a bad grade. Course is tedious, but do your work and you will get a good grade.
Dr. Manjuris is a boss with a wealth of knowledge. I can understand why people dislike him but he's actually a really nice guy outside of class and will readily help you out if you show initiative & effort. You may hate every second of his class, but know that you will be better for it later in life. Call me crazy but fave Prof @ Ryerson hands down
Manjuris is the real deal. Very knowledgeable and experienced, prepares you for the real world. I learned more from GMS 850 with Manjuris than I did any other class at Ryerson. A good group is essential for this course. This class makes you get out of your comfort zone. If you can't handle stress then you won't be able to handle success.
Had 3 classes with him & all of them were GMS but GMS850, GMS690 & GMS723. If I had a choice, I would not have taken any classes with him. He's straight up RUDE! He puts students down when they answer wrong and responds with "use your brain thats why you have one". Well I only have one thing to say to him, "use your brain and treat others nicer"
No one could understand why Ryerson allowed Michael Manjuris to teach in ryerson. He did not have PHD. He also have Zero research publication.
This course was one of the best choices I made this summer. Although he tells you to buy the textbook, it is not at all needed for this course. His quizzes and tests require you to study but its all from his modules and there are no surprises. Even the project, put in some work and you can get a decent grade. Take him online!
I know most comments say that he is bad for many courses but for GMS723 online, he is by far the easiest prof I have ever had. Literally, study his modules thoroughy and nothing else, and you will do decent on his tests. Easiest course and prof ever.
His teaching material is extremely low quality. I think it is due with his education. No PHD and no research publication. Ryerson should let him go for the sake of students.
He had provided ZERO quality lecture in the past 27 years. Thousand and thousand students got NO VALUE lecture from an instructor who has NO QUALIFICATION NO PHD and no research publication. Ryerson is not a place for him.
The only positive about this instructor is responding email within a day but he failed to provide high quality lecture. His teaching materials is lower than college level. But he gave very demanding instructions that have NO academically value. Most likely because his Qualification. It is the time for him to Go...
Lectures do not have value, and what he teaches does not really relate to the course. He is unnecessarily rude and defends his rudeness by claiming "this is what is is like in the real world". In the today's world bullies are not tolerated. He is not helpful and for some reason thinks that talking about hockey scores is part of GMS850 material.
Too bad that the professor is our only option for GMS850. I asked simple questions that he refused to answer and made me feel like I am not allowed to ask questions. Is this not his job? Never had such a rude prof. I am in my last year, and this course has negatively impacted my opinion about whether Ryerson is a competent in hiring decisions.
I had this guy for my first year Management course in 1997. Twenty+ years later I can see nothing has changed. He's the same arrogant, useless professor. After graduating I looked upon his class with disdain, and I got a B+ in it too. Not a good example to first year students. You CAN be nice and successful in business. I'm proof of that! AVOID!
I believe he is one of the best professors at Ryerson because he does not tolerate BS from students. He will not let students use fluff in their reports or answers to pass the course. In order to be successful in the simulation and his class, you have to do the work, understand the material and put put it into practice.
This was the hardest class during my four years at Ryerson and this includes my previous degree. Don't be away unless it's life or death, don't get stuck with a group - pick them wisely! If you are struggling (and you will struggle), make appointments to talk to him. He's more lenient if you show genuine effort and care to try and meet with him.
In our first official group meeting, he verbally berated me in front of group members and said I was going to fail the course. However, only 1.2% of GMS850 students fail, and the course itself is not that hard. Don't let him intimidate you, even though he will try, just keep your head low and get through it.
Where do I even begin? Expect late nights, lots of arguments in your group, and on top of that - dealing with the professor. Pray that you're not scheduled for the first week because this is consistent and you will always present first with last-minute information. By far the most difficult class. I'm not religious but I defs need jesus.
He's a good prof &he wants you to well in the course. But, I personally believe this course is much harder than it's supposed to be. The amount of stress and work you have to put into this course is unbelievable. He's unorganized and puts the final presentation schedule 3 days before it's due leaving everyone to scramble. Choose your groups wisely.
I actually enjoyed this prof. If you do exactly what he wants (not more and not less) you will get a good grade. Make sure you have a good group because it requires a lot of teamwork and communication!
The simple fact is the course is tough the professor isn't. He gives it to you how it is, doesn't beat around the bush. That's how you want a professor to be.
A mandatory course for Ryerson GMS students, once you joined class late without a group, the professor ignores all emails and messages and will make sure you withdrawal from the course, he gives no-F about students, the Indian man here is a anti-caring mfker
You can't avoid this man for the course, sucks to be a ryerson student last year and run into this guy, R.I.P
Took GMS692 when I was on exchange in late 2019. He was the best prof I had whilst studying in Canada. He makes you work hard and engage in class and ensures you cant just breeze through the course which aids in preparing you for work after University. The people complaining are obviously lazy and couldn't be bothered to put in any extra effort.
Unfortunate that Ryerson allows a course to be taught in this manner. Students are essentially paying to only have 3 lectures at the beginning of the semester (which lack any actual content aside from instructions for your group project). He tries his absolute hardest to intimidate students and fluster them, gets snarky if you point out his mistakes
He is extremely RUDE, and does not help his students learn. He instead puts them down. He does not reply to emails, and when you answer something incorrectly in a meeting because of that he does not care. He is so focused on prepping you for the real world, but no one would take the abuse from a boss like you are forced to take from Manjuris.
Horrible prof - extremely disrespectful and demeaning. Would highly recommend avoiding if possible. Additionally, he will put you on the spot and embarrass you in front of your peers if you do not have the right answer for him. He makes the course a lot harder than it needs to be and does not teach the content that is on his tests. Awful professor
Provides unclear expectations for assignments and inappropriately puts students down for asking questions.... not a valuable learning experience
Extremely disrespectful and demeaning. Student should record his verbal comments on students and give to the media for justice.
Manjuris is not the complete worst but his lack of care towards his students is very visible. He does not provide much insight into the course and brushes it off as "critical thinking" when in reality this is a self-teaching course that you cannot escape. For anyone taking this class, write down every single thing he says in his lectures. Good luck
I received a good mark, but the professor does not. Don't miss any of the classes and write down everything he says. Answer questions by responding back how tactics tie to your strategy. The way he speaks to students is a bit ridiculous and as a working person not all board of directors are that demeaning. Keep your head up.
Avoid this man + his course.....
This professor is the most ridiculous person I have ever dealt with in my life. Whoever rated him highly is kidding themselves. He is verbally abusive and gets joy out of putting students down. Write down everything this prof says because you only see him for 3 classes and 3 classes only, and forget about emailing him questions. NO RESPONSE.
He likes to zone in and have intense conversations with students in the zoom lectures. He does not take idk as an answer. He will make his students feel like crap and will embarrass them. He only teaches 3 lectures then expects you and your group to do the stimulation all on your own for the rest of semester. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!
AVOID AT ALL COST! He will harass his students and make them feel embarrassed. Loves to give his students anxiety and adds extra pressure for no reason. Horrible person and even worse professor.
avoid if you can.
WORST PROF EVER. HE WILL TAUNT TO FIND HIS OWN PLEASURE, AND AND CALL IT "PART OF LEARNING STRATEGY". STAND UP FOR YOURSELF, DON'T ANSWER! YOU DON'T GET A MARK FOR ANSWERING QUESTIONS, YOU GET HUMILIATION IF YOU GET IT WRONG.
He is the worst professor, he is disrespectful and unprofessional to the students. The class it self is beneficial to our learning however the prof provides none. He uses his role playing as an excuse to behave the way he does. be aware he doesn't respond to messages and gives very little directions but expects very specific information.
Ya this prof is horrendous. He picks on students all class and is rude and unprofessional but says its just "because it's a role he has to play" to prepare you for real world. Too bad he's the chair of GMS so you can't do anything about him. Wish I could give him a 0/5, since even 1/5 is too high.
big yikes, have not enjoyed this course
Horrible teacher. All the comments saying he's preparing you for the real world are pointless. You can still do that and not be disrespectful or belittle students that are paying for an education at this institution. I know he has the industry knowledge, but he is unfit to be a teacher.
Anyone that believes he is "preparing you for the real world" never held a real job in their life. He hides behind the "I'm playing a role" excuse to humiliate students. Most people will end up with a B regardless how you do, good or bad. His favourites get A's. Just be to the point with him, study, and you will survive. He hates fluff. Goodluck.
Manjuris is hands down one of the worst professors I have had during my time at Ryerson. His class material is extremely irrelevant to class assignments and his attitude towards his students is appalling. If you email him, expect to be responded to with disrespect. He has been no help whatsoever and should not be teaching under any circumstances.
This was an easy course. But the exams are structured with unnecessary long sentences. Half of the question is unrelated to the material. This is an exam not a nail salon! Not interested in what sophie is doing. Just ask me the question and get it over with!
No words. He loves to pick on people to answer questions which is annoying but ok. Gms723 he gives you LESS THAN A MINUTE to answer questions on tests. Gives application questions on exams which take a while to read, comprehend, & answer. AND YOU HAVE 4 OF THOSE TESTS. plz avoid this prof for your own sake!!
Incredibly narcissistic man. Loves to hear himself talk and most of the test content isnt written anywhere, only available in his life anecdotes. Extremely rude towards students, he will openly disrespect you and your questions and say he doesnt have time for them. Acts surprised when no one participates in class like anyone would want to.
2 weeks into this course and Professor Manjuris is hands down the worst prof I've ever had at Ryerson. He is a narcissist and he's very rude. He gives you a minute or less to answer questions on the exam, and when he is faced with questions about it, he avoids them at all costs, because his end goal is to make us fail. I'd give him a 0 if I could.
Not sure how he has 2.7, hes knowledgeable with 4 tests which is nice as its spread out but tests are very difficult ! Thought I got a 80 only to see I failed the test. He tests on material that isnt even taught yet, picks on random people in class, doesnt answer or have patience to repeat a question or answer other students. 2nd hardest prof
I honestly wish I did not have to see his face or hear him speaking. He is one fo the worse professors I've ever had in my life. He does not actually teahc and his tests are basically things to only memorize and not learn at all. I really wanted to learn, but his lectures are confusing and he demands you answer his questions about wine.
I've never seen such a disrespectful professor before. He doesn't seem to care about students learning at all, he shouldn't be teaching anyone to begin with. No matter what, you will finish his class with no knowledge about the course you're supposed to be taking, but you will know a lot about Europe and European wine
Classes with Mike are challenging and interactive, and you will be required to take notes on everything we discuss during lecture time. You've got to be ready to WORK for his courses. The coursework is interesting and relevant to the current global economy, making it all the more interesting to participate in class, however, good luck!
I personally like profs like him, he is a very good lecturer and if you can keep up, you will learn a lot. You have to want the mark as well. a lot of times students expect the teacher to take on the heavy load. He will teach you what you need to know, but it is up to you if you're going to go the extra step to retain the info. Not easy, but fair.
He definitely tries to scare you very early on in the course, however, it's honestly not that difficult. As long as you attend class and take detailed notes you should be fine. Listen extremely carefully to what he says in class as they will be a part of your presentations.
I think the most intimidating thing about Manjuris is his teaching methods. I don't agree with them, but it is extremely important in the corporate world. Overall, he isn't as bad as people say he is. If he sees that you put in effort & are prepared for class, meetings, & contribute equally to the group project, you will achieve an A in his class
Look, Prf Manjuris is not the nicest prof you might meet, but he cares about your success in a very weird way. He is very harsh and doesnt like BS, but if you write down everything that he requires for GloBus, you will do great. This class requires a lot of group work, so be sure to be in the group with ppl you trust! Not as bad as expected, 8/10.
Manjuris is a pretty good prof nowhere near as bad as everyone makes him out to be. Make really good notes in class he is extremely straight forward with the information he expects you to know. I probably learned more in this class and his GMS 692 section than I did in any other GMS class.
well, there is no way of avoiding this guy so I guess you are going to have to endure that. The lecture itself is not heavy but he is going to ask a lot of questions that aren't usually covered in class and if you cannot answer that, EXPECT IT. He seems like a hard marker but most of us passed.
Would recommend against taking this course if possible
During meetings, he is extremely tough will berate you as part of the simulation of a corporate setting. He will take off marks if you use the wrong spelling. He's very harsh and expects you to take notes on every detail. Lecture slides have no info and course documents do not define the expected tasks. His lectures are dry and unremarkable.
Lectures have nothing to do with course material, yet small details from YouTube video links were extremely important. The final grade is completely based off 4 difficult tests. Goodluck.
Simulation is fun but Mike is example of a toxic work env. He doesn't care about your thought process; if it doesn't match his script, it's wrong. He says he's roleplaying but he's just disrespectful. Suck it up as he's the only prof for this class and as he said, all complaints will go to him since he's also the chair. Conflict of interest IMO.
He's super tough and is ambiguous about grading criteria. He will berate you for not knowing something that he should be teaching. But he is the head of GMS so you don't have a choice in this matter. At the very least we can warn others before they take this class.
Class is way too overhyped in regards to difficulty. A lot of work, but it is NOT hard at all! MUST talk to students who've previously taken the course to know the LITTLE and CRUCIAL details he expects on reports and in the meetings. You MUST know participation guide & lecture discussions for 20% quiz (This is the ONLY studying u do for course).
He does not have a PhD so he is not fitted to be a university professor.
He is the most "professional " business chair in Canadian University due to his academic qualifications. No PhD and no research publication.
Manjuris is the most unqualified university professor. He has NO PhD and No research publications. Ryerson U should ask him to go ASAP. No student wanted to be taught by unqualified professor. We should ask for tuition fee refund since Ryerson failed to provide a qualified professor to students.
Honestly I don't know why he has such a bad rating he's a great professor very reasonable. However be ready for the meetings they are very intense.
Extremely misjudged and underrated. Hes hands down one of the best profs at TMU. He wants nothing more than to actually help you succeed in life. Hes tough when we role play business scenarios but thats just a representation of what its like in the workforce. If you dont know whats going on in your program, you cant expect to succeed in anything
hes a friendly knowledgeable guy people just hate him because they want to be spoon-fed everything. hes extremely caring and understanding, you just have to make the effort in actually talking to him and showing up to class. you get what you put into it.
You get what you put into it. I learned more from this course than I did studying virtually for the last 2 years and having spent upwards of $20,000. He has extensive knowledge in all areas of business, so what if he doesn't have a PhD? You don't either. If you're lazy, untimely, irresponsible, or illiterate, don't take this course. You will fail.
I could go on and on about him, but he is the most arrogant prof in the whole uni. His accomplishments can back that, but he looks for flaws in his students to feel better about himself. Very knowledgeable guy, smart- but not a good professor. AVOID!!
The simulation is GLOBUS Notes: The DIFFERENCE between tactics and strategies What PAGE# your graphs are on What TYPE of tactics you're using and HOW it benefits your strategy (e.g. operational tactic to reduce cost) Get a COMPETENT group Hardest-Easiest=CEO> CFO> CMO> COO> CHRO Prof isn't the nicest but keep these in mind and you'll be fine
Manjuris is my favourite prof at TMU. This experience in this course is solely based on your group members. If you have a bunch of slacks then you'll have a hard time. The only prof who tries to make you think rather than copy & paste textbook answers. Once you figure out what he expects out of you the course will be a breeze.
Pay attention and take notes of everything he says, pull your weight in the simulation/project, and you'll do good in his class. Disregard the bad reviews, he's actually a good professor if you show that you put in effort in his class.
Mike is the best! He uses his real world experiences to teach rather than rely on a textbook! He also is great for advice outside of class and will give you knowledge on paths to your success after University, he is the best.
I walked into 850 scared for my life but honestly Mike has been the best professor during my entire undergrad. I learned a lot in this class. But be prepared to put in a lot of work in the simulation in order to do well. His midterm is very easy if you pay attention and take notes in class. Put in the effort, and you will do well.
Here is the review you need, everyone told me oh hardest class hes horrible hes this that. Well listen hes a tough teacher but hes earned my respect, listen in class dont miss a class go to the meetings get a solid group. Midterm is easy, take notes. Be on his good side and nail simulation. Work hard and you will do well
He is the worst prof at this school, I still don't understand how they let him run the GMS department! Avoid taking him at all costs!!
Prof Manjuris runs a tough class, but put in the effort and you'll do well. Attend every class, take detailed notes, and nail the simulation. Unstuckstudy AI is a great study tool to prepare.
So horrible
3 hours long lecture, vague criteria. All he does is telling you to ask your team and look at your notes.
Honestly I did like professor Manjuris but dude loves the bruins (eww) so i gotta give him a 1 star. Leafs in 4
Honestly one of the worst and hardest professors I've taken. He just likes to hear himself talk because when we had to do in-class presentations, he probably spent more time discussing the presentation than the presenters themselves. Treats students poorly and will call individual people out for seemingly not paying attention. Avoid if you can.
He is a confident guy, which I respect, but having him for two classes has made me realize hes a narcissist who doesn't care much about his students. We got minimal feedback on all our capstone work, which he makes out to be a big deal, but when its his turn to put in effort? Crickets. Not a good person, and honestly, not a good "professor" either.
Honestly not as bad as I anticipated coming from someone with a 2.5 CGPA. Go to EVERY CLASS and write down EVERYTHING he says. Remember what he asks during the initial corporate meeting (which isn't graded) because he will re-ask the same EXACT questions for the mid-semester meeting - which is the most important thing you should do well on.
Simple: go to lectures, take notes, and put in quality effort toward accomplishing what you're told to do. You do that, you're good. Not a professor for lazy students that believe it will be an average college course to coast through, bad reviews are upset they made that mistake.
I believe this course could be the biggest challenge throughout 4 years at school. As other people said, just remember all the questions from the initial meeting and Pay more attention to the second meeting. He will give u a diverse range of marks upon our contribution.
This man acts like he has no joy in life. He teaches like it's a military barracks. I've never rated a professor in my life, but I had to come on here and warn students. It's unfortunate that he's the only prof for GMS 850.
This is really great. What a great professor. Wow. I have never seen a professor who insults and disrespects students. How can a professor get respect from students?
Bird course? No. Workload? Yes. But ACTUALLY hard? NO. not a prof for ez marks, but if u put SOME effort, like pay attention in class + 3 hours a week outside class, ur good. AT LEAST 65%. Only criticism is he doesnt prepare u for midsem report. Only after feedback youll realize how ez it was. ask previous students how to prepare for midsem report
This is the hardest class I've ever taken, and I won't take his class again. It's really important to choose good group mates for this class, or you'll get low grades. midterm report group work The professor will meet with you and then ask you questions. I really don't want to take his class anymore.
To anyone who gives this man a bad review. Your the people who will go either life without a job or are devaluing my degree. Lock in and contribute, I know half yall mfs only in this program cause you couldn't lock in at highschool. This course is hard but you just need to rub 2 braincells together and just do the work and not leave stuff last min.
He is not that bad.
Honestly not as bad as everyone says he is. Only complaint is that he picks out students during lectures to answer questions, even if you don't have your hand raised. Just remember this course is all about the group, so have great group members and you should do fine. Other then that, he's not that bad.
I really like this prof. Yes it's a lot of work, but it's also a capstone class/4th year course. I learned a lot and it was interesting!! Get a good group, I can't emphasize this enough and meet EVERY week. Email him if you have questions/want to meet with him. He has office hours and he's always willing to help
I had this professor last year and I swear the people complaining about him have 47 chromosomes. I effortlessly got an A in gms850. If I can do it, you can do it if you have at least the slightest amount of competence.
Had this prof last year and everyone saying negative things about him is either trolling or lacks too much common sense to even deserve to get post secondary education.
Graduated a few years ago. Good easy marks tbh.
Don't listen to the negative reviews. They're all coming from the whiners who only know how to complain. He's harsh on the slackers for a good reason: he's preparing us for the real world.
Lock in, follow his instructions word for word, don't procrastinate, and you're all set. This class is just common sense.
Disregard all the negative reviews. He's truly the goat of the entirety of TMU.
I was afraid of going to class. But, I made it out just fine. He just wants us to put in our best effort.
Disregard the negative reviews. They're all coming from people who complain too much.
Coming from someone with a 2.0 cGPA, he's actually not too bad. Just put in some effort and you should be fine.
Not as bad as people like to say he is.
He yells and berates students sometimes, but it's fine. He's preparing us for the real world.
Amazing guy and an even more phenomenal professor.
Never met a more competent and inspirational educator than the man, the myth, the legend: Michael Manjuris.
Compared to the other professors, he does a phenomenal job preparing us for the real world.
He's too underrated to be true
If you don't like him, it means you're a slacker.
Common sense is really all you need in his class.
Professor Manjuris is strict and stern, but he prepared many other students for the real world quite well.
One of the most misunderstood professors. He's harsh on us because he wants to push us to do the best we can, not because he wants to berate us.
The negative reviews are defamatory towards him.
Slack off and you'll find no success in his class.
The fact that the people writing negative reviews of him were able to make it past high school is questionable.
He's not that bad.
He's alright as a prof.
He gets guilt tripped by students way too much.
Knowledgeable guy who wants to bring the best out of us. Phenomenal professor overall. The negative reviewers and people having negative feelings towards Manjuris are just mad they didn't do as well as they hoped to.
This man will rip you apart for showing up to class unprepared and he's the only professor teaching gms850 most years. So, either brace yourselves or don't slack off.
Honestly, way too many students mistaken intellectual rigor for getting berated.
Honestly kinda shocked he was rated below a 3 overall the first time I saw the reviews. Ignore the people saying bad things on him.
Do yourselves a favour and take him as a professor. He'll push you intellectually in the name of preparing you for the real world.
Some of you might not like me for saying this, but I kinda like him.
He gets way too much hate than he deserves.
The slackers need to get a life.
To the people to have negative feelings towards him: get to work and quit yapping.
I can't lie, he's pretty chill and motivational as long as you try your best in his class.
As an alumni, I gotta admit he's pretty strict, stern, and demanding. But at the end of the day, he's preparing us for the real world and I'm glad I had him as a professor.
Not as horrendous as some people like to say he is.
The people hating on him need to quit looking for excuses.
As long as you have a functioning brain, you should be fine.
Just don't be a doofus.
Most underrated professor known to humanity.
Easily one of Rye High's least appreciated professors and he doesn't deserve it.
If anyone calls Manjuris condescending again, I'm actually going to start tweaking.
The people giving him bad reviews are just mad they didn't get the mark they wanted and regret not working hard earlier.
Get a COMPETENT group and you're all set. I couldn't emphasize that more.
All of you are going to realize Michael Manjuris is an amazing professor the moment you stop whining. PERIOD.
Phenomenal professor who only has good intentions, even if he yells at the slackers.
Had an absolutely splendid time in his class.
If you're unwilling to put in the effort to get the mark you want, don't even bother giving him a review. He's sick and tired of the lack of quality of your work.
Easily one of the most exceptional professors in the history of all of academia. Put in some effort, submit quality work, and you'll be on his good side. Otherwise, get ready to get ripped apart, insulted, and berated in front of the entire class in the name of being prepared for the real world. TL;DR: Just don't be a doofus and you're good.
To the people saying negative things about Michael Manjuris: Are you serious?
Rather inspirational professor
The people who complain about Manjuris are the same people who didn't put effort into this course (you know who you are)
The only thing some people know how to complain.
This guy's the goat. Just disregard the negative reviews.
Such a chill guy
The people writing bad reviews are delusional.
Excellent prof. He's preparing us for the real world.
You know what they say: never blame a prof for your lack of intelligence.
He's preparing us for the real world.
The people writing negative reviews have nothing better to do than to complain.
By far the most inspirational prof
He's not that bad
Gets mad when students don't show up to class prepared. But honestly the most misunderstood prof
He's an alright prof
Good intentions but he can be excessively harsh
He's a confident guy who wants to prepare us for the real world but he can get extreme when he gets mad.
He's not that bad. Class can feel like getting conscripted to the military but passing is still doable.
He's amazing. Source: I'm a former student of his who got an A+ effortlessly.
Don't listen to the people hating on him and/or giving him negative reviews. They're just bored.
One of the few professors who actually prepare students for the real world.
Such a bird course and easy prof.
Negative reviewers were clearly smoking too much weed.
Hard course. But lock in and you're ok.
Requires a lot of time and effort. You should be fine if you do what he requires.
