I would recomend anyone to him. He really helps. His work is easy because his explanation is very clear. He will take the time out just to explain something that you do not understand. He tells you what to study for on the test the day before the test is given.

What this school needs are more professors like him! Very clear, keeps you informed of your grades, allows for extra credit, conducts thorough review for the tests ever tells you the questions. Makes psychology extremely interesting and a pleasure to be in the class.

Dr. Miranda is a great professor as far as teaching the material and making it understandable. However, his emotions are like ice and he speaks in a monotone that makes you want to blow your head off. There is really no action in his class and please don't take an extra absence. Yet to meet a psychology professor I didn't like, and Mr. Miranda is no exception. He gives you every opportunity in the world to excel, so if you find yourself failing; it's probably you. His test are multiple choice, and by no means difficult. And you're offered extra credit periodically through out the semester. Recipe for an A if you ask me.

He is strict with his syllabus however, very precise about his learning and his work. Nevertheless, he enjoys having a comfort time during class and also gives the opportunity for shy students to come out of their shell. I enjoyed having him for both class courses. I respect him as a teacher.

He isn't just an easy A, but is also an extremely interesting professor who cares a lot about his students and gives them every chance to ace the course and succeed in life. Tip: he says his "dazzle me" homeworks are optional and don't affect your grade but he actually ends up giving you extra credit on the final if you did them..... so do them.

One of the best professors in kingsborough. He made this class interesting and he was funny. Wasn't an easy class, but as long as you pay attention, take notes and read the textbook, it should be an easy A. I will never forget him.

Do the Dazzle Me Assignments (theyre extra credit on the final) I took him again for PSY 36, and I loved it. He drops lowest test grade and as long as you try he'll be there to help you!

Grading criteria was extremely clear from the first day of class. Definitely make every effort to get to class on time, reviews for previous class is done in the first 5mins. Points reviewed are indicators of questions on tests. Cumulative final; all topics for the 80 questions will be given on first day of class. Study a bit and pay attention A

It is absolutely impossible to fail this class, he makes it so that the grading is very clear, and gives you a ton of time to finish assignments. This guy was hilarious! He turned what I thought would be a snooze of a subject (Human Development) and turned it into an enjoyable, discussion based class. When I saw he was teaching Abnormal Psych at the same time as my Political Science class, you better believe I swapped! 10/10 would inconvenience my schedule to sit through one of his classes!!

You will definitely learn in his class. he doesn't count attendance as a percentage of your grade,but it is crucial that you attend class everyday in order to pass. He does a review of what will be on each exam the first 5 mins of class. he does give a fair amount of extra credit assignments although he'll tell you the first day that he doesn't.

Professor Micheal, is one of the best Professor in kbcc he gives students opportunity to get good grades. He gave 7 Dazzle me assignment and said it was optional. But a day to the final he said those people that did the dazzle me assignment will get extra credit.I took him this summer 2019 and i got A+.

I took professor Mirandas class during a summer course, which is more sped up than regular semesters. Everything he explains is thorough and understandable. He makes his classes interesting and is a great professor to take!
