I've never had a teacher in ANY class as good as Mr. Moore. His explanations are easy to understand. I never needed to take my book to class, he wrote everything we needed to know on the board. This guy is an awesome professor, he could explain quantum mechanics simply. It's a shame he doesn't teach any high level classes, I'd definitely take them. I took Calc 2, didn't do the optional homework, and basically took notes, and easily passed the class. You should attend every class and at least write down the notes if anything!

Mike Moore is a plus. Whenever he teaches a set of chapters he would give you a handout which shows the formulas needed to know but the best thing is that he allows you to take additional notes on them and let you use them on your tests but one thing is that your just not allowed to write examples on them. Historically, I've been a horrible math student and had to take Beginning and Intermediate Algebra before making it to this class. I can honestly say that he is the best match teacher I've ever encountered. Great teacher! If you don't understand something, ask and he can explain it in ten different ways if you need it. Hardly used the book but had to buy a computer program for the final test. For a great grade, do the optional practice homework. For good grade do the homework he gives to you.

As a visual learning student, I appreciated all the work he puts into the class by working problems out on the board. Homework was assigned, but no mandatory. Either you did and learned or not. Class grade was based on test scores.

Grades based on exams, with extra credit points given for homework (something it sounds like he normally does not do). He was a fair grader, gave partial credit. Professor Moore is amazing at teaching Precalculus! He is quick during his lectures, so be prepared to take notes but there isn't anything he won't go back and go into further detail if you need it. Mr. Moore is an INCREDIBLE math teacher. I wish I could take him for the rest of my math courses. Calc 2 is often dubbed the hardest class to take and he made it flow seamlessly. If you have the chance to take any teacher, this is the ONE. You will not regret it.

Professor Moore really makes the material easy to understand and digest. As someone who has to work extra hard to understand math, his class made math (almost) enjoyable. His ability to explain concepts in many different ways makes him a great professor for anything math related!

If you can select one of his classes then do it!! Best math teacher ever and explains everything understandably. He let us bring cupcakes for our final too. You don't have to do the home if you don't want to but it is extra credit.

Professor Moore is super funny and cool. He taught very simply and gave us ways to practice on our own. We did not have any required homework which was awesome. He did a review day every class before a test and the test was almost identical to the review sheet he gave us. Oh he also gave us multiple formula sheets to have with us during all tests!

PLEASE TAKE HIM! Prof. Moore is incredible and actually knows what he's doing. He is caring and takes time to answer any questions asked and clear any confusion. The only grades in the precalc course were 4 exams plus the final, so beware no homework grades to help boost your grade if you do bad on an exam. There was an extra credit assignment too

He is a great teacher but you have to speak up and ask questions in order to fully understand. Homework is heavy if you are in his essentials to precal class as well, but if you are not then your grade is strictly test grades. He is always available for help, but does not respond to emails in a timely manner.

Professor Moore is great. I only went to a couple lectures throughout the semester because I cannot learn math verbally, but he was always very, very kind to me despite that. However, I REALLY don't like math classes that don't have homework. No grade buffer and no forced practice. He did have a 25pt extra credit end of semester which helped a ton!

Prof Moore is amazing he is a great teacher. His lectures are really long but helpful. He is an easy grader and gives out study guides that are almost identical to the exams. His extra credit is 25 points.

Great teacher, but no extra credits are offered. He suggested a basic math class for me next season. I withdrew due to interpreter issues. Recommend this class if you're good at math. Pass. It's hard for me.

Professor Moore is amazing. I'm not good at maths but at the end of the semester I got an A. His lectures are easy to comprehend. I wish he enjoys his well-deserved retirement after being such an excellent professor for 35 years.

I loved Professor Moore, however, LumenOMH homework made things very very difficult to learn and get better at so you ought to prepare Khan Academy if you don't understand a concept. Trig is ass but he makes it bearable. MyLab Math is far far superior.

Professor Moore is engaging and explains concepts clearly, but the online components like Lumen OHM can be finicky. unstuck study was a lifesaver for preparing for tests. Attend class, ask questions, and you'll do well.

Michael is one of the best math teacher I have ever had. He has such an amazing, chill vibe and gets along with all his students. 10/10.
