Awsome teacher, great explanations. really knows his stuff. helped me pass.
He is a nice teacher though he tends to teach as everyone already knows how to do it. He does give partial credit for wrong answers as long as you show your work. I had mixed feeling about this class as I did well but many people including myself believed that he went too fast with explanations. No homework besides studying...
Terrible teacher--goes way too fast. Acts like you should already know the stuff. No personality whatsoever. Unless you already know how to do the work TAKE ANYONE ELSE!!
I really like him. I think he is very methodical in his explanations. If you do the exercise sets every week you shouldn't have a problem! He gives partial credit on tests if you show your work!
DRY-DRY-DRY. Looks old but is young.NO laughter/joking in class.VERY DRY,NO expression. Teaching style: has to do it and doesn't enjoy being there.Would rather be at home.No homework & doesn't care if your there or not But,tracks every minute UR late or leave early.Reports attendence and U Fail or are dropped. Class is silent.
i have never met a professor who lacks communication skills and shows no motivation. If you need a professor who demonstrates the proper techniques of quality mathematics then this is not who you are searching for.
I should've known better when I found out his name was MUGGE! Ugh! He is beyond boring to listen to, his voice is like Ben Stein's. ("Bueller? Bueller?") If you ask him to explain something differently, he literally repeats whatever he just said - no communication skills whatsoever. He requires no homework but this is not good, trust me!
If you need to learn or re-learn algebra then Mr Mugge is the teacher you want. He is methodical,answers questions clearly, and works from the text. He is there to teach,and if you pay attention you will learn and pass the course. I am very glad I had him as a teacher because my pre-algebra teacher is not able to get her point across.
Mr. Mugge is a great teacher. I have learned so much. Math was the subject I hated the most in high school and it's been 10 years since I've been in school. He makes everything understandable! I have learned so much.
I think this teacher is great!! Many helpful hints that other teachers do not teach. Board work was really easy to follow, step by step easy to understand. Mr. Mugge is exactly what a good math teacher should be!!
He is an excellent math teacher, but monotone.If you have difficulty passing this class then A: You're not paying attention in class. B: You didn't pay much attention in high school. C: Need to devote time to study or visit a tutor at the library. If you're asking 100 questions in the first 3 weeks, you should study the recommended 8 hours a week.

Very good Professor. He writes out all the questions out on the board to help you understand it better. If you do not understand something though make sure to stop him and ask questions. If you still are having problems do the homework and my math lab. It may seem like a lot but it will help.
IF you want to watch someone do math for 4 hours a week take this class. All he does is do math in front of you, if you ask a question he just does it again the same way with no further explanation. According to him this is the highest level of math he can teach and he ins't happy about it and it shows. IF you don't know math avoid this teacher.
So YES he is very dry and boring but if you're following his lectures and ask a question he will try to help you. Seems like he should be teaching a higher level class though - not the best at "dumbing things down"? He's eager to help when you come in before or after class for questions. EEEEASY to pass if you're studying and asking questions.
Mr.Mugges class was extremely informative and helpful with math preparation. He may seem a little excessive at first as he drills the equations into your head (If you do not take the time to practice then you will fail). I felt majorly accomplished succeeding in his class, and feel like he prepared me extremely well for my next math class.
He is AMAZING! He genuinely cares. If you want to learn and do good in this class, he is 100% on your side, he sat down and showed me tons of different ways to help me improve in the class (Kahn Academy, told me to look ahead in the book before coming to class) Now I'm feelinh if you study outside of class and do what he says, then you will pass!
Great teacher, truly wish he taught higher level math courses. His lectures are quite fast paced but it was an 8 week course. Only grades on tests which, personally I liked. He does give homework and I recommend DO IT. If you are a bad test taker or have test anxiety probably not the teacher for you but to me this is the best math class EVER.
It's just another jealous person trying to ruin someone.

My great grandfather had the disease—my grandmother's sister—my mother—and now me.
My grandmother has been through a hell of a life and my aunt when she did drugs. And it had put my family through a lot.
