This guy is HILARIOUS. You can go to this class and never use the book because his tests are usually based solely on his notes. You will do fine as long as you show up and take notes in his class, but he doesn't take attendance.

Professor Wiggins is one of the if not the best Business Law professors at Georgia Southern. Is his funny and interesting.

This is someone who genuinely wants to help you do well but wont just hand in to you either. just show up take notes & youre fine, the entire test comes from the notes, most all of the scenarios on the test are almost word for word the examples he gives in class. Really pumped about teaching and getting you to actually understand the material to take it into the business world. Tests questions are situational, so listen to the examples given in class. Office hours are flexible and he is willing to help you understand the material.

The professor is very funny and for the most part a good teacher. Sometimes the lectures are a little scattered or unclear. Nonetheless, he made the information as interesting as possible, gave good examples that related to the material, and knew his information very well. It was always very clear he cared about the students education.

He held an optional marathon, all-day review session before the final (9am-6 or so in the evening) and really cares that you grasp the material. Literally, the best teacher I've ever had. No textbook, just lecture but the tests are pretty much EXACTLY the examples he gives in class. I took the online class this summer. It was time consuming and hard. He did audio lectures which were helpful and interesting. He is a good teacher, you just have to work for the grade. The tests are long and make you think. Sometimes the choices don't match up to your notes. Even with open notes, I got a B. I would stil recommend this clas.

This can be a hard subject, this being said if you have to take this course make sure to take it with Wiggins! He adds good humor to what would otherwise be very dry legal lectures. Tests are moderately difficult but not impossible. 95% of test questions are theory not definitions. Take good notes to the audio lectures and its easily A-B.

In what would probably be a painfully boring class, Dr. Wiggins keeps it lively and is actually able to make his off topic stories relevant to the topic (most of the time). I took the class online, and he provided clear instruction and was consistent on his due dates for the homework/quizzes/tests each week.

I was never interested in Business Law until this class. It is a very tough class but f you listen to the audio lectures and go to class you will do great! He is very accessible outside of class! Half the class dropped this class after the first test, but i really suggest you stick with him. I took him for international accounting fye. He gives accounting tests thats he would give to students in his regular accounting class. Just save yourself the stress and take an easy fye that doesnt require tests. I got a B, and this is just an FYE class, I advise not taking him for fye but he is a good person and understanding.

I took him for FYE accounting. He's a super nice guy, and gives A LOT of extra credit. Accounting isn't something that I'm good at, so it was hard for me, but I felt like it was harder than it should have been for an FYE class.

Took him in intro to business and Business Law. He is one of the hardest teachers but at the same rate one of the funniest. His class and tests are tough but as long as you listen to his audio lectures and pay attention in class you will be able to pass. He has online quizzes every week to make up for the hard tests.

Gotta love him! Hilarious and easy. Going to class seems stupid bc there are no in-class assignments & all work is online BUT he does take attendance through TopHat which you have to buy. Class is him reading powerpoint slides from what you already read when doing the online work & telling funny stories from his experience. Midterm & final online

Best professor I have had at Southern. Attendance is not mandatory but he gives TONNNSSS of extra credit for the tests that are difficult and he is hilarious to listen to. No need to read the book. I listened to the autolectures which are pretty long but if you do you will do significantly better on the tests. Will DEFINITELY take him again!

Took him for FYE 1220 Accounting. Content is not hard. THERE IS NO HOMEWORK. He'll give you extra credit on random days just for showing up. Some days he'll give easy classwork at the end of class for extra credit. Tests can be difficult but with all the extra credit he gives you can easily still get an A+. Would definitely take again.

Y'all Wiggins is a trip. He is a fantastic teacher, nevertheless. He gives extra credit for showing up on low attendance days. His way of teaching law is wild. You will hear the most outrageous examples from him, but you will learn more than you thought you would. I can not say enough good things about him. He also has wild stories that he tells.

I regret not dropping, but at the same time he is a great professor. He is halarious, enthusiastic and caring, But his class is extremely hard. The amount of hours you have to put into studying for each each exam on average is around 48-72 hours, but he taught me a lot about the legal environment of business. He wants you to do well in the future.

Professor Wiggins if nothing else is very engaging. His demeanor keeps your eyes focused on him the entire class. His class while not difficult has a lot of coursework throughout the week. He is very kind and understanding and is willing to work with you through any issues you may have.

Wiggins class is very simple with two assignments per week. If you complete the assignments you will receive an A in the class. He does have 10 pop quizzes throughout the semester that count for a good portion of your grade so I suggest going to class. He is a chill guy who likes to tell a lot of stories in class. Wiggins is a great professor. I took him for Intro to Business and am now taking him for Legal Environment of business and he really knows his stuff. There are several pop quizzes throughout the year so you need to go to class. It is very easy to make an A in this class because of all the extra credit he gives.

Dr. Wiggins is amazing for BUSA 1105. He is a must take. If you go to class and do the homework on time, there is no way you shouldn't make an A. He has many funny stories, and is interesting to listen to.

I had Wiggins for Intro to Business. He gives extra credit like crazy, and he even gives it for showing up to class. Most assignments are on Connect and are due weekly. I had a 107 in the class (just from completing the work and extra credit) before the exam which allowed me to be exempt from the final. This class is an easy A if you do the work.

Definitely one of the best teachers I have EVER had in my entire life of being a student. Constantly cracking jokes in class and telling us funny life stories about himself. Gives loads of extra credit throughout the year and is extremely helpful when you have any problems. He calls himself a nagy old man with loads of kids but he is fr the GOAT!

If you have to take an Intro Business Class, make sure you take this one!!!! You will not regret it. This is by far the best professor ever, and one of the easiest too. Attendance is not mandatory but be aware he does have pop quizzes sometimes so you probably do want to attend class.

Absolute 10/10. If you got the chance to take a class with Big Mike, you take it. Dude is hilarious, goes on tangents, and basically tells you how to succeed in his class from the start. Take notes religiously and you should make a 91-88, which his PowerPoints will also help with, but his lectures are basically 95% of what he tests on.

Wiggins was an easy going, caring professor, he laid out the entire course from day 1 and told us how it was gonna go and how to get an A in his class. There's a quiz and smartbook a week, didn't take more than 1-1 1/2 hrs to complete for the week, very chill, funny, and great professor. He knows what he's talking about.

Attendance wasn't taken, but there were random pop quizzes 1-2 times per week. Also, I didn't even take the final because I had an A in the class.

It's important to show up to class because he does have 15 pop quizzes, but he drops 5 of them. The homework is stupid easy and he offers a lot of extra credit. As long as you do the work you will easily get an A. He's also a funny and interesting guy and his lectures are engaging. I recommend him if you are looking for an easy class.

Great professor who made the, sometimes dull, material much more interesting and engaging. There is a decent amount of homework but it is not usually difficult. Attendance wasn't necessarily required but there were pop quizzes often and the material is best understood through the lectures. He also gives out lots of extra credit opportunities.

He is an overall great professor, amazing lectures. He explains and warns you how the class will be. Be ready to comprehend because it isn't just a memory class. I recommend attending his office hours, it really helps. Also he gives extra credit assignments and tasks.

Overall I love Professor Wiggins, he was my Intro to Business teacher. He provided MANY extra credit opportunities! It is impossible to fail, if you failed you definitely didn't put in the effort. He does give pop quizzes which are extra credit opportunities, so you should show up to class they were mainly given on Fridays.

There is no manditory lecture, but he gives pop quizes and his tests are all from his lectures. His notes online are barely enough to get a C. His lectures are all over the place and yet he makes them enjoyable. If you are taking him for a class you're going to have fun.

Professor Wiggins is a good professor, he knows his stuff and knows the law well but he does make his exams extremely difficult for no reason. Most of the stuff on exams are from his word of mouth in class so it is important to go. Overall the exams are horrible but I liked him as a person.

Easiest class I've ever taken! NO late assignments whatsoever, but he sends out reminders/reminds us each class when assignments are due. Assignments are due Monday nights at 11:59 each week. Only exam is the final exam. Show up to class, he gives pop quizzes - 5 questions over what was just discussed in class, and he drops the lowest 3.

Professor Wiggins was an amazing professor! He was hilarious when talking about real-world examples and telling stories about himself and his life. He was caring, inspirational, and made learning about business law interesting! I would definitely take him again in a heartbeat!

I love him, he has an amazing personality, and his lessons are fun to listen to. His class is really easy as he constantly offers extra credit, and will totally help you if you have questions, and it's really easy to form a good relationship with him. I definitely recommend.

He is one of the best profs I've had at GS. Extremely hilarious/funny guy getting you engaged with the content. I would def take him again if i could. Lots of mcgraw hill. Exams are online not proctored, but they are pretty hard and confusing since each question is so specific with 100 words. Don't even try to use AI, you won't get more than a 70

Really a great professor and his lectures are the opposite of boring. IT IS A HARD CLASS. He takes that into account and grades appropriately. I got a high B in the class and my close friend got an A so it is definitely possible, but it will take a lot of work. If you show up to the lectures engaged and you take notes, you will do fine.

Mr. Wiggins is a very animated and passionate professor. His teaching style is very palatable because he doesn't use a smart board or powerpoint slides. He writes everything down on his white board, and literally acts out legal situations in front of the class. It's a hard subject in general, but Wiggins does a fantastic job at teaching it. 10/10

Absolutely amazing professor. Even though I failed like every single exam because they are extremely hard, I passed the class, nearly hitting a B. He made it extremely entertaining and probably my favorite professor I've ever had. exams were extremely difficult, but, final is online. Pop quizzes here and there too.

Very easy class! You don't really need to go to class unless there is a pop quiz or if you want extra credit for showing up. His lectures are engaging and helpful so I would still go to class some even though it is not mandatory. Only thing is that he absolutely does not take late work but everything is posted in plenty of time so it's not an issue
