Easy, Only 2 test a semester, but you turn in a summary every week. Others prof's give quiz's every week. Easy if you go to class and do you work. Gives you a lot of chances to correct the one major Lab Report.
Better have a good memory....does not teach,,,just reads notes
She is a easy teacher and she tries to help you out by giving you outline every week to help pull up your grade.
Sometimes nice. Class isn't that hard but she doesn't teach a thing! Do better with another teacher.

Tests are tricky, but she puts all of her notes on Blackboard. I studied her notes every night for one week before the test and I got an A in the class. STUDY! STUDY! She also curves the grades by not counting certain questions if the majority of the class got that answer wrong. Drops the lowest test grade.
I also had her for the lab. She is very sweet and though her notes are chaotic she is always willing to help. She covers a chapter every day and tests on lecture occur after every three chapter. She tells you what will be on the test at the end of each class and if you miss a class she will go over the entire chapter with you. Study the notes daily
Her tests are hard but fair. She is very sweet and humerous. Just do your work and you will be fine.
At the end of the semester, she takes into account if you never missed a lab and if you made an effort and got 10/10 on all of your weekly quizzes. The midterm and final aren't easy, but if you study, you will do fine. She is very understanding and is willing to help any student with anything they don't understand. Take her if you can!
I liked Ms. Broussard because she was understanding. On the other hand, she expects the best from her students, and her notes are not that easy to understand. I think she is pretty fair because I attended class everyday and got all c's on my tests, but I ended up getting a b in the class. U should take her if u want a good teacher.
Mr. Broussard, was a wonderful teacher. She was easy to understand and her online quizzes were extreamly easy, considering you could take them as many times as you wanted. But her course was very well strucked so i only had to take her quizzes no more than two times to get a 100%. I would recommend her to anyone.
I just took her online bio152 class and it was super easy. I never studied for the test and made C's but then she gave 62 bonus points in the end! Take her!! I ended up getting a B+
I thought Professor Broussard was really nice but her quizzes were a little bit confusing she didn't really explain herself well. But her notes is accessible through blackboard along with her quizzes which is cool.I think it should be your own opinion if you decide to want to take her class or not.
This lady is a horrible teacher. If it wasnt her monotone voice putting me to sleep it was her excrutiatingly dull experiments. There are only two tests and they both were rediculously difficult. Please, for the love of all that is decent, don't take this lady for any class.
BORINGG! SE 101 is a joke anyway but a 50 minute class?! all we did was take RIDICULOUSLY EASY 2 question quizzes before every class and go over vocab words. WASTE. OF. TIME. but if you happen to take this class the quiz questions come from the questions at the end of the chapters. EASY A!!
I took her online class. The tests were very difficult and very long. You had to read a lot for each test. She did put quizzes up though that were extremely easy, but only worth about 10-20 points. It helped though. She gave bonus point opportunities which saved my grade. Overall, she was all right.
Took her online, tests are long and detailed!
I took her 8 week online course. Her tests are multiple choice, but she doesn't word them clearly and makes a lot of mistakes. Her test questions come from the book, her notes, and the online pre test and post test for the textbook. Her last exam was worth 50 bonus pts. so that was cool. I didn't like her, but would take her again for the bonus.
Grades rediculously hard.
tests are 104 mult. choice questions, long and really haard. class avg. a D. don't take her take someone else, she's a nice person but her tests are CRAZY HARDDD!!!
Took her for Biology 151 Online. The tests weren't easy but they weren't super hard either. She gives bonus at the end of the semester. She met with me in the middle of the semester when I was having trouble. She was very helpful and answered all the emails I sent her. Got a B in the class!
The lab was pretty straight forward and test weren't hard as long as you went to the labs and studied before the test. Very nice and helpful!!!!
Absolutely horrible! I am a straight A student and could not get an A to save my life. 8 tests that have over 100 questions and there are typos and repeated questions through out. Be prepared to teach yourself if you are brave enough to take her.
I took her for online Bio 106 class and she is the teacher from hell. DO NOT TAKE HER. I am an A B student and am barely holding on to a D. I'm a senior and struggling with this freshmen class bc the test questions are made up by her. I had her give me credit for multiple ?'s bc they werent in the text or notes and she was like im sorry!worst ever!
Took her 100% online class. Tests were multiple choice, some questions were very difficult. 50 questions, in 90 minutes. Weekly quizzes worth 20 points, were difficult too. She was willing to answer questions online and offered suggestions for studying. This was a difficult online class. If you have trouble with Biology, do not the online class.
Online class. I don't know how she got a degree as poor as her grammatical skills are. She gives the notes and they are incomprehensible. Her test questions are full of grammar errors so you don't understand the question. On top of this she is very difficult. You absolutely have to forget her notes and teach yourself from the book to pass.
I am taking her online class. If you don't have a STRONG foundation in biology, do NOT take her. You pretty much have to memorize the entire book and the lectures she has on blackboard do not help at all. This is the hardest bio class I've ever taken and I have a few under my belt already from UNO. And this is supposed to be INTRO to BIO!!!
Didn't like her at all
Haha! This teacher is a joke. I took her for Biology 107 online, a class that was required for my major but not my major itself. The content of the questions on the exams are absolutely absurd. You can't depend on her notes, you must read between the lines of the textbook. DON'T TAKE HER IF YOU WANT TO SURVIVE!
I got an A in this lab. If you miss two labs, she'll drop you one letter grade, and everyone was surprised at how hard she graded the one lab report, because the midterm was long but easy. Highest grade on lab report was a C, so it hurt a lot of other students' grade. I still had a high A though. Will take her online lecture for GBIO153 next.
Very straight forward as to what is required. 2 absences is a 1 letter drop. Exams are straight from lectures
Very Nice. Lecturer more than a teacher. Tests mostly from lecture notes, which are not very well organized nor are they 100% clear. Tests had questions from chapters not yet covered and strangely worded questions that were confusing. E-mails for clarification on material were passive and unclear in response. Frustrating to work with.
Biology 153 no notes are given. Tests are very detailed! Tests are very difficult! Do not take unless biology is your thing!!
Tough, very tough. But pretty fair. I learned a lot in her lab and lecture, but I put in a whole lot of time and effort for a high B. Study, study, study!
I would NOT recommend her at all. Not only is she not helpful but she goes too fast with her lecture and does not explain anything. There aren't many opportunities to raise your grade if you do not do well on her exams. She expects too much from you with her Essay she assigns. If you want to be an English teacher lady, switch professions.
I took her for Bio lab and LOVED her! She explains everything and it is a very easy lab! I hope I get to take her again for my next lab class!
This course was a lot more difficult than I expected it to be. I took her online class, and it was largely textbook based. The tests are HARD, so you need to read the chapters and take notes. She posts all of the assignments at the beginning of the semester, so I was able to complete the class a month before finals.
She is so whiny and naggy. If it wasn't for my awesome lecture teacher i wouldnt have passed this class. There are no oppurtunties to bring your grade up. She grades lab reports rediculously and is not very fair on it.There are 2 test that are easy but you have to make A to get a good grade in class because you wil not do good on lab report trust me
Her exams are really very tough. Don't take it if you are not a pre-med or a biology major. Be aware other science majors. Even during quizzes, the answers are ambiguous and doesn't match up with the book. Think before you take her. GRADE at risk.
The tests were extremely long and confusing. Most of the questions were not found in the book or notes. There was no bonus given! Tests and quizzes were very hard I never made higher than a D on anything. If you can, do not take her!!
Quizzes, forums and exams were online. Class attendance was not mandatory. Only reads notes. Exams were very long and difficult. There were 5 exams, each covering 2 chapters, 100 questions/1:30 hours. No one was able to get an A in class. Final exam was bonus, 100 questions, 3 hours, but only half the points. I would not recommend taking her class.
This class was supposed to be for non-science majors, but she seemed to forget that. She went in to WAY more details than non-science majors needed to know. Her tests were pretty hard, but she gave a bonus quiz and the final exam was bonus. Still I ended up with a 'C' in the course. Probably could have done better if I really tried, but way to hard
Very hard exams and kinda easy quizzes. Doesn't give bonus points and doesn't teach, just reads notes. Exams are 100 questions long and only 1:30 to do it. Would not take her again and do not recommend her.
I found this teacher very hard. She taught this class like we were all science majors, which we aren't. In fact no one was and that is why we took GBIO 106. Tests and quizzes were given online. Tests were 100 questions and you had 90 min to complete. The questions were pretty hard. quizzes were just as hard but only 10 questions.
Not that I have ever been very interested in biology, but this class was extremely difficult for me. This teacher's version of teaching is simply reading the notes. Honestly there is no point in attending class, because you can read the notes on your own. She's very tough and not very willing to help you out with points. Would not recommend.
On of the worst teachers I have ever had the displeasure of working with. She is very unclear in her instructions, and her teaching method is almost non-existent. I would not recommend this class to my worst enemy. If you cannot teach yourself you will fail.
If you want an easy class this is not the class for you. She gives weekly online quizzes for easy points. Do these! Her midterm, lab report and final are extremely hard. The highest lab report was an 80. The entire class average was a 68%. Very informative teacher but does not grade easy.
This class was terrible. All she did was read notes and didn't really teach anything. I barely pulled off a "C"
Honestly bless your soul if you have to take this teacher, For class every day you print out chapter notes and bring them to class, and She reads them out loud word for word without explaining it teaching you nothing, Make sure you do the forums & get good grades on the quizes because if you don't have fun passing, Exams are extremely hard as well.
I can sit at home, read her notes, and not miss a thing from class. She expects students to follow along with the printed notes, like they already know the material. The wording on some of her test questions was very confusing (misspelled, improper grammar, etc.) Class average was in the 60s and said "great overall results." Wouldn't take again.
You have to fully understand the chapters. Lectures don't coincide with test; outline isn't helpful. TEST ARE EXTREMELY HARD. DON'T take her if your just fulfilling a science requirement. I'm also taking English and World Literature, and I loathe English, but I have B's. Therefore, it's not me. I had good participation, but my grade was an F.
Ms. Broussard is such a nice lady, it makes me feel bad for not liking her class. Unfortunately, the course is disorganized and the tests do not coincide with the study notes or textbook. One good thing is she gives lots of extra credit which will save your grade.
My first semester at SLU and taking this class was a traumatic experience. This is the meanest, most unhelpful teacher I ever had!! I begged for help because I am not a science major, but she just piled on the work. This class was NOT supposed to be for science majors but SHE DID NOT CARE!!!!!
Tests did not reflect coursework, the book, or her outlines. The outlines are all she does in class, word for word with little explanation. Constantly asks "am i going to fast" despite just slowly reading the outline you have sitting in front of you. Emailing her for help gets little response beyond terse short answers. Tests have poor grammar .
Super tough. You're given all of the notes ahead of time, but they are vague. I double checked an answer on a quiz that I had gotten wrong and my answer was actually correct and in the notes. I still received no credit for that answer. It just went downhill from there.
The tests were nearly impossible and she only reads the notes during the lecture
USE YOUR NOTES AND LOOK UP STUFF
Tests are more difficult than necessary and they are online. Gives 10 bonus quizzes and forums to help grades, but tests are main source. The class is boring and I struggled staying awake. Reads off ppts with few examples and all material is online. Willing to help if you come to class and ask for help/actually apple yourself.
Ok. Here's the deal. The class is only 550 points. And of that 500 come from exams 40 comes from forums and 10 from a syllabus quiz. There are 10 quizzes which allow up to 50 bonus points total in the class. The test are difficult BUT they have to be because they can be taken at home. This class is all about working for your grade. I liked it.
Literally offered no help whatsoever. She wouldn't reply to emails and when technical problems came up she would simply say "Not my concern, I'm not a technical support hotline."
This class is NOT an easy A, but you can get one, if you work for it. The class work is very simply organized, just make sure you read the chapter BEFORE she lectures on it. You will understand way more information this way and she is assuming you have already read it, so her notes will make more sense. Just make sure you study and you will do fine
She was very nice and gave bonus opportunities.. lectures are kind of long . take home online tests so i looked mostly everything up..
She gives the test online and the quizzes are extra credit, but she does not explain the material.
She's a nice person & means well, but let me just say this for my final i had the Dr. i work for attempt to get an A on this test (4.0 student). & she made an 80 after two weeks of having my notes to study. I made 60's on every test. Bio is my major
Reads notes. Thats it. Literally failing because its so bad.
Dr. Broussard is very nice. She lets you know what will be on midterm and final, although did not give much help on how to write lab reports or give feedback on why you received a certain grade. Weekly quizzes help grades a lot though. Class is always let out very early.
She is a very nice lady however she dont really teach. Her lectures are so boring, if you could even call it a lecture. she just re-reads the notes she print out for us . Does not explain anything and is very vague also she does not answer questions ! tests are all online and extremely hard. the only good thing is her quizzes are extra credit.
I loved this class. Long as you pay attention and do the experiments and write notes which she also posts, you will pass!
Her lectures are her just reading the notes she posts to moodle to us. She gives bonus quizzes with every test and 4 forums that are really easy, but the tests are insane. Almost nothing to do with the notes. Also you have to do math to know what your grade is.
Her lectures are long and just her reading the notes off of the board which she has posted to moodle. The quizzes are optional but do them because they're bonus and helped my grade a lot. The tests are very difficult. The final was on ch. 12-13 and I used my book for help yet half of the info I found in my book to help was in ch. 15-18.
I love her! She is so straight forward in her teaching. You'll never leave her class confused or frustrated. You have quizzes due every day of lab 30 mins BEFORE her class, and they're so easy. She also gives homework which is a little difficult but whatever. He labs are fun and she is very laid back and a fun professor. Easy A if you put in effort
Here online test are impossible, but if you do the quizzes and forums it helps your grade a lot. Gives extra credit paper at the end.
She is a good teacher I definitely recommend taking for Lab. There are quizzes every week due 30 BEFORE class starts. You can take them multiple times until you get a perfect score. Lectures are pretty straightforward and she helps you if you need it.
I took her online, but make sure to do the tests, discussions boards, and quizzes. The quizzes are bonus, and she has about 7 quizzes.
Only take this professor if its your last option. 90 students at the beginning of the semester and atleast half dropped. her tests and quizzes are IMPOSSIBLE to get an A on no matter how hard you study. do the quizzes and forums for extra credit it will save your grade!
Teaches really well! Quizzes are bonus & make sure to do the forums!! I would definitely recommend this professor and Im taking her again next semester!
She lectures the entire class time, however, she does post the notes that shes going over in moodle ahead of time so its very easy to follow along. She does give bonus quizzes before every test. The only downfall is that her tests are nothing like what she goes over in class. Her test are pretty challenging but overall shes a good professor.
Very sweet instructor, but test do not relate to what is being taught in class. All of the test are online , but this DOES NOT mean you can just look up answers. Quizzes are worked into the course as bonus. If you are not a wiz at biology or naturally good at science courses, i reccommend another professor.
Tells you to print out lecture notes and then doesnt teach you anything, literally just reads the notes word for word. And then gives you a test on stuff that isnt on the notes and she didnt go over Bc all she does is read the notes.
You can teach yourself the material better than she does. She reads the notes almost word for word. Thank God for the quizzes and forums, which are counted as bonus contributing a great amount to me having an A. Although her exams and quizzes are online, theyre recorded so you cant cheat, but you do have access to notes and book which helps.
You are going to have to teach yourself. She has notes online for you to print out but does't explain anything. Her exams are harder than any other exam I have taken. You are literally allowed to use the textbook and notes and more than half the class would still fail each exam. She's a nice lady but can't teach
Don't ever take this professor if you are looking for good grade. Too specific questions.
the only reason I'm passing this class is because she made assignments worth more points & let us retake the exams we failed, but this has never happened & will most likely never happen again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! tests are super hard & nearly impossible. I failed two and made a 70 before she changed the question material. about 20 people dropped
Professor Broussard is not the best teacher. She reads the notes straight off of the powerpoint that she puts on moodle. But, I finished with an A/B. (I haven't taken the final yet but its borderline, so it will be one or the other. Fingers crossed for an A) She is most definitely a hard teacher, but i still did well. If you try, you will be fine.
I took this class online, but it was easy if you read over the power-point and textbook.
BE AWARE!!! Tests are nothing like the notes! I barely passed with a B. Do Not take her at all cost.
Her quizzes and tests do not have any of the material she teaches about. Your able to use the notes on both and still come out with bad grades.
Her notes never line up with the exams that she gives, so the tests are an immediate fail unless you're a biology major.
If you don't like teaching yourself, this class is NOT for you. Prerecorded lectures are a waste of time & her notes do not line up with exams. She is a very nice lady & is trying to make her class easy but it's not working. But she is super organized! All quizzes are bonus & you can work ahead! Get past the minimal instruction and it's not too bad
the tests are much more in depth than the lectures, so i recommend you read the textbook. all tests are open note. do the forums because they'll help buffer your grade, and all the quizzes are bonus so do those too. she provides ample resources to help you pass, you just have to take advantage of it. she's fair and responds to emails quickly too
Ms. Brossuard is not heavy on attendance, but most of her slides and notes come straight from the textbooks we received. Also, she would have the notes already set up for you in moodle. If you need a failsafe for your grade this is the class. For each unit, she would give a quiz that was optional, if you did it, you would get bonus points.
She is definitely a great online class to take. She post everything ahead of time so you can work at your own pace. All the quizzes are bonus for your exams and it's not a crazy amount of work. Would recommend.
attendance isn't mandatory. lectures the whole class but all notes are on moodle and all test are online and you don't have to take them in class. would definitely take again :)
She's an amazing online class. She has all the material organized and posted for you at the beginning of the semester, lots of room for points. 5 exams, 4 forums, and quizzes with each chapter. they're all spaced out as well so you have plenty of time, even then, she reopens the exams after the date if you missed it only with a time penalty.
Take this class online! Shes great!
Do not take this professor's class. She does not go over most of the information on the exams or quizzes. The questions are multiple choice, but there will be multiple reasonable answers. Some of her questions' answers aren't found in her notes or the book. My GPA was 3.8 before taking this class. She's also very political despite saying she isn't.
I had this professor for GBIO 106 class for Term I and by far this is the HARDEST class I have ever taken. I am an "A" and "B". student and I got my first "D" in my entire life, so that should say something right there. Please do not take her. She is rude and really does not help students or really 'teach'.
Basically DO NOT TAKE HER!! Her tests are NOTHING like what she goes over in class and in the beginning of the semester she stated, " I set all of my students up for sucess" BUT about 90% of the class has C's or worse grades. She has forums and quizzes that can possibly save your grade from a failing one and bring it up to a C minimum. DO NOT TAKE!
Her class overall isn’t that bad, but her exams can be difficult, lots of information being thrown at you but she’s good about responding to emails
Dr. Broussard is very nice but a horrible teacher. She stand at her computer and reads directly from the screen, she does not engage in the class or try to make it interesting, very hard to stay engaged. She does post all of her material on moodle and her tests are open notes but the test are NOT similar to he notes. Be prepared to teach yourself.
Dr. Broussard is the worst professor I've ever taken. She stands at her computer and reads directly from the screen, it is very hard to pay attention and is very passive aggressive if you are not looking right at her AT ALL TIMES. Tests are on moodle, but none of the notes that she gives you are on the tests. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE.
Prof. Broussard is a great teacher! Just treat the class like a mature professional would and you'll do fine. Just make plentiful bookmarks in the book for exams. Course has a simple set up with a handful of quizzes and forums to do and EVERYTHING IS OPEN BOOK. I highly recommend her classes. I've taken her 151 class and am now in her 153 class.
Didn't fully understand much and had a heavy course load
Dr. Broussard is great! Very professional and asks for professionalism in return, that's all. This is college, not HS. Your grades are your responsibility. ALL QUIZ/EXAMS ARE OPEN BOOK so there is very little excuse for not doing well. Everything in her course is built for success and is crystal clear.
I received a good grade in this course because I went through the notes vigorously and printed them out for the open-book tests. DESPITE the insane amount of material for the class, I was able to get an A. Most difficult grade ever.
Her class is average for a bio lecture. She gives a bonus quiz or an exam every week, once a month she gives us a discussion forum, the forum is watching videos and answering questions about them, no responding to classmates so that is nice. Not too hard, but also not an easy class.
Dr. Michaelyn's class is fairly textbook heavy, something I was scared of coming into college. Her tests are about 40:60 notes:textbook. Although the class requires some reading from the textbook, you are given a bonus quiz for every exam (DO THEM!!), and every exam is open notes. Dr. Michaelyn is extremely informative and answered emails promptly.
I think that she was a nice professor but none of her tests were like the notes whatsoever. Even if you used the book, only a few questions were from the book on the test. Most of my friends in the class did not do good on the tests including me. I will say though, if it were not for the bonus quizzes & forums I would have failed so that is a plus.
Highly recommend this instructor. She has this class online and allows open notes and open book for her tests. The only thing that I disliked is that her tests were extremely hard and did not really match up with any resources that she gave to us to prepare for our tests. Getting a C was really difficult.
I honestly could not even describe to you the amount of stress this class gave me and I didn't find out I had her until last minute switch of the teaches. The test are all based on the textbook but good luck finding it in there. Seriously I aint hating she's a nice person, but DO NOT TAKE she can't seem to come down and teach on a freshmen level.
She allows open notes and open book for all the test and quizzes. Take advantage of this. There are quizzes, tests, and discussion boards. The discussion boards are videos and questions; super easy. You can work at your own pace as long as you meet the deadlines. Easy A.
You think this class will be a breeze because it is online and open notes WRONG the tests and exams are so difficult and her notes barely help. Everything is in the textbook and sometimes its not even in the textbook. The only reason I passed was because of the bonus points, discussions, and test makeups.
I wish I would have seen the reviews before I enrolled. To keep things short and sweet... Pick another professor. The tests are open book& open note but you will NOT find the answers within your notes. Even if you take your notes you still won't find the correct answers lol test questions and notes are nothing alike.
I was wary of her at first but she's literally perfect! She describes herself as a harsh teacher but in all fairness this is a college level course for a class in highschool... she provides video notes and is very clear with what she wants from you as a student. If you cant handle doing something by someone elses rules dont take her? its that easy
She is not very interesting and many things on the exam are not in her notes, PowerPoints, or the text book. She uses respondus lockdown browser as well.
Her exams are challenging. The best advice is not to take her.
one of the worst teachers i have had. she sits there and lectures the whole time and is very sarcastic and rude to the students. tests have nothing to do with our notes or the book and grade averages stand around 64… we see the point. do not take this class if you want a good grade
This was by far the most frustrating college course I have taken thus far. I think she is a great person overall but her test and quizzes are insane. Most things on the exam are not in the notes, book, or power point. She uses lockdown browser however the test are open note. The average for the exams and quizzes is 50/60% even with open note.
Her tests and quizzes are insane even though it's open notes, none of the stuff is on the test
Tests and quizzes are ridiculously hard even though they're open book, many of the questions from the chapters aren't even on the test. Even if you read and watch everything provided to you, getting an A on anything is nearly impossible. Quizzes count for bonus points which you will NEED to take if you want to have a chance of passing. Avoid.
Her attitude wasnt the best. Attendence isnt required tho. 5 exams, 4 dissucssions, each quiz is bonus. Her tests are nothing like her lectures, she lectures her own notes that she gives to us?? Best bet is reading powerpoints and reading the text book. She uses lockdown browser with camera for all quizzes and exams, they are all taken at home.
She does not set this class up for success. Most people fail her exams even though they are open book and note. Her exams are impossible to pass and by the end of the semester you are praying for at least a C. If you can help it, do not take her.
This was probably one of the hardest classes I had ever taken. Her tests and quizzes are nothing like her lectures. Be prepared to teach yourself and use outside resources to help you study. she does give bonus quizzes, discussions, and lets you retake the exam. I was able to go from an F to a B, but only because she rounded my 79.5 at the end.
Tons on in on PowerPoints and is a very hard class but not terrible you just have to study a lot
Professor Broussard's class is textbook-heavy, but the open-book exams and bonus quizzes make it manageable. Her lectures could be dull, but I found Unstuck AI helpful for supplementing my study prep. Overall, a fair class if you stay on top of the work.
If i could give a teacher a negative score i would give it to her. The absolute worst class i have ever taken. the test are actually insane and have nothing to do with the notes or even sometimes the texbook. this was the most stressful, horrible, horrific experience of my life. Take this class only if you are Einstein ;)
I was an online student for her class and it was awful. Just test and quizzes all on the lock down browser. The few quizzes that were for extra credits were only about 2 points each.
Test and quizzes does use lockdown browser. I managed to pass the class, but you have to use your notes and other resources. All her tests are open book.
Basically taught myself along with guidance from youtubers. Very notes heavy- lots to read. I spent more than required time to study for this class.
She's a nice person but a bad teacher. The tests/quizzes are very far removed from what the book/notes/canvas stuff goes through, and they're all open book and open notes, but honestly they don't help a massive amount no matter how much studying you do. Highest score ANYONE got on the final was 93. She also uses lockdown browser+webcam+mic :\
Do not take. Her tests were actually impossible. They are all open note open book but nothing was on it. Don't even try to study there's no point
DO NOT TAKE!!! Yes, she does let you use notes on the test. However, even after I printed her entire slideshow, textbook pages, and actually dedicated a lot of studying time I still failed almost every single exam.
I would avoid this class at all costs. Dr. Michaelyn is nice but her class felt hopeless. Her exams are open book and note but despite this and the extensive studying I did I never made over a low B. The majority of the class had to drop before the withdraw date. If you choose to take her be prepared to study hard.
You are going to need to read the textbook as if it were the Bible to pass this class. every test is open note/book yet the things she puts on her notes is only 50% of what ends up on the test (bombed my first test by using the notes she provided). Only reason she gets a two from me is because the test were online.
