EASIEST CLASS EVER

This was the easiest class I have ever taken. Mr. Hunter is the nicest and most classy gentleman I have ever meet. If you have to take speech do not take any other teacher except for Mr. Hunter!

I took Prof. Hunter 5 times while at Sierra. He is what every college professor should strive to be. Professional, courteous, and a passion for teaching. Easy classes, have fun with them! Try to learn, don't slack off, it'll be worth it.

Awesome teacher! His lectures are interesting and he presents them in a way that just captures you. As long as you show up and watch the movies you'll do fine on the take home midterm and final. He's also really nice and he really cares about his students.

Cant Ask For An Easier class. perfect class to balance your Chem,Bio or English class with. 1 midterm & Final. everyone slept or left class and found all the test answers online and in his movie packets. sometimes kinda moody but overall your average S.C. Teacher

My friend...although Drama 12 is not a class class, I must say Mr. Hunter is the bomb diggity! He's a nice guy, knows much, fun to watch.

Two exams with open notes. Just stay awake through class. Some of the movies are long and boring, but a few are genuine masterpieces that are a pleasure to see on the big screen.

Mr. Hunter is a great teacher. He is understanding, and easy to understand. The two, open note tests are practicle. Everything on the tests are in his lectures and mostly the notes you can use. Lectures are very interresting.

You are open to new ideas and even work them in with your own (just so it looks like you though of it first). I can't wait until fall for English 37. Quite honestly, one of the best teachers I ever had. Brilliant, charismatic, inspiring and genuinely attentive to his students and their individual needs. He's one of those teachers you want to visit 10 years down the line just to give him a hug!

Hunter is an awesome teacher> i took his summer class and it was a lot of fun. It's important to take notes when he is lecturing, but its not when watching the films. As long as you stay away you wont need notes on the films. I have 2 take on exams, and zero pop quizzes. Attendance isn't a must.

Hes a sweetheart!! I reccomend Hunter to everyone!!! Never in a bad mood, and sooo charasmatic! Hes very articulate, and make you feel that much smarter just being in his presence for a few months. I cannot say enough positive things about this man! Take him for speech 1a if you can. It would be worth it.

This guy is an awesome person. you can tell that he knows a lot, and will give you insight on pretty much whatever you want. he is willing to share knowledge with you, and is very easy to work with.

I had Hunter for Advanced Drama and History of Theater. He's a very funny guy; he always has a bit of a spacey above-your-head look. I didn't really learn much from the drama class, but to be fair it was because I had heard most of it before. Addentance is not an issue, which is nice, but the lectures can be so boring.

Very easy class and cool prof. You get notes on all the movies so if you miss them it's ok BUT the tests are easier if you've seen the movies. Plus the films are really good! Only a midterm and final, and extra credit. Pretty easy.

E.A.S.Y C.L.A.S.S. You don't even have to attend and you can get an A! Just collect all the paperwork during the first day of class and you are SET. The Final test is EASIER than the midterm. Just attend on the First Day, Midterm and Final and you will get an *A* for SURE.

His film class is the easiest class there is at Sierra. He lectures for a long time, but the good thing is that you never have to go to class. Your entire grade consists of 2 multiple choice tests which are open note. Skip the class, rent the films, and get an easy A.

Mr. Hunter is probably the coolest teacher on campus. He picks interesting films to watch and points out film techniques. Easy class, but also fun class. Good class to take when you have a hard schedule and need 3 easy units. He's just a super cool dude - wish all my teachers were like him.

Go HUNTER!!!!!!!!! this guy is really good, his lectures are really good because you can tell he loves what he does. The movies you watch are pretty cool, there are some stupid ones but not too bad. Just a midterm and a final and they are really easy open notes and text. A++++++++++ Would definaly recomend to take him for your fine arts requirement

This was a class I took for GE req's but really enjoyed it, he lectures and you need to take notes, but he lets you use your notes and study guide for the tests, (2 tests) If you watch the movies it really helps with the test, so attendance is vital. Easy class, really enjoyable, professor Hunter is very knowledgable and willing to give extra help.

This was my favorite class of my last semester. The movies were interesting, there were some boring ones but hey you must watch them all to do well on the two exams. Exam 1 first half and Exam 2 second half of semester. Attending is beneficial (he sometimes take role) because it helps increase your final grade. Open notes. Please take him! A+++

I wasn't interested in Drama until I took Prof. Hunter's class. He makes theatre come alive. It can be an easy A if you attend all classes and take good notes. Tests are take home and you work together and there's only two of them! Great guy, extremely helpful! Highly reccommended.

I can't stand these ppl. who glorify not going to his classes because they're easy. You watch movies. How hard is that? Just go. Mr. Hunter is very passionate about his subject and I found his lectures to be fascinating. Very professional but also very quirky, which makes it all the more fun. Highly recommend.

Mr Hunter is awesome. I took english 38 and i am taking english 37 next semester. You do have to go to watch the movies because all the tests are questions about the movies. If you watched them then you dont have to worry. I got an A

Great class, Great professor. Easy A and you learn a TON! Much more in-depth than I expected. You will learn about the entire history of film. Perfect class to get 3 units of art for those of us who aren't very artistic. I wish I could have Mr. Hunter for every class. He is very laid back and extremely knowledgeable.

Mr. Hunter is a great teacher! You stand up there for an hour and ahalf and souond half as passionate as he does. I loved his class and got totaly caught up in his passion. Take this class you will love it. Please don't leave early it makes him think that people don't care.

The lectures were really boring, but I learned a lot and we watched some really great films. I am definitly more open to watching more classic black and whites now.

Great Teacher. Lectures are kind of boring at times but very informative. He knows what he is talking about. Some of the films are great, even the silent films to my surprise. I would definitely recommend him for anyone. Just study for the exams even though they are open book,I decided not to for the mid term and got a C. But he is a great teacher.

I love movies so naturally I loved this class! He doesn't make you write reviews on the films that are watched, which is awesome. However, he does offer a journal of reviews as an extra credit option. I thought I wouldn't like the silent and black and white films, but they ended up being my favorite overall. Go to class and you'll get an A!

Mr. Hunter is a really great professor who knows what he's talking about. The class is sometimes boring because almost all of it is lecture. However, if your're interested in theatre you should really take this class, it's extremely easy and informative.

Prof. was great, he REALLY knows his stuff. He talks very loud and clear, very easy to understand. OVERALL, VERY EASY CLASS! I think I missed like 5 classes and still got an A. There's only like 2 assignments that are super easy, and 2 performances where he gives u a short dialogie/ monologue to memorize & perform.

I just took this class for GE. Some of the movies are extremely good while some of the movies are so atrocious that your eyes will bleed at the conclusion of them. However, there is no textbook and it is a very easy A, so as far as GE classes go, I was very happy and the teacher is extremely nice, helpful and clear on what he expects out of you.

I took both his drama 10a & 10b classes, GREAT TEACHER! if your just looking for creidts he's a great guy and very understanding, but also very supportive if you are interested in theatre.

Watch movies every class, then take a midterm and a final. EASY TESTS IF YOU WATCH THE MOVIES, DIFFICULT IF YOU MISS CLASS. Only two tests the entire semester so no room for error. Great teacher, knows his stuff, you will learn how to critically think about movies, great class!!!

This is the perfect class. Very easy, but very interesting at the same time! You don't usually get those two at the same time. Open notes for both tests, so there is NO WAY you can screw up. Also, he is truly committed to this subject, and is really an expert, so he knows what he's talking about. Loved this class.

GREAT TEACHER! great and easy class. all you do is watch the movies without taking notes. you can takes notes on his lectures, but i never did. he has to main exams whihc are both take-home and we studied in groups and got an easy A. and he lets you do easy extra credit! awesome, friendly, energetic, cool teacher and great class!!! i'd do it again!

Took english 38 with him and loved it. You show up to class, watch some interesting movies, and then take a test. The class really helped to expand my movie taste.

Loooove him! Awesome drama teacher. He is really knowledgeable about the whole business and he want you to succeed unlike a lot of teachers who try to take you out of being an actor. this class is harder than Eng 37 but its not that hard. he really wants to help the students do well. hes very nice but does sometimes make his lectures too long and boring but its worth it.

I took Professor Hunter for Drama 13, English 37 and 38. They were the easiest classes I took at Sierra. I highly recommend taking him. I have taken a lot of classes at Sierra and looking back these classes were actually great. He really triggered a deep interest and love of cinema in me, and I go to the theatre all the time. Wonderful professor.

wow! a great teacher. he really knows his sstuff. he is very into his work and makes this class a blast. passes roll around whenever, just a few tests, lots of movie watching. if you need an EAAASSSSY A for your GPA, this is the class!

Amazing professor that makes acting even for the first-timer easy. There is a midterm that consist of an A and B excercise that you must memorize the lines. For the Final you must memorize a monologe for the class play. Show up to class know your lines and you will get an A

This class is EASY!!! If you take the Tu-Thu class you will get take home exams. One midterm and a final with tons of extra credit if you need it. Perfect class to take concurrently with a hard science class or whatever. Professor Hunter is one of the best professors at Sierra.

I absolutely adore professor Hunters brilliance and his passion for the theater arts. I have taken Eng 37/38, Drama 10A/B, and now I am taking Drama 13. He is the kind of instructor willing to go above and beyond to see his students succeed. I cant even begin to tell you all the things he has done to help me. Take him you will NOT regret it!!!!!!!

Professor Hunter is just wonderful. I truly enjoyed his english 38 class as well. Both exams are take home. Hunter is very insightful and listening to his lectures can be quite thought-provoking! I also like that he doesn't "over-do it" or make the class harder than it should be ( like some professors do). MICHAEL HUNTER IS AWESOME!!! :)

Just watched movies, but I actually learned a lot. I can't watch a movie without thinking about what we learned. Prof Hunter is awesome. He knows so much, so his lectures (only a few) are really interesting. He is funny, and so nice. Easy class to pass. Both tests are take home, and he offers extra credit if you need it; but you probably won't!
