Michael is the best teacher I have ever had. He uses Blackboard and many Internet activities that make the class fun and interesting. I learned a lot in that class.

Michale is a very strict teacher, but this is the only way to really learn english.He uses a variety of tools to make his lectures up to date.I mentally enjoyed classes I took with him.I passed his class with B, but after that I could be proud that I got an A form COM103 and 101.thanks for everything!

I think that he is a very good teacher. If u study u will good. His classes are interesting and fun! U will neVER bored in his class. If he see u working, he will put u a very good grade. I think that his classes are very necessary to improve English skills because u need to work a lot during his class. Take him if u like challange :)

Fun class. We listened to American music, watched movie clips and did a lot of stuff with computers. It was fun. Students who don't try could not pass. Some students don't like that burt to me it is fair. He has a lot of good mood so that is good too.

Mr Renehan won a teaching award. He is really good but don't take him if you don't want to study. It is hard- but fun too. Register early or you won't get in his classes

Grammar class with Mr. Renehan is good if you want to learn. But you have to be on-time and he doesn't take late work. I can't understand the grammar from the book but he explains it so I can figure it out. I want him to teach the next level but he doesn't. His class is not boring. I like that! He met with me in office hours when I had problems.

Works hard in class and cares about the students. Lots of video clips and unexpected jokes make it fun. He REALLY can explain grammar. Wish he'd teach the next level but he stops at L2, why?

I had him the only semester he taught com101 and he was hands down one of the best teachers I ever had. Super nice guy and was very helpful. I wish I could take him again.. He is very understanding and gives us a heads up when papers are due and if we received a bad grade he gives you an opportunity to make it up. Best teacher take him!

Online was my favorite class at moraine. Teacher is vey good Because he give us a learning assistant. It is like two teachers. And if you have problem you can go to tutoring cuz they all know his class and will help. Don't take if you lazy. Face to face is more esay

I took grammar 3 over the summer, and you all know that grammar 3 is challenging, but if you study and pay attention you will do fine. Best advices, do and read the exercises in the book, review everyday, and watch Mr. Renehan's videos. His videos are very helpful. I still watch them until now even though I am done with grammar! :-)

I took all IEL level three courses with Mr. R. So if you are looking for a professor who will definitely prepare you for COM 101, you should take courses with Mr. R. He is very knowledgeable, and has the ability to change students to the best in everything. He is the best among all IEL professors! I am very grateful that I was taught by him.

I feel much better about writing now.

he gives you lots of work to do, and basically there're just easy to do. if you do them all, you should get an easy A. He's funny and easy going. He does listen to your suggestions and he's trying to make the classroom all work together. The best professor in MVCC

The online class was so easy. Just do your work and you will pass. After the tests you have to work with tutors to correct your paper so you do better next time. I like that the best about the class. Mr. Michael he always gave me extra time when I needed it.

I took the class with Mr. michael and I have to say it was my very favorite class. The readings were very interesting and the class was fun. I improved my writing a lot in this class. I did not expect that in reading class.

My reading is really good now because of this class. He is always there to help students and even has extra classes after for anyone who wants to learn.

He gives the homework everyday from Mon-Thurs in online class and requires you to read all his lecture. It's all in the book and easy to get the information. Only 3 or 4 writing test in testing center. Easy to get a grade A.
