Had this guy for my MTH 020 class, he's really an amazing teacher and will give you a good grade. I plan on taking him for MTH 230. He has a bit of an accent but he will really give you clarity and help you if needed. Best math professor I've had especially since it math get harder.

Professor Abdo is by far the best math professor I have taken in my college career. CSI is lucky to have him not only as faculty but as an alumni and as a tutor. Abdo is a great teacher and a great guy. He's young, handsome, funny, and just a cool guy all around. He gets a little upset when people ask ridiculous questions like why 6-4 isn't the same as 4-6, but as long as you can count to 10 and tie both shoes you shouldn't have a problem. I strongly recommend taking him... on a date.

The only math professor at CSI that teaches matlab. In this class we had to do projects on a math software called Matlab, he taught us that & always showed the calculus aspect better than my actual math professor Hands down, he's the best

Hes awesome. I did not get a A but only because i did not do the work. I passed but not as high as i wanted it to be. He really holds it down. I would sometimes email him a hw question and he email me back in 10 minutes. I loveee his accent, some people might be annoyed but not me. It was mesmerizing, kept my attention.

Professor Abdo is as patient as the students are that day. Not only does he try his best to put the math we need to understand in laymen's terms, but when asked he'll go back and explain again. Sometimes he will explain things that are from high school to help us. He tells us when he's available for help and where to go if we need more. Great guy.

Prof Abdo, likes to be called Michel. Had him both for 102 and 123, his teaching is very good, he is a hard worker, his jokes are really funny as well. Thinking about his jokes makes me laugh. He is very helpful and will instantly email you in 10 minutes or less, unlike other professors that will take 2 days. Take him, he is one of the best!

Took summer 2016. Fast paced math course. Michel will explain it to you but if you need to be held by the hand take it in the fall. He's fair, if you participate and do good on your exams you're good. If you have a question ask he can seem annoyed but he's not that's just him. 4 exams 1 take home & final. The first hour of the class he spend it explaining the labs then if you have any questions he is really willing to help you, not only for matlab but also for the regular calculus or any other math class.

Professor Abdo is the best professor you can ever have at CSI! He is such an amazing teacher and makes sure you know the content before moving on. He is also down to help answer questions after class if you still don't get it. If you ever see his name, make sure you take his class, you won't regret it. 100% the most caring professor ever.

Probably one of the best math professor in CSI, especially for Matlab since he is the only professor who gives a lecture on the labs you do. He is willing to help any struggling student with any math topics, inside and outside of the classroom. A real gem in the math department.

As long as you take notes, study them and the review sheets which is basically everything we do in class, youll do great on the exams. Ive learned so much. This professor really cares about each student he will go out of his way to help each one. Hes tries his best to make sure each student understands the material he is teaching before moving on. If you take his class you are lucky as long as you attend participate and listen he will teach you everything you need. Hes also super funny!

He's a good professor and he's well respected. I would advise not missing class because if you do then you'll be behind and have to make up a lot of hours in tutoring for the class. A lot of the work you do in his class is also on the test and he'll show you material on the test just using different numbers than what's on the test

Very involved in wanting to help his students pass. I have never had a teacher more dedicated to his job more than professor Abdo. He is also not a boring teacher and makes the class seem interesting. We even called him Mike.

If youre taking a math class I would highly recommend Professor Abdo. He is kind, caring and passionate about what he does. All you have to know is, do the work and be respectful. DO NOT write in your notebook when he is showing you how to do a problem. Show up on time and dont let him care more about your education than you do.

Michel Abdo is very helpful , he will give it his all so that you can understand everything clearly. He doesnt teach like any other teacher Ive ever had which is what makes the class feel like its flying by. You do have to put your part into it and study and do the homework like any other class. I would take him again if I could.

Professor Abdo is not a quintessential math teacher. He has a fun personality that makes the class more enjoyable and less intimidating . Statistics is a very challenging subject. Professor Abdo takes the time to explain topics thoroughly and addresses any questions or concerns you have. His grading rationale is very reasonable.

Professor Abdo teaches math like its easy and takes into consideration the fact that not everyone taking his class is a math major. He basically takes notes for you because of electronic teaching and emails everything to the whole class replies to emails really fast and solves the test problems 100 times before the test, literally. He's the best.

Professor Abdo is great he is hard of hearing sometimes but is very caring and wants to see all his students do well.
