got my A, didn't study much definitely gpa booster Recommended! at least 15 people out of approx 40 got an A

Her lectures go by fairly quickly and I never fell asleep (easy for me) She is straight forward with what she expects from you and lets you know how your doing. Tests are difficult, even when you study and take good notes. Heavy basis on participation

If you were placed with poor teammates, you would have a very difficult time getting points for a grade. It is easy to get a good grade on exams if you attend every class.

She's great. Her lectures aren't boring and she gives good examples. Partcipate, and go to her class , don't cut because that wil affect your grade. Her tests are OK, if you study.

Michele is an excellent instructor! She is very easy to follow and will keep even a 4 hour class interesting! I've taken a couple of her courses so far and look forward to having her as an instructor again in the future!

Very intersting, dynamic, with relevant examples and business cases

She is a great teacher and she use a lot of examples. The best one would be the game that she introduce in the class because it is challenge. I think her class is more in reality which is going to help us in the future career.

The best part of her class would be the Mikes' bikes game and it is so reality.Some people might think is too easy but think in deep it is more about the knowelege than anything else.Her lecuture is great, helpful and clear. Must try her class.

Michelle Fritz is a very good instructor. She's very interesting and tells interesting stories to make the class less boring, But in order to get an A you should study from the website that the book gives you AND do well on mikes bike. Also Participate!

Michele is a GREAT teacher. Very easy to follow and understand her lectures, mostly because she talks about things that relate to OUR world, not some case study that took place 20 years ago. Book was pricey, but worth it since the info in it is so current

This class was easy because it was an online course. During all exams (including the final), we were able to use our books. She's a very nice teacher that was very helpful in explaining the material. I would recommend this teacher.

Very hard class, should be 6 units was only 4........shes a good teacher, just a hard, "grad level" course. i heard shes tough in the simple classes too, and doesn't budge

She's a master from Harvard, v. knowledgable. She's nice and helpful! Good Participation + Home Assignments + Mikes Bike + 2 easy tests which i scored around 90%(the best 2 out of 3)= make me an A!!! But her classes are somehow q. boring, i read the book myself when preparing for the tests!

She is a good teacher, just make sure you participate in class and do your homework for the extra credit. Tests are a little hard, learn the vocab in the book and you should do ok. Take her class it's worth it. You will walk out of there knowing which field of bussiness you want to go

mkay... i earned grade a good grade in her class. one day i was bored in her class... so i counted her "Mkay" words and it turned out that she said that word about 50s times! overall she's ok good instructor!

Principles of Management was a great class. Michele is wonderful at explaining topics in ways anyone can understand. She also utilizes examples from her professional experience, which brings much value to the course. Classes are well organized and neat making class time enjoyable.

If you are truly interested in Business, Michele Fritz is an excellent instructor. She has a wealth & variety of business experience, is encouraging & respectful of all opinions. Harsh reviews of her sound like students who are young and inexperienced with the real business world, and some of the terrible managers who work there.

Wow, this teacher was easy. You can be lazy and still pass. Midterms aren't that easy, but she grades on a curve if the class isn't doing well. She throws out the lowest test score out of 2 midterms and 1 final, so if you do good on the 2 midterms than you don't have to take the final. Only 3 homeworks, and you need to participate!!

Awesome teacher, awesome class, really easy to get an A if you do what is asked of you. I highly recommend Fritz. She's great, and she'll help you with your resume too.

A Very easy class... but her lectures tend to be boring. There is some interaction because of the clicker, but other than that its very monotonous. The tests were easy, and she knows what she talks about very well. It was a fairly easy A.

Ms. Fritz knows her field. She teaches clear and gives easy tests. Be prepared for each class for she will quiz you each session. Classes could get boring at times. Best thing - test with lowest score get dropped. Therefore, if you are satisfied with the first two test you don't have to take the final! Take her class. If you study, you'll earn an A

Although I knew most of what I needed for this class from my I/O Psych class, and my 20 years working (about 5 of it in management), I can tell that her teaching style would appeal to me, if I were new to the subject. Friendly, informative, real-world relation of topics, and helpful. If you get less than a B in her class, you are a slacker.

Great teacher. Knows material, explains well, and understands her students' need. Exams were fair. Two midterms plus one final, and allowed to drop any one of those, even final. Highly recommended.

My major is Biochem and I took Bus10 only expand my knowledge but Mrs. Fritz actually made the class such an enjoyable ride. She knows her stuffs really well and she's really encouraging during class interaction always trying to make sure her students are not bored. She cares for her students and tends to people's needs really well. Great class!

She is very helpfull. She only gives 3 exam and if you do well on the first two exam, you don't have to take the final!!! But this class needs quite lot of work because each exam covering 6-7 chapters. Study well and you will get an easy A

She's a very helpful teacher, and willing to take time and answer questions. Her class was easy for me, 3 exams and the lowest gets dropped. there's also mike's bike (a stimulation business game)-pretty fun, and a presentation about it at the end of the qtr. the class can be boring at times, but it is b/c it was an 8:30 am class. other than that :)

Good teacher for a large sized class. Focus on the book and do the reading prior to class and you should do fine. As others have stated...do well on the mid-terms and you don't have to take the final. I didn't and ended up with an A+.

she is the most amazing teacher i have ever had. she has so much energy, and she is super considerate. she actually takes time to learn people's names. she has lots of stories to share with the class for examples. there's a lot of reading. you can get by without reading, but for an A you should read the chapters.

She's great at lecturing. She goes over concepts, vocab, examples, everything. She tries to make the class interesting. Occasional discussions. The simulation is a big part of the class also. She assigns reading almost every night but its honestly not necessary if you really pay attention in class.

Michele is a very kind and considerate teacher. She really cares about her students and offers her help in many ways. Tests are easy, make sure you use her review sheets she posts though. She will drop you if you do not show up, when she says 3 absences, she means 3.

This is an online class. Homework is due each week, as is a short quiz. The midterm and final are timed, online exams. The course material was excellent! The instructor was very quick to respond to questions, issues and grading homework. I highly recommend this class to anyone wanting to start a business, or looking for general business knowledge.

She is the most compassionate, hard-working professor I have ever seen in college...She sincerely cares about all the students in her class!

Before i took her class, i was not sure whether i wanted to major in business or not, however as soon as she started teaching the first week, i knew i had a new love for the subject. Great teacher! She is very helpful and her class is very interesting. Part of the class is running a business simulation in a group setting. The simulation is really fun if you take the time to learn it! I learned so much from the business simulation!

This was an online class (the first I had ever taken) and I thought it was amazing! There was surprisingly much more interaction between the students in the class and also with the professor. Although there was more homework than I was used to, the assignments were easy and fun. I learned a lot about myself in the class and loved the professor!

I preface that the facts only concern her ability to give lectures. Facts: (1) Be prepared to get an overdose of energy; lectures are always positive. (2) Lectures do not carry too much information; Prof. Fritz is mindful of her audience and changes content based on class dynamics. (3) Expect to do verbal participation (read before class).

She really knows her stuff and is clearly enthusiastic about it (which can either be energizing or annoying at 8am.) She makes the effort to find an affordable textbook ($35 hard copy or free online) The lectures are on the text but with her own explanation. She makes everything really easy to understand. She does NOT mess around about attendance.

class is super easy but boring. There r 3 tests including the final and you get to drop the lowest. The quizzes are done on catalyst and u get unlimited tries. She is so nice and cares about your grade. The Mikes Bikes simulation is awesome! Dont need the textbook to be successful and its a very easy A as long as u do the work

Her class is NOT hard to pass! Tests are okay, but with the study aides and the review sheet.. it shouldn't be hard to get a good grade. Plus Mike's Bike's isn't too challenging if you pay attention to lectures (All groups, except one, got A's on the game). She truely gets you interested in business and your future.

Fritz's class is incredibly easy; I didn't bother to use the book---her tests are straightforward, and even with just common sense you can ace this class! She's very experienced, knowledgeable, energetic, and helpful. Mike'sBikes, the homework quizzes, were all relatively easy.

She is very nice. Her assignment are very clear. She is very passion and willing to help students. Her class has a game simulation to do, but very fun. tests are ok, she will recommend online study aid, and some test questions are come from that.

GREAT professor. attendance is a big part of grade. fun simulation game. quizzes are online and can re-take till you get 100%. study the online quizzes and her study guide for her midterms and you will pass very easily. the study guide she posts in catalyst is KEY. almost all of the questions on test are on the study guide review. definitely recomm

Awesome class that's relevant to anyone who wants a leadership position in business. All the concepts covered were very useful and applicable.

I took Fritz for online management. She's very engaging in the subject, and is fast to constructively criticize where needed. She likes things done a certain way, but I loved that about her. VERY punctual in grading assignments & arranged coursework pragmatically, plus a wealth of knowledge in management. Recommended.

If you go to lecture daily, no need for book albeit a few questions. Weekly quizzes which can be answered easily and be retaken until the deadline, business simulation game is pretty fun but really useful for concepts as well. Fun lectures and has class interaction along with videos. Make sure you show up to class ! great teacher overall.

Professor Fritz is strict and straight forward. I took the class online and datelines were enforced, but we had the opportunity to improve our pots to get a better grade. She was very punctual grading the homework. Very good teacher.

Online course and very organized. She responds to your concerns right away and lets you improve your posts by explaining what is needed. Every week she has 2 assignments that are due and 3 exams. Easy A if you just do your work.

Took her online Leadership class. Chapter a week along with additional links to relevant videos & articles. Expect a weekly quiz along with either a discussion post or puzzle. Simple class. Focus on main concepts. I actually remember a lot of what I learned from this class. Everyday advice for building leadership skills.

I really enjoyed taking Michele's online class. I'm not a huge fan of distance learning, but her style of teaching was different. She was very clear and helpful on our assignments and I like how we were so interactive with each other through the forums. 3 exams and weekly assignments due every Wed. and Sunday night. Really good teacher overall :)

Great professor!! She has been amazing all quarter... If you want to learn a lot this is a class you must take, but don't expect to get a great grade!!! I would say that passing is easy but getting an A pretty complicated!! She just gave us the results for our final... the average grade in the class is a C...

She's super sweet and helpful! Loved her class. I only got a B because the tests were super hard :( they are like business situations. But if you study hard you can pass! I got an A on the first test then C's on the next 2 tests lol. She drops your lowest test grade! Online quizzes. those are easy!

Attend lectures and pay attention so you don't have to really read the text. Hated the simulation game, if stuck with people you don't get along with then your quarter sucks. Tests are straightforwardcommon sense, really recommend redoing catalyst hw until perfect bc it will save your grade in the end. Super energetic & talks all thru out lecture.

She gives such in depth explanations in all her lectures, if you do the assigned reading prior to class and show up everyday, because she does take attendance, you will get an A on every test or final. She drops the lowest test score of the 4 you take all quarter! Be prepared to have a group and meet with them the entire quarter, choose wisely.

Easy class, just pay attention to the notes and study before the test and you'll pass easy. She doesn't like sleepers or people who don't pay attention. She will put you on blast so stay awake or don't show up. Mikes bikes was easy, make sure you don't miss team meetings. She will drop you and you will receive a 0.

Michele is a fantastic professor, expienced and highly educated industry specialist, and kind person. You will learn a lot at her BUS56 Leadership class, but be ready for an intensive schedule and a lot of home work (reafing, quizes, video, forums participation). I'm very happy to take her class. I've learned a lot.

I'm happy to take a second online class with Michele (before I have taken Leadership class with her). She is a fantastic professor and experienced industry professional, so you will learn a lot with her. You will get an A if you do all homework in timely manner and participate in forums. If you are lazy and unmotivated -- DO NOT take her class!

Her tests are fairly easy, take notes and buy the online text for the study aids- make sure you go over the flashcards before the test(flashcards was the biggest help). She drops the lowest score so if you get a good grade no need for final. Pick group wisely- they can make or break your grade.

This class was hard, overwhelmed with homework and videos to watch and articles to read. Too much! for someone who works full time and takes other classes, this one was difficult to keep up with. It was just too much.

This class was insightful, the weekly forums challenge you in real-world management situations and she gives great feedback on every assignment. You need to read the book and study the review for each test, but they are not very difficult. It is clear she has a wealth of experience ans takes time to question your decisions in the discussions.

a really nice teacher indeed; loves what she's teaching! lectures are pretty easy to understand, she gives real-life examples to relate to and also lets us watch videos in almost every lecture. Easy A if you study.

Ms. Fritz made this class enjoyable. There was not a lot of homework and you can do the homework "quizzes" as many times as you would like. The one aspect of the class that requires more time is the mikes bikes simulation but that is an hour maybe two outside class. I had 20 units and was working that quarter and that class was completely managable

Hybrid class was very useful with the added business simulation game: "Mike's Bikes". This on-line game takes a couple of sessions to get the hang of but then it's a really good learning experience. Hints for the game: watch the on-line tutorials, read the introductory information and look at all the key reports and ask questions.

I took her online class and you can just feel her passion for teaching. Her materials are very organized and clear. She'll give you great feedback on your work and may even throw in a question or 2 to get you thinking more. If you do all your assignments, you will pass. Two thumbs up!

I loved this class. She gave very clear instructions for assignments and gave options to correct assignments for more credit. As long as you do the assignments you will do good in this class. She was always available to help if needed. I would definitely take this class again with her!

I took her online leadership class. The class was well planned. She sent reminders frequently about what needs to be done.

She was very responsive when emailed, and very positive and nice. Assignments and deadlines were very clear.

Positive and energetic. Fair amount of writing via online discussions. Choice of book for leadership is okayish. But passionate. Allows to resubmit assignments, late work accepted but penalized. Responsive. Occasionally may be particular with your answers but will allow you to rewrite. Class is passable--just takes time. Would take again, yes.

This was a very good class and the information will be very useful in my career as a business owner, manager and leader. The information presented was interesting and very helpful in understanding what is needed in being a leader in life and business. The teacher was very helpful, easy to access, understandable .

Took her late start summer course. Her class is SO EASY, esp. for a 6 week course. 2 tests once a week (EASY), 1 discussion/week (EASY), and she gives you feedback & a second chance to raise your grade to a perfect score. Plus the textbook she uses is only 30 dollars. YOU WILL NOT REGRET TAKING HER CLASS.

She's a great speaker when it comes to lectures. For me, I found quite useful to read an assigned chapter AFTER the lecture because the context of it is pretty similar, so you might get bored if you do otherwise.

This was my first online business class and it was super easy! Everything was laid out and made it simple to do hw. Her online class flew by quick and she also offers late submissions and redos. She's very kind and cares about business a lot! Would take her again! :)

Shes a great teacher, I think she just hated my guts personally. (I ask wayyy too many questions and try my best not to study out of class since I'm lazy). If you want an easy A read the textbook, I didn't so I got an A-. HUGE THING: YOU CAN DROP THE FINAL IF YOU DO WELL ON EVERYTHING ELSE.

I really liked this class, very easy. The professor makes it very easier tbh. There are weekly discussions, and quizzes. She allows you to revise your discussions/articles to get a full grade. It is an easy A.

Michele was a great teacher for my online Leadership class. She was very responsive when I emailed her and very caring.

Took her accelerated Intro To Business 6week course. 2-3 chapters per week, exam every 2 weeks covering about 6 chapters. Optional review sessions before the exam, otherwise no lectures. Weekly simulation, these were super helpful and good to learn material. Homework is straightforward, read the chapters! 100% would recommend, great communication!

Great professor, BUT uses Proctorio for online midterms. Lectures are derived from the Flatworld Textbook (which is pretty cheap), and the 3 tests are based on the flashcards. Do the reading and make sure to participate in class. Grading is mainly determined by three open-note midterms, 40 M/C questions each. You get three tries at the homework.

This class was very informative and helpful. The book was very useful and informative. The professor gave good feedback on your work and the discussions were great. Looking forward to taking another class from her!

She is very passionate about business, and also very informative. First in person class coming out of the pandemic, and she made it very easy to learn. Easy A if you read the textbook and use her flashcards.

enjoyed her classes a lot. 1 mid term 1 final. a total of 11 modules which had 1 homework and 1 simulation game each. her lectures were very good. mid term and final were both MCQ!

Michelle fritz was an amazing teacher. Her class was simple, as long as you listened to her amazing and well thought out lectures. Her homework assignment were very easy, with two assignments per week. Michelle definitely had a lot of tough love in her class, but it was obvious that she cared about her students a lot. I would def take class again!!

Great professor. She gives good feedback on discussion posts and allows room to improve your grade. The quizzes and tests are not hard if you read and take good notes on the book and any other readings/videos assigned. Do good on homework for more room for failure for the final. Complete everything with a good grade and you will be fine.

She is very kind and provides so many resources! She gives you a chance to re-submit work if there are improvements that she suggests. Take very good notes when reading articles and watching videos - there will be questions on the tests that reference small details that one might miss.

Great teacher. Gives positive comments on her assignments and when you did bad on assignments then she tells you what you need to work on. Her class is really educational, but if you want an easy A, this class is not for you. If you want to learn this she is your best bet!

Professor Fritz is a very knowledgable professor who uses her experience in industry to make it relevant and her time as a student at Harvard to be more understanding of student's needs. She gives pop quizzes inclass, that cannot be made up if your absent, so attendance is crucial to get an A. Homework is 50% of the grade with unlimited attempts.
