Wow, did I hit the jackpot or what! This teacher is really good at explaining things and nice to look at. Definitely makes me want to go to class when I don't have to stare at an old ugly dude all night. She has good ways of helping us remember the concepts, does a lot of examples. Oh and did I mention, she speaks English!!! Take her class!

I have been out of math for a long time and this professor makes it easy to understand. She is fair and the tests are aligned with the problems from notes. The homework is all online and due the day of the test. Topics start off real basic but it was cool learning tricks and refreshers that I can apply to when it got harder in chapter 2.

I have taken this class 2 times already and I finally get it! She does lots of examples and is thorough. She explains the concepts so that it is easy to understand and she posts notes so that we can stay caught up if we have to miss class. She is the best I have had so far for MA082, let alone any class. Take her, you won't regret it.

It's only the second week and I understand so much more than I have from any other math teacher, she actually explains why and not just the rules. My friend had her this summer and says if you can't pass with her, you need to go back to kindergarten or learn how to do homework.

Very helpful and clear in explaining the lessons. I am terrible with math but she teaches in such a way that i was able to understand and retain most of everything. If you have dificulty in math i suggest you get into her class. The only other thing i can say is thankyou Ms Mazzucco!

Professor Mazzuco is the best math teacher that I have EVER had! Her clarity while teaching and willingness to answer questions and take it slow made passing the class a breeze. All the comments below are true. She is the BEST! Organized and easy to understand. She makes math sound so easy. Her tests align perfectly with notes. Homework is on MyMathLab and is reasonable. She makes sure you "get it" not just how to do computations. The only negative, she is not full time, so she has no office hours, just email.

Mazzuco is awesome and younger, so she can relate to us! She actually cares and is clear about her expectations. You are actually tested on what is taught! She realizes math is hard for a lot of people and makes it so understandable and doesn't make us feel dumb. I wish she taught MAT 120!

If you can't pass this class, you aren't trying. She is awesome! She doesn't just show us a few examples, she actually explains why. For example I always wondered why you don't add the exponents when adding 4x + 3x = 7x. I thought it was 7x^2. I now understand because she took the time to prove it in an understandable way!

Prof Mazzucco is in a class all her own! This teacher puts and much thought and work into her class. Equally puts her time in. She explains the hows and whys. Plenty of instruction and examples. Her packets are very helpful. Her tests pretty straightforward. She is thorough. You should not struggle in her class. If so, just ask!

There is not one negative comment I have about this instructor. She is outstanding. She explains things very well and actually cares! I drove many more miles just to take this class with her and it was worth it! If you are a fast learner, she does lots of examples but you actually will get why you are doing what you are doing. I finally understand how to divide and multiply! It's only the second week and she is the best! I've taken this class before, but never had a teacher really care and go out of her way to explain it multiple ways. If you are a fast learner, you might not like this class because she really goes at a speed to help all students not just the brainiacs

Michele goes above and beyond. When I email her a question from homework, she will use her IPAD to record herself and send me a video explanation. She gives us a review for the tests and creates recordings of her explaining the top missed questions so that if we are stuck, we can click on a link and hear an explanation. LOVE her!

It's true. She does go above and beyond and posts videos. I can't think of anything she could do to make it any easier for us. She gives us all the tools we need to be successful and get it, we just have to be responsible and study. I am a Veteran student and have trouble with anxietymath. She makes us feel comfortable and explains things so well. Her pleasant personality made me feel comfortable and made me want to work even harder. She is always willing to stay after class or office hours to help. Because of her I am going to take MAT092 (harder) and not MAT 102 (easier).

Michelle is easy to talk to and really cares about her students and not only when dealing with math. Everything was fantastic, except I did not like MyMathLab tests and final, but she explained that's how it is for all MAT 082 classes at MCC, but make sure that you do your homework so you are prepared with how the questions are worded for test.

She is very helpful and if you don't understand something she explains it very well. She is a wonderful teacher and I would love to have her again.

I feel very lucky to have had Ms. M for MAT 082. Not only that, I have her again for MAT 092. I am finally understanding math crystal clear! When you do the homework or tests its easy, not because she puts easy questions for us, but because it feels easy because we actually UNDERSTAND it because she actually teaches! she has a 3 absent rule and she will drop you after 3. It wasnt so bad but I already knew the material and was weeks ahead on the noteshomework, with my notes completed on my sitting on my desk i was on my phone because i had nothing else to do and she angrily asked me why I come if im not going to do anything when she said she would drop after 3

I've always struggled with math but Michelle not only breaks it down so simply but she goes completely out of her way to make sure you succeed. I took MAT 150 this summer and it really made me appreciate Michelle because moving on to a teacher that does not put as much time and effort in their job, made me really miss this instructor. I felt very prepared for the next math class. Michelle does an excellent job at explaining the "why" and does plenty of examples so we feel comfortable.

Michelle was an amazing teacher. For each chapter she hands out note packets and all you do is follow along and fill in the blanks. The online homework isn't too bad. If you miss class she has videos on her website that goes over every section so it will be like you were in class. Tests are very similar to the notes. She cares about YOUR success.

Really helps you out with any questions you have. Also available walk in appointments at specific times and tries her best to make sure you understand the material like it's walking through a park. She even went out of her way to get me started with doing MAT 120 work even though the semester had just started and I easily got ahead in her class.

She is one of the best math teachers I've had. Her notes are really easy and helpful. If you don't understand something she will do her best to make sure you understand it. This class went at a reasonable pace and the homework assignments were easy.

I had a 69.1% in this class and she gave me a D! I took it again with another instructor because I was upset. The only reason I passed the second time is because I had Mazzuccos notes. The are really good notes if you pay attention and try. The next teacher was awful. I should have tried harder the first time.

Mrs. Fammartino online class was really easy to follow. Always there to help when you needed it, and the Midterm and final were in person, but the Midterm and final review were exactly like the final!
