Mrs. Reisch is very fair. Of course she has different versions so people can't cheat! If you listen in class and do the work and quizzes you basicly have the test. I would recommend her.

Hard class but good teacher. You have take home quizzes that help a lot with the tests.

Good teacher, explains everything in great detail. She goes a little fast for the course I admit. Accounting takes practice outside of class to pass. She provides multiple tools to use to practice such as courspacks, textbook, and practice problems from class

You guys are so lame. Michelle was a great teacher. Sure, she may have been fast, but if you are having trouble, you should have gone by to see her. Its not HER shortcoming that no one goes by during office hours. Very clear, helpful, & gives hw and quizes to help pad grade. Make sure you study.

Michelle is a wonderful instructor and an asset to ECU. Sure she may talk just a little fast but if you study and pay attention (you got to go to class) you will do fine. Highly recommended for those going into 2521 next semester.

Very good teacher. Easy class if you actually go to it and pay attention. Everyone that gave her a bad rating is either stupid, or just didn't go to class, or both. Very nice, helpful, and easy to get in contact with. Teaches very well with a lot of examples and info. I highly recommend her.

Mrs. Reisch was one of my favorite instructors this semester. She makes the material easy to understand and is willing to take the time to work with you. All those writing negative comments on here either didn't study and/or skipped class. Very nice and highly reccomended.

She is vary good teacher. If you go to class and pay attention you will do fine.

A Great teacher. Make no mistake ACCT is a hard course, but Mrs. Reisch is always willing to help and can help you understand the material if you ask when you dont' know things. She test on take-home hw and quizes which she goes over in class. Far more effective teaching Managerial than financial

She was a very good teacher. She moved quick, but gave you alot of chances to do good in her class. I got an A and did not make an A on any of her exams during the year.

She's a great prof. She breaks accounting down so that you can understand. I made a "B" on the frist test and I'm not great at math/accounting. She's willing to help if needed and the course pack gives you more than enough examples and practice to use.

mrs reish will try to explain everything to you as good as possible you have to work in the class no matter who you have... she gives you hw grade and take home quiz grades which help a lot!!!

The only thing I didn't like about her class is the fact that the problems on the tests were a lot harder than the notes and coursepack problems. Overall she's a good teacher.

Good teacher. Doing the homework ahead of time, along with the coursepack problems help a bunch! Knows how to explain accounting.

She is a very good teacher. Her notes and examples are extremly helpful. All of her quizzes are take home, those plus the hw helps out your grade! She goes a little fast, but she will go over things if you need her to!

Accounting is not easy stuff, but she makes it pretty clear what you do and don't need to remember. Sometimes moves quickly but lets you catch up. Daily homework and quizzes are given which help your grade if you need it. Index card can be used on final. I would take her again for any accounting class.

I didn't think I'd like this class, but I actually enjoyed it. Mrs. Reisch is a great teacher and helps you when you get stuck. I'd take her again if I had to!

She explains everthing to you. She gives you plenty of practice problems in the Course Packet (UBE). You are dont need the book as much as you need to go to class and go though the Packet.

She is great at explaining things. Attendance is not mandatory but it is tracked. She has a very clear style, take home quizzes, and an excellent course pack at ube. I loved her format: short review of last class, in depth new material, preview of next class. Always willing to help and makes it very practical and helpful!

i am taking this class online and it is kinda difficult...an assignment and quiz are due each week (no time limit on quizzes). group project. 1 notecard is allowed for the final. answers questions quickly!

Must work hard to achieve an A under this instructor. Instructor's handouts are great at explaining concepts. She responds quickly to e-mails. Very fair teacher. You have to earn your grade under her but can use a notecard on the final:)

Subject matter was not easy but this instructor seemed excited about teaching and was very helpful.

Awesome teacher! The class is tough, but definitely go to class b/c she makes it easier to understand. Her enthusiasm for the subject makes it easier to learn. I'd definitely take another class from her. Exams are tough, but you know exactly what's going to be on them, so just study quite a bit for them and you'll do well.

It is imperative to understand that she is a person of rigor. She establishes very high standards and rarely ever offers slack to her students. However, she defines her expectations well and her students, with study guides and the course pack, have no reason to not perform well with serious effort. She is awesome. Period.

Accounting is wicked hard in general, but she does try her hardest to help. I'll probably end up with a C in the class. She seemed to get less patient as the semester went on.

Took 2521 online during the summer. It was pretty much learn it on your own, but she did provide her own word doc with chapter info. All exams were proctored, but for quiz's she let you print them before taking so you should get A's on all quiz's. No Discussion Boards for grades. I would take her again for Accounting.

Great professor! Accounting is hard by nature, but she teaches the material in a way that makes it easy to remember. She makes a pattern out of it. If you have to take accounting, she is a good one to take it from.

The course was extremely difficult, but Professor Reisch was always willing to help and she tried to do anything possible to help us out. I will most likely end up with a C, but I enjoyed her class and felt that she was a good professor.

To start, I am awful at accounting. Prof Reisch makes it pretty easy to understand though. She goes through and makes a system out of it to make it easier to remember. If you don't understand or need extra examples ask in class or in her office and shes happy to help. She enjoys what she does. 4 tests, online HW and quizzes.

Accounting has always been tough for me but Reisch was a great professor. She's very helpful and gives lots of handouts in class to help students understand the material. Homework was tough, but it prepared you really well for tests.

I loved this class. After having a rough financial accounting course, it was refreshing to have a good accounting teacher. She explained things very clearly and I learned so much from this course. I would definitely take her again.

Financial Accouting was rough for me but managerial was a breeze. I did bad on the first exam but after that I got either a 100 or 95 on the rest of the exams. She is easy going for the most part and will help you if you ask her. Didn't put that much effort in and still got an A.

The semester started off a little shaky, but things start to improve after the first two exams. Some topics are presented in a way that is clearer than others. Practice is key to doing well! You have to put in the work necessary to get the grade you want.

This class wasn't as difficult as the other reviews say. Accounting is a subject that takes a lot of practice. I went to class every day even though there is not an attendance grade. If the class average is not very good, she will curve the tests. There is also extra credit at the end. Go to class, read, and practice. You'll be fine.

Weekly HW & quiz, 3 tests, final exam. She gives great notes, video lectures, tons of non-graded practice, and exam study guides. I received an A+ but I did everything she posted. Class is not hard at all but you have to practice Accounting. She is clear and sends weekly update emails. If you do bad then it's your own fault. Great online experience

This class was difficult for me after breezing through Financial Accounting. Weekly HW's and quizzes with 3 proctored tests and a proctored final. There are plenty of practice problems available as well as recorded lectures.

She's a good teacher , just make sure you show up for class . Not a lot of homework.

We had: 10 quizzes, 3 Proctored Tests, 1 Proctored Final, 10 Chapter HWS, and 9 LSM HWS. Overall easy class, it's laid out well and all assignments make the tests easier. Study and the exams are a piece of cake! Take Her!

This was a solid choice for ACCT 2521. Reisch provided video recordings and other material that accompany the book and is helpful. There are 3 tests, 1 Final, quizzes, one participation assignment, Learnsmart homework, and Connect homework. The homework is very simple. The quizzes and tests are not much more difficult if you read the book.

Gives you the tools you need to pass. Tests arent exact same as quizzes but same concept /format

Best online class I've had at ECU. Records lectures for difficult topics. Requires access code(text optional). The SmartBook assignments mean you can skip the reading. To master material, you should do the no-credit optional assignments. Not an easy subject, but gives extra credit opps. Great communication & provides the tools to succeed.

Professor Reisch is an amazing professor for ACCT 2521. She can be a little be fast at time but don't be afraid to ask questions. Cannot stress enough, pay attention in class and try on the homework and in class problems and you will be good to go. 10/10 Professor.
