I had already taken calc in high school so this class was mostly review, but he was a great teacher. Very enthusiastic, very fun, good sense of humor. His accent wasn't too hard to understand as long as you're paying attention. I would definitely recommend him.

An extremely lenient grader. If you pass in your quiz and he finds an error, he'll let you correct it. Wicked funny as well. His handwriting's a little sloppy, but he speaks English well. Does a lot of practice problems. Doesn't use the book at all (copies problems over for homework). Really liked his class.

Literally the greatest teacher I've ever had. Explains everything in depth with multiple examples, always keeps the class laughing. When you hand something in, if he finds an error, he'll point out what you did wrong and let you fix it - He even allows this on the final, overall great teacher.

Mr. Berezovski is the man. Very straightforward and honest person. He clearly puts effort into making his daily lectures helpful and entertaining. Assigns just enough homework (not much) to reinforce the content and pass the quizzes as well as ace the final. If you pay attention in class Mr. B. will tell you everything you need to know.

Prof. Berezovski will do anything to help his students! If you don't pick up on new material quickly, he is the professor you should take. He will allow you to retake anything you've got a low score on :-) He's super nice, funny, and is pretty fashionable! Great guy.

Professor B is the man, that's really all you need to know!

Prof. Berezovski boosts your interest in the class. He know how to maintain the class interested and make calculus entertaining and fun. He knows how to explain very well and makes the goals and objectives easy to understand. He is a great professor, probably one of the best I've had so far here in WPI. 100% recommended to any student.

He's a really good professor. He's not always very clear, but he really cares about the students and he'll help you if you ask for it.

He's a bomb teacher. His class is tough but he is more than willing and urges you to sit down with him and ask questions. He is sometimes difficult to understand due to his bomb accent but will clearify himself you just need to ask.

He is my favorite teacher. He does his best to make sure everyone is interested in the subject and is always willing to help. If you can take a class with him you definitely should.

The class quizzes are very easy and you can receive an A if you pay attention. The only thing that really lowers grades is the final. Be sure to do all of the practice exams, and go to him if you need any help. Out of all the professors for Calculus he is definitely the one that is the best teacher. He is engaging and loves to teach.

I have had Prof Berezovski for both A and B term, for both MA 1021 and 2022. He honestly wants his students to understand the material and is incredibly helpful in and outside of class. He has numerous office hours and is willing to meet at other times if necessary. He is one of my favorite math teachers to date.

Professor Berezovski is unique, such a helpful and warm professor, truly helps you excel in mathematics. I think he used to be a researcher, so he knows each step in learning the material extremely well. My favorite professor at WPI!

I took Calculus 1, 2, and 4 with Professor Berezovski. He is a great professor who is very interested in seeing his students succeed. His classes make you interested in the material, and he is always willing to help outside of class. He is a very committed professor, is always upbeat during classes, and one of the best teachers I had freshmen year.

Prof B is EXTREMELY helpful and willing to answer any questions outside of his regular office hours. Tests are not always the easiest, but they will prepare you for the final. Very helpful during the tests & allows one page for any formulas you have not memorized, etc. DEFINITELY recommend him for any level of calculus-STRIVES for YOU to get an A!!

Clearly the best and most competent calculus professor at WPI. He cares about student learning more than grades so he is an "easy grader" that way, but you will come out of his class knowing the material very well. He is always happy to help students and offers extra credit. A+

Best math professor I've had by far. For my class, you could have notes for the quizzes, and when you finished he would check your work over and if you had something wrong you could correct it before passing it in. He personally helps you understand the material if you have trouble. 10/10 would take class again (except not really, its still calc..)

Although Calculus 3 tends to be a collection of the miscellaneous (and some difficult) topics of our textbook, Professor Berezovski made completing Calculus 3 manageable. He is an excellent professor, who is dedicated to his students having a strong grasp of the subject. It was a pleasure being his student.

Too bad he doesn't teach Calculus IV this year. Having been stick with him through 3 Calculus sequences, I can guarantee you won't regret taking his class.

I managed to get in this class even though even the waitlist was filled 2 minutes into registration- a testament to Professor B's talent. He has so far been one of the only professors I've had who I truly believe has wanted his students to succeed. What I enjoyed most was his eccentric, no-nonsense teaching style.

Every lecture was posted online if you missed writing something down in your notes during class, and all topics were covered thoroughly. He always made sure we had a chance to ask questions if we had any, and was really good about giving us answers we could understand. Also, this professor is literally the coolest cat in town. I just finished Calc 1 with Professor Berezovski and now I regret not getting into his class for Calc 2. His lectures were always clear, focused, and included a good amount of humor. Professor B focuses on what you need to know and does not bog you down with unnecessary amounts of homework. Overall, a great teacher and a great dresser as well.

He really knows his subject; if you're taking a test, he just needs to flip through your paper for (no exaggeration) 5 seconds before telling you that you got everything right. If you make any mistakes, he tells you right there and you get to fix them. Can't wait to have him again B Term!

I had taken calculus before this and I was a little lost in some topics, but when he explained them, they became crystal clear. His notes were easy to follow although he can move quickly through them. Overall, I think that he is a fantastic professor and I look forward to having him again this term.

The class is an easy A. He checks your quiz before you hand it in and you get a second chance on problems that you get wrong the first time. Very nice and helpful.

Prof B. is really the most perfect math teacher you can ever have, he is always willing to help his students with their problems, He is every time perfectly prepared for the classes, and he really teaches you how to become a math wizard. He teaches you the most necessary things that will help you solve any problems.

Great professor. Super clear and helpful. When he saw that one dumb mistake was going to cost me a lot on a quiz, he gave me full credit on the quiz and told me to come to office hours to fix my mistake.

If I had any other class at 8:00AM I would probably not have gone to as many classes as I did. This class was a good pick me up in the morning and especially the days where I had a 3 hour lab a few hours prior. I would take this class again and I regret not signing up for it in B-term.

Great Prof! Teaches material well and is very clear on what is necessary for exams. Very approachable and extremely helpful.

Professor B is awesome. His grading criteria is very clear, his quizzes are reasonable, and his lectures are fun (at least as fun as MA1021 can be). He goes over the types of problems that will be on the quiz, so if you pay attention in class you shouldn't have trouble. All homework was done once a week through Pearson's MyMathLab.

He wants his students to succeed and motivates his class, even when it's calculus.

Berezovski is the best professor I have ever had. Period. I'm sad that he is no longer teaching at WPI, I would have chosen him for C and D term in a heartbeat. He was funny, a clear teacher, and get the class interesting. He will help you if you're stuck on a problem during a quiz, and he wants you to get an A. He's also got the best style. :P

He checks your quizzes while you're still taking them. He points out your silly mistakes so you only lose points if you actually have no idea what you're doing.

He's a great teacher that really cares about how you do and is willing to help. There was a large chance for extra credit if you wanted it, but each point took a while to do. His lecture moves very fast and he doesn't go through problems with you, but shows an example of him doing a problem so it's a good idea to study if that's not enough for you.

His class is pretty much interesting 'cause he blends a mixture of different mediums of teaching; for example, animations, videos, slideshows, real-time problem solving. He even helps us DURING the quizzes which leads to better scores. He wears classy outfits too (if this factor counts)

Dude's AWESOME.

All around great professor; had him for Calc 2 at ERAU. Very clear, thorough, and encourages students to ask questions. He went over quiz problems in the lecture preceding the quiz, which was super helpful. Sometimes his accent makes it difficult to understand some words, but more often than not it helped me remember the material better.

Professor B is AWESOME Overall he is always willing to help. He will stop during class and explain something that you don't understand if you ask him too, he is always easy to approach after class even if you take a lot of time. He's easy to approach during office hours. His grading is a bit odd. About 15 quizes and a final. He will help u on quizs

He is absolutely wonderful. Helps during quizzes which are reasonable. Gives clear explanations during lectures while also being entertaining. For the final exam he gives previous exam problems for practice which help prepare you for what you will be tested on.
