Took Mr. Lee's cluster for Communication and he was awesome. Explained everything where you understood. He was always there to help with every project. Wish he was teaching more clusters.

He has been an amazing teacher! I would take all of my classes with him if I could. I really encourage everyone to take this cluster or classes with him!

My favorite teacher so far as a college freshman, would definitely take another class. As an online student I miss out on the human interaction part of school but Mr. Lee sort-of bridges that gap by making videos about class that week. Its very helpful to have examples to go back and review.

At 43 years old this was my first college class ever. Mike Lee made it easy and gave my a lot of confidence to continue on this late in life.

The professor has you write several papers but he makes it mandatory for you and your peers to give feedback. The explains exactly what you are to he graded on and offers guides for each paper. There are few to no tests and attendance is not mandatory as long as everything is done by Sunday

It was a good class with a variety of different assignments.

Mr. Lee is an amazing teacher whom makes sure if you have any questions, you can contact him in some form, whether through text or email. His lectures are clear and easy to understand, breaking down things into outlines, including how he would like essays to be organized.

For me, this class was pretty easy to complete. We had 4 writing projects to complete the 15-week online course. The online class worked easily with my busy schedule. Only issue I had was that I couldn't email him cause his email address won't work but his instruction was easy to follow so I had few questions.

This class has brought me so much stress due to my everyday life schedule. When i wasn't doing so well fin the class, my instructor help me out in many ways and i cant thank him enough. He made the class very enthusiastic.

Online class, pretty self-explanatory. Very doable ! Dr. Lee really doesn't ask for much. Compared to other classes I am sure this one is cake. His fun personality makes it easy to be yourself in your writing, probably what I like most in this course.

Prof. Lee is one of the better Collage English teachers that I have had, I was a few credits short, so I needed to take a class. English WAS one of my week areas but now I feel much more confident in my writing skill.

I enjoyed his class. I took his inline class so the video lectures were new to me with the select few classes I have taken online. Those helped out a lot and made me feel like I was in class. He always got back with me right away if I needed anything reference to the class. He was clear in his material and I did not have any problems following.

There were a lot of assignments, which was especially overwhelming for a student taking another cluster along with the elective.

We are college students and this is class, but for his online class he gives great lectures to help you understand what you will need to do each week, which is very helpful. There is quite a bit of reading and writing to do, but it's rather simple, and the books are very motivating. He gives great feedback, great professor!

A suggestion for future psychology in leadership online classes: Focus more on a final exam and less on the final few weeks writing the final essay.

Mr. Mike is a great teacher! As long as you do your work by the due date you will be fine. His lectures are pretty awesome he even gives demonstrations on what you may not understand. This is in class or online I have had him for both! Would recommend.

He is a great teacher and I really learned a lot from him!

This class was easy to follow. Sometimes I had trouble following all of the links but when able I learned a lot from the links and it was very helpful to do the homework. I didn't like that we had to watch videos a lot then do our homework off of them plus readings. But the homework was easy.

I am glad the homework was not too overwhelming and difficult to understand.

I enjoyed this class and thought the lectures were really interesting and even entertaining. The only thing I would change is the third book Emotional Intelligence wasn't used as much and maybe should be scrapped all together.

Overall this was a very good class. There were three books that we read throughout class, all of them very informative. You could probably get by without actually reading the entire books, but there were all interesting and helpful reads. Homework isn't too bad. Just do the work and you'll be fine. All in all I would recommend this class.

He leads you step by step to his expectations. Lots of writing but you choose the topic.

Very professional class. The textbooks were very informative if you are interested in Leadership. The professor was very clear in the type of answers he wanted. He even specified how many words. Only thing that I would like to see more of is maybe more examples of leaders in the past. I think that we did one assignment that touched on this .

Professor Lee's online Psychology of Leadership class was one of the most interesting classes that I've taken in undergrad. His weekly video updates are an added benefit to give the students a brief summary/lecture on assignments due. I'm able to apply a lot of what I learned in my current position as Program Manager, where I manage a team of 15.

I really enjoyed this class. Critical thinking is a big part of this class. As long as you put in the time, you will succeed in this class.

Very heavy on reading and writing assignments, almost impossible to complete all the work when taking other classes. I'm just hoping to pass.. Very knowledgeable and I learned a lot. Great teacher all around but requires you to work. May not want to take another course at the same time as this one.

Dr. Lee is a very knowledgeable instructor on the subject of psychology. His expectations for assignements are clearly stated in the lecture videos. I would recommend Dr. Lee as a professor to fellow students.

The YouTube Lectures were very informative and enjoyable to watch. That is where I believe I got the most from this class. The Emotional Intelligence and Psych of Leadership book were difficult to gain knowledge from. For future, maybe do more lectures. You seem to have a lot of knowledge and I would have liked to learn more from you first hand.

Professor Lee was great to work with! The class is not a breeze by any means, but the content is great and he gives you all the resources you need to succeed as long as you are willing to put the time into it!

He is very knowledgeable and you'll definitely come out with a better understanding of leadership theories and practices. Grading scale is a different than other online classes in that pretty much all non midterm/final work are worth small point amounts. So doing well on the big assignments is pertinent, or keep up with the course load.

This was my first online class where the instructor posted video lectures of themselves. It was so much more personal to be able to see my instructor's face. I also received positive feedback and constructive feedback. It was good to have a balance of feedback for things I did well and areas to improve.

Dr. Lee does a good job being engaging each week with his overview videos. He makes a point to cover everything as well as he can in the time he has without making them over informative. Good online teacher, first class online I've ever felt engaged.

I not a fan of online classes. I had to take the course to graduate. I only had two other online classes. What I really like were the video lecture posted by Professor Lee. Other than that I really did not enjoy the class. It not the professor. I just don't like online course.

Good class. Best suited to someone who still needs help formulating a research paper. He does a great job of teaching both the content and the process of doing a field study and then writing about it. A bit repetitious if you are near the end of your classes.

Enjoyed Dr. Lee's online lectures, which is why I said "inspirational". He challenges you to think outside the box, or a take a different perspective. Lots of homework upfront, but he does give good feedback on papers, as he is an English teacher as well.

Professor Lee has provided a great class regarding the psychology of leadership. I took this class as a last-minute elective and am so glad I did. I really feel like I learned a lot about what makes a leader valuable. If you're on the fence, take it. There is homework, but nothing out of the ordinary for your typical online class.

I had Professor Lee during the CO-VID19 pandemic. Thus, our class, Pyschology of Leadership, was online. Professor Lee was very direct and clear when it came to the syllabus and assignments. Becuase of the circumstances, communication is sometimes difficult but Professor Lee always responded timely to emails and kept the entire class updated.

Professor Lee was one of the better instructors i have had. His videos were really helpful his assignment instructions were detailed. I found his feedback helpful as well.

I enjoyed Professor Lee's course. He knows hist stuff! I have two critiques he takes a while to grade, especially for reflections where he gives the most feedback. I am starting my final paper and only one of my reflections is graded. He also needs to update his videos for assignments the final were a bit confusing, especially the outline one.

Structured very well, the prof. set up modules in chronological fashion that kept assignments/readings organized. Only down fall was the feedback and grades are provided minimally throughout the course, but it is good feedback when he gets it to you! He is very (quickly) responsive to email, so if you are desiring quicker feedback take this route!
