Professor Munoz is the only professor that I have met on this campus who actually cares about his students. He will actually sit down with students and talk to them about their future. His class is very straightforward, and teaches you real life skills. I am so happy that I have taken his class. I would recommend this class to everyone!

By far the best professor I have taken at northwest college....

Easy A if you do the work. Gives good reviews for the tests and they are mostly multiple choice. Had one group test at end of semester. No papers or homework, just 4 problem sets which are easy. Explains things well and is always willing to help if you need it. Random extra-credit given for attendance or other things. Highly recommend.

I really enjoyed taking his online economics course. There wasn't any homework only tests and exams. They are based on his reviews so if you study those there should be no problem. Discussions were done every other week instead of one every week. His final was made up of the same exact questions on the tests and exams. Easy 'A'.

I took this class during Maymester and I thought I was crazy. Actually, I really enjoyed the class and it was easier than I thought. The homework assignment and test was a breeze. You cant go wrong take Macro with Mike.

I have taken many online classes, but this is the best online class that nwv has to offer. All of the comments that say Dr. Munoz is the best are soooo true. I really love his teaching, he also very helpful.

I took Macro as a online class. The class was easy to follow. I suggest this class to anyone.

He does give a lot of work, but it does show up on the test. The loser that wrote the comments before does not know what they are saying.

I took his online class and he was awesome. There are quizes and exams and if you do the reviews you will pass. It is a lot of reading but an easy classs online. You have discussions and they are interesting and easy. Due date on quizzes and exams are do at end of semester. You can work on class at your own pace as long as you do discussions ontime

Mike Munoz is a great professor. You could always talk to him and he kept you informed about your grade, very easy class, easy A. We had a few take home exams plus in class exams. There was quizs and homework, but he takes lots of grades so its easy... plus he drops your lowest exam, quiz and homework grade. EASY!!!

Don't get this guy confused with his dad. OMG, This class was great. Really easy and loaded with info. Grade pretty much comes from 5 tests. Don't get the electronic textbook since you can't sell it, its overpriced, and you don't really use it. Attendance is semi-mandatory because of random attendance and homework/quiz

This is an amazing professor. I had him for macro and micro online and you will definitely learn in this class. I think the best thing about the online class is the fact that its extremely structure and self-explanatory. You always know your grades immediately and he really makes you think when your involved in the DB. BEST PROFESSOR @ NVC!

I had Munoz for Micro and Macro online and both classes were very informative, applicable to real-life, and easy to follow. Mr. Munoz provides excellent guidance and posts interesting discussion questions. You can work ahead and finish quizzes/exams on your own schedule. Finish the reviews and you will do very good on the exams. Munoz is awesome!

One word -- BADASS!!!!!!!!!! Such a cool guy, and he will always listen to you when you need help.

I needed help with my University application, and he was the only one that would help on campus, he helped me from beginning until I was done with everything. He took the time to read my essays over and over until they were right. I got into the school of my choice because of him. I am so grateful to have him help me.

one of the younger professors on campus, nice and funny guy. uses white board, group work, uses 4 or 5 simple mini quizzes to check for attendance (for fun a question was to complete the line from a song) not difficult at all, just show up and study.

This instructor breaks things down for you so that you can unerstand it easily. The subject matter in the book looks harder than it really is. Take him and just make sure you have a book, it will come in handy for sure. He also assisted me in clarifying some questions that I had with the Univ. I am going to attend. He's a great instructor. Took online course. Prof responds quickly and very helpful. Assignments are laid out clearly. Reviews are extremely helpful. Great class and very helpful for parents working full time and trying to organize time. Highly recommend.

I found this class very easy! You do need the textbook for quizzes. Every week there's either a discussion or a quiz. Quizzes are pretty easy - answers come straight out of the book. Easy A!!

Very funny guy, very helpful with other subjects, also he advised me on what classes i should take next semester. Definately take again.

Since it's an online course, be prepared to write. Weekly assignments consisted of 3 discussion posts over each chapter that needed to be 150 words each and open book quizzes every other week. Although they were open book, it still was tough. Really like the course and Professor Munoz will work with you if you need extra time with your work.

Munoz is the BOMB!!

I was gonna drop early on,he said he wouldn't let me. He saved my butt from having to take it again. He worked with me and help me pass a class i thought i wouldn't ever pass. Very helpful..

The only thing his course consisted of was one assignment due every other week (Sundays). One week was a discussion post, the next week was a quiz. No exams, no other assignments. Reviews are given for each quiz, along w notes and lectures (pdfs and ppt files). Do the review to pass the quiz. Same questions are asked in different ways on the quiz.

I had Mr. Munoz for both Macro and Microeconomics online and he was great! He was quick to respond and was very thorough, without being boring. DO THE REVIEWS as they are essential for passing. Not very many assignments, and the discussions are easy to get through.

Provides very clear expectations and directions. Responds promptly to questions. You need to read the chapters in order to do well on the test. He provides a great study guide!

He is a very nice person who will always help you in your classes. I enjoyed his clss very much and also his grading policy. He drops one assignment, exam and quiz. So don't worry if you miss a class. His lectures are funny and he does help alot. The best econ teacher on campus. I also had him online last year.

Professor Munoz was a great professor. Expectations were set out at the beginning of the semester and remained consistent throughout. I am very disappointed he is not teaching Microeconomics in Spring.

One of the most organized classes around. You are always sure of what is going on, you are never lost. He replies quick, I emailed him at 4 in the morning and he replied right away. Wish all classes were this organized.

Took him online for ECON 1301. There is a quiz every other week, and a discussion due for the weeks in between. Everything is due Sundays so you have all the week to complete it. Everything is straight from the book, he gives you reviews to follow which are exactly how the quizzes look. Great communication with student and very clear! NO essays

Mr Muñoz made it a priority to make the class fun, while still being able to teach very essential economic information. One Assignment, a quiz, and an exam were dropped (Maymester). All in all, I really enjoyed this class. No need to purchase a textbook, as it is free online!

I liked that he was very communicative during and after class. He told us that he determined our final grade on if he liked us or not. So pay attention, don't disrupt class, and show him that you want to be there and want to pass the class. Just because he seems relaxed in class does not mean you take it for granted!

He's a pretty cool guy! Most of the homework is in class, the tests can be a little tough but that's probably because I'm not the best at Econ (and i still made it out with a high B). Overall he's funny and keeps your attention on the subject, just do your part and you should pass! Lowest grade is dropped too, so that's awesome!

Daily lectures were good for note-taking, a few online assignments were given as well. The final was done outside of class, so you could complete it with classmates if you wanted.

He gives you ample material to ensure your success. I did rent my book but wished I bought. I would definitely take a class with Professor Munoz again!

Very clear in what you have to do in the course. You could probably get away without buying the book and just use the notes he provided. I took the last exam just by using the notes and still got 100. Keep up with the discussions and make sure to comment on other students because it is part of the grade. Great professor.

Class is easy as long as you have book!! Discussions are easy and you will get good grade as long as you do whats asked. Also he gave us a free discussion grade. Signed up for Econ2302 as well!! Take his class if you want an easy A!!!

Mr Mike is a good instructor in economics. You have homework and exams. Few quizzes, not a lot of work outside classroom.

Online course. Easy A! Do all the work and you'll be fine. Quizzes are easy to pass as long as you do the reviews. If you get stuck he will excuse you or open the assignment longer. Just communicate with him. He loves his students and cares for them. Fell in love with his teaching & I did his course online! I recommend!

This class is an easy A as long as you stay on top of deadlines. Mr. Munoz is a great lecturer and knows that most of his students have full time jobs so doesn't assign too many assignments. You only need to pay for a $40 homework access code. Make sure to study once he announces quiz or test dates!

Easiest professor ever!!! and also the nicest. All assignments are open until the end of the semester so if you are behind you can catch up. Grading is a few discussions, one essay, practices and quizzes. Took him for econ2301 and 2302 and so worth it. Passed both with an A. Really recommend, its super easy!!

I would recommend anyone who needs to take Microeconomics at NVC to take Professor Munoz! Very easy as long as you try and turn in your assignments on time.

Great summer course! Everything is to the T as the syllabus states! Do the assignments and take your quiz and you should be good to go. Read the textbook, it helps.

Took him for online spring course. Heres the thing, the course is very easy if you do the work. But you still learn a lot in this course. I think with the quizzes having two chances really helps you learn what you got wrong the first time and helps you really retain the info having a second opportunity to take it again. Loved this course!!!!

The man, the myth, the Mike Munoz. He is a great man, I was on track to get an A+ in the course but then messed up the timing on the final exam and I got a 0 on it, bringing my grade down to a C. He reopened the final exam so I could take it and I got that A+. I really appreciated him doing that. I would recommend anyone to take his class.

I took this class fully distanced 8 week courses. ALL assignments are knewton assignments. Two chapter assignments and then a quiz which is also a knewton assignment. No final.
